Within 2 weeks my 70 to 80 rupees balance was deducted, after that when i was talked with the customer care executive, they are not able to gave me the proper resolution of my problem, they just told that the information was not updated on their server on that time, told me to call them back after 24 hours. But when i called them after the TAT time given to me, i only got the same answer from their. SO, PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT WILL I HAVE TO DO IN THIS CONDITION...?
i recharged with rs 54 to reduce call rate but i didnot get benefit

    it is very shame when foreigner listen to telecaller executive of india and that's from hyderabad as it is a IT sector...
    The worst part is that the executive not only listen properly but also cannot talk properly. Except telegue no other language that the executive speak.. they don't even bother about what the customer is facing the problem they simply hang up the call in between no solutions for the question that customer.. we are paying 50 ps for 3 min so we need good response from the customer care if this could not happen then why to pay money for customer care... think about it

      I am Basavaraj, resident of Bangalore. I am using Aircel and my number ends with 308. Both incoming and outgoing calls were barred two days back. I called customer care, the person promised me that the problem will be solved in 24 hours but when I checked yesterday the number got suspended. I called customer care twice, wrote email to nodal officer of Karnataka but no success. Now I am planning to apply for portability and move to some other providers. This is the worst service I have seen from Aircel. Believe me I faced this problem from other service providers in the past but unlike Aircel they solved within 24 hours

      My number Has been Suspended On 13 / 7 / 2015 i have called customer care to solve my issue they said that at the end of the day your problem will be sorted but it dint happened, again i called to customer care they asked me to go to nearest service centre for resubmission of my documents after that my problem will be solved, i did that. but now from aircel service Centre they are saying that it cannot be happened, its permanent.

      On call you guys say the Number is Active just you have to show your documents, later when we go there with all our document they make us feel helpless By saying "NO" We cannot unblock it.

      why do you guys forward messages to DND Activated Number, If I Send Messages, How Would I Know That Other party has Activated DND. This Is Ridiculous, Other Networks Don't Have this Issue

          Hi there is no proper network coverage in my residing place, which is opposite to the famous Bakthavachala perumal koil of Thiruninravur and Behind the Iruthayaliswarar temple of Thiruninravur which is visited by thousands of Pilgrims every day and lakhs and lakhs of people during the festive time. signals are not proper coming going it shows the signals as "INDO JAPAN" which is very far from my place, initially we had a good coverage for some time in this area along with the 3g coverage But Now most of the time it shows no coverage some times Signal with one or two points but at that time we cant able to make call or receive call even though we attend it may cut or the voice on both the side will breakout. i hear from my friends that they had good coverage along with the 3G in the Near Places of the Thiruninravur Railway Station.(also 3g coverage area) The following No.'s Have been Used By Me [protected]- aircel mobile phone(postpaid) [protected]-aircel 3g dongle(prepaid) i have raised many complaints in the customer care many times but still this problem was not rectified yet Hope you will clear This Problem as Early as possible on the Network and 3G Data Coverage.             Dear Sir, I am a Defence personnel, working in Indian Coast Guard in Chennai. My mobile no is [protected]. Since i had issue with Aircel bill for the period from 15 Aug - 14 Sep, i decided to cancel my post paid plan. I have given request to Aircel Showroom on 28 Sep 13. I got call from retention team on 01 Oct 13. But unfortunately i couldn't attend. On 2nd Oct i called Customer Care (hereafter mentioned as CC) and informed the same. But nothing happened. Till 4th Oct i waited for retention call. On 5th Oct, i visited the same show room again to complaint. But the agent was very rude (later i discovered that my complaint was not even registered). Continuously i called CC almost everyday and complained regarding the same (many times to Mr. Suresh Kumar Asst Manger of CC). But again no use of it. On 12th and 15th Oct, i went to show room again. Finally on 15th Oct, i got my bill cleared and application filled for migration & i was promised not to pay any more bill and migration will get complete in 2 days, But till 18th Oct, it does not happen. On 19th Oct, i visited show room, they told me pay bill again. I again cleared the bill amount & sat there from 1430 to 1800 hrs, finally they have disconnected my no. Attached below is the detailed list of my registered complaints (eventhough i have called/visted/mailed togther for almost 63 times) 1. Why do they take these many days to do a simple thing. 2. When customer is not willing to continue, then what is the necessity for a call from retention team? 3. On sep 29th, itemised bill request on my no is activated, eventhough i have not requested for that. 4. CC agents, Assistant Manger (Mr. Suresh Kumar), Show room agent (Mr. Anbarasu) everyone of them are least bother about Customer. They irritates repeating the same pre-written statements. 5. When there is a facility of Calling CC, what should a customer should always visit show room? (CC agents just disconnect the call simply saying, go to show room for further assistance). 6. They made me mentally depress for the past 22 days. i want to file a case them. pls help me to know the procedure and other details!

                I purchased an aircel 3g dongle sim because of their great offres! On doing FRC 447 (biha & jharkhand), they promised to give me 2GB 3G data per month for three months and after that Unlimited 2g for that particular onth at the speed of 128 kbps. It worked fine for me but after few days instead of giving me, 128 kbps they started to give me 32 kbps. IT WAS NOT AT ALL MENTIONED ANYWHRE. ITS COMPLETE CHEATING and if my problem is not resolved shortly i will take this complaitnt further. This is complete FRAUD by a reputed company in telecom market. And more than that there is complete nonsense replies by customer care executives. 1 of them said that the speed is 180 kbps( never in the world i have heard that speed) and the other said 64 kbps, if that is so how did i get 128 kbps for the first few days??? The officers need to get trained or close the company if they are not haing efficient employes the third one disconnected the call when i mentioned the speed issue. And from then on i couldn't call 121 (they must have done something). i had to call Bihar consumer care always from then on. Looking forward to a positive reply.

[protected] recharged with an internet pack of Rs 198 of which the benefits are 1.5gb 3g data and 2g data unlimited.But while surfing the net in 2g mode the balance of 3g data volume has been deducted.Thereby trying to contact aircel cc my no is been blocked from laast 3-4 days so i am unable to talk only to the cuctomercare helpline n else my sim works perfect. Despite of surfing the net at 2g mode the balance is being deducted from the 3g data volume i, e 1.5gb. please help me at the earliest with the problem and take necessary steps wherever required.                     Sir, . my Aircel prepaid number is [protected].i have got this number 3-4 months back...aircel 3g mornings are activated on my number when i bought the sim...its free for 30 days..they never mentioned that it will cost ₹5 per day after 30 days.When i call them..they used to tell me that i have clicked on some blind links while browsing(they didn't mentioned aircel 3g mornings)...now(19 oct) they are telling me that Aircel mornings are not deactivated...i never got any message regarding this service...when i ask them..they used to tell me cock n bull stories...the best answer with them is to deactivate that service but no answer why they activated it...i got irritated with their customer care executives whose never answers any genuine question and simply put my call on hold(recent proof:on 19th oct around 1pm..my call to customer care 198) . they are making customers bafoons by their false information...goodbye Aircel...i have choosed another network through mobile number portability...

                      As i am the customer of a renoved telecom company ( aircel ). The said company is looting us frequently in a different manner without informing the customers. I had recharge my mobile number ([protected]) on[protected] with 128 internet pack which is 3g + 2g unlimited for 28 days.But the said fails to provide me such a benifit. so due to this they deduct my balance continously . After that again i recharge my number with Rs 110 on[protected] & and subscribe for 1 day pack which is 5 Rs for 30 mb 2g + 3g.But again they deduct my balance of 80 plus Rs in short they deduct my balance more than 200 Rs n keep goin till now...After contacting to the concerned authority or call centre but didnt find any solution they just transfering calls all the time...so plz its an humble request to solve this complaint because i am having lot of problem using this service...

                        Dear Sir, I was a valued customer of aircel with postpaid iphone plan (Mob No: [protected]) for close to last one year. In this plan rental and 1GB data is free for a year. For past few months I started getting unduly high bill for data whereas I have not been using data this much as I have got wifi at home and the mobile itself has data shield that doesn't allow data access i[censored]sage crosses 1GB which never happened. For last 9 mths or so my phone bill has been Zero to Rs 300 (Appx). Despite multiple complaints, aircel customer service didn't respond to my requests and I decided to port to BSNL. Before placing request for porting 121 (Customer care) confirmed my bill amount to be 1100, within next 24 hrs I received a message that my bill amount was Rs 5500 and finally on 21/09/13 I received a message to pay Rs 6566/- as outstanding amount to restore all the facilities. My data and outgoing facility was barred even before I had received this message. The height of this wrongdoing was seen when I received the aircel bill generated on 27/09/13 was of Rs 8225/-. This bill is despite the fact that I was given discount of Rs 10, 000 (Appx) due to the IPhone 5 plan and Call charges are only appx Rs 1000/- (Call charges Rs 263.38 + Roaming charges of Rs 791.96/-). I have registered a complaint at Kormangala Aircel centre who assured me that they will look into the matter and get back to me with corrected bill. However, I have started receiving harassing calls from Aircel legal cell to make the payment and also implied threat that they will send me a legal notice on this. I have also received a message today from +1901that my present service provider may terminate the number if the bill is not settled. These are all means to harass me and force me to make a payment for services which I have not used. I can't imagine using data for Rs 7000 in a span of 10 days (29/08/13 to 09/09/13 as per bill). My genuine bill may not be more than Rs 1000/- which I'm willing to pay and close the matter. I request you to look into the matter and stop undue harassment caused initially by the bill and now by their legal hawks/ recovery agents. regards,

                        I was home delivered a 3g dongle with an unlimited internet pack of Rs.799.

                        As per understanding, when my internet usage goes over the limit, it should stop working. But aircel dongle let me use it till Rs.10, 000 and the next month when I received the bill I was shocked, How can they let me use it till 10000 when i had not made any safety deposit? and how can they let me give access upto 10000Rs. They keep making me pay the bill when i took up the 799 Plan. Trying to take money from people no matter what the plan was subscribed. This is clearly an attempt to extort money from me.

                        I received calls from Aarti Gautam - Contact [protected] asking me to pay the money and I strongly object to the manner in which they Harass and threaten me with dire consequences if an exorbitant amount of Rs. 95, 000 is not paid. By no stretch of the imagination can an individual be expected to pay this ridiculously huge amount for no fault of theirs.

                        Please note that I will approach the consumer court and the competent authorities if the harassment is not stopped with immediate effect.

                        It's really painful journey with Aircel when i was with Aircel and now after porting my number also.

                        Today Recovery Agency given a threatening call on my wife's number even before due date i.e. 04/12/2016

                        They said pay the bill by today 4 PM else we will file a case and notice will be issued against you.

                        This is really awkward how can you give my number details to recovery agency at this stage.

                        Can you please provide reason why this was done before any intimation / reminder
                        Does aircel is dependent on my Rs. 702 unbilled amount.

                          A few days back aircel started deducting rs.2/day from my account. I have no clue why... Their customer service only keeps on directing calls from here to there. I even tried MNP but they delayed it so much that the token provided by them expired. Can you believe it they didnt clear my account even in 15 days??? Then i bought a new mobile recently and though I am subscribed user of pocket internet service i Didnt recieve any internet settings. Since morning I am trying their customer care number but it's saying that all the customer care executives are busy.

GPRS pack. and today pack has over and i recharged ny cell phone with new GPRS pack. but after few mins. they msg me that the 37 GPRS pack has been auto renewed without inform me so i lost my 37 Balance from me account. i want ny money back. if yu cannt solve my problem i will go consumer court. my contact no. is [protected]

I face the same disgusting problem what AIRCEL has made with my account and I do not know why and how AIRCEL is doing this stupid mistake to customer's account today (11/10/2013) there has been Rs 15/- deducted from my account at 12:30 pm but before to that I made a call and at that time there were Rs 26/- something in my account then how come there will be deduction of Rs 15/- although I didn't used my phone from the morning ... And I also talked to Mr. Aryan kumar customer care executive he clearly told that we can not raise a complaints for this as your account shows that you have downloaded ... although I mentioned that I never download anything on my phone as It is G9900i (Gfive) but still he was not ready accept it. Is it really a very big CRIME if I took AIRCEL service before few years back ??????????????? Anyway I want my Rs 15/- back to my account withing 48 hours and kindly also convey it to AIRCEL headache service. Regards, Shradhanjali Sethi

                                [protected] but try to not display it online (Google) and I have already given the same information to [protected]@aircel.co.in but there is no response from Aircel
                                And one more shocking thing happened that again Rs 15/ has been deducted today morning (30/10/2013) although I informed to Aircel Customer care department (Toll free - 198) few days back and they assured me that there will be no deduction in future ...

                                All total I suffered with the amount of Rs 50/- which need to be refund

                                I would like to let you know that Aircel service become a very very big headache for me now-a-days because I have recharged on my number with the amount of Rs 40/- online on 31/10/2013 and today (02/11/2013) It has again deducted Rs 15/ from my account I informed to customer care and one lady has been pick up the call she reply " You have downloaded animation on your phone when I say No ... she told that you are telling lie and when I asked her name she was just disconnected the call abruptly " How Aircel company working with the persons those who don't know manners as well as basic etiquette at professional environment.
                                And I also want to ask that how many times should I suffer with this ... SO SHOULD I DISCONNECT THIS NUMBER ????????????????????
                                but before to that I want all the amount back to my account
                                Previously deducted amount - Rs 50/-
                                currently amount - Rs 15/-
                                which has been deducted

                                SUCH A SHAMELESS ... Aircel

                                  I am a customer of Aircel. My Aircel Number Is- [protected], Alternate Number Is-[protected] . Aircel launched a product of Rs. 199, benefits:Unlimited local A 2 A calling (10 pm-5pm) and local A 2 A calls @10p/min between (5 pm- 10 pm) + 199 MB 2G data. Validity 30 days. I recharged this voucher 5 oct 2013 but I not get this benefits as properly because when I trying to call at 10 pm but my call is not connected properly my call is connect when the time is right 10.20 pm. For this problem I inform to customer care for 2 times, but my complain is not register by customer care agents as like Sariful Islam. Please resolve is very soon.

                                    I am partha adhikari, i v a aircel data sim([protected]) mob no [protected]. On 6.10.2013 its validity was expired, immediately very next day i called to cus.care for updated tariff and they told me to recharge rs.227 for 3 month validity with 1GB every month 3G speed. Then i recharged the same:- Txn no.KOR[protected].10.2013 at 09:40:17 pm). I use this sim by dongle. Immediately my dongle started working. But when i again connect it on 9.10.2013 at 8 pm, it is not working. I called cus. care immediately and they could not explain properly, they said your sim has been reactivated, your tariff plan is also ok but due to some temporary server problem you r facing so and they never took a complain register, after few time it will work. but upto 10.30 pm it was not working, After that communication i never connect with cus.care through this mob no. I think i v cheated by aircel and finally they keep some expert cus, care executive who know how ignore their responsibility. Due to only these reason i could not open my net banking for transferring some urgent fund. so i want a legal punishment against aircel and their executives. my personal mob no- [protected].

You have been charged Rs 14/14 days. To get free unlimited dialer tune call 53000 Rs 3/min. To unsubscribe sms STOP to 155223 Time: 05/10/2013 22:44:05".MY Rs.14/- WAS DEDUCTED (Rs.76.69-Rs.14 = RS.62.69) WHEN I DIDN'T EVEN ACTIVATED THE SERVICE. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED UPON COMPLAINT NO.198.THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE TOLD ME TO CALL @ 155223 AND UNSUBSCRIBE.SO I DID IT.FINALLY I GOT LITTLE RELIEF, BUT WHEN I AGAIN CHECKED MY BALANCE @ *133# AT MIDNIGHT 12:10 A.M .I FOUND THAT MY BALANCE SHOWN WAS Rs.62.19/- .WHY AGAIN Rs.0.50/- WAS DEDUCTED?                                         I have been using Aircel for several years and had a great trust and even suggested to many friends. But for the past 2 days all the trust I had on Aircel is just dropping very fast. See the bunch of problems below:- NEED IMMEDIATE ACTION 1. My Aircel No is [protected], Chennai. Yesterday I had 186.88 balance on my number after making topup to 155 (155MB free 2G data for 30 days + Full talk time). To check the internet connection I enabled internet on my phone and just done browsing for less than a min (NO DOWNLOADS, just normal browsing) when I disconnect it I got a SHOCKING message as "RS.186.80 DATA COST DEDUCTED". What's happening on Aircel? 155MB free data how does all my balance dry out for 1 min normal browsing?? When I contacted customer care they said they will refund it. My Ref no is 1-[protected] now I got message as "Your concern is resolved" but still my AMOUNT IS NOT REFUNDED. IMMEDIATELY REFUND MY Rs.186.80. It's my hard earned MONEY. 2. I haven't activated anything. But today I got automatically activated to Missed Call Alerts (MCA) pack. DEACTIVATE IT IMMEDIATELY. 3. I have subscribed to SMS 55 message pack, as per the pack only after 100 messages/day it will cost 0.50/mess, but for me every first message of the day 0.50R.s is going. IS AIRCEL PLAYING WITH MY MONEY? I'm using aircel for lot of years, in the past 2 days I'm facing lot much of issues. Customer Care 198 and 121 not responding me properly. All my money are getting STOLEN. RETURN BACK ALL MY STOLEN MONEY!!!

                                        The thing is I recharged for Rs.155, which has 155MB free data, but when I used internet for 1 min 187Rs has been taken from my account. When I contacted Customer care they said, it was deducted by mistake and will be refunded in 2 days. But I didnt get my refund back and also not getting the proper response.But got message as "Charging found as per the plan opted hence no waiver is applicable". REFUND ME, IF YOU SAY AS PER OPTED PLAN, GIVE ME THE RECORDS AND PROOF OF MY 187 Rupees deduction. For what you deducted? 1 min normal browsing without any downloads? Is the non-proper activation of 155MB data is my mistake, even after getting the confirmation message after recharge from Aircel? I NEED PROOF FOR MY 187RS DEDUCTION ELSE REFUND IT BACK
