Hi, I am using Aircel mobile service provider and my pre paid mobile number is [protected] from rajasthan. TService provider keep activating some value added services automatically and keep deducting amount almost everyday. They have deducted around 200 rupees till date in last one month. Worst Customer Care Service

I tell u these aircel customer care service is the worst... even my 3G Pi is getting auto-renewed... when i called customer care executive after numerous tries.. on e stupid lady gave me a number *234*171# saying by dialing this i can deactivate the PI.. but tell u what when i dialed tat number i was getting ly 2G PI and 3G Pi!!! stupid aircel......

Poor network and worst customer care support

Aircel has the worst network and GPRS services in Delhi NCR region, with severe network connectivity issue and possibly the worst 2g service provider. Even worse and incompetent are the customer service executives. They have ZERO knowledge of what they are upto and their solution limits to just asking you to switch your phone on and off which is of no use most of the times. We are getting prank call from this aircel number. he use to call me and ask who are you and where are you and all if any gents speaking in the phone he kept quite and then disconnect the call later after half and hour he use to call the same number and ask the same question again and again but he is not saying his details....

CHEATING WITH CUSTOMER

I have been using Aircel service for a long period. On 25th August I visited Aircel site to know the available internet pack and I found that the Recharge of Rs. 251/- is sufficient for me because that was 6 GB 2G net balance. Low network coverage
