Dear Sir,
I am a Defence personnel, working in Indian Coast Guard in Chennai. My mobile no is [protected]. Since i had issue with Aircel bill for the period from 15 Aug - 14 Sep, i decided to cancel my post paid plan. I have given request to Aircel Showroom on 28 Sep 13. I got call from retention team on 01 Oct 13. But unfortunately i couldn't attend. On 2nd Oct i called Customer Care (hereafter mentioned as CC) and informed the same. But nothing happened. Till 4th Oct i waited for retention call. On 5th Oct, i visited the same show room again to complaint. But the agent was very rude (later i discovered that my complaint was not even registered). Continuously i called CC almost everyday and complained regarding the same (many times to Mr. Suresh Kumar Asst Manger of CC). But again no use of it. On 12th and 15th Oct, i went to show room again. Finally on 15th Oct, i got my bill cleared and application filled for migration & i was promised not to pay any more bill and migration will get complete in 2 days, But till 18th Oct, it does not happen. On 19th Oct, i visited show room, they told me pay bill again. I again cleared the bill amount & sat there from 1430 to 1800 hrs, finally they have disconnected my no.
Attached below is the detailed list of my registered complaints (eventhough i have called/visted/mailed togther for almost 63 times)
1. Why do they take these many days to do a simple thing.
2. When customer is not willing to continue, then what is the necessity for a call from retention team?
3. On sep 29th, itemised bill request on my no is activated, eventhough i have not requested for that.
4. CC agents, Assistant Manger (Mr. Suresh Kumar), Show room agent (Mr. Anbarasu) everyone of them are least bother about Customer. They irritates repeating the same pre-written statements.
5. When there is a facility of Calling CC, what should a customer should always visit show room? (CC agents just disconnect the call simply saying, go to show room for further assistance).
6. They made me mentally depress for the past 22 days. i want to file a case them. pls help me to know the procedure and other details!
