My granny Smt. SARALA BISWAS has an aircel connection no. [protected] and i have recharged a power of rs. 34 which the company acclaim to give all call at 30 paisa /minute. But from the past two to 3 days the local calls are deducting at the rate of re. 1 /min despite of being in offer. STD call rate is still 30 paisa/min. When I called the customer care after listening to me and puuting me on hold they disconnected the call and since they are not receiving the calls. Bloody cheater AIRCEL. Plz help.

    I am holding a aircel prepaid card.once i received telemarketing call from aircel asking me to change to postpaid and on the very next day, they collected the documents and money from me and they promise my account will be changed to postpaid on the next day evening.Even after 4 days my account is not changed to postpaid.when i contact the postpaid customer care, they ask me to call prepaid customer care, and they said to contact postpaid...at last there is no proper response.Manytimes they are cutting the call after making to wait for long time.For two days i waited for 25 minutes in line and they have cut the phone without giving any response.This higly irritated me...Even now they haven't activated to postpaid account.I don't know where to complain ...so i am filing the complain over here...hoping for the best solution.

    on 08-08-09, I have purchased the Aircel sim only for internet. I call customer care to activate they they activated.
    But when I am conneting with my laptop, then cannot connect, then I call customer care again after that mr. srikant ( customer care associates) told me to contact any person who is using internet on laptop who will solve, then why you mr. srikant is working overthere if you donot know any thing.
    Since I am myself is a well experienced user for interner for any type of internet why I will contact any more if you know then you tell me other wise you tell your senior to contact me.

    I am using the aircel number for internet connection.but i cannot collect the fullly information about how i using the internet threw mobile. i also have to recharge the 98 Rs recharge. nearlly aircel deler cannot get any information about this. and i cannot get any information about u r customer care services.

    sir i'm not getting a proper response from aircel company.... i got a new mobile on monday then tat same night i got GPRS SETTINGS... then only for sometime i was able 2 browse then later on i cant. i'm speking with the customer care for past 3 days and i.m not getting solved tis problem.... pls do help me out.....

    Stupid Aircel people always deduct my balance without any reason and when call the Customer care they are not giving proper response this the same condition for my dads and my brothers aircel sim and they no how to speak to a customer even...

    i Have recharged with Rs.10 paper recharge morning and before i was having balance of rs.5
    after recharging my balance was 13 Rs change so i called 151 and i recharged a Sms pack of rs.6
    and when i check my Balance there's only 1Rs change...and i dont want to call the stupid customer care people as they disconnect the call and wont solve the problem...and in my fathers sim also every then and there they'l activate Caller tune and deduct the balance i have complaint lot of times but still there is no Resolution...if this time also your not able to solve my problem kindly deactivate all our Aircel sims i.e ([protected], [protected], [protected])

      TO WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN

      Sir/Madam,

      It is with great anguish, that I would like to bring to your notice the poor and utterly disgusting service that AIRCEL has extended to me.

      I got a call from mobile number[protected] and the person introduced himselves as Mr. Irfan, Sales Executive, Begumpet Head office on 12 April 2013 and explained the following offer:

      1. After paying an amount of 750 rupees, I was promised a dongle, a sim and a package of 400/- unlimited at 3.6 Mbps speed

      He sent Mr. Raziuddin (Mobile number[protected], who has introduced himselves as a Aircel representative and he collected the following from me:

      1. Duly signed photocopy of my Aadhar card
      2. 2 photographs
      3. 750 rupees cash

      After calling both Irfan an Razi numerous times, I got a dongle after a span of 8 days and Razi demanded an amount of 500 rupees again and I was given an acknowledgement receipt of APH-103938.

      The dongle handed over to me by Mr. Razi was in INACTIVE state even then.

      I would like to bring to your notice that after the aforesaid payments I was given a data card whose activation is still pending! Your agent is demanding more money in the name of charges which is unacceptable! Besides he has my identity proof( duely signed) along with two of my photographs in his possession. He is not only refusing to activate my data connection but is also unavailable most of the time and not answering my calls.

      I want AIRCEL to check this matter out, as repeated requests have fallen on deaf ears! And may I warn the AIRCEL authorities that if necessary action is not taken within twenty four hours, I shall have to take recourse to the Consumer Forum and do the needful, as I feel as a customer I had been not only mislead but also have been subjected to a lot of trauma for the above mentioned reason.

      Aircel — cheated by fake charges

      This to complaint that Rs 20 has been deducted from my aircel no([protected]) balance. I have immediately called up customer care to ask for the reason as i was totally bewildered at what has happened.They informed me that the balance has been deducted because of activation of voice chat services, which I did not actually had activated from my number. I had been repeatedly calling them for launching a complaint but they were totally ignorant and did not pay any heed to the matter. Not knowing what to do i have come here to complaint against them. Something should be done against this sort o[censored]nfair means of harassing the customers. Please do consider the matter and take whatever steps necessary.
      Voice chat is an automated Value added service, and its takes the customer authorisation before any activation. Promo calls and messages can be the reason when responded knowingly or unknowingly so I would suggest you to activate your DND service which will block all such messages and calls.

      Aircel / telecom — Fraudulent executives

      I had been using blackberry services provided by aircel. I didnt get the services for most of the month, regarding which I registered complaints quite often with aircel,vashi. I was assured by one of the executives that my BB fee will be waived off. But my services were cancelled by the operator and I was made to pay for services which i never used. Plz look into the matter and provide justice.

      Aircel — Cheated by Aircel Local office

      - I got a call from Aircel local office like There is an offer for Aircel customers to change to postpaid for 499 plan.
      -Her name is Lalitha (+91 [protected])
      -I agreed and given my office address to meet
      - 1 person came and collected office ID proof and DL copy, and PP photo and 300 rupees,they told nothing else required
      -I asked again and again, is it a problem that I am staying in PG, They told , no issue.

      Then i waited 1,2,3,4,5 days , everyday called to Lalitha, she told it wiil be done tomorrow tomorrow
      _finally igot irritated and askded for the concerned person
      -I got number (keshav- +91 [protected])
      -I asked and he told , it cant be given to PG staying.
      -He told that the policy is changed immediately.

      -I asked for my money back, He told i will recharge it today
      -waited for 1 day
      -not recharged

      -I called Lalitha, she is not at all picking my call....aswell as this person.....

      Really Irritated with these people,

        currently i am using aircel. An amount of rs. 30 was deducted unexpectedly. on calling customer care there is no response and misbehave by customer executive. Initially they told that they can't do anything and if i will argue they will terminate my service. again on calling they are not receiving the call.

        AirTel — complaint against irresponsible executive executives and wrong information provided by executives

        I have started NOP(Net on Phone) service on my Airtel mobaile no . [protected]
        when i started the service the customer care executives told me that you will get unlimited browsing & unlimited dawonloading through the system but after activation of service within few days i found that i could not acces Maps & could not dawonlod videos & songs through this system then i told this problem to customer care executive & techincle dept. but they are refusing to take responsibility and no one providing me satisfied solution but then after i inform customer care executive time to time but they also anable to provide proper informatio. My mobaile bill is due sience 14thnov,2009 but i going to make payment after getting proper solution

        Like Sharad, Exactly May 30th 2013, at 10.04 am I received a message that "Aircel Freind zone is activated at Rs.30. You will soon start receiving the alerts everyday for 30 days". I was shocked because I didnt activate that.

        Then I tried to call Customer care. The IVR told that all the executives are busy and try again. After a reasonable time interval i tried but the same response.. I tried several times and got irritated. Immediately i tried with another aircel number customer care is connected with no waiting. I think this is also a trick to avoid such complaining customers to retain the stolen money.

        After connect a person spoke me. That Irresponsible executive repeatedly saying same answer without hearing what i am telling. He is speaking like robot. Speaking like damaged record disk...

        I said please help to deactivate and refund... Suddenly he unsubscribed on 2.02 pm and told refund is impossible. while we speaking, he pretended like no signal... I am not get you sir ... I cant hear you sir... Are you there sir... and he cut the call. But still I am on the line and telling Hello Hello...I can hear, speak speak... That cunning executive cut call by plan... Very worst event by Aircel Customer care

        After some times, Again I tried from another number, some other guy attended and said it was activated through IVR. I argue with him I was not received any call like that from aircel because i was registered in DND and I didnt call to that Friend zone number.. But he also repeated the same thing that is it is only activated through IVR without understanding what we were say..

        Please train your Customer care executives how to speak with customers. I am a customer with aircel for more than 5 years. Its Annoying..

        After a force he took complaint and my complaint id is 1-[protected]. I dont know how he took complaint but this is my original complaint. Without my request Friend zone service is activated and this should be de activated and i want refund.

        I know that compliant number is enough to follow and resolve complaint

        after i checked aircel website, there is lot of confirmations and steps to activate friend zone. But i did nothing on those steps. How come possible to activate?

        Because of those Customer care executives, I registered my number to PORT through MNP( porting code DT733352) . If my problem does not solved, I will migrate surely.

          Unwanted Deduction of money from Prepaid No.



          My name is Nitin Mehta, I am holding one Aircel Prepaid No. +91-[protected], Yesterday Suddenly my account has beed debited with amount rs 30. with comments as Monthly Govt Job SMS Service, But I didnt apply for the same via any mode. I tried to contact customer care several times but they didnt pick my phone or no reply from there side.

          Requesting you to please help me in this regard and help me to get back my deducted money from aircel.

          I tried to contact the nodal officer also, but there is no response from them.

          Aircel Prepaid — VALUE ADDED SERVICES

          ON DT.26.11.2009 at 5.30PM Company has charged Rs.15 for my Balance of M.No. [protected]without subscribing any value added service in the name of LOVE MOVE PACK.after complaining for it to companies Cuctomer Care Representative they are not giving me the details of subscription and also not refund my balance of Rs.15.When I warn him that I will go to lodge complaint in Consumer forum against them,they told me that they don't care & they will ready for it.
          I must tell you my friend that all the VAS services are fully automated and cannot be activated without the consent of the consumer. My experience with the customer care of Aircel has been great and I am quite shocked to hear that they have not been able to help you. Why don’t you visit the nearest Aircel store and get this in order. I am sure you will get a satisfactory solution to your problem….

            This month my Aircel network automaticaly deducting RS.10 for every 8 days without subscription of any vedio.when tried for customer they dont exists any customer care person to solve quires,I am fed up of this services i want my money to be refunded back.

              i have AIRCEL prepaid connection, 4 days ago they activated FSD pack on it by own . The next day when i saw it i tried to unsubscribe it but it continuously showed error. I had send the sms on 56060 to deactivate but ot again deducted my 3 Rs. and just showed error. I even visited the URL provided by them to deactivate it but in vain. Then i called COMPLAINT SERVICE and demanded refund butthey said it will be deactivated today till evening and no further Rs. will be deducted (no.[protected] but again next day it reactivated the pack . I called them again and demanded for refund, but they said your pack will be deactivated in a while and disconnected the call without listening to me. Then i got a sms saying my complain has been resolved but no refund was given .again today they have reactivated the pack and the customer support is saying the same thing.Till today my 23 Rs.has been cut by the company without any reason. I demand for complete refund

                I want to raise a complaint for pitching in a false offer by the Aircel sales executive be giving me
                the 249 Super Value Plan saying it has 650min of free calls and 250 MB of free data every month.
                Whereas after getting the 2nd cycle bill (where all the internet usage was charged) I came to know
                that it is just a trial offer for a month as confirmed by the call center executive. This is really a shocking
                surprise which shows a clear case of misguidance to corporate customers just to sell Aircel connection.

                Kindly acknowledge and suggest why shouldn’t I get the 250 MB of free data every month sold off as a
                Special plan.

                  I was an Airtel customer. The service was really good. i changed to aircel through mnp and aircel service is very bad

                  Aircel customer care is not giving any solutions. I am a postpaid customer. i can't able to contact the customer care. if i call 198 the customer executive are saying it is not for chennai numbers and they are giving another three numbers to contact ([protected] , 57777 , [protected]) . if i call [protected] or [protected] the IVR System is asking the number and if i enter my postpaid number it says " it is not a valid number ".if i call 57777 the is not going itself. then how the customer can contact.

                  if i you to aircel website it takes too much time to load and if i login most of the time it says server problem.

                  Facing hell lot of issues with IDEA network.

                  Many people are telling me that when they try calling me they are getting to hear "INVALID NUMBER" and the call is not connecting.

                  I am in Bangalore (city) but still network is very bad in IIN. I have called customer care and complained still no solution. They are asking me to latch on AIRTEL if I want to use 3G network as they have tie-up. Getting stable Mobile network itself a big issue.

                  I could not select AIRTEL network for this IDEA sim.

                    I had buy a aircel 3g prepaid data card on Feb 28th 2013 with dongle pack (2Gb data given for 3 months as total of 6GB data) Rs.1777.
                    Data Card number is [protected]

                    First month 2GB has been deducted in first 7 days and i had recharge Rs.127 for additional data of 1GB on 8th march but is also deducted at 1day

                    on march 22nd i had recharge one more time Rs.127 is also deducted on same day

                    on mar 28th i had recieved another 2GB data it has been deducted in days. at the time am registering a complaint at aricel customer care (complaint No:[protected] they told to me action should be taken for that complaint with in 48 Hrs. but there is no response

                    again on aprl 15th and 25th i had recharge Rs.127 which has been deducted on same day. on april 28th i ha d recieved another 2GB data which also deducted with in 5 days. Last one month i am going to the aircel office at regularly for this complaint but there is no response.

                    But on may 28th they told to me you are used that all the data at quickly. and they given Fake CDR data of my data card usage. Here is the big tragedy.

                    On that CDR data is said i am using 3175 GB used on prepaid????. How is possible on Prepaid. i Dont know. Please take action against this complaint.
                    in this process some aircel Hepist are involved . Helpist Numbers are 1317, 1813, 1893, 1883. Hare am attached that CDR data as below

                            I have an aircel no. [protected], in this no. a full song download service has been subscribed with out my consultation and blindly deducting Rs. 5/- everyday. I tried a lot to unsub the above service according to their service reply sms, but all time I found the customer care service representative busy. Ultimately I had to complain against this in the consumer forum. Aircel service is just forcing customer to subscribe any service as their wish which is very illegal.Actually i wants to impart some slangs against the aircel service. So. I wants the FSD service to be stopped other wise I must use slangs languages and remove the sim from my handset at last.

                              Myself Vivek pareek holding AIRCEL mobile no [protected], my mobile no is disconnected without any reason. If i call customer care then they are not giving any appropriate answer/reason. Sometimes they say you have not recharge and sometimes they said there was no usage.

                              But both of above are fake, i am using the number continuously with recharge. Even there customer care people are uneducated and they themself even dont know what they are talking.

                              please help on this issue.

                                Hi All,

                                I have converted my mobile number from Tata Docomo about three months ago. My usage will be around Rs.1500 every month.

                                After I converted to Aircel, I wrote a mail to increase my credit limit. Even after I paid the bills properly for two months, if my outstanding amount reached just Rs. 300, Aircel disconnected my outgoing calls. This happened three times in these three months.

                                Even after writing so many mails, there is no response from Aircel.

                                I am writing this complaint not for my problem. Please dont choose aircel. Their network is very poor. They are charging unnecessary charges for internet.

                                Please never choose Aircel. This is the worst service I have ever seen.

                                  I had subscribed to a service WAPPI98 of Aircel for 1 month. It is an Auto renewal pack so it gets automatically renewed every month. Thus, I unsubscribed to this pack to stop auto renewal of the service. I received a message from AIRCEL confirming the deactivation of the service which is still saved in my inbox. But again after 1 month, the service got auto renewed and balace of Rs.98 got deducted. Further I am unable to contact the customer care executive to lodge my complaint.

                                    14th May (8:40 pm) -
                                    Subscription to Music connect (VAS) activated without my knowledge or consent. Balance deducted. SMS received confirming both.
                                    Complaint made instantly to customer service @ 198 (complaints redressal). Customer care executive deactivated the said service instantly. SMS confirmed the same. Customer care also promised refund of deducted balance amount within 24 hours. Upon multiple requests made by me, no complaint or docket or ticket number was provided.
                                    After 24 hours, balance was not refunded.

                                    22nd May -
                                    Sms received confirming subscription to PPlay (VAS). It also said recharge to continue. Again, done without consent or knowledge.

                                    Called customer care. Mentioned both incidents. This time they were kind enough to provide a complaint number (1-[protected]) for the issue on May 14th.
                                    Stipulated time for redressal was 72 hours (ending on 24th May). More than 72 hours have passed, no resolution/refund/redressal yet.
                                    Complained on www.aircel.com by logging into "My account" section on website. Found complaint number 1-[protected] active. Stated new complaint regarding May 22nd issue online (complaint no. - 1-[protected]). SMS confirms both complaints with their respective numbers to be resolved or reverted by 24th May.

                                    25th May -

                                    3am - Noticed balance deducted for no reason. No calls made or sms sent or internet used. Again, out of the blue.
                                    7:51 am - SMS confirming subscription to PowerPlay (VAS) renewed for 2 days.
                                    2:00 pm - Balance check. Further balance deducted. No phone calls were made or services used.
                                    2:44 pm - Unable to reach customer care or any help online. Unsubscribed from PowerPlay (VAS). SMS confirmed it.

                                    Currently, there is no resolution. Cannot reach customer care due to their heavy downtime and "customer care executives" constantly busy. Cannot log in to "My account" section on www.aircel.com to see status of complaints or make new complaints. I have been using Aircel prepaid services for about 7 years now.

                                    Any suggestion from this forum or elsewhere would be much appreciated.

I refused a call from aircel no. 57000 for subscription to aircel friendz zone but was surprised to know that Rs.30/- have been deducted from balance immediately. I made complaint on 121 to customer care executive which assured to refund it within 24 hrs. but till date it has not been refunded.

                                      I have faced similar kind of problem for dialer ring tone & cheap rates SMS also, few weeks back. I spent lot of time & harrasment without any refund.

                                      Aircel showroom at sector-14, gurgaon does not listen to customers problems at all & do not cooperate.

                                      Is there anyone in Aircel who can look into it. Otherwise I am going to break my aircel sim into billion pieces with my shoes...

                                      please fix the problem fast otherwise your own goodwill will be lessened. I think I have to change the mobile operator now. Because the best network operator is nno stealing people..

                                        Aircel video club has been auto activated in my mobile no. My no is [protected]. Aircel has charged rs. 10 for the activation and also sent me a sms saying that after 7 days rs 10 will be charged again.
                                        After that they have reactivated my no consequently 5 times.Whenever I try to call the customer no 121
                                        they are giving answer or are putting me on hold.
                                        Kindly deactivate this service as soon as possible and refund me the money that has been deducted already because of your carelessness.
