RESPECTED SIR/MAM, I am from Jammu & kashmir, my phone no. is [protected] & email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Aircel telecom deducted my balance of Rs. 120 on 5th of this month. when contacted senoir customer care they apologise & messaged me the reference no. 1-[protected] & assured me that your balance will be credited to ur account upto 7th november 2013. Till date nor any balance has credited & again when i am talking to customer care from other aircel numbers also they are disconnecting my call after listening my phone no. please help me.

      Its a small amount 1200 but feel cheated when they accept their mistake taken my money for granted. Aircel Data card A/c: 1-[protected] Aircel Data card No: [protected] Issue: I have been using Aircel unlimitted 400 rs monthly rental pan for my data card and got a wrong bill on jan 2013 around Rs.2000 + which i am supposed to get Rs.400+ for 399 unlimited plan. I went to aircell store at valechary on jan 16 for the closure of the account and thy refused to take the request saying I have to wait for next bill to get wrong bill amount reverted. I have risen three complains and i don’t see any response to it but instead aircell keep generating bill with additional of rent which I am not using I paid 450 for jan-feb and it was not resoled even after writing to nodel officer. After almost a year, on[protected] i got a leagel message asking for final payment. I made the payment to stop harassment for these people. Here is the mail conversion, From Aircel, Muruganatham 3.         The cellphone of my brother-in-law was stolen on 31st Oct 2013, and he called the Customer Care and asked them to block his Aircel number as soon as possible after that. Some days later he bought a new Aircel SIM card with the same number but the problem with the new SIM card is ONLY its outgoing call service is activated instead of both incoming and outgoing. i.e. He can call me but when I try to call him it says "The incoming call facility to this Aircel number is currently not available". We called Customer Care, they said the handset maybe causing the problem and we inserted the SIM card to other handsets but the problem remains. You are requested to solve this problem by activating the incoming call facility as early as possible.         I am facing worst experience with aircel service after converting from Airtel to Aircel.

        I am not getting Incoming calls and able to call out going .The same Sim card i inserted in another handset still no use any other sim cards are working fine in my handset.

        Few weeks ago...lost my cell phone [protected]. Called the Customer Care and asked them to block this Aircel number as soon as possible. We have now purchased a new Cell phone device and new Aircel SIM card with the same number but the problem with the new SIM card is that we cannot make any outgoing or cannot receive any incoming calls. Called Aircel customer service several times, but issue is still not resolved. They keep saying that the card is ACTIVE. While calling this number we get a message... "The incoming call facility to this Aircel number is currently not available". We called Customer Care, they said the handset maybe causing the problem and we inserted the SIM card to other handsets but the problem remains.           Hi, My Mobile no. is [protected] I am using Aircel prepaid connection for a long time.before 3 days i activated 17 rs 3G data pack which gives 150 MB of 3g data, when it got reduced under 50 MB i activated the same 17rs pack again from my main balance yesterday night (08/11/13), when i checked the data balance it showed that i have 200 mb of 3G data left. i used that data through my pc, in few minutes i got a service message that last used 3G data 2.8mb and rs 27 deducted from your main balance, and my mobile balance gone to 0rs. since i had 150 MB of 3G balance and 100 MB of 2g balance remaining.i called to aircel customer care and they didn't give any proper response, They told that my details have not been updated in their server, and asked me to call after 4 hrs, i called them again today (09/11/13) morning and they repeated the same thing to call after 4 hrs, again i am calling them since evening but the ivr voice is telling that the executives are busy. I think they are avoiding my call intentionally. Now i got frustrated of the service of aircel, still i have few mb of 3G data remaining. This is a kind of theft. please do something regarding my complaint. Thanks and regards, Ganesh

              The AIRCEL Center in OMR is worst in the way they handle customers. They gave a number to contact which no one picks up. If you visit the center for a query the person (Mr.Vinoth ) says, "I am not here to answer your questions". The lady who called me to remind about the bill cuts the phone before we can end the conversation (Nov 6th). The center made me visit 5 times but didn't process the letter that i gave them. I don't know how many more times i need to visit them. The customer care attendants in the center treats the customers as thought we are his debtors. Intimidating, arrogant and uncivilized way of handling customers.

              dear all, If you are a gentle man stay away from AIRCEL @ OMR Chennai. If you go there you are sure to receive a third rated treatment.

                This mail is regarding the violation of a customer having healthy vintage of more than 2 yr's with reputed telecom Company Aircel.It's really a painful situation to anyone who is using a postpaid connection, i never felt shame to come up with the incident that i faced in such a short period of time.Right on 27th of october, i have made the payment towards my postpaid mobile number [protected] in north east circle Tripura.Suddenly I noticed that my outgoing has been barred, in the mean time I discussed this matter with customer care for ascertaining the reason of outgoing barred..Suddenly they told me that i haven't paid the last two bills showing o/s in the system.That moment i felt butterfiles in my stomach that to whom I have paid the same then, pls check in the system for the dates, now they came up again that actually payment has been made but it's not sufficient enough, then i have encountered again that if my bill amount reflected in ebill was Rs2243/-, which I have made on that date then how you said that this is not sufficient enough.Finally they informed me that it was the VAS services for which has exceeded the credit limit, plan discounts will be adjusted at the time of bill generation.I said them ok let me inform what is the actuall amt reflected in your system, they informed me that it'nearly about 3801 approx, now I i have made the payment of Rs 2500/- as I know I will be out of station from tomo so nothing bad can happen.Finally my suspicion turned to reality when i have faced my outgoing services as barred.I ran towards customer centre of silchar location, where I was informed for not having any such information of outstation numbers. hem that my credit limit as per my last bill was 3000/-, then if I made the rest of the am ount that is Rs 801/-, then u will be able to release my outgoing barred.Howver they informed me that I need to pay at least 90% of the unbilled amount, now then tell me where is the importance of having credit limit in my a/c

                  I unfortunately came to Aircel network from Airtel & activated my account on Nov 4 2014, my network signal shows i am in roaming (Tamilnadu sim) where as i am not in roaming and my residence (proof) is in chennai, i called the call center it was attended by Suganya i told her the problem, she asked me all details, put me on hold & then asked me to call back after 2 hours i asked for a reference no of the call, she put me on hold for 20 minutes & then disconnected the call, i sent a mail to appellate team hence got a call from the team, they say MNP customers will have to be on roaming only and no micro sim will be given for MNP customers, this was a nice welcome by Aircel for a new customer, i was warned by my colleagues not to go to aircel but i trusted you & i deserve this for that.

                    aircel cheating customers with false offers, then mentions some offers and when we recharged we not not getting what then mentioned in offers.and also their customer care representatives also providing wrong information which leads to waste of our money . they have 197 internet pack .they sending customers saying recharge with 197 and get 1.5gb at 3.6 mbps after that 30 days unlimited internet at 128kbps and when i called customer care department for confirmation they said after 1.5 gb u will get 128kbps for on month there is no further reduction to 32 kbps but after recharge upto 1.5bg i get speed 3.6 mbps after 200mb at 128kbps afet that speed reduced to 32 kbps .so aircel cheating customers without mentioning details in all offers not only 197.aircel is a fraud do some action regarding this .i hope this consumer court will do justice and take actions on cheater like aircel

                      I did a 3G-data-recharge on my aircel number around 8 days back, with transaction id KA[protected]; still it is not credited in my account. I had a Rs 997 data-plan active on my number, whose data got exhausted. So, I recharged with Rs 663 on Oct 26th, transaction id - KA[protected]. Now, it is more than 8th since my recharge, still my 3g data is not credited. I repeated checked my data-balance, using their *122*011 number, for last 10 days and it shows me 0 MB balance. Spoke to customer care executives, on 121 & 198, multiple times and they say their servers don't have all the information about my Rs 663 recharge. I asked them to take my aircel transaction id (KA[protected]) and track it based on it, but they were not even ready to note down my transaction id. Come on, if you have such dumb customer-care-representatives or dumb servers available to your CC, then why are you wasting all the money in maintaining your CC cell. Either they should be able to provide any help to customers; if not, then you should just close your CC cell. I also sent email to care.karnataka about this problem, and in response they started asking me some un-related questions - what handset do I use, what is the signal strength I get on my mobile, which floor of my building do I use internet, etc. Do any of these questions have got anything to do with my problem? The problem is that my data-balance shows as 0MB, what has it got to do with my signal strength and my floor, etc. You should check your servers why data-balance is 0MB for account, when it is supposed to be 7.5 GB. I hope I get some solution to the problem soon (before I end up making my mind to never ever use Aircel for any of my mobile needs and even recommend all my friends and contacts to do the same). regards

                        i have made a recharge of Rs 198 prior to which i should have got 1.5 gb 3g data and post the consumption of 1.5gb a surfing speed o[censored]pto 128kbps.Now that i have already consumed my 1.5 gb high speed data thereafter i am not able to open any web page even a default web page like google.com.I have been trying to make severe complains and talk to the supervisors of Aircel as their executives arent able to provide a effective feedback.Asking the executives to transfer their call to their respective supervisors they say there supervisors wont entertain such calls and they simply disconnect.I have made a complaint on 28th of oct abt the problem but there is no feedback to it.I just want to know what is the moneyvalue of Rs 198 that i have paid to get an internet service but after 1.5gb which is over, promising so much in thier brochures and hoardings what do they end up in saying that "SIR AS THE AREA IN WHICH U STAY HAS MANY AIRCEL USSER YOU WONT GET ANY HELP FROM OUR SIDE OR SIR UR AREA DOEST HAVE PROPER NETWORK SIGNAL BECAUSE OF WHICH YOU ARE FACING THE PROBLE".                                 I have purchased a new Aircel SIM card and recharged it with one time recharge 444. which comes with 6 GB 3G data with the validity of 3 month. I have used about 1.5 GB in about 1 week and it worked fine at 3G speed. From last two days the speed has never crossed 75Kbps on 3G network, it is slower then usual 2G speed. I called at 198 on 28th Oct. customer care representative asked me to recharge my account to place a complain, as i was not having any main balance in my account. so i recharged and tried to call at 198 again. but they blocked my number for 198. and i was not able to talk any representative. Today i called at 198 from another number of my friend and asked about my queries, they asked me to do some manual setting and then to try. and i tried as they said, but problem sill exists and as they usually do they blocked this number too. so i have no other way to contact to them. note: i don't have any network problem in my area.                                   hi, my no is [protected], pune. on 25/10/2013 i recharged with Rs 17/- and got service msg :STV 17 recharge successful: all local calls @1.35p/sec, STD 1.5p/sec valid for 57 days. but it didn't work. local calls of 8sec also, it cut Rs1/- from the account. From that day onwards i tryed customer care and complain no a lot... in every 15-20 minutes, but buzy. if here is no 17 rs pack, it should not accept. now short out my problem.

                                    Aircel has good 3G network in Odisha but very bad customer service and error rectification. I recharged Rs. 127 for 3G top up when my special 3G balance of rs. 444/- for 90 days and 6 GB was exhausted but I still had validity. It got successfully recharged but I did not get my 1 GB 3G top up. After repeated complaints I am still waiting my money to be refunded, but these cheats are looting like politicians. I know these rascals will not do anything and if 1 Crore of subscribers money is gobbled up like this, then how much this cheat Aircel should be making in terms of free money. 100 crores!!## Still I don't know if I can get back my money.                                     I have got same issue as your, in Karnataka. Certainly Aircel looks like a tribal-company, especially in customer-care services.

                                    Here is my problem, that I am still struggling with aircel;
                                    I had a Rs 997 data-plan active on my number, and I exhausted all my data. So, I recharged with Rs 663, on Oct 26th, with aircel's transaction id KA[protected].

                                    But I am almost sure that I should recommend all my friends and all other contacts to get rid of aircel internet, if they are using it.
                                    Otherwise, they may also end up being a situation where money is taken for some service, and service is not at all given; and one has fight even to get the refund.

                                    I recharged with Rs 444 online from Paytm.com like always. I instantly got the successful recharge message in my registered number that My recharge for 444/- was successful.
                                    So i started downloading a 2gb file, and upto 800mb it was ok, but then suddenly the download stopped and so did the browsing. I was baffled as i saw an amount of Rs 444/- being taken away from my bank account, so i immediately called AIRCEL customer service. Unfortunately, i got the most disgusting replies:
                                    >Please insert ur SIM with the problem in a phone and call us.
                                    >Please dial 121 for this issue.
                                    >Please dial 198 for this problem solving.
                                    >Please dial 121 followed by 323
                                    >Please dial 121 followed by 6 and 7
                                    >"U dont have 3g activated in ur SIM...Oh wait!!!...u do have 3G activated."
                                    >"Let me forward your call to my senior expert"(after which there was a long silence, as if they were waiting for me to hang up from my side)

                                    THIS WENT ON FOR TWO HOURS, AND AFTER THAT I KEPT CALLING AND THE MACHINE VOICE REPEATED "ALL OUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES ARE BUSY"...this they do to avoid a constant caller, but what they dont realize is that the person is desperate to know where his money (444/-) went, and that he isnt interested to hear the voices of those [censored]S sitting in their Aircel office THINKING THAT WE ARE DOGS AND WE'LL KEEP ON BARKING.
                                    IF THE MOTIVE IS TO PLAY WITH OUR HARD EARNED MONEY...OR IF IT IS TO TEST OUR PATIENCE...THEN THEY BETTER CHANGE THEIR MOTIVES. [censored]ING BLOOD SUCKING .

                                      I am a customer with aircel since 2011. My mobile number is [protected]. I had recharged on 19 SEP 2013 for Rs. 69/- on https://aircel.com/recharge/‎ website. And my bank details immediately gave me message saying amount debited. But still neither have I got talktime recharged nor has the money debited been returned to my credit card account(VISA Citi Bank Credit Card no 4386 XXX0 XXXX 6650). When I complained about the same to customer care by phone and asked me to visit Celicity if the amount will not be credited in 10 days, but to no avail. I had visited the Aircell Cellcity on 28 Sep and was assured me the amount will be credited back in 1 to 2 days, and asked me to bring the credit card statement if no avail the amount and again visited the Aircel 19 OCT 2013 with the credit card statement and to report the same complaint and experienced firsthand the poor service there by the lady manning the counter. And I was neither given the complaint regn token id nor any acknowledgment and was just told that the complaint will be resolved but till now no result has come out of all this.                                         I am a customer of your mobile network.I had 3G service activated on my no. i.e., [protected] and I was using it for quite sometime. But Recently I purchased a 3G dongle (D-Link) and when I inserted my sim card it was unable to connect to 3G network and showed 'no service' error. Then I used my friend's sim card in the dongle and it worked. But whenever I use my sim it doesn't work. I also had 3G balance left. Now the problem is that the sim card doesn't connect to the 3g network in any device not even on phone or tablet. It only connects to the 2g network. I called the customer care but they were unable to resolve the problem. I also tried to activate 3G service again by texting and through the USSD but to no avail. I get the following response each time : "Your request cannot be processed right now. Your previous request is pending." I don't know where the problem lies but it sure isn't related to my hardware, it has been going on for a while now. Please find a solution quickly.
