my name is salman muchhada and i have been using aircel since last 3 years, but since few months they have been deducting money from my account for no reason, other day i got a message which stated i will get a talktime of rupees 110 on a recharge of rupees 100, i did that recharge for twice expecting i woud get a talktime of rs 220 but no it was 10 bucks less just 210, i called on their complaint number and recorded the call( thankfully) and he said that this service is availaible only for one recharge, i wasnt satisfied and called again and some other person answered and he aid that the company had by mistakely sent the message to me because the that scheme has been discontinued, and i have recorded both the calls, idk how but i had done two recharges of 100 rupees in a span of 11 minutes and they it was discontinued, like in 11 minutes they change their schemes?? this is thorough loot. their customer care executives totally misguide the customers and send messages of the schemes which have been discontinued?? now i want justice and i wanna pull them to the court. i have the recordin of both the calls plus the messages saved in my inbox of their scheme and both the recharges that i had done
