Worst Customer service, uncivilized and arrogant behavior

The AIRCEL Center in OMR is worst in the way they handle customers. They gave a number to contact which no one picks up. If you visit the center for a query the person (Mr.Vinoth ) says, "I am not here to answer your questions". Unusual balance deduction

no proper support by customer care executive

it is very shame when foreigner listen to telecaller executive of india and that's from hyderabad as it is a IT sector...
The worst part is that the executive not only listen properly but also cannot talk properly. Except telegue no other language that the executive speak.. they don't even bother about what the customer is facing the problem they simply hang up the call in between no solutions for the question that customer.....
