According to Aircel STV shown at its website i recharged by Rs. 49 and they have to give Rs. 10 Talktime abut after 24 hours i did not get the talktime and also the customer care not giving a satisfied answer.

    i am a customer of aircel prepaid with no. [protected] from last 4 years..
    i am getting some problems in this network...
    this turn...i am facing a great problem....there is a deduction of balance
    daily....4-5 services are activated automatically....
    after that...i spoke to aircel customer care ..they replied that there is
    no service activate on my no. and disconnected the call..
    after that i tried a lot of times to call..but
    my customer care service line is
    blocked and i am unable to call them....

    So,
    kindly do the needful as earlier as possible....

    Aircel Prepaid — NO EXPLANATION OF REASON FOR BALANCE DEDUCTION

    Hi,

    I, Shri Kant Dubey, user of Aircel Mobile Prepaid Connection, would like to submit the complaint regarding Aircel's irresponsible behaviour for their customers. On the day of Deewali, dated 17/10/2009, I tried sending Deewali Wishes via SMS to more than 30 of my friends and relatives. Out of all, more than 20 messages were not delivered to respective numbers, but balance was deducted every time. I tried lodging a complain (Complain #[protected] and the represantative told me that I'll get some response and explaination to my issue within 48 hours, but till now I didn't get any call back frome Aircel. It's been more than 15 days since when I called in, and in this duration I called for more than 5 times (every time I wasted more than 20 minutes on the call), and all the represantatives went away putting me on hold and never came back to respond to my call.

    At present also, while writing this issue, a representative have put me on hold with the assurance of making me talk to his manager, the total duration of call has crossed 23 minutes and again I am compelled to close the call like any other times. I'll be really oblized if I could get any solution to this issue.

      I am bose and my sister had taken new mobile connection from Aircel prepaid from Chennai. The worst part is it has taken 20 days to activate first and after activation they have deductd in the initial recharge Rs.30 for music connect service. This is not at all aware by my sister and as of now they had deducted Rs.90 (3 times) with in this weeks time which not at all fair. If we contacted to customer care they are telling only stereo type replay that we have activated this service via the IVR calling method. Also telling the amount will not be refunded. It is very big cheating by Aircal and ashamed of this pathetic service. We want refund of this 90 rupees otherwise this sim will be thrown in to the drainage as this is totally useless as there is no option for call to any one but the recharge amount was stolen by Aircel stating activated services.

        In My Aircel No [protected] [MNP],Power play service has been activated .. without any consent ..and that too when i didnt touched my phone for whole day as it was kept in my cupboard.. And over that even i am not able to contact customer care ..No option to connect line to customer care executive comes when i call 121 ..!! Kindly return my Rs 10 which is deducted ..!! Surprisingly this service has no detail even on their website ..and googling it shows many similar complaints about it ,ie;deduction without consent...

          My Name is Mayank Kr Gupta, using Aircel Mobile Post Paid No- 97 16.528.440.

          i Have been observing that there is a problem with my billing for last 4-5 billing cycles. As I have taken a plan for Chorp Churn 299 which gives 1200 local mins and 200 local and National SMS free. But during last 4-5 billing cycles i have observed that my total volume is less than the total volume of 1200 as per plan.

          After that also i have been charged with some amount of Money in all the bills which is not rectified from the AIRCEL Store, RDC Ghaziabad. The problem has been registered by Mr. Roshan who sits in the store and after repeatedly the problem has not been rectified. I didnt got any confirmation for the resolution also.

          I think its a pathetic customer support service on companies part as they doesnt give proper feeedback and charges amount to Customers.

          Also to raise a point my outgoing was stopped without informing me, as i havent paid the bill of Jan 13 month due to non availability of Credit card Machine in new location, i went to A&A Communication store twice but there was always a same reply, Credit card has not been Transferred so it will take time. yesterday i.e. 7th Feb 2013 i received a call from a fool guy using ABUSIVE language with No - [protected] and asking to pay the bill, but i replied him that i came twice to the store and their credit card machine is not working. in reply to that he replied that your outgoing will be barred. He asked me to pay the money but same day otherwise otherwise told me to bear the consequences.
          the same way is recieved a call on 08th Feb 2013 at 10:29 am from no -[protected] which was a missed call and after that i am not able to make a call from my number.

          so wanted to know my last day for the bill was 4th Feb 2013 and its only 3 days have passed and my outgoing is barred is a pathetic condition. so i want a explanation that when will you be charging a late fees to Rs 25 and there is no limit for that date then why it is barred after only 3 days and almost i am using the number for more than a 1.6 months now you can check the history of payment. This payment delay is due to Credit card machine. as i regularly pay by the same. being a company you doesnt have a right so ask me whether i wanted to pay from Credit card or Cash payment, it should be none of your Business as the same was inquired from me by the call i received on 7th Feb 2013.

          So please clarify me the points :-
          1. The over Billing in My bills for last 3-4 months. where i am not consuming total free volumes till i am charged.
          2. Call Barring due to non payment. let me know the Billing rules and Regulations.

          Treat this as a URGENT MAIL.

          just wanted to let you know that i have sent a mail to care.Delhi and appellate Delhi on 24th April 2013 but till date haven't received any response from their side. whereas there auto reply mail says that the query will be resolved in 2 working days. so just sending a mail to above mentioned mail id is of no use. because you people don't bother to reply back.

          i have sent a mail for abusive language in month of Feb 2013 but till date i doesn't know the result. but instead the case has been closed without any reason or response.

          so tell me what to do.
          i have received a call from appellate office on 1st May 2013 but the lady doesn't know anything as she replied that she will confirm from marketing team and will let me know. now also till time i haven't heard from her anything . so what type of officer is sitting in appellate office as they doesn't know anything about the plans or response. god knows how you people solves the problem of the customers.

          so if its the case then i would like to apply for appellate officer job where i have to take calls making false commitment and without the knowledge of product and services with a handsome salary package.

            I have incurred a billing Issue few months back as well. Regarding the same written a mail to you but at that it was told that the charges in my account is Due to Call forwarding from my number to another number and the same is billed as those calls cannot be billed in free minutes of 1200 which is there with the Aircel Plan for Chorp Churn 1200.

            Recently in my bill dated 19/04/2013. which i have received on today i.e. 24rd April 2013 in my mail have checked. I found a Wrong Billing Done, i wanted to mention is it a habit of Aircel to provide wrong billing of its by chance.

            please if you guys can explain me the amount charged in Call USAGE charges is 6.60 + .82 Service tax which equals to 7.42 INR. as per the Itemized calls the Local (Aircel to Other Mobile) calls amounts shows as 199.80 INR for which you have given the full benefit as shown below

            The Amount charged in Call Usage Equals the Amount for Local (Aircel to Land line) so give me the Explanation for 2 things :-

            1. THE AMOUNT CHARGED i.e. 6.60 INR instead of Amount being charged for call forwarding as explained to me earlier.
            2. THE CLAUSE WHERE IS SAYS IF CALL FORWARDING IS BEING DONE TO LOCAL NUMBER WILL BE CHARGED and CALL FORWARDING CHARGES. EITHER IT SHOULD BE ON COMPANIES LETTER HEAD or BROCHURE DULLY SIGNED BY AUTHORITY.

            Aircel — Fraud by Aircel

            My AIRCEL Number is [protected], without my permission AIRCEL has deducted 30 rupees from my balance account for some Hello Tunes. I want you to take it back and give back my Rs. 30 or else I have to take legal actions on your company I can go to any extent to sue your company, so please take proper action.
            Actually when you respond to marketing calls and messages these automated VAS can get activated. In order to avoid these in future get the DND service registered.

            Aircel — Fraud Bills

            Dear Sir,

            I miss Ashu Arora resident of pune would like to file a complain against the aircel service providers. I had purchased an aircel postpaid connection [protected] and at the time of purchase i submitted all the documents and paid Rs 300 as the activetion fees to susmita the agent at aircel gallery aundh.
            I have the receipts with me.
            Within 2 days again i got the bill of rs 300 from aircel and asking me to make the payments. I informed them that this amount has already been paid at the time of taking the connection but they are not ready to listen to me even though providing with the receipt num they are again and again calling me around 10-12 time i am receiving the calls from the asking to make payments. After calling several times and making several complaints there is no response or results from their end and they have discontinued with the services. In customer care i had spoken to Bhushan (pune) floor supervisor, and had received several commitments from him. But he also did not give any solutions at the end.
            Its simply a case of irresponsibilty from the service provider and fraud with the consumer.
            I have the bill num and receipt num with me.
            The kind of mentsl harrassment i have received because of them staying on hold for hours with customer care and talking with with customer care for hours asking for solution was extremely harrasing. I want the claims for the kind of trouble and mental harrassment i got because of aircel. There is very poor coverage as well and that issue is also never resolved. As well as i want the money back which i paid to them.
            Kindly help me in coping up with this situation.

                i had changed my mobile carrier from Idea to Aircel through portability service.
                Almost 3 weeks have passed but still my number has not been activated.
                when i contact Aircel Care Store, from where i bought the sim card, they just try to get out of the matter by saying that they have forwarded my papers and other details and can't do anything now.
                My contact number is still off.
                Because of this i have suffered a lot of physical, mental and financial stress. i am a student and i have to cancel my classes because of this.
                my contact number which has stuck is [protected].
                company officials are doing nothing.
                I request you to help me in this case or suggest some other ways to get my complaint resolved by using my consumer rights.

                  I have recharged with the 3G pack of Rs. 447 ,so to get 6GB 3G data for consequtive 3 months. Each month i should get 2GB data, But Only for the 1st month i got 2GB data. In the 2nd month i didn't get that 2GB data. Now i have complained at customer care,but they are not listening me. They are not providing me the offer as stated before. Help me out of this problem.                   sir, i have a aircel connection in which i use pocket internet .From one months i got a problem i lost my internet connectivity after 1 minutes.I call for custmer care what noboody pick up the phone and if bychance they pic up then they say call another number means nobody ready to solve my problem.

                    I recharged my no. [protected] with 10GB 3G data usage pack. The network signal is poor and automatically switches to EDGE mode. Before hand I've used Rs. 198 pack where speed was great. But why its not the same for Rs.997. Aircel is cheating its customer. If you cannot provide a service then please refund the amount that we paid. You take our hard earned money and fraud with us.

                      Hi iam using Aircel in Bangalore . I got message on unlimitted internet with recharge of Rs 14 on 26th April 2013 ,i have recharged with 14 on 26 but my talktime balance Rs 110 was deducted from my account on 27 . I have called customer care but they have responded that the plan was changed so we have deducted your amount but while recharging i have that offer u didn't sent any message about change in the plan its your neglegence i should get my balance back otherwise i may have to change my network.my no is [protected]

                        I COULD NOT TOLERATE THAT THE TOWER CONNECTION IS VERY POOR .AND THE CUSTOMER RESPONSE SYSTEM IS TRULY AND PURELY NOT LIKED BY MANY CUSTOMERS . AND THE 3G CONNECTION FOR POCKET INTERNET IS ALSO VERY MUCH WASTING OF MONEY AND TIME THAT IS BECAUSE OF AIRCEL SERVICE. '
                        I DON'T KNOW THAT SUCH A LARGE MAINTAINING COMPANY COULD MAKE SUCH FAULTS. IT'S DISGUSTING INFORMATION TO US.

                              $$$ Scam through Message $$$
                              A marketing SMS from Aircel came describing to recharge for 25 three times prominsing the 4th one free.
                              I did the 3 recharges and the got the 4th one free.

                              But the validity is just 3 days. This information is not mentioned in the message.

                              The message I got from Aircel
                              "3 Recharges 4 Benefits! Do 3 recharges if RC-25 with paper or EC today and get 1 RC-25 recharge FREE! Hurry, Limited period offer!"

                              When i enquired this in customer care, a person explain that i should understand that the message meant it's just a 3 days validity .

                              Validity is not mentioned in that message.
                              He refused to take the complaint. I just asked to give refund or to make that 75 Rs as unlimited validity which is what i expected.

                              The customer care is unable to do both. The request referance number - 1-[protected] - Aircel Customer care.

                              This type of message marketing should be stopped immediately. Or else should be communicated properly about the service.

                              If it's not, It's just a CHEATING !!!

                                    Aircel deducted Rs.15/- for dialer Tunes. I have already opted fro DO NOT DISTURB SERVICE. So there is no issue of any call to me, I have not subscribed for the same.

                                    On same day 24.04.2013 , I have made complaint to customer care Ref. No. 1-[protected].
                                    I want immediate refund of 15 Rupees . But customer care saying we will revert in 48 hours.

                                    What is this Nonsense? Aircel deducted within second without reason ,But for refund of same is not immediate.

                                    Please help.

                                      Don't go for aircel conncetions. They are doing fraud with customers. I have recharged my account with rs. 98 for pocket internet 1 week ago but surprisingly it's not credited yet. Also I recharged my account with rs. 30 for main balance. But of no use. Everything is in vain.

                                        I have been automatically subscribed to a value added service, and I am being charged Rs 5 every day. They have sent me a gprs link to unsubscribe, but the link does not work. The customer care is fully under IVRS. I tried cancelling the subscription through IVRS, and got a confirmation SMS for the same, but yet the next day my balance has again been deducted. I don't know what else I must do to stop being continuously robbed.

                                        I have subscribed pocket internet card past a week but while connecting it says server not responding.the customer care people will not even receive our call.so aircelgprs is worst than any other networks.strict action should be taken.plzzzzzzzzzzzz.

                                        This is testing my patience, I suddenly got a message today morning saying that i've been subscribed to "Non Stop music pack" ... when i called up customer care, the reply i got was "It was activated using GPRS"... No one has the exact time or the means through which they received the activation request. I tried talking with 3 guys... No one had a proper response... After talking with 3 people one sensible person said that i might have accidentally clicked a banner ad while browing and that ended as an activation request.. this is one of the worst ways of activating unwanted services i've seen... and the explanation given by the customer care guys beats even that..
