my name is samiran kumar staying in bangalore. My Aircel no. is [protected]. I have recharged with Rs. 447 , still I am not getting 3G speed. I am getting very low 2G speeds. Even my mobile is showing 2G network. When I send "Start 3G" to 121 it is saying 3G network already activated in your mobile. When I talked to Aircel guys, they are saying 3G coverage is available in Bangalore but inspite of my several comlaints, they never get back and never tried to rectify the problem. Still I am getting the 2G coverage and speed. when i tried in DATA card, then also it is coming same 2G speed.If i select WCDMA only.then tower is not showing.Please help me. I tried to talk to Aircel customer care guys but they are not picking the phone.

      dear sir, my no. is [protected] i am using call rate effective plan of rs 12 pack which gives call rates as 1p/2s on other mobile and 1p/3s on aircel mobile . it is noted that this pack rs 12 is active but my call rate is happening to 90 paisa per minute. i also active rs 12 pack again by giving command *122*12# but it shows: you have already subscribed to this pack. then why is the problem arising of such heavy call rates. please solve my problem. as i am facing difficulties.

        Hello,
        my aircel prepaid no. [protected] .I had activated Aircel 3g morning service on 13 aug ,Its been working fine as per offer,getting 3.6 mbps upto usage of 200mb n after that @32kbps. But it works well only that first day and from next day onwards i'm not getting 3g speed of 3.6mbps only getting 20-30kbps ,I told about this problem to customer care and they said its due to their internal fault and it will be fixed within 4hrs and I'm still not getting any solution yet !

          I bought a new sim of aircel on 16/08/2013. They told me to verify my details to activate the prepaid connection, i dialed 123 so many times,but it is not available constantly from many hours..it has got on my nerves. plz resolve the issue asap..

            i activated aircel 3g mornings pack on[protected], on[protected] i got speed of 3 mbps for data transfer FuP of 200MB & then speed reduced to 32Kbps as per plan, but from d next day onwards the speed is so slow that it takes about a minute to open google. i enquired to customer care but in vain. my aircel no : [protected], email : [protected]@gmail.com, contact no : [protected]. plz help

            i bought aircel super pro 3G connection about 15 days back and recharged it with a plan of 697 Rs for 5gb data on upto 7.2 mbps speed and after that unlimited data at 128kbps speed....i ve just spend 3 gb data and now i am getting extremely slow speed of less than 10kbps downloading speed and very slow browsing, they promised that in my area aircel coverage is also very good (KK Nagar, Madurai).
            i am observing a wide fluctuations in downloading speed in last few days....but not a single time its reaching satisfiable speed.
            please help.

            Its bogus, i recharged for 3g, the speed ws impressive the 1st time i recharged, but now, after my 2nd n 3rd recharge, the speed is same as 2g, i check the balance, there are still 3g data left, its has hapend before with my other aircel sim too.. this is not right, 2oo disappointd.

            my aircel 3g net balance is 3914.8 mb but it is giving very slow speed and only for half an hour or so it is giving a fast connection please help and provide fast connection

            My Aircel No. [protected], and the name is Abraham from Chennai. I am customer of aircel above 7 years. I am using 3G / 500 MB / Month - Rent Rs.128/- as postpaid. Above 3 years I am using Internet. I am struggling with this 3G/2G speed for those years. Not yet complained anything. But friendly told at aircel customer care at Spencer plaza. Other networks like Airtel, MTS nets are in my friends mobile having good speed. But while I am roaming (Papanasam, Thanjavur) the 2G activated and that speed is better than Chennai 3G. (What a pity!). So please increase or adopt the original 3G feature for all aircel customers. Please satisfy all aircel customers. Otherwise all are getting mobile portability. I think to get mobile portability to Airtel. Please do needful.

            I have an Aircel 3g internet connection in my phone. I am suffering from low speed of
            internet for two weeks now. Soon after connecting it gives a moderate speed but after a few seconds the speed becomes terribly slow. My number is [protected] at Dankuni (Aircel Koklata Circle). My last 3g recharge was on[protected] of Rs 155 (1GB 2G/3G combo), out of which 158 Mb still remains unutilized at this moment.

            HI Aircel,

            I am Abraham, Mob no.[protected] from Chennai, India. I am postpaid user. I am under club 299 plan, which is 3G 500 MB and 2G unlimited. Every month I have received the text message from Aircel within 10 days that was told as consumed 80% of 3G quoto. So it will be reduced the speed changed as 2G. But I have checked in 2G connection for those days with the help of mobile settings. This time also received the text message like above as crossed the limit of 3G data. This is very comedy in Aircel.

            I think prepaid is very best 3G data / 1GB we can gain with the same cost comparing to Aircel plan. ha hah ah

            Activated 3G GPRS Plan Of Rs. 98 1 GB 3G Data

            I am a new customer

            I got good speed for first 350 MB Then onwards i am getting maximum speed of 10 KBps

            Which is not for what i paid

            Called Customer Care Did not get satisfying answer

            I was said that my device does not support 3G For information then how did i get 3G speed for initial 350 MB And i have been using Tata Docomo 3G for Years on this device and never any issue

            So it supports 3G Now i want to change my service to Aircel Because i have shifted to Hyderabad from Gujarat Where Docomo does not provide 3G

            Now this has become a very bad experience for me as a new customer

            When i explained this to customer care executive He hanged on my phone I did not use any abusive words or mannerless language

            I do not know who he was The real mother F I kept on saying hello And waited for long time At last i hang up

            So this is the worst customer experince i have ever had to have Need help Want to get speed Tired completely Of False excuses and Ignorance

            Or let me know at least if This can not be done So that i can finally start my procedure for SIM change to other company

            Speed is not constant suddenly network will drops from 3g to 2g and the connection speed is too poor some times applications will show no internet connection even If the mobile data is switched on.

            i am from silchar, assam i have recharged with the 3G internet pack of Rs.299 which provides me 1 GB 3G data per day for 28 days after recharging it on 28 aug 2017 only 4 days i have got the high speed 1GB data after that it provides me 1GB everyday but they are of no use as the speed decreased to 100 kb/sec from 5 mb/sec so it takes 2 days to download a small movie ...i just want the aircel service to fix that problem and if possible the return my unused data .My no.[protected] and my email...[protected][protected]@gmail.com...(((((by the way i m the fan of aircel service as it is the only network in india since long providing more data in low price in compare to the other network...to me aircel is the best and i just wanted to use the aircel 4G))))

            i m from assam, dist.cachar place silchar...P/O.amcicapatty... pin code.788004...nearest landmark-- Gurucharan College..I m using Mozilla firefox and other browsers and the speed decreasing during downloading the problem occurs in case of all sites.I hv to spent my whole day to consume 1 GB only please fix that problem as early as possible and let me enjoy the high speed downloading rate.Thanks for the response and if possible then please return my data again.What ever may be but aircel is the best for me unless its speed gets increase.So ...5 stars...

                techmahindra — No Proper info from customer care.

                My Mobile no is [protected]. Validity has expired before two day hence i rechrged top up above 200Rs... after 1hr i called customer care... he saide switch off & ON after some time... i didi that still my mobile service was not active... after 3hrs again i called Customer care (Anil sharma)... he talked very harsh with me which is very surprising...whei asked about his superviser he told me Why do u want to talk to him? Go in airtel office & check SIM card... ... i again called other guy in customer care he told me that it will take 4hrs to active your service... why all 3 people in Airtel have given different feedbacks... are customer representatives are well educated about services provided by Airtel & about the sence to talk to customer? ... If customer care people r giving such feedbacks to go to Airtel office what is the use of call services... ...
                Please take actions on nesessary points if you really care for that!!!... I will wait for some time & if this will not active... will never use Airtel services... will donate 200Rs to Airtel...

                  Hi, I am komal this site, actually i've a issue related to extra bill amount of my aircel no. Actually i'm using Aircel blackberry plan on my aircel number [protected] and if we use any blackberry plan on our no so its not possible to download anything without upgrade new internet bb plan where u can download anything in fact I tried once or twice to open my blackberry app world service but i could open that bcz to open that u need to hv internet and i did not have internet service.. My problem is that I did not use any internet or downloading from any website but aircel company made my extra bill, my actual uses is around 370-380 means less than 400 but they charged 875 for my bill, here 475 rs is only for internet charges whereas i didn't use internet downloading once.. I've already called them many times to resolve that problem and to correct my bill but they don't give proper ans nd don't attend me properly, there nobody is bothered Except me.. They have cut out my aircel number's all services whereas here isn't my fault.. pls suggest or advice me what should i do?????
                  I am a student and cant pay extra bill, i am ready to pay that amount which i really used but not extra money...
                  Pls Help Me asap ans if possible so pls convince them to make correct my bill...

                  Aircel — Extra Charge

                  Sir,
                  I am a customer of Aircel telecom company.I switched to this service provider,through MNP on 22 jan 2011,from my previous service provider Airtel.From 30 jan 2011 my number [protected] activated through aircel.After 30jan-6 mar 2011 everything was going fine.But from 7 mar, Aircel is charging me extra for the local aircel to aircel calls instead of the fact that I have recharged with Rs.24(in this the call rates are 1p/3sec for local aircel-aircel call,1p/2 sec for other local calls and 1p/sec for STD calls).But from 7 mar 2011 Aircel is charging me 1p/sec for local Aircel-Aircel calls.I had lodged several complaints to customer care but till now my issue has not been resolved.The company is just harassing its valued customer by doing this type of activity.So,I request you to please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                  Aircel — excess bill charging

                  I am the customer of Aircel mobile service providers bearing Mobile No [protected] and Relationship Number : 1-[protected]. The above mentioned company is charging me extra amount that i haven't used. On 13th of March 2011 my total billed and unbilled amount was 300 Rs out of which i payed 300 Rs. but today on the 17th of March i got a call from the service provider that my total outstanding is Rs 482. To the best of my knowledge i haven't used that much of the service for which i should be charged 400 Rs. If this matter will not be solved i will be disconnecting this number in the near future.

                      I have raised a complaint on 30-July-2013 with Aircek service request number 1-[protected] but still network issue not yet get solved so I don’t wants to continue with Aircel.

                      According to discussion with Aircel customer care I had done 3G recharge of Rs. 697 on 29-July-2013 with AIRCEL Transacation ID KA[protected] but from recharge date not a single time I am able to use Aircel Service as no network available so please refund my amount.

                      I don’t want to continue with Aircel. Worst services providing by *Aircel* I’m getting really frustrated.

                      Aircel — No internet access

                      I have requested for internet access by recharging Rs 98. Till there is no response from AIRCEL Customer care. When called Customer care,they simply put on hold for 30 min but not responding. We fill cheated due to poor response and negligence.

                      This is strange if it has happened. I found them very cooperative in my case any ways I would suggest u shud visit the nearest Aircel store if you can, I am sure your issue would be solved in no time.
                      You need to add the access point as aircelweb on your mobile to access the internet.

                      AIRCEL TELECOMMUNICATION — No network

                      No enough network coverage on aircel network at palluruthy tower, cochin -6 since last few months. please do clear it as soon as possible.

                      I have aircel prepaid connection. I recharged for 3G internet connection a few days back. but since then i have not been able to connect to the internet. every time i call the customer care they simply send me the gprs setting. after several such calls, another customer care operator asked me to create new setting, deleting the old ones. since then i am not even getting the internet symbol on top. another operator asked me to change some other settings in my phone but to no avail. all they have done is put me on hold and make me talk to customer care operators who can barely speak english. im very frustrated and angry.

                      I have a 2G plan on my phone which gives me free usage of 2GB per month. However, I have been charged at 3G rates and my account balance has been deducted by around Rs. 100. I had never opted for 3G usage.

                        For complains when I call Complaints & Requests 198 for not auto renewal of internet pack of rs 98/- due to that my full amount of balance is debited from my account of Rs 147/-.They also told that it cannot be refunded .                           I am using aircel sim card with number [protected], on which I have activated internet pack worth 128. This is an auto renewal pack and was supposed to automatically renew on 2nd August. However in the morning I got the message that autorenewal is failed

                            Aircel — no recharge

                            dear sir i have no recharge my recharge coupon
                            Aircel recharge complaint is very common. I purchased five recharge coupons of Rs.10/- and charged in my mobile phone no.[protected]. Even after recharging for fifty rupees my account shows only 0.30. How it happened? I repeated the charging process to find out the mistake if any in the process. But the reply I got was "this coupon is already used". Then what happened to my Rs.50 coupon. Who will answer for this? Mobile companies are cheating public like this. Similarly services not requested by the owner is activated and the amount is deducted from the account. Prepaid customers are being fooled by the mobile companies.

                                    I have Aircel 3G- Dongles post-paid connection and number is: [protected]. Now this number is barred due to credit limit exceed. my plan in 399.rs with unlimited internet(with free -roaming). past 8 months i used this device in bangalore. That time i didnt get any issues. why it is happening in this month.

                                    I called to Aircel customer care and Appellate Authority-[protected](getting worst response- her name Priya), they told as Roaming charges is Rs.2511 and then they told as am using other network(Vodafone Karnataka).
                                    My Questions are:

                                    1.How can i access other network instead of Aircel net-wok. Is it possible. In Bangalore there is no aircel network.

                                    2. If i can use other network means you are not notify to customer thru SMS. How can customer knows which network they can used. this is your fault. i cant pay for your mistakes.


                                    My plan is roaming free and unlimited internet access, but you guys simple charging for roaming and cheating customer.

                                    I filed complaint on 20 days before. still now i didnt get any response from your side. I want solution with in two days, if you cant solve this issues then you will disconnect and de-active this number. i don't want continue with aircel, it is a worst network and stolen customer's money.

                                    Aircel(WB) — complaint against cheating

                                    Myself Kallol Bhunia and my Aircel prepaid no is [protected].My complaint is that I got a call from Aircel customer care([protected]) on 02/06/2009 at 2:35 pm.They requested me to activate a dialer tune on my phone but I sharply rejected that offer.But after one day the dialer tune has been activated on my phone and Rs 30 has been debited from my account.I have made a complaint to Aircel Customer Care but they refused to cooperate anyway.But main thing is that they are so rude and they don't have any sense that how to behave and talk properly with a customer.They have cheated me and making me a fool.
                                    On these circumstances, I earnestly request you to help me from this clear case of cheating.
                                    I hope you have spoken with the Nodal officer of that area, you must take such matters to the supervisors else they will never get to know about such uncalled for behavior.

                                    Aircel — Aircel is cheating customers!

                                    Aircel is cheating customers since last few months. I am using aircel connection from last year. Recently I got a sms from Aircel stating that certain amount of money has been deducted from my account due to renewal of voice chat service. But the truth is that I have never subsribed that service. The customer care and complain dept. both told me their system was showing such information,so they deducted the money. Yesterday(05/04/2010) again I got a sms stating that my dialer tune had been set and again some money had been deducted from my account. The customer care gave me similar response this time also. Is there any solution to this problem? Why innocent customers have to suffer for such irresponsible act of cheat mobile service providers like Aircel? Hoping for some necessary action taken by consumer forum.
                                    I am Anupal Dutta. I have a AIRCEL SIM which was out of my mobile (COMPLETELY SWITCH OFF) from 29th of JANUARY, 2010 till 28th of APRIL, 2010. On 1st MAY, 2010 I have a balance of Rs 28. In the afternoon I got a message that my DIALER Tune has been renewed successfully, which made my balance to Rs. 3.85 from RS. 28 and which I haven't activated any DIALER TUNES. When I called the Customer Care, (Someone named VARUN or ARUN) took my complain and gave me the Complain # 1-[protected] and told me that I will get back my balance and my DIALER TUNE will be deactivated within 48 hours but nothing happened. When I call them after 48 hours i.e. 3rd May, 2010, they told me that the complain # is not valid. ASLO THEY TOLD ME THAT MY DIALER TUNE WAS ACTIVATED ON 16TH APRIL, BUT I PUT THE SIM ON MY MOBILE ON 28TH OF APRIL, 2010. HOW COME I HAVE ACTIVATED THE DIALER TUNE WHEN MY AIRCEL # WAS SWITCH OFF. YOU CAN CHECK THE CALL RECORDS IF ANY INCOMING OR OUTGOING CALL WAS MADE DURING THAT PERIOD. How you PEOPLE are cheating the Customers. I have asked the CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE to forward the call to the next level but he didn't and disconnect the call. Then again I called back at around 8:05 pm, another CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE pickup my call and forwarded the call to the TEAM LEADER on my request but I WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 45 MINUTES AND NOBODY ANSWERED. THIS IS THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT YOU ARE PROVIDING???????? I WANT MY ISSSUE TO BE RESOLVED AS SOON AS POSSIBE. IF MY ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED THEN I AM BOUND TO REGISTER A CASE IN THE CONSUMER COURT.

                                    Aircel — cheating with customer

                                    Many of company are doing the same thing, i have got just a call where the executive told me some dialer tune sceme, i heard the call and replyed him that there is no need of that serviece and disconnected the phone after 1 and half hour, got a sms that your dialer tune will be activated with in 24 four hours, and autometically rs 30 deducted from my account, and when i called to customer care call center the put me on mute for 15 minutes and suddenly call droped. they again deducted 3/- for the call charges. what they think about us are earning this mony fromany illlegall source, i really pissed off this kind of experience, and it happend with mesecond time, what should i do.
                                    Get Your DND service activated. This will block all such unwanted marketing calls which at times can be the reason for such activations.

                                      I have got a new connection for [protected] couple of months back and it got deactivated with 10 -15 days from the day it got activated for the reason as address verification failed. After 10 days my brother received the below message saying that i have to pay RS.4836 for that number. Funny part is he got nothing to do with this number. The sim got registered in my name and the communications are happening to a different person.

                                      "Dear ******** Make the payment of RS 4836 for your aircel no [protected] immediately to avoid legal action."

                                      More over in 10 days i used this sim card in a smart phone which is having a built in data usage software and i have set the limit for 350 MB. As per the application the data connection will be disconnected once the usage exceeds 350 mb (As per plan i have 500 mb free data usage). I am highly disappointed with this and for the note this is the first month bill.

                                        This is regarding phone number [protected]. One LKD service was enabled on my phone last month(without my approval) and despite many call to customer care LKD service is still on on my cell and they they are charging 10Rs every after 5 days


                                        I called many time to customer care but all in vain. now I need my refund from which aircel cut for this LKD service.

                                        I talked to Chetana, Abdual, Neha, Surender, Gautom and few more. My experince was really worst with all no body listen at all.

                                        Please check with all call records/reqs and refund my amount which u charge for this service.

                                        I Vishal Lilani was having an Aircel Card till July 2010. I cancelled the same in the month of July 2010 but the company has billed me for the month of Aug, Sept, Oct 2010 to my ICICI Credit Card for which they have not still issued me a refund cheque.

                                        I am filing this complaint on behalf of my mother who hold postpaid connection no [protected]

                                        I, on her behalf paid one of your re-seller Mr. Amal Kr. Mondal ( Kolkata 700096) a sum of Rs.110 only for re-charging the above connection on 29 Aug 2011 at around 7 PM.

                                        He sent the instruction in front of me through his cell.

                                        I happened to check my mother’s account only on 1 Sep 2011, and found that the recharged never took place.

                                        Checked the details and found that online recharge was not successful for Rs.198/- on 15/7/2013.
                                        Tried reaching the customer to inform him to provide scan copy of his bank details for further assistance but it’s continuously ringing no response.
