Hi All,
On March 19th,2013 I've recharged 399 plan for 3g-2gb data. I got the message as Transaction Successfully. But I cannot able to access 3g Data(All ways it shows I dont have 3g data limit). When I reached the customer care on March 19th, They simply said there might be some network issue, And I need to wait 24 hours to resolved. But It did'nt resolved. So on 21 March 2013 I reached the Aircel customer care and they take the complaint(SR-[protected]). They asked me to wait till 72 hours to get it resolved. There after also is not resolved. When I reached the customer support and enquired the status of the complaint. I was shocked, they closed the complaint without any resolution(Even they didn't get any response yet). Once again I reached the Aircel Customer Support, But again the same routine, they said they will arrange a call back. But they will never call back us. And at last April 4th, I escalate this to the higher level ( Esclation team Anand). But these people also not respond well, and they are blaming to the customer. And they said refund also not possible.
My validity is going to expire on April 17th, But till date the problem is not resolved. They clearly said they dont bother about consumer complaint or anything.
So those who are interested to go with Aircel 3g. Pleas go with Airtel. don't go with Aircel

1. Only first week you will get the 3g speed after that it will be changed to 2g speed.
2. When you reach the customer support they will not answer you properly. They treat as we are begger.
3. Dialy at least 10 times the net will get disconnect.
