Sir iam prashant kumar, i have aircel prepaid numer [protected] ,i compliant on 27july 2013 numer 1-[protected], and 2nd after few day[protected] and network problem at my house and week singnal and network hidden automentic, aircel colsed compliant without share permission to me, no network 24 hours and no gprs or internet work 24 hours, i lost many money for internet but poor quality and poor network for 2g interet ,I ALSO CALL and email to aircel APPLICANT OFFICER BUT NO REPLAY,and no work ,please take qiuck action and slove network and gprs problems, my addres near bsnl office narshingpura sojat city pali rajasthan pin 306104.thanks

    Dear Sir/Ma'am, I bought a Aircel Dongle Sim (30/08/2013), number is [protected] (3g Sim), recharged with Rs. 347 but e-net is running very slow (speed is 0-9kb/s), whereas I had recharged my number with 3G plan and also there is not any number working for data balance checking, I called on 198, which is also not picking my call and not helping me ( l am trying from over 3 days ). resolve my problem soon, please.     Aircel cut my all Data balance before the last Date on 11-14th September (last date was 29th of September), they cut my all 5GB remaining data and I had been used 1GB, ( I was recharged my No. [protected] with 347-Ruppes for 6GB - 3G data on 30th - August - 2013 ),
    then I requested them (Aircel) to refund my money because data speed was too slow than 2G of any other service provider,
    but they did not sent me any money in the form of calling balance whereas they cut my all E-net balance! :-(...
    Nobody gave me satisfactory answer, I complained many times.
    Customer care executive said that talk to that person to whom you recharged because we have sent back your recharge amount to that person (My recharge was done by this No. [protected]), but shop keeper said to me that he has not received any money from Aircel to refund me!!
    I don't know that who is right or who is wrong (shopkeeper / customer care)?
    but it has been cleared that Aircel has very poor customer support system.
    I don't hope that they will return my money but sharing this information to protect all potential consumers of Aircel.

      Hi, I have recharged with 150 Rs to my Aircel maharashtra number [protected] from Aircel official site only. As per site i would have got 150 Rs talk time & 150 MB data balance. but they only give 120 rs balance. Balance is not in main account also. it is some thing like P.F 120 RS balance.. Aircel cheated me before also in some unwanted money deduction matter. Stop this fraud to consumers & give service same as they claim. Please look into it & give my remaining 30 Rs balance to my account. Regards, Priyank Shah

        I've requested for a number porting from Aircel to Vodafone. I paid all my outstanding balance in my Aircel account prior to porting, so that the porting will be smooth. I did this in a nearby Aircel store. But to my surprise they rejected my porting stating, I've outstanding balance unpaid. Guess what? The Aircel store person fooled me by giving a lower outstanding balance, so that the porting gets rejected. Is this the way to retain your customers? NOTE: To make sure, I don't put in extra charge, I never used my mobile for calls/text after I paid my outstanding balance. So that's not a reason. I've the receipt of paid outstanding and can prove that I never made calls/texts after my payment. This is utter un-ethical behaviour from Aircel, Chennai.

          Hi, I am using Aircel mobile service provider and my pre paid mobile number is [protected] from rajasthan. TService provider keep activating some value added services automatically and keep deducting amount almost everyday. They have deducted around 200 rupees till date in last one month. I have spoken to customer care many times and they are not ready to deactivate additional services which they automatically activate. Last I spoke ro this morning at 6.30am was Shekhar. Please help urgently.

            sir I bought an Aircel Recharge voucher of RS: 30/- but, while scaratching for 16 Digit pin it was damaged and some no.s are not visible clearly, i also try to call customer care executive but they did not help me or next time when i called them they cut my phone call.I am a old customer of aircel and i feel so bad now why any body not help me.                 I tell u these aircel customer care service is the worst... even my 3G Pi is getting auto-renewed... when i called customer care executive after numerous tries.. on e stupid lady gave me a number *234*171# saying by dialing this i can deactivate the PI.. but tell u what when i dialed tat number i was getting ly 2G PI and 3G Pi!!! stupid aircel...

                got msg that 22 Rs has been deducted from my account this is the
                matter of one month before, then i tried to reach to customer care
                supporting by calling 121, 1288 and [protected] they put my call on
                hold and disconnect after some time and this is still happening the
                same. To register complaint i registered feedback on your website
                but did not get a feedback or help. Another issue is iam getting
                promotional sms on mobile to stop that i sent 5-6 times sms from my
                mobile like START 0-1 to 1909 and DND 1909 but every time i getting sms
                that "your service can be processed please try after some time"
                Now you tell me what i personally do, your customer care
                number is always unreachable iam trying to solve my issue with help internet.
                Where are your customer care supportive. If it continues i have option of MNP in my hand, so dont call
                me if i send sms of portability, .You think this is the way to treat
                customer ?

                  Aircel has the worst network and GPRS services in Delhi NCR region, with severe network connectivity issue and possibly the worst 2g service provider. Even worse and incompetent are the customer service executives. They have ZERO knowledge of what they are upto and their solution limits to just asking you to switch your phone on and off which is of no use most of the times. Moreover they put down the call when asked to forward the call to their seniors for effective solution. I have been using Aircel since quite some time, but now have reached the peak of frustration. Aircel no longer provides cheap call services which used to be the only positive sign Aircel. Dont know about its performance in south India. In Delhi NCR region, it really SUCKS!!

                  My number is [protected]. It has been more than 2 months i have been getting bad connection and hopeless gprs service. Moreover i find myself in roaming even after being in delhi itself. Call drop issues have been common now. Useless ill trained customer care excutive has no solution for matters other than asking to repeated switch our phone on and off which is of no use. Added to this they hang up the call when asked to forward the call. There are no aircel outlets for upfront solution.
                  Aircel marketing team may try to manage the online reputation by putting up consolatory comments. But the fact remains the same about poor network and services.
                  The hopeless service provider and worst customer care support.
                  Whenever you call customer care 121, 198.. etc always you will hear the fixed dialogue 'We regret all out CSR are busy'.
                  Simply fade-up of this hopeless service provider. Don't understand why network is not available when there is a load shedding or
                  electrical power shutdown.
                  Even I am using an aircel postpaid connection in karnataka, Bangalore. The network and the customer care service that I have experienced with Aircel is THE WORST and I would never recommend anyone in my life to take aircel connection. Its been 3 months since I have started using it and surprisingly till date not even a single day I am satisified with the network. I am feeling lucky after I came to know about the portability option. I am 100% sure that most of the aircel employees themselves must not be using aircel connection because of its known network.

                  I have been on Aircel for 7 months, very unhappy. Aircel has no network most of the time even if the network appears on phone cannot make call, in case the call gets connected the Voice breaks, today am switching to Idea

                    We are getting prank call from this aircel number. he use to call me and ask who are you and where are you and all if any gents speaking in the phone he kept quite and then disconnect the call later after half and hour he use to call the same number and ask the same question again and again but he is not saying his details.

                      I have been using Aircel service for a long period. On 25th August I visited Aircel site to know the available internet pack and I found that the Recharge of Rs. 251/- is sufficient for me because that was 6 GB 2G net balance. I recharge my Aircel No. [protected] with Rs. 251/-. One message I received by Aircel that the recharge is successfull than I checked balance that was 1000 MB. I surprised and contact to aircel customer complain on 198 and customer care replied me that 2GB 2G Net Balance and 150 Minute Aircel to Aircel is available on the recharge of Rs. 251/- for 90 days. No customer care officer want to talk to me about this. On 26th August an Customer Care Executive contacted me and told that 6 GB balance is only for Delhi, than I replied her that according to your customer executive I will receive 2GB 2G Net Balance and 150 Minute Aircel to Aircel, but company provide me only 1039 MB, I am also student of computer, I can't believe that 1039=2G, than she replied that I check available data on your no. than I contact you but till now nobody contacted me. I think what type of cheating is this.

                        Dear Sir,
                        Since the no. was activated on 8th but deactivated on 11 with the
                        mesage that the credit limit exceeds......when reported at Bhagat
                        Barzulla Office they assured me that since some services has been
                        activated by default so the no. will be restored soon.
                        But needful was not done yet and if your office will send me the bill
                        for the services which i have not used i will lodge comsumer compliant
                        definitely.

                        but nothing has been done the offices from chandigarh harass me of court and fine of Rs 5000/ if i have not paid the illegal charges.i request them to produce the original copy of bill so that i produce it before the consumer court srinagar which they failed instead they choose the way to harass me on my cell no. [protected].

                          I have purchase aircel prepaid new sim card (mobile no. [protected]) and it is not activated for two weeks. So, I have returned to the retailer. Meantime as per the customer care, I have recharged with Rs 77 through the net banking and it was successful. I have contacted many time to the aircel customer care through phone and email. During conversation with customer care it is also confirmed that you have account balance of Rs 77. As I have returned the sim card, aircel is no willing to returned the amount and said to contact the bank. I have all the documents to file a case in consumer court against the aircel. I have also search in internet, regarding service of aircel. based on the experience of other customer and my also. The aircel doing fraud against the cosumer. Sanjay [protected]

                          Dear Sir,

                          I have received the call from aircel on august 29, 2013 at evening. During conversation, person repeatedly saying to visit retailer. I have described that new sim ((mobile no. [protected]) purchased and returned to the retailer. So, there is no question about retailer come in to the picture. At the end of conversation, she asked at what time you have contacted the customer care. I have replyed that around 10:00 am on august 15, 2013. She sayed just wait I am checking and no further call.

                          I have contacted the from either [protected] or [protected] mobile no.

                          As per customer care person suggestion on august 15, 2013 (conversation on [protected] or [protected]) have recharged through net banking. The details regarding transation and mail from bank, that I have sent on appellate.[protected]@aircel.co.in; care.[protected]@aircel.co.in and 1909.[protected]@aircel.co.in.

                          I think aircel is not willling to return back.

                          Unfortunelty I have all the document as well as bank proof and trasaction details with me for taking the further action in future.

For a long time (Approx 7 months) I faced continue network problem & more problems also, which are 1. call drop, 2. incoming & outgoing problem.                                 (In Hindi) Mai apna number port ke dwara idea se aircel me karaya tha, ki iski service achchhi hai. lekin 3-4 mahine se jab bhi mai e-top karata hu, company (aricel) dwara bina suchna diye mera sabhi balance kat liya jata hai, jisase mai bahut pareshan hu, tatha jab bhi inke customer care me phone karata hu to kabhi nahi lagta hai, tatha ab tak is prakar se is company ne mera Rs. 300.00 tak katauti ki hai. jiske chalte mujhe net use karne me presani hoti hai kyoki inki sarta hai. ki minimum balance Rs. 1.00 hona chahiye. aur e-top karne par balance kat hi lete hai. atah mai chahta hu ki iski uchit se uchit karywahi ho Thanks & Regards

                                    Hello, I had bought an Aircel sim holding number [protected], last month. It took almost one month to get activated. This is only last Friday dated 16th August 2013, I got the network over my phone. I called your customer care office at 59059 in order to get my documents verified. Your executive told me that my sim will be activated within 2 hrs. But still it's not activated, even I had called on your complaint registration number on this Monday. The executive out there is also unable to give me the proper reply. She told me that I've to verify it once again but when I called back to the above number it showed “Number doesn't exist” and it's still not done. I am sorry to say that your service is so POOR and unprofessional. This is the only way I found to contact the concerned people to look into the issue. I want my sim to get activated as soon as possible, otherwise refund me. Please try to resolve the issue asap and do confirm me that when it will activate.
