How to set a good caller tune

I m Soumen Kundu , a good customer of Aircel ,spend min 300+ rs monthly.
But Aircel Company not able to give proper service to me. It Customer Care Service is so complicated and easily i cant able to set a good Caller Tune.

auto activation of video club

Aircel video club has been auto activated in my mobile no. My no is [protected]. Aircel has charged rs. 10 for the activation and also sent me a sms saying that after 7 days rs 10 will be charged again. Kindly deactivate this service as soon as possible....

Services are activated by themselves

I still dont know why my balance became zero suddenly and they said some service has been activated!
