ill tricks of AIRCEL

i have AIRCEL prepaid connection, 4 days ago they activated FSD pack on it by own . The next day when i saw it i tried to unsubscribe it but it continuously showed error. I had send the sms on 56060 to deactivate but ot again deducted my 3 Rs. and just showed error. I even visited the URL provided by them to deactivate it but in vain. Then i called COMPLAINT SERVICE and demanded refund butthey said it will be deactivated today till evening...

Sold new connection with wrong information

I want to raise a complaint for pitching in a false offer by the Aircel sales executive be giving me
the 249 Super Value Plan saying it has 650min of free calls and 250 MB of free data every month.
Whereas after getting the 2nd cycle bill (where all the internet usage was charged) I came to know
that it is just a trial offer for a month as confirmed by the call center executive. This is really a shocking
surprise...

But both of above are fake, i am using the number continuously with recharge. Even there customer care people are uneducated and they themself even dont know...

Credit Limit increase for the mobile number

I have converted my mobile number from Tata Docomo about three months ago. My usage will be around Rs.1500 every month.

After I converted to Aircel, I wrote a mail to increase my credit limit. Even after I paid the bills properly for two months, if my outstanding amount reached just Rs. 300, Aircel disconnected my outgoing calls. This happened three times in these three months.

Deactivated Services get Activated Automatically

I had subscribed to a service WAPPI98 of Aircel for 1 month. It is an Auto renewal pack so it gets automatically renewed every month. I have a Aircel prepaid connection no.[protected] . I have 128 unlimited internet scheme activated on it. 3G Pocket Internet Smart

In that package they specified like that after 3.6 Mbps with 500 MB the speed will reduced to 128 Kbps.
But the speed of browsing is reduced to 32 Kbps.


But I have a problem regarding its internet speed....

Every month I have recharge INR 128 3G Internet plan. I got 500MB 3G data and extend 500MB it's unlimited 2G plan.
Aircel India company policy after complete 3G, your speed is deducted 128kbps in 2G plane.
When tried to use that 2G data i got downloading & Uploading speed of just 10Kbps - 30Kbps...
