    I'm vvsatish, I using aircel network in my Nokia 808 purview handset, it's a 3G enabled phone, I've 3G data and but I'm not able to get the 3G speed, getting the speed like 10Kbps..dead slow..to open a page in mobile view its taking a lot of time, I already approach the customer support,but they don't provide any valuable information,..having the network issue as well..please look into this...       I mahavir mehta,have done recharge of one India nation plan for rupees 34 on my aircel mobile no [protected] under which incoming is free and outgoing charges is 1 paise per second as per online aircel website (https://epayment.aircel.com/online-recharge) but they are charging me 1.5 paise per second since last 1 month saying that their policy has been change but information on website id something different when we recharge online. my second complaint regarding misleading information on aircel website. i had done recharge of rupees 19 sms pack but they are saying that such pack is not working when you are in roaming. under the pack i have 100 national sms free hence it should be allowed during roaming also but they are not allowing. the information regarding such dis allowance should be placed at online recharge website of aircel. now they should either allowed me the sms pack to be used while roaming or refund the amount they had charged.
      i have also contacted customer care for above problem but didnot received satisfactory reply.they are giving least importance to consumer satisfaction even in the era of intense competition. i have planned for number portability but before that want to have final talk with aircel as i have been using his services since last two years.
      i have made the similar complaint from my other id pavan05 on this platform on 9 sept but didnot receive any reply from aircel side.
      despite waiting for much time no response from the customer care personnel. dont know what to do to stop malpractices of such cmobile service providers

        Hi ! I am Manjunath, currently an Aircel PrePaid Karnataka Customer bearing mobile Number +91 - [protected] and applied for porting from Aircel to Airtel on 03-Sep-2013. I had submitted my documents and filled application to Airtel on 03-Sep-2013 with UPC code : having validity till 19-Spe-2013. On 4-Sep-2013 I received a message saying the Request to Port to Airtel has been received and being processed. But on 6-Sep-2013, I received a message saying Request for Porting Rejected due to UPC code mismatch by donor. I verified at Airtel they showed me the message and details as updated in their database for my number also which is having the right UPC code. If I call Aircel they are not responding properly saying we don't know contact recipient operator. Please Help.

          On 13 September 2013 my balance is suddenly deducted for Pocket Internet service but i am using which type of phone that is not support any service like internet so i can't do this thing,
          Please do something and give me back my money as soon as possible.

          Aircel — deduction of rs 30/- as renewing of a service which is not even subscribed

          My aircel mobile no.- [protected].
          Without prior information on 22nd Jul 2011 recieved msg from aircel that your music connect service is renewed and rs 30/- has been deducted, contacted and filed the complaint at customer care Complaint no. - [protected] & deactivated the service same day, they sent a reply on 24th that your complaint is resolved without refunding the amount. Again contacted to customer care but no satisfactory reply is provided as we don't subscribed that service so no question of renewing it.
          Before that on 20th Jun 2011 we have activated pocket internet pack along with which some unwanted services(Dialer Tone, Miss Call Alert & Ring Back Tone) are activated & intimated on 29th Jun 2011 after contacting to customer care to deactivate all at a time they told distinct method to deactivate all the 3 services, which is followed by me on the same day, there were no information regarding music connect service till 22nd july 2011 (day on which unnecessary charge is deducted).

          My phone no is : [protected] i have been using aircel from june 2012 there was no complain but from this month things got change, today January, 23rd 2013 i was subscribed to "NAMITHA PACK" with out my permission and with out my concern and i was charged 20Rs for that. I complained about it in your "call center" i was unsubscribed but i didn't get my balance back. I want my balance back with out any condition asap. And even after that i was again subscribed to that same stupid pack ... and now i can't contact u guys i dont know why.... I WANT MY ALL BALANCE BACK .. u guys have been a very good server till now to me please don't harm ur rep ... i want a quick reply on this ...
          Same here. They used to send sms daily, inviting me to get Namitha pack & I just delete them. Today received SMS saying 'Namitha Pack is Renewed at Rs.15.0/15days' and Rs.15 deducted from my balance (Note that they say 'Renewed' & not subscribed - eventhough this is the first time I receive this mail & this sim no. is barely 30 days old). Opened a service ticket at their site asking for a refund. Will see how it goes.
          i recharged my account balance by rs 30 (full talktime) on 25th april 2013 but within 2 hours my balance gets reduced to zero.
          i called customer care then they said that i have activated music pack which i didn't and did not returned my balance. this is unfair as i didn't do anything but lost my 30 rupees.

          then i write an email to the appellate authority but still no solution came out

          I am customer of Aircel and my no is [removed].

          On 21 October 2013 my balance is suddenly deducted for Pocket Internet service but i am using unlimited plans for my mobile. Huge amount deduct at a time so I notices, as similar many times I sense that balance is deducting but I ignored.

          Do something aircel to keep your customers with you. and give me back my money as soon as possible.

          I wish to raise a serious issue concerned to the Service of Aircel in Lucknow, I own a Aircel connection [protected], which I don't use much, on 20 August 2013 I checked there was 187.21 rs in my account, today I checked the balance got reduced to 88. I have not activated any services on this number, I have called 121 and 198 Customer Care number. In this regard but they spoke very rudely and hang up the call in between. I request to take note of this irresponsible behavior and provide me the details of Missing 100 rs.

I am facing facing an unfair balance deduction problem on my given mobile number from 2 weeks and i have been charged Rs.10 twice a week for some unknown weblink subscription. This is the message I received from Aircel service : DD-AIRCEL: Hi, you have paid for this content. To download it, pls click here http://111.93.115.200/aircel/Pack.ashx?splid=12464&amp;amp;subid174 Actually i didn&#039;t request for any value added service, they had activated the service and deducted amount from my main balance in which i wasn&#039;t involved. Later, i noticed that some balance was deducted and then i called the customer care service, they said it wasn&#039;t updated and call after 1 hr and after 1 hr i tried calling them there is response and they are not even connecting to tech support guy. And i tried many times it was the same response. i have wasted almost 2 hrs in calling them and i got irritated and thought of complaining in this forum as I am a satisfied member of your website.
          Plz deactivate my namitha actress and dating tips it has been subscribed automatically...this is my no.

            Dear Sir/Madam, I am holding Aircel pre-paid connection. Mobile number is [protected]. I recharged MRP 58[Txn No. CHR[protected]] to my account on 12/09/2013 10:10 am. After that, I received a sms from DD-Aircel on 12/09/2013 10:50 am: "STV 58 recharge successful. All STD mobile calls @30p/min with 90 days validity has been credited."               My phone no. [protected] has been disconnected by the company for verification error. I am residing at this address for the last 20 years and I have my own house. I have passport, bank account and having approx. 5-6 phone connections of Aircel. If these type of problems are created for genuine users. How one will go with your company?


              Your verification team had given wrong information.. I would like to restore my phone no. otherwise I will go to consumer court..

              In the last 20 years I have not changed my address or I am not involved in any crime..

              I went to company showroom at Rohini Sector-6. But, he said company is right and you are wrong.

                  My cell no. is +91 [protected]. I had activated Rs.5 data pack on 10th of this month. But without my consent the auto renewal is done at end of the day since that day. I tried to contact customer care at 121 and even complaint helpline at 198 but could not able to connect to the concerned officers. Please cancel the auto renewal of data pack as soon as possible.

                      even after posting my complaint on this website, i received no call from aircel side for the grievances i have. how can a company claim that they are consumer friendly and giving priority to consumer satisfaction when they are not contacting or giving satisfactory reply to its consumer.
                      i have decided to opt for number portability service as company is not responding for my grievances.

                        This is to bring to your attention that I have not been able to deactivate 3g service since I first tried to in Feb. 2013. Whenever I send a text to 121 I get the following reply each and every time : " Your request could not be processed. Your previous request is pending." I am sick of this incompetence of yours. This is simply unacceptable, terrible negligence on your part. I have talked to the customer care executives several times and even mailed my complaint. But my problem has bot been resolved till now. I request you to take some initiative in order to solve the problem. I want 3g deactivated on my no. i.e., [protected]. This is my registered email id. <[protected]@live.com>

                          I am not happy with Aircel. Their customer care is the most worst team in this world . They will not help their customers they just keep on saying to call some other numbers like (214) after calling to 198. I recharged my Aircel number with 198 pack in my mobile still I am unable to download anything from Google play and even I am unable to use Whatsup . I asked their cust team they just said some sites are not applicable for this pack . What a worst pack it is then ?

                            This happened for the second time that Aircel again wrongly debited my account balance from my mobile no [protected].Earlier on 08 AUG 2013 when I call Complaints & Requests 198 for not auto renewal of internet pack of rs 98/- due to that my full amount of balance is debited from my account of Rs 147/-they also told that it cannot be refunded . But it is not my fault as auto renewal is not activated which is totally company's fault.While transferring my call to seniors they are cutting the call and it has happened twice.When it is clearly written on their site that internet pack of rs 98 will be automatic renewed after its expiry but again it's happened for the second time that auto renewal not activate as a result my full amount of Rs 138/- wrongly debited from my account balance. Please look into this matter as company is not at all looking into this issue.

                              on 4th sept. i activated aircel bihar sms pack of 50 local/national sms at rs. 2 - BHSMS2. aircel did not notify that it is auto renewed daily. so when next day, balance of r. 2 was deducted, i wrote an email to aircel bihar customer care. they replied me to dail a USSD - *122*12# to stop it. but, when i dialed this ussd, instead of deactivating the sms pack, it Subscribed me to a minute pack of rs. 12 and they've not done anything in this regard, i've wrote them email for this. is this their customer service? when they even don't know about their products, then how will they guide the customers? I want my rs. 12 back and sms pack deactivated.Please provide as much information as possible...

                                I had rechagerd My aircel number [protected] with Rs. 198 wjich is pocket internet plan,(including 1GB 3G data post 3G speed Normal 2G speed). After 3G I received a message from Aircel which is "Dear Customer you have exhausted your High Speed Data quota. You may continue to browse at speeds o[censored]p to 128 Kbps". But my speed is reached to a worse speed 0.00kbps to 20kbps. But when I spoke to customer care executive about problem I did not get any satisfactory answer from then...

                                  my name is salman muchhada and i have been using aircel since last 3 years, but since few months they have been deducting money from my account for no reason, other day i got a message which stated i will get a talktime of rupees 110 on a recharge of rupees 100, i did that recharge for twice expecting i woud get a talktime of rs 220 but no it was 10 bucks less just 210, i called on their complaint number and recorded the call( thankfully) and he said that this service is availaible only for one recharge, i wasnt satisfied and called again and some other person answered and he aid that the company had by mistakely sent the message to me because the that scheme has been discontinued, and i have recorded both the calls, idk how but i had done two recharges of 100 rupees in a span of 11 minutes and they it was discontinued, like in 11 minutes they change their schemes?? this is thorough loot. their customer care executives totally misguide the customers and send messages of the schemes which have been discontinued?? now i want justice and i wanna pull them to the court. i have the recordin of both the calls plus the messages saved in my inbox of their scheme and both the recharges that i had done

                                    Please provide I am Vijay sankar from Tirunelveli district, Tamil Nadu... My
                                    father(Mr.Ravi) bought an AIRCEL number around 8 years ago,The Number is [protected]
                                    problems.
                                    But unfortunately the number gets disconnected from aircel service on
                                    30/8/2013, eventhough we uses the sim everyday for calling and
                                    messaging before it gets disconnected and also they disconnected
                                    without any warning or notifications. I don`t know what to do.

                                    I contacted the nearest service centres and they told me that it
                                    cannot be resolved. But the number was used for all our Bussiness
                                    purpose.. I want the service immediately
                                    Please help me to get back the service.

                                      Aircel company customer care representative committed to give me a postpaid connection number of my choice, but now the company is providing me a different postpaid number after address vitrifaction and payment done by me, which is totally disgusting and disappointing matter. I am writing to aware all my friends please keep away from the fake promise. Whenever I got a call from the verification authority, I told him repeatedly about the issue but they forwarding me to the representatives and after that no body is listening to the issue. It is wasting my time and money.

                                        Hello, I have made online prepaid recharge of Rs.68 through https://epayment.aircel.com/online-recharge/ site on Sep 02 2013. Money is deducted from my bank account. But recharge is not done to my mobile. Kindly refund the amount back to my bank account or recharge my mobile for the same amount.
