TO WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN
Sir/Madam,
It is with great anguish, that I would like to bring to your notice the poor and utterly disgusting service that AIRCEL has extended to me.
I got a call from mobile number[protected] and the person introduced himselves as Mr. Irfan, Sales Executive, Begumpet Head office on 12 April 2013 and explained the following offer:
1. After paying an amount of 750 rupees, I was promised a dongle, a sim and a package of 400/- unlimited at 3.6 Mbps speed
He sent Mr. Raziuddin (Mobile number[protected], who has introduced himselves as a Aircel representative and he collected the following from me:
1. Duly signed photocopy of my Aadhar card
2. 2 photographs
3. 750 rupees cash
After calling both Irfan an Razi numerous times, I got a dongle after a span of 8 days and Razi demanded an amount of 500 rupees again and I was given an acknowledgement receipt of APH-103938.
The dongle handed over to me by Mr. Razi was in INACTIVE state even then.
I would like to bring to your notice that after the aforesaid payments I was given a data card whose activation is still pending! Your agent is demanding more money in the name of charges which is unacceptable! Besides he has my identity proof( duely signed) along with two of my photographs in his possession. He is not only refusing to activate my data connection but is also unavailable most of the time and not answering my calls.
I want AIRCEL to check this matter out, as repeated requests have fallen on deaf ears! And may I warn the AIRCEL authorities that if necessary action is not taken within twenty four hours, I shall have to take recourse to the Consumer Forum and do the needful, as I feel as a customer I had been not only mislead but also have been subjected to a lot of trauma for the above mentioned reason.
