on[protected] I got a automated company call for dialer tunes, I was just listing to the song list & I did not press any key in the end I was told thank u 4 subscribing & I also get SMS confirmation saying your song request is activated. when I call CC they say I have done double SMS confirmation for the same. this is what a double confirmation for any VAS ? as per TRAI for any VAS there should be a double confirmation. First Please stop calling for any VAS, if people what any VAS they know how to do it, let them do it them self. Please refund Rs.20 to my mobile No.[protected]

    sir my self Atul C Bhagat mobile no [protected] i have done rate cutter of rs 22 from a shop my txn no mur[protected] on 17/01/2014 then i did recharge of 80 on MUR[protected] on 20/01/2014 at this time again my 22 rs was debited on 20/01/2014 so sir i kindly request you to look in the matter and help me to get back my rs 22 and also kindly tell me what is the duration of rate cutter it was 60 days or 30 days.

      Sir, I have recharge on 06/01/2014 for 3G Data pack by Rs.447/- vide:Txn No. KOR[protected] to Recharge MRP 447 is successful . TT= 0 INR, New Balance 0 INR, P.F 397.83 INR, Service.Tax 49.17 INR. I have used only 2 GB data, But from 15/01/2014 the speed falls to 16kbps only though I am in the 3G service area.         My name is Shashi Kumari & my contact No. [protected], Complaint is About: On 12thy Jan, 2014 i called in Aircel C.Care to know the Full TT recharges & one of the agent of aircel C.Care had given me incomplete/wrong information about the recharge of Rs.68/- while i asked him properly about the full TT recharges with no validity and to text him for the same & he did the same but i have got Wrong/Incomplete information in massage, than i spoke to C.care agent again and as per the agent this recharge is applicable only in aircel websites recharges but in massage such information was not mentioned anywhere, there has been written for " WEB recharge only" and there was no one link attached. So how i can understood the full info from my own. Than after From that Day no one assist me better for this, even not marked any complaint regarding this matter and all the time they disconnect my call 2 times, and than after, from yesterday my call not connecting in C.Care. I am very much aware about the rules of the TRAI & i have that massage in my mobile. So, Now i want refund of Rs.68 /- .

          I am extremely disappointed at the aircel 3g services and customer services.Why do not the higher authorities of aircel take the customer complaints seriously. If they continue to extend the worst services, they will definitely experience bitter taste i.E the impending downfall/collapse shortly in this competitive world.

            I use prepaid card of Aircel Co. my no. is [protected]. My complaint is that i toke aircel to aircel call rate cutter scheme as per the scheme my every first call of the day will be charge at Rs.1, But now i don't want to continue with the same for that many time i call to Aircel Customer care center but still they are not removing the scheme from my number.
            So, I herewith apply you to please help me to register my complaint with company.

              my name is velan, My mob no is [protected], using aircel network since 2009. I had recharge my mobile on 17.01.2014 for 30 INR. On 18.01.14 morning i had a balance of approximately 12 INR. But in the afternoon my balance has gone. i called to CC around 3.00 P.M . There is no response from the customer care even if i make a complaint. executive Mr. dinesh & Nithya are not giving me a proper response. kindly go through this and put an end to this. This happened to me a lot of times.Please get a solution to my hard earning money. Thanking you.

                I generally use aircel for Internet need. On 16th Jan, while i was surfing Internet on my Cell phone, I got a massage from Aircel, saying that 'Thank you for using aircel service'. And just immedietly my mobile balance was deduct by rs.25. I was recharge a one month internet pack which still active till 22nd Jan. I called customer care & they lodg a complaint (1-[protected]). On 17th Jan I got a massage from aircel saying that my complaint hasbeen resolved. Now my question is what is the solution? Can they deduct their customer's money anytime such a manner? They established a trap for thefting money from customer. Please take some action immedietly so that they thinks twice before such kind of theft.
                Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                    iam asra begum ihave buy the aircel sim in which they give me a offer of aircel to aircel free and bal given 53 and also given the internet bal also but we are not geted this offer till now since one week was over its very unsatisfy with this network and also the costumercare nois not working when iam calling to him the are busy on other calls

                      I am Nikhil Katkar from Mumbai, I was using Aircel postpaid card(no.[protected] from more than one year. I purchase Iphone4 and got vip number from the Aircel store Mulund. From last few months i was using there 999 unlimited plan but last 3-4 months i was facing network issues. I am currently using this number in SONY Experia dual sim mobile phone my other sim card is from Vodafone. Most of the times when my clients, family member or friends call me on my Aircel number they say 'your number is not reachable or it is busy'. In October i visited Delhi for 7 days where i didnt find any signal network for a single hour . They send their executive at home to collect money without any communication and every time i pay the cash amount to the executive and also complaint about the network but no one care to resolve my problem. Last Sunday one of the Senior, Mr. Ashok called me from Aircel, Andheri(E) MIDC office and ask me that he heard from the Aircel customer call centre that i have problems regarding network thats why you(Nikhil Katkar) stop paying the bill. And he said for you (Nikhil Katkar) I am staying in office on Sunday and calling to clear your doubts. I Told him what problems i am facing while using there service and there is no branch nearby me from my house in Mulund(W). He further asked me to pay the bill and continue the service and I won't be facing any trouble as in future. I asked them to portable my number and he suggested me to convert it into prepaid and in future I can do portability. So I agree with it and he send his executive in 2hrs, I paid the amount 1515 INR (With discount) on 5th January 2014 . Satish ( executive) collected documents (Photocopies of pan card and aadhar card and 2 photos) from me and I paid 50 Rs against new prepaid card for my existing number [protected]. They informed me the number will get active in 3-4 business days but it is not yet activated. I called Satish on 10th January 2014 and he given me office number from where I had conversation with Mr. Ashok. he answered my call and informed me the number will get active in next 5 minutes. I waited for 1 hour but Sim was not active, so i called him (Mr. Ashok) back, some one else from office answer the call and said will transferred call to Mr. Ashok, but after few seconds call was disconnected. After that I call on the same number for at least 5 times but no one answered. On same day I called on customer care number they informed me that my number is still postpaid, and they didn't receive any prepaid request for my number. Today on 11th January 2014, I again called them, a lady answered the call, when i asked for Mr. Ashok, again it was disconnected and now no one is answering my call. Due to their bad service my business is suffering as this is my business no. Please help me on this number : [protected]

                        I earlier used air tel for 8 years. A brand class coverage they've even in small villages. Due to recent tariff problem, I moved to air cel. Tariff is o.k but where is the network coverage to use it? I'm in center of Chennai city, here itself network is not covered. If I use air tel, I use my phone from my bedroom itself but for air cel, I've to come out to street and use it. If air cel cannot provide this feasibility, why to run a company. Just close it and go somewhere to earn honestly. Ask them to learn the network coverage from air tel. Air tel please tel them.

                          I have called up Aircel customer care service 5 times for deactivation of a cricket pack that was activated on my number without my consent, every time i have been assured by the executives that the pack shall be deactivated but that never happened. The balance in my account is getting deducted by 50 paise everyday. Apart from this my balance got deducted twice by Rs.15 for some unknown reason. Let alone returning my money, i am not getting any response from the customer care about the deactivation of service.

                            I have a aircel number and i activated unlimited local aircel calling pack atRs10 for 1 day and it was successfully activated becoz i got the message of activation .So i thought that local call plan activated and i use it around 1 hour .When i disconnected the call they charged me around Rs 45 .So total loss of Rs 10 for local calling 1 day pack and Rs 45 for calling so it was Rs 55.And they didnot refund it. They deduct balance many times from my number and said that it was not wrong deduction.Some days ago they charged me Rs25 for a web based service when my sim was close.Even my phone has no GPRS functon.And they did not give that charge.How can i file a complaint against them .They cut the balance several times and did not refund it.So i want to file a complaint in consumer form .Tell me about that.

                            I am a simple parson to your aircel service.my mobile no [protected] two days ago my balance 16.42 but my current balance is 11.42 . I am ask to your customer care why deduct my balance, but customer care are very bad behavior.

                              Im unable to send sms from december 30, 2013.. I called the customer and raised a request(1-[protected]) but no response yet.. I tried calling them many times but no proper response. Even I submitted a feedback form in aircel.com but no response.. The worst network ever in customer service. Its been 5 days im unable to send sms.

                                  I had an Aircel number since from 4 years. But recently due to personal reasons I could not use just for 2 months from October 9th, 2013 to December 5th, 2013. When I tried to check the sim card last month (December 2013), the sim card was inactive. I asked customer care representative. They told the number is in other person's name. How can Aircel take back the number from me, since I used it for long time and gave just 2 months gap. That too the disconnect happened without intimation call/sms. Aircel has precious time to make all promotional calls and send sms, but they have no time to call and say that you have not used this number from few days, so we are disconnecting. Or at least they should have sent an sms. Even that is not done. Now ultimately I need the same number since I used it for 4 years or compensation.

                                    My aircel number is [protected], I received an MMS from my friend number yesterday(that too aircel no.) as a link through SMS with passcode, but when I try to open up the page it is not loading(not found, error 503), even customer care can't able to solve this problem(can only block my calls at last).. I searched in Google many times, but I found only that many have been cheated like this. I want the MMS to download if there is any one to help me, I beg for it(shame for aircel).

                                      Hi, I have recharged with 128 rs and got 1GB of 3G data. For first two days it was working fine and normal usage was being deducted. Today whenever I am using 3G service, wrong amount of data volume is being deducted. For an instance if I'm just switching on internet and instantaneously switching it off, still 2-3mb of data is being deducted. Could you please look into this asap?
