Hi, I am Avik Goon from kolkata, using Aircel prepaid connection.My aircel number is: [protected] .Yesterday 07/12/13 i have got a call from aircel around 3:30 p.m approx. saying that they had a offer for me, i told them that i was in office and don't have time, and also i don't need any offer i clearly refused to take any offer and disconnect the call.but around 7:00 or 7:30 p.m(approx.) i received a sms saying that rs.98 gprs is activated on my a/c.i called customer service 4 times in 24hour they just saying me record is not updated and when i called today(08/12/13) 7:30 p.m they told me i activated it by myself by dialing some bla bla bla number when i strongly refused it and told them that their representative have called me on 07/12/13 on around 3:30pm by saying some gprs offer is their for me i clearly refused him to take any offer but still he activated it in my a/c.After listening this Then they told me that i had called after 24hr.so nothing can be done.What kind of joke is this?When i called previous 4times why they refused me by their stupid excuses.Does customer's money cause nothing?Does customer's have no other things to do except calling to '198' for this type of cheating?And most important is while i refused to take the offer then who gave them right to activate it without my permission and deduct my balance?When I called them 4 times from yeaterday they are just saying kindly call after 4hr.when i further contacted they refused to take complain may i know why?Then why they didn't helped me when i called them between 24hr.?Now can anyone tell me where is my fault and why i should pay for this..?Is Aircel is their to cheat people and cheat their money?Or to steal customer's money?

    I had recharged a ₹189 2G & 3G internet pack, in which i have been told that after using 3G Data of 1.5 GB I will be getting unlimited 2G with the speed of 64kbps which I am not getting now, and to solve this problem today I called the customer care service but they did'nt help me out, instead of solving they keep my call transferring which usually get disconnected after few min' and this happend for 3 to 4 times... And the wrost thing is that when I called again I got to hear that all customer care lines are busy till now.. Its been more then 6hrs, how can this happen that i don't connect a single call to them?? Their service is wrost... Please help... Or just tell where to report their bad service so that this never happen again.

    Sorry, its ₹198 pack not ₹189.. And the phone no. Is [protected], now its day two, i called 198, but they are still busy, can we can't even think of complaing? Cause every time we call for the help, they first transfer call and in the very next movement all customer care people becomes busy.. This is realy stupid.

        sir, I sampath chowdary is a customer of aircel prepaid about 1 month before, then i have ported to another provider but still i am getting messages from DA-655515 stating to be from aircel so many... The actual recent message is Dear customer be in touch with your dear ones with aircel sms pack 16 Get 200 A20 sms and 800 A2A sms free for 10 days, Dial *122*16# or call 15116 to activate, Happy msgng. Its so funny that i am not ur customer now and i still receiving messages like this. How can you solve this problem ... The actual reason of porting from aircel is that " Even after subscribing to DND services i am receiving messages from aircel its annoying and irritating since i receive messages for every 10 minutes . I have complained to the customer care several times even then they booked a complaint from me for the third time i have informed them and later for three times i have called them and they booked the complaint but the problem persisted ( remainding you that for every complaint their is a minimum 8 days of gap ) so i irritated from being a customer of aircel and i ported . even now the messages are not stopping from the so called aircel DA655515. Please solve my problem or state me my solution to solve this ... Even there is no solution then i will do some other actions to solve it ...

          Myself mohit living in patna, bihar.i m very much troubled by recent deuction from my account without any message.13 days back they deduct 120 ₹ from my account when i call c.care they reply there is technical problem call after 4 hrs i call repeatedly for 6 to 7 days and they always give same answer instead they cut my dial and chat service also. in 1month they cut 3 times for dial &chat they dont give any information.also they not recieve my call purposely c.care.whenever they see my account more than 500₹ they cut it for around 3to 4 months earlier also they have done many times i m thinking of taking another sim allover i think they take 200 per month from me somehow this 120₹ was recent i will be thankful to u i[censored] solve my problem. my email.           Take immediate action
          many times my balance gets deducted in multiples of 50 and 30 ; even if i do not activate any vas services. and their customer care service is so that even after trying for 20 times i do not get connected to any executive. i am really frustated with this robbery company.

              I came here from canada for 2 months... My cellphone number is [protected].. For the first 10 days the speed of 3g net was good .. But after that suddenly it went down and was slow than 2g.. I called 198 to lodge a complaint then they said they can't do anything i have to call 121... i called 121 but since then there is no response ... I m calling 121 since last 3 days but it is busy always.. i recharged with 198 to check if it works or not but no luck... i am fed up now.. If they can't take calls then why there is customer support service... Aircel should close the customer support..

              Aircel is the india's worst service provider. If they can't provide actual speeds and all then they should close down. I would say [censored]ing company aircel. Just making money before closing down so that they can collect as much money as they can..

                Several Times I mail to you regarding my no from postpaid to prepaid, but your CC says there is no scheme is available for this time now. But you giving reply for giving Rs.100 discount against 99 Delhi plan & Customer Care says that there is no Rent is to be Added She says if you pay (For ex.Rs111 Rent + Rs.25 Call charge) You have to pay Only 25, but now nov bill again bill amount is coming Rs.112 whats its benefit for any discount .Because i pay the same amount from last three months. Because you have already Rs.100 discount, the problem remains same I want to reduce my cost but cost is same so whats your benefit to my because you have not any solution for Postpaid to Prepaid so why i suffer this cost, So, if you have another benefit like Pocket Net then I will continue to aircel either I will go for MNP from Dec month.So, if this is not possible then please Refund my money as soon as possible.                     I've made complaint for several times for the same problem and it's not solved with Aircel Customer Care.

                    Reference no.: 1-[protected]

                    they also messaged that problem has been solved but it's not.

                    I reiterate that I've recharged my Mob. No. [protected] with 57 on 27th November but no benefit provided by company in this situation I've lost much account balance because service of pack 57 not get activated on my no.

                    Can you solve my problem or recommend me for port out to other network.

                    It's really odd that all the time your costumer representative not able to pick up their phone because they busy all the time with other costumer, I don't why same costumer trying since 27th November but no call handling.
                    Where's your CC indulged caring or discaring ?

                      This is bring to your notice that i am not holding any Aircel connection. I am getting e-bill for Aircel Number [protected]. The address mentioned in the bill is of chennai and currently i am staying abroad for last 2 years. My emailID is getting misuesd by somebody and aircel is responsible for this. Request you to remove my email Id for this number.

                        Hi Folks i am using aircel post paid connection last couple of times they charges 30 rs for video talkies ..Now they charged 100 rs with out my intimation bill was processed..To quit my connection people asked me to pay full money with 100 rs ..Really Got fed up with service no responses...B***S*** service.. Better go for Airtel are Bsnl... My suggestion is dont get the Aircel postpaid connection..

                            This is RAKESH MOBILE NO - [protected] Aircel has the worst network in shakarpur east delhi, with severe network connectivity issue and possibly the worst 2g service provider. Even worse and incompetent are the customer service executives. They have ZERO knowledge of what they are upto and their solution limits to just asking you to switch your phone on and off which is of no use most of the times. Moreover they put down the call when asked to forward the call to their seniors for effective solution. I have been using Aircel since quite some time, but now have reached the peak of frustration. Aircel no longer provides cheap call services which used to be the only positive sign Aircel. Dont know about its performance in south India. In Delhi NCR region, it really SUCKS!!

                              Today I recharged my Mobile with 135/- but i didnt get TT of 150/- as per Aircel Website, rather than got 120 /- as P.F. and not in main balance.

                              I dont understand the meaning of P.F..Moreover instead of 150, got 120 not in Main balance

                              Can someone help me on this and what is the validity period for this.

                                I am an aircel user. My no. is [protected]. In the last 1 month I have been charged thrice Rs.15 for some message from aircel which consists of some random link n says "free content for you" also dialer tune was activated on ma no. without my consent n I was charged for it.The aircel customer care is of just no use!!! I have been continuously trying to reach them since the last 1 month ... but its of no use...it always says that the executives are busy.

                                  i tried to to recharge my mobile([protected]) on 13 Nov 2013 with aircel tariff plan worth Rs. 21 . here are the details bill transaction id:MSPD[protected] recharge ref. no.:DL[protected] SBI transaction id:POS[protected] balance was deducted but the plan was not activated. It has been more than 5 days and still it has not been refunded. So, please tell me when will it be refunded.

                                    sir, i have connected with aircel more than 10 years, but now a days the aircel services are worst, recently i have recharge the net pack 29, but i am not able to check the balance mb and the expiry date regarding this issue i have called the customer care, they had give more than 12 numbers for check the net balance, all are waste, when i called the customer care reg this issue even they are also unable to solve my querry, they are disconnecting my call, what is the solicitous, during my browsing the amt is deducting from my main account without my permission,

                                        I recharged a 3g plan for rs 444/- online from a website Paytm.com as usual. There has never been a problem before while recharging via this website. The 444 plan is said to provide 6gb 3g data to customers valid for 90 days. Anyways, i got a successful recharge confirmation message from the website in my registered phone. Also i got notified that an amount of rs 444/- has been deducted from my bank account. When i started downloading a file of around 2GB it was all ok, but after having downloaded just 800 MB, my download stopped abruptly, and so did my browsing. I was completely clueless about the happenings because if the recharge would'nt have been a success, how could it be that i could download 800mb? Moreover, i checked my SIM before the recharge and i was absolutely sure that the net balance was ZERO. I was completely horrified about my amount that got deducted from my bank account. Frankly, Rs 444/- is not at all a small amount for me, specially if it was used for an internet recharge. I called the "CUSTOMER CARE" and these are the weirdest responses i got from the N number of calls that i made. : >Please insert the SIM with the issue in a cell phone and then call customer care. >Please dial 121 >Please dial 198 >Please dial 121 followed by 323 >Please dial 121 followed by 6 and then 7 >"Sir, you haven't activated 3g in ur SIM...Oh wait!!! U actually have activated 3g" >"444 provides 6gb data for 3 months, 2 gb per month AND NOT 6GB instantly!!!" >Please wait, i will hand over your call to my senior expert"- (After this there was a half an hour silence, i kept on saying "HELLO...HELLO...it seems as if they left me hanging, waiting so that i may hang up the call from my side) MY COMPLAINS ARE: >If your CUSTOMER SERVICE has employees like the once i faced...you are lucky u aren't at this side of the phone line. They aren't trained...being WELL TRAINED is out of the question. they SIT AND TALK AS IF THEY OWN US...!!! >I know my recharge was successful, because if it woudn't have been, HOW DID I DOWNLOAD 800 MB even from the same number????? And if that is so...WHERE IS THE REST OF THE 3G data??? because 444 was deducted from my BANK ACCOUNT. >I want my money back either in the form of refund to my bank account OR a successful recharge to my AIRCEL NUMBER: [protected] I HAVE ATTACHED THE PHOTOS OF THE SUCCESSFUL RECHARGE MESSAGE THAT I RECEIVED IN MY CELL PHONE JUST MOMENTS AFTER RECHARGING FROM PAYTM.com. THE DATE IS : 10th November 2013 and the time was 12:33 AM. Playing with our money may make you RICH...not successful. If you are "THIS", you shouldn't react if an enraged customer shouts back.
