Hello Sir, Today I recharged a 3G pack for my mobile number using Paytm. But during recharge I entered wrong mobile number and number which I recharged was not even existing now. So please give me a solution to get back the money or change that transaction to my original number. Transaction Done in "[protected]" Correct Number is "[protected]". Thanks.

    THE MENTIONED BELOW IS THE COMUNICATION BETWEEN ME AND AIRCEL SINCE 31/12/2014. Aircel has hired in their appellate / nodal dept. who try to be over smart. According to them they are always right and customer is always wrong. I reminded them on 28/02/2015 about the complaint raised on 31/12/2014 that has not been completely addressed. On 28/02/2015 around 1pm I received a call from [protected] by their rep named Ravikant who mentioned about compensation and the revert I received by the appellate on 28/02/2015 completely contradicts. According to my understanding its only for SMS and that's what I have been notified to me. Post my recharge of Rs.300 where most of the credit has been used up despite of having 1Gb data for free, Missed call alerts getting activated automatically & many more issues. This is COMPLETELY RIP OFF & MISLEADING BY AIRCEL. If AIRCEL DOESN'T KNOW TO VALUE CUSTOMERS LET THEM KNOW ABOUT IT, WILL STOP USING THE SERVICES.       This is Arun. I bought a new aircel data sim from aircel store perungudi chennai on Feb 28th 2015 which costs Rs.400 for 4gb (30 days) at around 6PM. The person who handed over the sim said, I can start using my data pack after televerfication around 8pm. I completed the televerification and sim got activated. But I was not able to use my data. when I enquired about this in televerification, they said like recharge has not been done from aircel store. Immediately, I tried calling the store, but none picked up the call. Since it was a Saturday, do I need to wait for Monday?? When will my sim will be recharged?? I bought the sim due to my immediate requirement. You people are having a poor customer service. Kindly do my recharge asap. My mobile data no is [protected]

        We have verified your account details and found that, the recharge of STV 49 dated on 18th Feb 2015 was successfully processed from our end and the tariff benefits have also been provided to you and his calls are getting charged as per the Plan. There was no wrong charging from your account.

Mobile No- [protected] Email: [protected]@yahoo.com Sub: Deduction Of Balance and Promo Balance From Aircel Respected Sir / Mam, I Shaikh Mohd Talha Having Aircel Prepaid Mobile No [protected] requesting you to refund my Balance and Promo Balance Which was Deducted .How and what Happened is as Follows Date 25/02/2015 I was making a call at 22.00 my call dropped and i noticed that My Prepaid account was zero balance so i logged on to www.aircel.com and did a recharge of Rs135. After completing the transaction receipt page occured which showed transaction successful. TXN NO. MUR[protected] RECHARGE MRP 135. Date 26/02/2015 I hardly made any calls in the day Date 27/02/2015 I observed MY Balance showed only RsLeft as it was shock to me because i hardly talked for minutes Date 28/02/2015 It was again a shock for me as i tried to make a call it showed zero balance So i did an internet recharge of Rs 110 TXN No. MUR[protected] and my prepaid Account was successfully recharges with rs 110 After making the recharge i did a call which lasts for a minute Then when i tried to make a call after few minutes by prepaid account was showing zero balance I an still in shock how and why did it happened I called numerous times the whole day to the Number 121 and 198 regarding this matter but i only got the reply that the all the customer executives are experiencing heavy traffic thankyou for calling Aircel . I also called155223 it says there is no VAS activated oin my no.               i am subscriber of aircel ported from airtel number [protected] on 28.02.2015, my first time recharge is Rs 206 is not yet credited in my aircel balance amount since i already paid on 23.02.2015 in your office No.G-12/A, D-1, J.S.                 I have recharged RC 11 on Feb 20, 2014 for roaming purpose (Mobile number - [protected]). As per website, it has 4 days of validity. Upon complaining over the email, Aircel Customer Care replied (Req. Id. ERN[protected]HVKXJG), Rc.11/- pack validity is 20 days; the pack will expire 14/03/2015. Now, if look at the difference between date of recharge and expiry date, it is 23 days, not 20 days as said by CC. So it is very clear that the have made some nonsense reply. Even after that I have replied them. But there's no response. I should have charged 25p/min from Feb 24, 2015 instead of 1p/sec. Clearly, I'm being charged 35p/min extra. So, I need Aircel to provide me my older plan and validity along with the refund. Please look into this. Thanks in advance.

                    As we checked you are Getting charged All Local/National calls @30p/min under Rate Cutter RC57
                    done on 26/Feb/15 through ETOPUP mode. Another recharge done with Rate
                    Cutter RC63 through USSD mode on 27/Feb/15. You got charged as per
                    RC57 tariff having higher priority than RC63 as two tariff can not be
                    activated at same time. Now, As per your request RC57 tariff has
                    been removed and you will be able to get desired tariff of RC63
                    valid till 21/May/2015.

This is the second time that this has been subscribed on my number without my knowledge and an amount of Rs25 has been deduced each time. Why is this happening?                         I, Netai Chand Chatterjee, am the owner of Aircel GSM Sim [protected]. I registered DND through customer care representative from the very beginning of this SIM. But, surprisingly I am getting message from Aircel about deduction of account balance for activation of different services without my consent. Repeatedly I tried to contact with customer care representatives through 198 but either they could not have any answer due to server down or failed to reach them due to call termination. Moreover they activated a funny caller tune which is against my personality and hampering my social status. I sent message to stop that song but it is still active. I had a good impression about Aircel. But sorry to say they are nothing but a traitor. Please suggest me how I could rescue myself from them.

For the above, a payment vide cheque no.000115 dated 16.02.2015 of H.D.F.C. Bank Limited, T. Nagar, Chennai-600 017 has been deposited in your Aircel drop box located at Spencer Plaza, Anna Salai, Chennai-600 002 on 16.02.2015. But to-day[protected], the outgoing call from the above mobile no. has been barred. On enquiry with your Customer Care Appellate authority [protected] (. Ms. Rekha) around 1.30 p.m. today, it is informed that the above cheque payment ( after cap of 10 days) so far updated and outgoing call barred.                               I am receiving similar messages And so many calls from Aircel, and I don't even use aircel. I said that wrong number, they still call asking for ram Kumar. And they said my number given in alternate contact. So maybe the person has mistakenly/deliberately given a wrong number.
                              They call saying they're calling from police station or RTO, but Actually they're aircel employees. They should be sued for fakely representing police. Aircel you cannot represent yourself as police !!!
                              One lady asked me what is my name location who am I, even had the audacity to ask me what is my relationship with that person. I got so pissed I was like who are to ask me such a question. Very stupid tactics aircel. If they get duped they should send a email/notice/letter to the registered address if the number is not reachable instead of persistently trying for the wrong number. They have no right to harass someone who has no inklink with their unpaid dues.
                              Can someone guide me how to sue aircel for spamming me and lying about their identities on the phone. I have saved all the numbers am getting calls from .

[protected]. balance of rs. 40 has been deducted from my main balance and i rechared a internet balane of rs. 48 in which i got only 200 mb instead of 350 mb. I already talk to cc but he didn't solve my problem. Now i m also unable to call cc bcoz cc is by but from another aircel no. I can easily call them. from this no. I called many times but cc trf my call to gprs deptt, after around 15 mnts call ended by cc. i m a common man, i haven't so much time which i can spend in calling to cc. So pls resolve my prob asap.                                       I am using aircel network no [protected] from in 2003 on wards till now, but I have received massage from Aircel on 17/02/15 after noon sms for “ Dear Customer, Kindly submit your valid proof at nearest Aircel store / Distributor to enjoy uninterrupted services, than after evening my number status is barred (incoming & Outgoing calls), I was asking customer care above the facing my problem, they also guide to me above sms information that ‘ you were received SMS one week before by care person’ But I was not received that type any information from AIRCEL one week before. After on 18/02/15 I went to Aircel Office in Salem 4 roads, they are also told call barred reason for document submission already informed from Aircel, I was also not accept their information and I have submitted my valid ID proof (voter ID) to Aircel care person . They have accepted and Network services giving on 18th evening, on that day my problem was solved again on (today) 19/02/2015 after noon my Aircel SIM Net Work services totally stopped, I have called to my no [protected] from other person mobile but my sim number has does not existed from aircel services, again today I went same Aircel office 4 roads Salem, I have asked to care person why my number net work was not coming so they told again for document not submitted so net work not working, again I was informed to him already I have submitted yesterday, after he was checking his table my proof is seeing them, than he told me yesterday permission given manually after he was silent, Again i asked to him what I will do now, he was not answered after he diverted me to another counter person, that told my(prepaid) number out of network so cannot access the for prepaid, they able to give permission to Post paid only but I did not accept for Post paid (I was communicated above 11 years using this number so I need this prepaid), after they have seen my proof and again discussed to internally, they told me we will take approval for in this week after they will call to me (some charges also informed for activation purpose) if after calling 4 to 6 days to access the number. And I have return to home now. Complaint My question is why they did not communicate for document submission early, my sim validity also shown date oct-01 2016. Why they should stop network to my number (legally what is the emergency case for them we are citizen or terror…?) why they focusing post paid scheme, why didn’t inform previous day, why did give permission temporarily 24hrs, why did not update my document proof previous day… I have lot of question to them My important communication records also this number [protected] for example bank, school, personal relation, and business etc… now my family members also very depressed. So I need my number activation immediately some solution and take the action to AIRCEL network provider In case of emergency anybody how to contacting to me, and how help to my family and other relative also and how handle my bank records (mobile and net banking) and business communication.                                         I'm using air cell sim from last six year .but now this service provider doing to much from last three month . they are deducting useless charges and all customer care they are treating like a unprofessional way whenever i try to gat support they have funny number call 121.123, 198,[protected], funny but true this company going to shut down and they dont no a value of a good custmer today they deducted R's 99 today...around 1 thousand they deducted from me last three month i think this is call make in india ... my problem still there 1255 new now what sordid my no [protected] [protected]@yahoo.co.in
