I payed my mo.[protected] postpaid bill thru netbanking the amount debited in my account but it was not updated for my mobile number also i didn't receive any sms alerts for payment. I called to customer care(cc) and they told me to take print out copy of bank transaction receipt for amount paid and give nearest aircel office they will update it and clear the problem.. i have done the same almost 3 days gone till now it was not resolved...many time called to cc they r telling there was no updation made for your payment...Please contact my mobile no.[protected]

    I was recharged Rs.32/- yesterday [protected] on this number but I have not get any benefit(STD calls 32 paise per minute) and again today I have recharge Rs.61/- but also i have not get any benefit. I have call to customer care he says that your problem will short out within two hours but till now my problem has been not solve.

            SR:1-[protected]Kindly note that you have completely utilized high speed quota of 1GB data, hence the speed got throttled.There is no balance deduction on the account from 01st Jan '15 to till date.

              Balance Deduction of Rs30... My mobile balance of Rs30 Got deducted While i was watching a movie from MX Player and a message appeared as 30 rs has deducted for AIRCEL DEALS which i have never seen or never clicked or not seen where it is . I have not activated any service at my own...But still balance was deducted... It's a day light loot .. Stop this unnecessary deduction i[censored] want money ask. and spot this unwanted wap services deductions.. Got deducted at 11:40 - 11:45 am on 24th feb 2015 When i contacted customer care they are not ready to transfer call or take complaints .. then why are they for stop this.. REFUND MY 30 RS BACK My mobile no. is [protected]

                This is regarding the balance deduction problem that I m facing since I took aircel connection. My mobile number is [protected].I got the sim I m having horrible experience.Rs 35 has been deducted from my account on 14.02.2015 . I called up the customer care n complained about this, for refund. The executive told they told that the balance will be refunded. but till now i didn't receive my balance . From then I m trying to call up the customer care the line is busy.                   To aircell, This is to inform you that my Plan is 899.00 unlimited STD and LOCAL call on any network.and as your executive and collection Department has communicated to me that i need to pay only 50% of total bill for next 3 month and thereafter i need to pay 75% of total bill its means amount will be approx 500 rupees per month But as i received bill of 2754.00, can you tell me why did you send the bill of 2754.00. Therefore i am asking you to give me clarification of such kind of fraud done by you and your employee. as it is clear that you and your employee is cheating with customer.

                    I applied for mnp from my airtel no. To aircel on 2 February 2015. I have completed all the documentations and formalities, I have also done verification through 59059 and every time they tell me to wait for thirty minutes for activation, it has gone 20 days since then and my number is not activated till now. Nobody is resolving complaint through aircel store and aircel customer services. Everytime they tell me to wait for twenty four hours. I am very unsatisfied by this behaviour and I want solution for this as soon as possible.

                      Hi have recharged with Rs.155 on 9th February 2015. I received the Transaction ID and Balance - 1023.99 MB Instantly. I also had recharged Rs. 135 some days before. I had around Rs.120 Balance In Rs 135 Special Balance and 12.67MB of 2G Balance At The Time I Recharged Rs. 155. Inspite of That, I Was Charged o[censored]sing GPRS From My Rs. 135 Special Talktime Balance. When I Noticed This, The Balance Had Come Down From Rs 120 To Rs 51. 3G Balance remains The Same 1023.99MB and Also The 2G Balance- 12.67MB. I Registered a Complaint in 198 About This Matter on 10th Feb 2015. They Asked For 24Hrs time. From 11th Feb to 13th Feb I Could Not Reach The Customer Care, Everytime They Said Heavy Traffic. On 14th I Got Connected and After 35Minutes of Explaining My Situation, They Tried To Tell Me That You cannot Have an 135 and 155 Together. When I Pointed Out That This Was Baseless and I use These Two services Regularly, They Took Another Complaint. I Got a Call From Aircel Few Days Back. They Told Me That I Was Charged For Outgoing Calls And That's Why My Balance Got Deducted. When I Told Them To Explain, They Said That I Made Some Outgoing Calls on 14th Feb. Can You Simply Believe This ??? The Guy Took Complaint For 14th When I Complained About Balance Deductions For 9th Feb !!! You Guys Simply Lack Good Behavior And Problem Solving Skills. Making Errors Can Be Accepted, But lack Of Customer Service Is Intolerable. At Least Hear What The Customer Has To Say Properly. I Did Not Receive Any Call From Aircel After That, Nor Did I Receive Any Refund. I Want My Refund And An Apology For My Suffering. Please Do Not Come With Any Stupid Solutions. Becuase If You Do That And i Prove You Wrong, I Will Sue You Guys And Take You To Court.

                      Dear Rahul,

                      Post system check it has been found that you have recharged with rc 135/- on dated 31/1/2015 and received the benefit of 140/- free talk time and 150MB data. After that you have done outgoing calls and the free balance have been consumed from 1/31/2015 - 13/2/2015. Again, on 14/2/2015 you have recharged with 10/- then onwards for outgoing calls balance have got deducted from the main A/C. You have recharged 155/- on dated 9/2/2015 and have received 1GB 2G/3G data. For data browsing your have used up 150MB free data balance and also consumed data from 1GB quota which has now become 495.238 MB. Your's free balance have deducted for outgoing calls only and not for Data usage which is logical hence, not refundable.

                        I have refilled my aircel prepaid mobile with Rs. 77 recharge with 2 aicel to aircel numbers free talk time for a month on 5th feb 2015; but it was not applied; though I received message of the successful recgarge. Below are the details. Txn No MUR[protected] to Recharge MRP 77 is successful . TT= 0 INR, New Balance 12.07 INR, P.F 68.53 INR, Service.Tax 8.47 INR. I need refund of Rs. 77 from Aircel; else I'll discontinue all the numbers.

                          Dear Sir, We were Aircel customer. Now we changed our network to other service provider. As our cug scheme one un used mobile missed in the payments. We did not get any calls or reminder from them before . Today Sunday received a call from collection team asked to make payment within 1 hr or they will fine case and we will need to pay Rs 25000/-. I agreed to make payment but requested time until Monday morning, as I received just now. But he said not possible, if don't pay now u need face problem, and u will need to go court leaving ur wife and kids in road. What words these are . Am very upset. And also he used abuse words. Received call from [protected]. I need to clear answer for this, i want to file case against them,

                          Thanks for ack my msg. Please kindly note first of all we never got any pre initimation for the payment pending. We received call on Sunday afternoon and asking to make the payment within 2 hrs. I was out with family for personal work. I said in the initial itself I will make payment within 24 hrs or pls give time until Monday morning. But denied. Why?. Is this the right way to collect the money?. I very upset. I stopped my family work and came to office and made the payment. My family is very upset. I need a clear explaination why you are calling and sunday and asking us to make the payment on sunday itself?. And he said if i don't make payment the case will be filled and need to walk many times to court to make the payment that charge will be Rs 25, 000/-. And also my family will be standing in street. Think. make payment that's all. The way he talk, I never expected from a mutlinational company. This is the way to treat the customer. Why you are having such a collection team. I want to know the answer, is this your company direct people or 3rd party?.

                              Hi, on 20.02.2015 I got a Message stating that: “ Thank you for your request to subscribe to Dazzling queens.” And also 35rs/week has been charged for this. But I didn’t do anything. Could you please deactivate it? My Mobile Number is [protected] (Same issue) Could you please stop this permanently? Otherwise i will go to consumer help court. NAZRUL ISLAM

                              So many similar complaints can be seen here but still Aircel doesn't change like bent dogs tail.
                              I have spoken to appleate authority last time regarding this issue but nothing has changed so I'm here again with the same problem with the third rate cheap Aircel. Aircel deducted my main account balance many times over.
                              The reason is that I'm using their 3G data packs while browsing
                              any website they track me and immediately pop up their malicious pocketinternet wap pages and without even a click or a touch balance is deducted immediately.
                              An Sms is received soon after that saying you have been subscribed to xyz services for example video talkies, tiny tv, pocket store, store 25 etc ..
                              unauthorised balance deductions such as these keeps happening without and customer care nor the appleate authority can stop this nonsense.

                                  I am using a prepaid data card sim for past 15 months. From past 3 months i've been facing issues regarding my 3g services. Despite complaining several times i am still not able to surf my 3g net. Always they say that issue has been resolved but this has not happened. I receive full signal strength but net doesn't work at all.

                                    My 50 rs balance has been deducted from mz aircel no. [protected], just now. 2-3 days before 35 rs balance got deducted. I only had visited phonkey .com symbian apps & received msg. Thanks for using aircel service & 50 rs balance got deducted. Always when i activate net pack, these frauds, deducts my balance automatically. Also i tried to call on 198 but call gets disconnected automatically my balance upto rs 1000 has been deducted from activation of this sim till date. I want my balance refund as soon as possible... Plz help me out of this.

                                      My mobile number is [protected] (Raj), service provided by Aircel. On 19 February 2015 I received an sms saying "Your Video Talkies 50 at Rs 50.0 is auto-renewed for 15 days. " And the sim has automatically activated Aircel video talkies without my permission and deducted Rs. 50/-. Please action may be taken against Aircel for activating services on their own and fleecing innocent customers.

                                        I am using aircel network no [protected] from in 2003 on wards till now, but I have received massage from Aircel on 17/02/15 after noon sms for “ Dear Customer, Kindly submit your valid proof at nearest Aircel store / Distributor to enjoy uninterrupted services, than after evening my number status is barred (incoming & Outgoing calls), I was asking customer care above the facing my problem, they also guide to me above sms information that ‘ you were received SMS one week before by care person’ But I was not received that type any information from AIRCEL one week before. After on 18/02/15 I went to Aircel Office in Salem 4 roads, they are also told call barred reason for document submission already informed from Aircel, I was also not accept their information and I have submitted my valid ID proof (voter ID) to Aircel care person . They have accepted and Network services giving on 18th evening, on that day my problem was solved again on (today) 19/02/2015 after noon my Aircel SIM Net Work services totally stopped, I have called to my no [protected] from other person mobile but my sim number has does not existed from aircel services, again today I went same Aircel office 4 roads Salem, I have asked to care person why my number net work was not coming so they told again for document not submitted so net work not working, again I was informed to him already I have submitted yesterday, after he was checking his table my proof is seeing them, than he told me yesterday permission given manually after he was silent, Again i asked to him what I will do now, he was not answered after he diverted me to another counter person, that told my(prepaid) number out of network so cannot access the for prepaid, they able to give permission to Post paid only but I did not accept for Post paid (I was communicated above 11 years using this number so I need this prepaid), after they have seen my proof and again discussed to internally, they told me we will take approval for in this week after they will call to me (some charges also informed for activation purpose) if after calling 4 to 6 days to access the number. And I have return to home now. Complaint My question is why they did not communicate for document submission early, my sim validity also shown date oct-01 2016. Why they should stop network to my number (legally what is the emergency case for them we are citizen or terror…?) why they focusing post paid scheme, why didn’t inform previous day, why did give permission temporarily 24hrs, why did not update my document proof previous day… I have lot of question to them My important communication records also this number [protected] for example bank, school, personal relation, and business etc… now my family members also very depressed. So I need my number activation immediately some solution and take the action to AIRCEL network provider In case of emergency anybody how to contacting to me, and how help to my family and other relative also and how handle my bank records (mobile and net banking) and business communication. So I need to take action to them. Whatever consumer rights.
