Dear Sir,

I have been alloted a number [protected] and for the past 3 months i am the owner of the number. I would like to tell you that the number is reflecting in the name of Sushant instead of Sajan Kumar and also i have called up the activation center 59059 and provided my address and details they took it up and activated and now i am not able to pay my last 3 months bill and it is about to disconnect. I got 2 sim under corporate benefit (CUG). I am bill amount is increasing i am not able to view my itemised bill nor i am able to pay my bills.Ridiculous service from Aircel. I want to sue to the aircel for their pathetic service. i have been running around at the branch office for past 2 months but they are saying contact customer care.I am taking spare time from my office for this and of no use. Please help me out this is harrasement of customer if they ask me to pay any amount. I won't pay coz i have been running around for this problem.

        automatic aircle non stop music pack is activated on my no[protected] and balance is deducted from my account...even i dont know what is this service. i need my fund return...and i tried so many tym to customer care but call not connected with them.

          I have applied Mobile Number Portability from Tata Docomo to Aircel on 29.03.2013.

          I requested for MNP for my two Mobile numbers. Please find the Porting id details below.

          Porting ID Porting date
          TX384773 29.03.2013
          TX382144 29.03.2013

          My applications are processed against the CEF Nos: 168043 dated 29.03.2013 and 168043 dated 29.03.2013. It was processed by Mr. Joseph at Aircel walk-in store, Koramangala, Bangalore.

          On April 5, 2013 I received a mail from Aircel saying that, my Mobile Number Portability request is approved.

          On the same day night (05.04.2013) at 11:30 P.M my existing service from Tata Docomo service got disconnected.

          But the Aircel service is not yet activated. I got a message saying that “Sim card registration failed”. I walked into Aircel walk-in store and had a commitment that, Aircel service will be activated after sending this mail.

          I have no other contact numbers with me.

          If Aircel is unable to provide me the service as committed, why my existing Tata Docomo service is disconnected?

          Before activating the service from Aircel, how Aircel can deactivate my exisint service?

          Deactivating the existing service before activating Aircel service is an illegal activity.

          I want justification from Aircel for this issue.

          Aircel — Unable to provide Service

          I have taken new AIRCEL connection, after talking from their costomer care & their distributor in our Town, They promised me that, they will provide me service with help of that i can access internet on my Lap-top, but after taking connection, service is not working it has been more then 20 days, i have talked to them at-least 30 times but it is still not started.
          i recieve wab settings but in message said update is required when i install settings and i save settings as default setting and i swith off the phone for five minutes and i iopen browser the mesage recieve that data server not available my handset model no. is motorola l6 my aircel mobile no is [protected] irequested u to solve this problem as soon as possible

          Mai Aircel service se tang aa kar Portout karne ka decision lia.Isiliye aircel me port number ke liye sms kiya.iske bad aircel se mujhe 11/02/2011 me call aya ke humlog Apke network ke problem ko thik kar denge or agle 48 hours me ap jo vi recharge karenge usme 50% extra talktime milega.Iske bad Mera jorurat na rahte hue bhi maine 110 rs ke recharge kiya par extra 50% yani 55 rs nehi mila.Maine bar bar Customar cxare me call kiya magar koi phal nehi hua.O log pehle call ko hold karte hai or uske bad kut dete hai. So me suggestion Hai ke Aircel me MNP na Kare.

            my phone number is [protected]. I am joy sikdar. I got a subscription message from reality bay 5 days ago and 30rs were deducted from my sim. I didn't subscribe it. I called to customer care executive. He deactivated it and told me,that my money will be refunded by that night. After that,5 days passed away. I still didn't get the money. Everytime i call them,they say that my complain is allready there and i have to wait for my money. But how long? They wantedly cutting all my options to contact customer care executive from my sim. This is a total harrasement. Please help me

                  I am using aircel internet plan of rs301 which gives unlimited data with no speed limit but aircel has put limit to my speed to 32kb/s.Speed limit is only in plan 14 and 98.

                    These thugs of Aircel are selling their service as 3G for the internet, and the actual speed I am getting on a high class Micromax dongle is below half kbps! What thugs these buggers are! I would love to take them to TRAI, if there is any possibility. The do not attend to calls even after great deal of harassing the callers. They are a slur on India.

                    Today i received message that i has subscribed to Non-Stop music and they took 30 rs, perhaps I didn't even subscribe for it when I contact 198 they said to dial 155223 to deactivate it and I followed it it got deactivated and what about my Rs.30 will it return??
                    also I received that you have been subscribed to MGR alert please recharge to continue enjoying the service, this service also I didn't even subscribe for it so I stopped recharging my phone because I don't want to lose my money..

                      I recharged my Aircel mobile number through Aircel website.i choose 135 Rs top up packages in which i will get 150 TT + 150 MB internet for 20 days.
                      I recharged through my credit cards.Amount is deducted from my credit cards but i didn't get recharge value.Also on aircel customer care number there is no option to talk with customer care executive.

I am continuously receiving promotional advertisements inspite of my repeated request not to send. Secondly, very frequently, automatically a considerable amount is deducting without any reason.                           My Aircel no. is [protected]. I have recharged with Rs. 447 on 10th March, still not getting 3G speed.
                          I am getting very low 2G speeds.
                          Even my mobile is showing 2G network.

                          When I send "Start 3G" to 121 it is saying 3G network not available in your area.

                          When I talked to Aircel guys, they are saying 3G coverage is available in Bangalore but inspite of my several comlaints, they never get back and
                          never tried to rectify the problem.
                          Still I am getting the 2G coverage and speed.

                          I tried to talk to Aircel customer care guys but they are not picking the phone.

                          Even i'm also getting the same issue:

                            I am using a aircel postpaid sims numbered [protected] and [protected] for the past 1 year. I went to aircel store at perungudi chennai on 4th march(last billing date of feb 2013) to change my numbers from postpaid to prepaid. Aircel store person named Mr.Ganesh took my request and gave me the service request numbers for both sim cards and said i will be receiving a confirmation call in a day or two and then again i have to come store and give my proofs again. I said them i will pay the due amount on my numbers but they said no need sir you can pay it while coming for submitting proof. I din't receivied any calls for the next 10 days. Again i went to neelankarai aircel store and enquired the same. The service girl(name not known) there said me they will handle only prepaids. I started saying "If you are not handling postpaid then why this store is opened, just change the name board from aircel store to aircel prepaid store or simply close this we are not satisfied with your service" in a loud voice. Then the girl said ok sir i will check your status. After verifying she said you request is open but the time for processing the request has expired. I said why your people are irregular like this for that she said this is what i can do if you want any more details speak with customer care. (I am not able to reach proper customer care service person on Customer care service numbers 121,[protected] and 198 from my mobile, i already rasied many complaints on the same issue but no one responded properly from aircel side.) I explained the same to that girl in neelankarai aircel store and asked them for a phone to speak with customer care. I spoke with customer care from there and explained the issues i faced over the past three weeks and also said him that health pack is activated on my mobile deactivate it first. After hearing all this the person on phone said better you go to saidapet aircel store you will get a better service. I started shouting then why other stores are open, close them all then i will think about going saidapet aircel store. For that he said ok sir if you want you can go. That time the girl in neelankarai aircel store started laughing looking at me. I just got disguisting by the way these people are providing service to customers. With full hesitation i said i won't pay the bill if you don't resolve my issues. After then i am receiving calls from aircel bill collection team daily and the girl speaking won't consider what i saying as issues. She speaks like wen will you pay bill, will you pay or won't, we are sending person to your home to collect bill. I will just startexplaining my issues and then she will say will explain your issues to my manager and get back to you sir. From then daily it happened and one day with extreme vain i asked the person speaking, FOR THE PAST 3 WEEKS I AM EXPLAINING MY ISSUES BUT WHY YOU PEOPLE ARE NOT CONSIDERING ANYTHING for that the girl replied IN OUR LOGS IT IS ONLY MENTIONED YOU WILL PAY BILL then i said them your service is worst now i am ashamed for being your customer then she said will call you back sir. After sometime
                            she called me and said sir go to nearby store and pay your pending bills then raise migration request again, please do this for me. I was confused is she my sister or any other relative ? why should i do it for her ? but even then my customer care issue or health pack issue is not resolved over this period. Finally i decided to give a last try the next day to nearby aircel store. But before going there next day i received a call again from aircel and the girl speaking said the same old dialogues will you pay or won't, shall i send our executive to collect due amount tomorrow. Next day morning i received a call again and the girl speaking said sir if you want post to pre migration raise a fresh request. So i decided not to pay any of my pending bill. Again i received calls from them continuosly. So i went directly to neelankarai store and paid my march month's bill and asked for my april bill so that i can pay my remaining bvalance and surrender sim cards to get out of this irritating thing. The girl said 660 odd amount for one number and 550 odd amount for another. I said i would have hardly used it 12 days in this month. To the maximum i wouldn't have used half the benefits of my plan why my unbilled amount is like this. For that the girl replied i don't know anything if you want your plan bill come next month after your bill comes and then raise request for whatever you want. These people have tensed me to my extreme. With extreme frustration i am writing this now.

                              Hi All,

                              On March 19th,2013 I've recharged 399 plan for 3g-2gb data. I got the message as Transaction Successfully. But I cannot able to access 3g Data(All ways it shows I dont have 3g data limit). When I reached the customer care on March 19th, They simply said there might be some network issue, And I need to wait 24 hours to resolved. But It did'nt resolved. So on 21 March 2013 I reached the Aircel customer care and they take the complaint(SR-[protected]). They asked me to wait till 72 hours to get it resolved. There after also is not resolved. When I reached the customer support and enquired the status of the complaint. I was shocked, they closed the complaint without any resolution(Even they didn't get any response yet). Once again I reached the Aircel Customer Support, But again the same routine, they said they will arrange a call back. But they will never call back us. And at last April 4th, I escalate this to the higher level ( Esclation team Anand). But these people also not respond well, and they are blaming to the customer. And they said refund also not possible.

                              My validity is going to expire on April 17th, But till date the problem is not resolved. They clearly said they dont bother about consumer complaint or anything.


                              So those who are interested to go with Aircel 3g. Pleas go with Airtel. don't go with Aircel

                              1. Only first week you will get the 3g speed after that it will be changed to 2g speed.
                              2. When you reach the customer support they will not answer you properly. They treat as we are begger.
                              3. Dialy at least 10 times the net will get disconnect.

                              Yes. Aircel is blaming people. me too hava a problem with 3g service. i have activated 3g plan for 997/- but not yet use them. if i connect it it wil giving EDGE (2g) only. 10 GB data still in my account and how can i use when i use i dont know!!!...customer care also not answering to me always busy. this is very bad experience in since last 7 years.

                                I observed that AIRCEL has auto subscribed me to game and power play services.
                                And every 2 days, an amount of Rs. 10 is deducted from my prepaid balance. I've lost 40rs in a week

                                Numerous attempts to reach customer service have been futile
                                Need my money refunded

                                    No Service and Response from Aircel

                                    Sir,

                                    I have purchased Aircel Dongle,SIM and Recharge for Rs.447/-.From the day one it is not working due to non compatibility
                                    for Windows 8 OS.

                                    Regarding this I have lodged the complaint with Aircel customer care with nos. Service reference number 1-[protected]
                                    and Relevant team service reference number 1-[protected].

                                    Till now from past 3 weeks the Aircel customer care have not resolved my complaint and they are even not responding to
                                    my mails.

                                    I have seen the Tata Photon+, Micromax Dongle and BSNL Broadband working fine with Windows * OS and Aircel does not
                                    works with Windows 8 OS.

                                    Do I need to appraoch the Consumer Forum to get the Justice and for getting compansation for the loss and harassment
                                    from Aircel customer care.Please advise.

                                    Looks like the Aircel want to close my balance and validity without providing service.

                                    Please help and advise.

                                    Additionally,whatever the minimum communications like Automail received are all false committments.
