Hi,
We have purchased the Aircel 3G data card and 2 sim cards for 799 postpaid plan on December,When we connected we got not more than 30kbps where as it was promised to give 7.2mbps, we complained to customer service, they sent one network engineer for the investigation, after investigation he confirmed that problem is with network and told he will be informing the same to higher authority.
We could not use the available 10gb of data but paid Rs 850/-, then next month also we were complaining everytime but used to get only auto forwarded mails but nothing else, fed up of them and used the data card for 10gb by moving to other place where there is good network.
But everytime we cannot go to good network area for browsing hence we mailed service provider to cancell the data card connection as we were fed up with those guys, but they did not cancell the connection but we were getting bill everymonth, we were really fed up woth them, hence we removed the sim and kept them aside, still we are getting calls to alternative number and mails to pay the bills and our bill is growing day by day and they are not ready to cancell also.
Today one lady called (her Number:[protected])and spoke really bad and giving us warnings like "Legal notice" and all, how can these service provider can harrass the girls by giving these kind of so called "Dhamkis".
Please take it as high priority and provide me the justice.

I am also suffered aircel, they activate packages without customer intervention, called customer care so many times, no one is there to attend...it took me 20 days to tell them the issues, they said "you are supposed to call the very next to cancel those plans", sometimes they keep us waiting and disconnects the call, it happen many times. They never gave me complaint no, but every times I call, they first ask if I have a complaint number, keep me waiting to give a complaint number and disconnects the phone, by the time of this writing also I've been activated by few plans, never got a refund for earlier canceled packaged when they promised to do so. Now I stopped doing recharges

    Hi,

    My dad using mobile number [protected] in Aircel Tamilnadu a circle. I have
    done an online topup recharge of Rs.135 from my Axis bank online account(From karnataka) and expecting a talktime of Rs.150 but it is not recharged.

    I done 3 time recharge via my account to the same number
    Because at first time when i click submit button, i got error as "Selected operator service not available"
    Then second time i clicked, then i got same error. Then i clicked for third time.So totally, Rs 405 was deducted from my account.

    My money got deducted from my account without any talktime given to
    me. I felt cheated that instead of giving me Rs 405 talktime you have
    given me zero ( 0) talk time and looted my Rs. 405.

    I tried reaching customer care multiple times and unable to contact customer care.

      My Name Vijay Prabhu([protected]) The same problem for me before activating the 3g morning..i used 3g plans it works perfectly...but after activating 3g morning some times unable to browse ...if it works...the speed is very worst then 2g...but most of the time not working between 6AM to 9AM...and also my roommates are using 3g morning...they are also met problems...if you give proper ans and solution we will use aircel otherwise we decide to go other networks...thanks in advance AIRCEL

        With due respect and humble submission, I am Jagannath Sahu, age 30, Padmapur, Cuttack-754200 file a Complain against Aircel Company due to, they are activated Sayari packwithout any information for which they had deducted Rs.30/. when I call to customer care of this company they are not receiving and the says its busy.

        This Company has activated different types of Service pack, like Sayari Pack, Ring tone. Cricket Pack, News Pack, Bhajan, Melodious Song etc without any information to Customer which irritate the Customers.

        Hence You can Charge a Large Amount against this Company for which consumers are not suffering.

        Therefore , it is requested that please give me justice about above matter.

          Aircel customer care have activated the Dialer Tune on my number [protected] without my prior permission and knowledge.This is the 3rd time they have activated a service without my knowledge and deducted the balance from my prepaid account.When I asked them to refund the deducted amount they refused to to this.

                      Mobile Number Portability Problem (switch to Airtel from Aircel- no. [protected])
                      I had requested for my number to be ported to Airtel from Aircel- no. [protected] on 16 March 2013 and got a porting code DX493189. I was Never contacted by any calling agent from Aircel. Today i.e . on 1st april 2013 i got a message from airtel saying that "Request Rejected by Donor as the porting code done not match the donor allocated porting code for this number". I called many a times to aircel customer care but they are always busy.Still, my number has not been ported out from Aircel to Airtel so far.Also i want to deactivate some aircel services but nobody picks up the call hence in a big trouble.
                      Plz look into this matter as this is not the first time that this has happened.

                        My aircel number is [protected] and i regret to say that aircel is cheating by activating services by themselves and then they deduct the balance! I still dont know why my balance became zero suddenly and they said some service has been activated! I tried to call customer care but there is some technical problem or the executives are always busy that they wont attend!! I want all services to be cancelled. Thank you!

                          There is really bad network in my SIM card since a month. I got my Rs. 98 2G netpack. For that day speed was lesser about 15 kbps downloading in my Karbonn A5 Android device, but since next day, it reduced upto 5 kbps only.Right niw speed is below 1 kbps.It is really bad, and i wonder why had i got my netpack for. There is problem in establishing a connection after calling. The customer support no. 198 has all lines busy, so I called no.121, they told me that it is a network problem and I must file a complaint at customer support 198 and ensured that all libes will be cleared by the next time I call. Since 3 days, it isn't clear.
                          This problem is irritating me.Please do get a proper solution for it very soon.

                              SIR, I HAVE BOUGHT A AIRCEL 3G SIM WITH A PLAN OF RS.277 FROM A SHOP IN MY CITY AND I AM USING A LAVA MULTISIM DONGLE. BEFORE BUYING THE SIM, I ASKED THE CUSTOMER CARE ABOUT THE PLAN AND I ASKED WHETHER THIS SIM CAN BE USED IN LAVA MULTISIM DONGLE OR NOT. THEY ASSURED ME THIS SIM CAN BE USED IN ANY DONGLES AND THEY ALSO ASSURED ME THIS PLAN CAN BE USED USING LAVA MULTI SIM DONGLE ITSELF. WITH THEIR ASSURANCE ONLY I BOUGHT THIS SIM([protected]) WITH RS.277 PLAN. AFTER ACTIVATING THE SIM I COULD NOT ACCESS THE OFFER PLAN. I TRIED FOR THE HELP FROM CUSTOMER CARE, BUT THEY DISCONNECTED MY CALL AND IT IS SAID THAT THE OFFICIALS WERE BUSY. I HAVE TRIED MORE THAN 10 TIMES AND I COULD NOT COMPLAINT ABOUT IT IN THE CUSTOMER CARE. SO I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE FROM OTHER SIM AND THEY ALSO TOLD THIS PLAN CAN BE USED IN ANY DONGLES. I TRIED MANY TIMES FOR ACCESSING THE INTERNET BUT I AM UNABLE TO ACCESS. THE CUSTOMER CARE PERSONNEL ALSO NOT GIVING ME ANY PROPER RESPONSE FOR MY COMPLAINT. DUE TO THE AIRCEL INDIA'S CUSTOMER CARE'S NEGLIGENCE AND FALSE INFORMATION, I HAVE LOST RS.277 AND FOR ABOUT FIVE DAYS I LOST MY TIME AND GOT FRUSTRATED BECAUSE OF THEM. KINDLY HELP ME AND GET ME JUSTICE.

                              Aircel — not responding to complaints given

                              i have been under severe strees due to interruption in service to other network users. during evening the service is totally neglected to AIRTEL customers. it was prolonged for a period of 20 days .if we complain the customer care, they are registering it, but no action was taken yet.the complaint number was given by them as follows,

                              Dear sir
                              AIRCEL mobile service is very-very bad. this company has carged always without conecting a call
                              daily Rs. 20-30 rupees is charged witout conecting a call & after 3 or 4 complain customer care excutive has not respond.my aircel customer care complain no. is - R[protected].
                              so pleese sir help me about this problem.
                              when I surf on aircel pocket internet home page get open normally.but when I would like to open any url it shows many types of server problem or error or authentication error.It shows error 503, 413, 405, etc...
                              Also it shows some time u r about to leave pocket intenet & logged in open internet& u will be charged for it, what does it mean yaar, while I have recharged my account by 98 Rs. then where is the question of charges?when I resister complaint, no reply has come.
                              pl. tell me how do I make any complaint of customer care of telecom networks.

                                i did an Ez-Recharge 2-3 days back from a shop...i received the message but the recharge did not happen, the balance was not credited into my a/c..
                                i talked to customer care but in the middle of my query they transfer calls & the line gets disconnected...after 20-25 attempts i was finally able to talk to them & i was just provided with this information that the recharge was not succesful...So now when i go to the Retailer(shop owner) he tells me that money from his phone has been deducted & he doesn't know anything about it...i still have that Ez-Message with me...now who will give my 26 rupees..& how will i get my Rs-26 back ..please please HELP...my no. is-[protected]

                                  Aircel prepaid sim card not activated even after submitting all the required documents to mobile store barrackpore, kolkata , west bengal on 25/3/2013. Initially I was promised that the sim card will be activated in next 48 hours but till today my new aircel prepaid sim card is idle. When I called up Aircel call center they told me they were very sorry but never told me why the delay was and advised me to contact the person from whom I have purchased the sim card. When I asked if any escalation can be done to the next level the person who was on the phone just disconnected my line. Shocked yet not given up hope, as the sircel agent from whom I have purchased the sim card promises me of a deadline 9 p.m next day (everyday) but only to come up with wired excuses next day like holi,aircel office shifted etc. Now I have also given up hope of ever my aircel sim card will be active or not, strange I just wonder hoe much time does takes to activate a prepaid sim card when all your documents are in place.

                                      when i complaint the customer care he told me that the setting will have been send in just 24hrs. But 60hrs has been passed.Thay don't send me the setting of
                                      pocket internet.now the customer has not been attended the my call.after some days DU exam has been started.so what can ido sir!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
                                      Try to reach them again or you can also visit the nearest Aircel store and get it from there itself. Good luck.

                                        *** Fake 3G speed plans from Aircel - No resolution in last 3 months on complain ID - 1-[protected]. I tried to contact Aircel sales executive, Aircel customer care L1, L2 team but there is only a response that your complain is open but no resolution yet. ****

                                        I am from Bangalore circle.
                                        3 months ago one Aircel sales executive offered me an Aircel postpaid 3G plan (dongle plan) of Rs. 499. According to that plan, he said that I'll get up to 3.2 Mbps speed until my data usage will reach to 3 GB and post that speed will decrease to 128 Kbps. I purchased that plan and started using Aircel services.

                                        From very first day of service, I notice that speed was so poor that even I was not able to open my mail properly. Most frequently speed was between 20 kbps to 30 kbps (but sometime 296 kbps). I called to customer care and and registered complain ID - 1-[protected]. After 1 day I got call from Aircel to confirm current speed status, that time I checked that speed was good and provide my feedback. But After 1 hour issue reoccurred. I again called to customer care and again same thing repeated. This time I told them speed is good now but this issue reoccurred after feedback call, so resolve it permanently. From that time I am continuously following up with Aircel team but there is no resolution. I post the same complain on Aircel home page complain portal but there was no response mail/call. I also tried to reach Aircel customer care L2 level manager (Supratim Das), but he said that complain ID - 1-[protected] is open for it and we are looking into it. He also said that they will contact me within 24 hours with some update, but again there is no update/resolution response from Aircel. Even there didn't contact me.

                                        Can you please tell me that:

                                        Is there any specific time limit to resolve any customer complain query as I am following up from last 3 months.
                                        For how long time you want to keep open this complain ID - 1-[protected] without any action.
                                        What about last 3 months bill charges which were paid by me for a such service/plan which was never provided to me?

                                        I purchased the plan because Aircel commited to provide me a speed of 3.2 mbps, but I never get that speed and in last 3 months there is no resolution on my complain (complain ID - 1-[protected]), and complain ID is still in open state. I want to make one thing very clear that further I am not going to make any payment for any such service/plan which was never provided to me by Aircel. I'll start paying bill only after issue resolution and once Aircel will start providing me committed service level. Please don't send me any bill for such service which is not being provided by Aircel. Even they are not responding me properly.

                                        Note :

                                        There is no signal problem, signal strength is very good.
                                        Issue remain always (even from that first day of new billing cycle)

                                        10-15 days ago i come to know that my cricket live scores has been activated.(your customer care executive told me that i activated it).Dailly i am calling four to five times to deactivate it but none of your customer executive solve my problem.SMS is comming from 5234522.My mobile number is [protected].
                                        I can understand your problem but the company always mentions everything very clearly in its terms and conditions. Still you can visit the nearest Aircel store and discuss your problem.

                                        Aircel — Even after three days of billing there is no incoming

                                        I Gaurav Gupta from Kalibari had taken the connection of aircel from last three years. My phone number is [protected] . My credit limit is Rs. 500 but many times my outgoing stopped working at the amount of approximate Rs. 400 Many times I requested them to extend my credit limit but no response from their side. Many times after billing, the connection is remain not working many days & the cellcity is 4km away from my home cant go again & again to remind them towards their duties.

                                        Sir I just want to know that is their not any one who ask them for their such irresponsibility and negligence towards the customer service even this time where there is a huge competition in the market.

                                        Aircel — No Response for any one my complaints

                                        Aircel is very worst service provider for GSM Mobile services connection. I have Aircel Postpaid Connection for the past one year. Till now I have given 11 complaints regarding billing, Network problem, Coverage issues Etc..., Specially in billing

                                        Till now no action initiated by them. Even there is no response from the Customer Support Executive. Requesting for your intervention and solve the issue.

                                        Hi Aircel Team,

                                        I has been a long time to escalate this issue but still there is no resolution on it.

                                        Aircel never called me to ask either there is an improvement in speed or not but they never forget to call me once billing cycle has been completed and ask me to pay me the bill for a service which is never being provided by Aircel.

                                        Aircel Team - I request you to disconnect my Aircel internet services if you can't take any action on speed issue and if you are not able to resolve it (Speedtest result artifact attached).

                                        Dear All - Can anyone suggest me the process to escalate it with TRAI or any other telecom authority so that such fraud can be highlight.

                                        Dear Grahak Seva Team

                                        I have raised this complain multiple times with Aircel and requested them to resolve my Internet issue as I was not getting that level of 3G Internet services which was offered by Aircel. After so many followup I asked them to disconnect my 3G Internet services if they can't resolve speed issue and also warn them that I'll not make any bill payment for any such service which was never provided (check last comments on this complain). I have already made useless payments for more than 3 months in a hope that my issue will be resolved but no resolution.

                                        Now without any service they are continuously sending me bills and calling me for bill payment.

                                        When no service was provided by Aircel then what is the meaning of sending me bills. Please support and let me know how can I escalate it to right authority. Aircel is sending me bills for fake services. Also I want action against that payment which I made to Aircel in last months for a such service which was never provided by Aircel.

                                        Please suggest and support.
