First am in Rs.199 plan, next change the Rs.210 plan from Aircel end, again change plan from Aircel end Rs.224, next again change plan Rs.254. 3 times change the plan from Aircel end. Why continuously change the my postpaid plan. How to pay bill from I end ? Kindly revise the my postpaid plan and revise this month bill Rs.283 -------- and Name change, company name to individual name, All document submitted to aircel, verification is done from Aircel end, but till not change the name. aircel executive no proper responce

      I recharged my Aircel number online [protected] on 27th wiht Rs. 135, where the offer was to get Rs. 150 as Talktime, (mind you your website mentioned Talktime not promotional balance). And I didn't received any balance as of now, calling their CCare, they informed me that the balance was in the form of promotional balance, but I didn't wanted one. Your website mislead me to make wrong choice and now my 135 Rupees are wasted, I just wanted them to refund me or convert the balance to normal 135 rupees recharge instead of promo balance and didn't wanted any extra amount. Still positive response from them.

        Sir iam prashant kumar, i have aircel prepaid numer [protected]. i compliant on 27july 2013 numer 1-[protected], and 2nd after few day [protected] and 3rd [protected], and network problem at my house and week singnal and network hidden automentic, NETWORK WEEK DURING GPRS ., no network 24 hours and no gprs or internet work 24 hours. i lost many money for internet but poor quality and poor network for 2g interet. I talk with sinior officer but no work, i also call applicant officer of rajasthan mr ankumer sharma with compliant numer 1-[protected], on 21 oct 2013 and compliant but no sloved problem and I also talk with, Srinivasan .S General Counsel Legal M +91 [protected] Aircel Chennai, and email compliant [protected]@ aircel.co.in, srinivasan.sudarsanam @ aircel.co.in but no works by Srinivasan .S General Counsel Legal of aircel.and no network update and strong at my home. please take qiuck action and slove network and gprs problems.         Dear Sir,
        I have recharged my aircel number [protected] with a 3G Internet pack of Rs. 545 but still my Internet is not working properly. It works very slow and the speed is poorer than 2G and the payment is made for 3G. Today, there are so many operators in the market but I choosed you expecting good services from your side but I am extremely sorry to say that your service is worst among all the operators, as such I don't want to continue with you.

        You are requested kindly withdraw the connection and arrange to remit me my recharged amounted to Rs. 545 only and oblige. Kindly acknowledge and confirm immediately.

        Sir, i recharged with 249 aircel 2g internet pack. The speed was above 40kbps. As compani claims speed 114kbps aprox. But automatically speed is low now 1 to 2kbps.. Please help..thanks
        rs.24/- net ka recharge kiya tha 30 days ka jabse kiya tabse 1-2 day chalu hua bad me band hua customer care ko call karo to wo kuch jawab nahi dete hum logo ke paise west jate he 24 hrs chalu hoga kehte bas hota to nhi plz net chalu karo nhi police complent karni padegi

          I had transferred 25rs. from another mobile to my mobile([protected]). It was added immediately but after 2 hours bthe balance had been gone. I called the customer care more than 10 times all of them said to me wait for 2 hours wait for 1 hour wait for 4 hours like that repeatedly. I had waited for more than 24 hours but my balance has not been added till now and also no proper response from customer care executives. I have irritated by this connection.
          I am Arabinda Jana, my mobile no -[protected]. On 18/09/2014 deducted Rs 69 from my a/c balance. After that contacted customer care they replied not properly. I am cheated again and again . Requested to you for this matter and I hope all deducted amount return my a/c.
          They deducted my bal by activating a fraud service without properly confirming.
          why do you people doing like this?
          how do you activate a service even when i do not have sufficient balance?
          it's a severe issue. do not make it complicate.
          so refund my balance.

            I, satish kumar and my mobile number is [protected]. In my area the aircel 3G network is not availabe and in 2G network the internet speed is so poor. It takes a lot of time load web pages. so, kindly take necessary actions and reply whether 3G network is availabe in my area or not.

              I have purchased a data plan for 1350 for 15 gb usage of high speed i got an sms from aircel " Dear customer you have consumed you have consumed 80% of high speed internet quota, Call 121 to activate 3G boost." i contacted their customer service and no proper response and the same with their complaint desk now i have used only 80% or 12 gb and there is no one in their customer service or complaint section to give me information about their booster pack if there is such charges why i was not informed at the time of activating that pack as i have paid the money they asked for and i got only limited connectivity and not able to browse on high speed as the connection is only at 10 kb hope aircel people stop robbing their customers with such false pack Balaji [protected]

                Record slow And worst network connection from Aircel. In Rs. 399/- 3G-2G combo unlimited net pack for 30 days, it mentioned as first 3GB usage high speed 3G for mobile & dongle then it will become 2G, but in 3G dongle it shows 2G from the very first day of recharge. Actually its not 3G at all. It is totally 2G . Opens a page 15-20 mins after. Total waste of money as well as time. Very irritating!!!

                  I have applied for number portability before 12-13 days. The Aircel personal Mr Krantimaya Lenka ( Sambalpur Circle, Odisha) had commited that, the service will be activated with in 6-7 days. Bt it couldn't be possible due to some amount were balance to my previous operator. After clearing those amount, with in 2-3 day i had recieved a massage from AIRCEL that my previous no. will be deactivated and the new aircel no will be activated on 19th Dec 2013 at 7:00 AM (Refferance no :). on the same day before 7:00 AM my previous sim got deactivated but Aircel couldn't able activate the new service. As a private sector employee it was horrible to face a full day with out having phone. I had chassed full day to your customer care personals and circle office personals. It was very surprise to hear from the customer care people that i should contact to the local office regarding my issue. i had gone to the local issue during my working hours and they assured me to get the job done with in 2 hrs. When i had contacted the staffs after 2:30 hrsthey are asking me for my documents once again. This is seriously redicullous . It was a very very bad start with Aircel.

                    I have a very bad experience with Aircel .I had called them and asked them whats the procedure for cancelling the postpaid connection.They told that i have pay all bill with few extra amount as cancellation charges i just did what they asked me to do.Still i m receiving the bill and my sim is not cancelled My number is [protected]. They are calling and telling me that leagal action will be taken against me.I have not even used it since cancellation request

                      I applied for Aircel through MNP request, and after a long struggle, Finally received the sim, but that was not micro sim card my phone support only micro sim card after that I had some more issues that has been solved bt this 3G problem has not been resolved yet. A technician named nataraj from P.H road kilpauk Aircel Office came to my house to check the network, and said the network is perfect and after that he tried exchanging the sim card, in which the sim card was not detected in his mobile, and his sim was detected in my mobile and 3G is work in my mobile and he said the problem is with the sim card so finally he said to change the sim card. I approached saidapet Aircel office for this, they said they doesn't have ROTN micro sim card. With them, and they said I have to go to chengelpet Aircel Office for that, I was not perfect about the address so I mailed abt that and I got a phone call from the person named Lakshmi from appellate Office she only said I can get ROTN micro sim card from spencer plaza Aircel Office she only asked me to go there, so I went there and they give me only ROTN sim card which is not micro sim card and I asked them for that and they said micro sim card is not available for ROTN it self but the sim card which I received is ROTN sim card only. So I had to cut the sim card as I did like before so the problem is still persisting, for me I need the micro ROTN sim card readily done by you. Cutting the sim to micro sim is creating this problem and this is said by the technician nataraj who came to my house so now I need the readily made ROTN micro sim card to my house I want a Chennai micro sim card which will support my phone..

                      Finally the Lakshmi form appellate Office called me today and said I have to change the phone for a micro sim card which is not available with you for ROTN sim card..

                      I have check the sim card with other mobile its not detecting in all other mobiles its only detecting in my mobile only. The problem is not with my phone and the problem is your sim card only its clearly proven again

                      Even I got the same problem before. But resolved it problem my self by changing the Network mode.
                      Please make sure that your network mode must be 'GSM/WCDMA' or 'GSM only', Then only 'Aircel' will work.

                        my number is [protected]... i didnt activate all channel pack and u aircel deducted Rs.40 from my account...so kindly deduct my money or just tell the way to stop this ------ service... i messaged 155223 to stop but it replied with no service activated... are you aircel kidding? if you are not gonna refund or tell a [censored] way to get rid of these, , am just gonna throw ur sim in a garbage...

                            Dear Sir, My name is ANIL .Last month i took your service for shifing my car and home items from gurgaon to pune. The name of company is " AIRCEL CARGO PACKERS & MOVERS" Name of concern person is Mr. Manjeet . Mobile No: [protected], [protected] . LL: [protected]. I have packed all my items and car and handed over to him on 9/11/13. He suggested me to put house hold items inside the car, so i did the same. he told me that he will give me the delivery in 7 working days. He gave the damaged car on 28th evening after so many followups. moreover i did not get my house hold items too. The list of lost items are: 1) Car rear speakers both. 2) Car tyres all four ( replaced my old one ) 3) Seat covers. 4) Kitchen items induction cooker, toster, utinsels etc. .. worth apprx Rs: 20000 5) All family shopping clothes inside the bag worth approx Rs: 30000.                               Sir I bought AIRCEL SIM Card in the name ANIL KUMAR TRIPATHI with proper valid documents this year Rs.60/-. When I buy this then I get Rs.100/- immediately talk time and shopkeeper told me that Rs. 20/- + 20/- you get if you further recharge. Now a days when I try to call then shown "SIM REGISTRATION FAILED", But sir today when I recharge with Rs. 50/- and call for confirmation from my home then I socked that some aged person pick up the call and told me that "Yei Nomber Ti To Aamar".                                   I recently bought an aircel sim and my phone number is [protected]. the company sends me unwanted sms-s about promotion of their services and in two steps they have cuts Rs 15 from my account balance. first they deducted rs 10 and again after a few days rs 5. I got an sms " thanks for using aircel pocket internet" and my amount is deducted. I want to say in this reguard that i use aircel data pack and i have already recharged rs 98 pack for one month and my date has not expired. so there is no question for deduction of money. this is completely unethical and i am really saddened and furious by this act of Aircel which is such a big company. please see to it and i want my money back

                                    Dear Sir/Madam, I am holding Aircel pre-paid connection. Mobile number is [protected]. I received a sms on 13/12/2013 11:25 am: RC 100 = Rs 105 Extra Talktime! Offer valid only for 48 hours !! So, I recharged MRP 100 [Txn No.CHR[protected]] to my account on 13/12/2013 12:04 pm. My account was just updated with TT = 86 INR but Full Talk Time has not credited yet. I already raised a complaint to the Aircel Customer Care and it was been told that I will be soon receiving an update from them. But I haven't yet received any updates from them.                                       Dear Aircel Team, This is to you that an amount of 338/- has been take from my credit card for a different user mobile number : [protected]. The above number was used by me till January 2013 and the same requested to disconnect & i have paid all outstanding. In the month of August 03 i have received a mail as bill alert of the Aircel Number: [protected] / Relationship Number: 1-[protected] / Bill Amount : 338.00 which i was auto registered & cancelled the request in online itself when i disconnect the number. After i checked my credit card bill statement i came to know that the Bill Amount of Rs 338.00 has taken for the Aircel Number: [protected] which i already disconnected in January 2013. I have given a complaint to the Aircel office in Spencer plaza. they have taken the complaint & have not any reference / complaint no. The person said it will get closed by two weeks.but there was no action taken on this. so many times i have visited to the Aircel office in Spencer plaza.there is no proper responsibility. I have called through phone also.no response. Almost 4 months is over.Really don't know what the hell these people are doing...Really i m so fed up with aircel services. this is not at all acceptable. also i m going to disconnect all the number which my family also using in aircel. Hope you people will take necessary action on this . Thanks,

                                        Hi There, I am aircel customer from past 5 years and my sim is working Ok apart from few network issues. But Today morning when i check my cellphone it is not getting network signal at all. I ignore that as i thought it is because of some local network issue. But from past 18 hours straight i have not seen any signal for network in my cellphone. I have tried hundred times by switch on and off but it shows no sign of network. With due respect do let me know what is the resolution for this. Thanks, Abheek
