I am a customer with aircel since 2007. My mobile number is[protected]. I had recharged on 14 SEP 2013 for Rs. 258/- on https://aircel.com/recharge/‎ website. And my bank details immediately gave me message saying amount debited. But still neither have I got talktime recharged nor has the money debited been returned to my card account(VISA SBI credit card no [protected]). Even I complained about the same twice to customer care by phone and I was assured that amount will be credited back to my account within 24 hours, but to no avail. I had visited the Aircell Cellcity on 4 OCT 2013 to report the same complaint and experienced firsthand the poor service there by the lady manning the counter. And I was neither given the complaint regn token id nor any acknowledgment and was just told that the complaint will be resolved but till now no result has come out of all this. The company should credit my card account with the said amount alongwith the interest for all these days at 9.00 % ie the prevailing bank rate. Yours faithfully, S GOKUL NIVAS.

    Purchased an Aircel Modem around July end 2013 and it was working around 10 days from the activation. Suddenly got a message saying some Address validation failure and the connection got terminated as soon as I received the message.

    I contacted the vendor who sold the modem to me and they said, they will raise a compliant. I called after 3 days and there was no response and kept on calling more 50 times but no response. Then tried to call from a 1 Rupee local landline and they responded and gave an Aircel customer care E-mail to escalate the issue.

    I then, composed an e-mail with the issue details and the final reply was the SIM has been permanantly terminated as address validation failure and now the Modem is completely not usable. My 1499/- Rs is completely gone in just 10 days.

      My name is Subhodeep Sarkar and my mobile number is [protected].I have lost Rs 182 due to unnecessary balance deductions.I had also recharged with pi 447 but still am getting only 2g speeds.I cant even reach their customer care representatives.kindly do the needful and resolve my issue.Thank you.
      It means Aircel wants to tell all customer don't recharge more than Rs 50. If we keep balance more than this amount without notification they will deduct and cheating the customer.

      Respected sir/mam,
      I am shirish bongale. My aircel mobile number us [protected]. I have mailed you because none of your customer care center is attending my calls. If you are not able to solve a customer's problem so, please i suggest you to close your company. My balance had deducted twice without any proper reason. Once it was rs.50, other time it was rs.25. And your customer care executive are also not talking in good manner. Ate this your values to a customer. I called nearly about 50 time from last night but your customer care dont attend the call.
      If you dont want to attend the calls please close your customer care 198 . It is no use for people. Tell this straight or i will choose mnp option.

      My balance has been deducted on 15th jan. I have called to customer care support on same day and they assurred me to refund the balance within 48 hours but they have not refunded yet. I have called 3 times to customer care but not refunded my balance.
      Hii.my Number is [protected], aircel Has been deducting my balance from beginning, yesterday also they deducted 255 rupees for unnecessary reasons and unwanted services, their customer service and their services is worst, they will not connect to customer care services to share the problem, they are the worst sim company, they will activate unwanted services and deduct huge balances, please see through the problem and help to refund my balance

[protected] by Today morning with Rs. 197 as per the distributor ( Bansal Electronics Lucknow ) i will get 600 Min. in this amount but still i have not received any minute or balance on my No. i have also tried to register my complaint at Your call centre no. 198 but there Mr. Afrooz and Mr. Sanjay was unable to solve my problem according to them as per Aircell' s law i will not get any minutes or balance and also aircell will not return my money back it is blocked by aircell . its a kind of cheating so please resolve my issue ASAP and please call me to make you understand my problem .               Sept 27-2013 at 1.00 pm I checked validity of rate cutter, my Aircel prepaid, mobile no [protected]. after few hours Rs 457 has been deducted from my account without any message from Aircel. I called customer service several times we will check your account they didn't told what reason for deduct, finally yesterday 29/09/2013 they told me you subscribed two rate cutter for three month one RC 235 and RC 222 (Why not send message to the customer?) I didn't subscribe both services and don't want that RC 222. So please I kindly request you to cancel RC 222 and refund the amount which deducted from my Aircel Prepaid Account. Thanking you..                   I am using postpaid rs.149 plan. In that plan they are giving 500mb free data. But I have used only 200 to 300 mb.but one day un Bill amount message came. In that mesg 800 above bill came. Then my account out going calls blocked. From that day I didn't use that sim and I went to customer care center. Then they say the amount is rs.1700 un bill. I was very upset. Then I said I want to know my usage data. But they didn't reply proper. I lost my my money coming from my hardworking... For me only not this problem. All people's worry about this problem every day...

                            I stay in Bangalore banaswadi area And I've been experiencing low speed of internet of less than 25 kbps. Also customer service no's are always busy. Aircel is doing hell lot a job of making its customers unhappy. Truly disappointed in Aircel's service.

                            hello i am using aircel since 2 months but aicel 3G speed is not stable it switches to 2G sometimes and again to 3G
                            and the customer support is worst they dont know the solution for this.so please dont go for aircel network they are putting scissors for your pocket.
                            my number is [protected],i have recharged with Rs 128 unlimited plan ,in this plan there is 500 mb 3g then unlimited 2g at the speed upto 128 kB/s but it is giving only 2 - 4 kB/s, but sometime it goes 20 - 25 kB/s and at very rare occasions, the company is not giving 50% of the speedthe said on the site.

                                  I am Karthik.K - [protected](Aircel)

                                  I have recharged AIRCEL Rs.55 sms pack on Friday evening for SMS pack
                                  from Citi bank netbanking, and then I got message from their side
                                  stating that," recharge successful". While checking with *111*55# it
                                  shows the message balance and expiry date. But still the aircel taking
                                  money for my messages, still now they have charged for 05 sms's
                                  (3.00INR). I have contacted to their customer care exe,"Arshad" on
                                  friday night itself, he did not respond me properly and disconnected
                                  the call and insulted me.

                                  I have contacted again for two times to AIRCEL, but they also did not
                                  revert my pblm. From that time onwards till now I am unable to reach
                                  their customer care, I think they have put my number in blocklist.

                                  Totally I am fed up because of this pblm and hesitated by AIRCEL network.

                                  I want to raise a complaint to that network. I have raised to TRAI also.

                                    I am Lalit jain. My aircel mobile no. is [protected]. I did the recharge of Rs. 22 for reducing the call charge. But I am not getting the benefit of that. Even I call to aircel customer care but no use. Very useless Network provider. Please help me to resolve this.

                                      Hello sir, i am from Srinagar and i am using Aircel 3G Data Plan of 198RS Sorry my english not good. On 198Rs Aircel Gives 1GB On [protected]@ 3MB/s after 1GB @128KB/s But i never got 10KB/s Downloading speed, when i call 198 for complaint they said they providing 64KB/s that means 6-7KB/s downloading. i said not getting 6KB/s Downloading speed. they put me on hold for 30 mints then i diconnect the call and call again same they put me on wait for 30 mints, from 6 months nothing happened. i am getting 100KB/s Downloading that means 1MB/s speed instead 300KB/s that mean 3.5MB/s. i am tired of this every evening and noon time internet totally slow 1KB/s which this like BSNL LANDLine speed about 8 years ago. my loaction is Mir Mohallam, Wantabhawan, Soura, Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. Do something these fake company which promise is fake.

                                        Even I faced similar issue today, they have deducted Rs.20 and Rs.100 separately. I raised a complaint and they told cant refund.
