I am Nikhil Katkar from Mumbai, I was using Aircel postpaid card(no.[protected] from more than one year. I purchase Iphone4 and got vip number from the Aircel store Mulund. From last few months i was using there 999 unlimited plan but last 3-4 months i was facing network issues. I am currently using this number in SONY Experia dual sim mobile phone my other sim card is from Vodafone. Most of the times when my clients, family member or friends call me on my Aircel number they say 'your number is not reachable or it is busy'.
In October i visited Delhi for 7 days where i didnt find any signal network for a single hour .
They send their executive at home to collect money without any communication and every time i pay the cash amount to the executive and also complaint about the network but no one care to resolve my problem.
Last Sunday one of the Senior, Mr. Ashok called me from Aircel, Andheri(E) MIDC office and ask me that he heard from the Aircel customer call centre that i have problems regarding network thats why you(Nikhil Katkar) stop paying the bill. And he said for you (Nikhil Katkar) I am staying in office on Sunday and calling to clear your doubts. I Told him what problems i am facing while using there service and there is no branch nearby me from my house in Mulund(W). He further asked me to pay the bill and continue the service and I won't be facing any trouble as in future.
I asked them to portable my number and he suggested me to convert it into prepaid and in future I can do portability. So I agree with it and he send his executive in 2hrs, I paid the amount 1515 INR (With discount) on 5th January 2014 .
Satish ( executive) collected documents (Photocopies of pan card and aadhar card and 2 photos) from me and I paid 50 Rs against new prepaid card for my existing number [protected]. They informed me the number will get active in 3-4 business days but it is not yet activated.
I called Satish on 10th January 2014 and he given me office number from where I had conversation with Mr. Ashok. he answered my call and informed me the number will get active in next 5 minutes.
I waited for 1 hour but Sim was not active, so i called him (Mr. Ashok) back, some one else from office answer the call and said will transferred call to Mr. Ashok, but after few seconds call was disconnected. After that I call on the same number for at least 5 times but no one answered.
On same day I called on customer care number they informed me that my number is still postpaid, and they didn't receive any prepaid request for my number.
Today on 11th January 2014, I again called them, a lady answered the call, when i asked for Mr. Ashok, again it was disconnected and now no one is answering my call.
Due to their bad service my business is suffering as this is my business no.
