it is happen only un educated persons recharge, which persons to give you authorize, he know every thing which pack give what otherwise customer loose his packet money

Rs., 98/- after dedcution of the service tax Rs., 12/- and then yesterday am try to call for my HP gas online booking purpose am received message you dont have balance further am discussion with your customer care people they are given message it is aircel
to aircel free pack, then am asked what can i do for my balance she silently drop the phone
so please look into my problem and solve the same and revert the my balance immediately
