Hi, On 18th Feb 2015, 15+ Rupees was deducted from the main account for surfing thehe internet. Last month on this day i.e. on 19th Jan, an Internet Pack was recharged and the packwas supposed to end on 18th Feb completing 30 days. But the pack was deactivated a day earlier .as per the calculation I was browsing and I realized what has happened after the notification appeared and I checked the Internet if it was deactivated.I want a full refund and an extra day on the Internet pack I'm currently using. I'd expect a swift resolution . Thank You.
