    My aircel sim was properly working for ll thses 5 years. today suddenly after i switched off my phone nd tried to switch it on again the sim is not getting detected. i tired it in other phones too bt it is not working. its really imp. cant earn to lose the sim and the contacts. plz aircel what is the solution for this?how can it stop working all of a sudden? very disappointing! 1.       Hi, On 18th Feb 2015, 15+ Rupees was deducted from the main account for surfing thehe internet. Last month on this day i.e. on 19th Jan, an Internet Pack was recharged and the packwas supposed to end on 18th Feb completing 30 days. But the pack was deactivated a day earlier .as per the calculation I was browsing and I realized what has happened after the notification appeared and I checked the Internet if it was deactivated.I want a full refund and an extra day on the Internet pack I'm currently using.       hrs. and the pack expired on 17/2/2015 which is absolutely logical and
      no such deduction of 15/- due to data usage have been found on dated
      19/1/2015.

          hello sir jagdeep singh this side . i got a call from aircel company related to new aircel postpaid connection . so i agree for purchase a new connection postpaid of aircel than aircel person come to my home and give me aircel no and he take 250rs as a secuirty .but 5days gone my no was not activate i call to him but he was not reciving my phone so please help me [protected] i got aircel person call from this numbers.             Aircel is looting our balance by activating different useless pack like full song download etc. They are not asking for activation first of all and secondly they are not providing any massage option to stop this pack. They are providing link for which customers has to again activate internet and even that also there link is not opening. I have given request for stopping this but it is not stopping and my balance cut at a rate of 5 rs per day. To register a complain they are asking for mobile number in public portal, which is hamper of our privacy. They are asking for email id which they are using for advertisement. At last customer care actually does not exist in aircel for customer. Thank you.

[protected]) of aircel which has active before 2-3 days ago and i have paid 120 rs of that aircel delare but he is saying daily we will recharge your number but from 2 days he is not attending my phone also so please take action against the delay which is done by that delar (His shop is near chadda hospital libaspur delhi-42 i work in sdm kanjhawala so i don't have time to go again and again

                I am Arindam Roy bearing Aircel no.[protected].Rs 99 has been deducted from my account on 13 february at 8.01 pm .And mentioned Pocket Store service has been activated. when i made a call in 198 they told that the balence will be refunded in 72 hours, but till now i didnt receive my balance But I didn't activated any service so please refund my balance and stop these invalid deductions.Please return my balance

                      Hi this is raj .i had a bad experience with customer care executive .i called up for an issue regarding that am getting pop msg of my deduction of my data bal.before i use to get the pop msg once i closed my data connection but today frm morning[protected] am getting every second so that i was not able to use internet properly . for this i called up customer care i spoke with a agent later he was not able to understand my issue later he transfered my call to a senior agent and his name is Arun . he didnt understand my situation and he speaking in a very local language and he started abusing .this is worst experiance i m going to post this in all social sites and am going to post the conversation of our recorded ...my number :[protected] nd il port out frm ur network...i[censored] not done any need full within 48hours...

                              I am not able to use Internet on my phone. I have been calling customer support from last 1 day but there is no response. Twice my call was disconnected and now when I am calling ivr says we are experiencing heavy traffic call later. Please help me out.                                   Many unknown services are subscribed without any confirmation and the Balance amount is deducted from my account. When contacted customer care regarding this issue, there wasn't any proper response. After contacting the customer care person, after patiently going through all their voice activated inputs, the customer care person heard my issue ant hung out the call without any answer.This happened continuously for 4 times.

                                      my self Asif Ali and My mobile number is [protected] . unnecessary activation and Deduction of Balance with in 15 days on my number 2 feb 2015 and 14 feb2015. Rs 80 balance now deducted, even i called so many times to customer care these type o[censored]nessary activation They are not responding, So i want my money back as soon as possible, Thanks.

                                      They refund only 14 feb 15 deducted amount i.e 30 rs .
                                      But the reamining deduction of 2 feb 15 i.e 50 rs was still not refunded...on my number [protected]

                                        I have booked a aircel prepaid SIM card through aircel offical site for Rd.247 on 5-2-2015 and the SIM was delivered to me on 7-2-2015 in turn I paid the money and gave the address proof and id proof to the delivery person, and when i asked about the activation hetold me since it is Saturday the SIM will get activated only on Monday i.e, on 9-2-2015. But till date my SIM is not activated. I called many times to the aircel employee person who called me to confirm my booking and also the person who delivered me the SIM, they are not responding and also they areare not taking any action. I lost hope and trust on aircel service . My new aircel no to be activated is [protected]. I book this in Chennai location. My contact no.[protected]
