I am Karthik.K - [protected](Aircel)
I have recharged AIRCEL Rs.55 sms pack on Friday evening for SMS pack
from Citi bank netbanking, and then I got message from their side
stating that," recharge successful". While checking with *111*55# it
shows the message balance and expiry date. But still the aircel taking
money for my messages, still now they have charged for 05 sms's
(3.00INR). I have contacted to their customer care exe,"Arshad" on
friday night itself, he did not respond me properly and disconnected
the call and insulted me.
I have contacted again for two times to AIRCEL, but they also did not
revert my pblm. From that time onwards till now I am unable to reach
their customer care, I think they have put my number in blocklist.
I want you to help me to revert this pblm. I have proof reg my
conversation with their people.
Totally I am fed up because of this pblm and hesitated by AIRCEL network.
I want to raise a complaint to that network. I have raised to TRAI also.
