complaint against activation of pocket internet without asking any plan of mine and charged @ Rs.5/- per day for 04 times. Also activated value added services and charged Rs.10/- on 14.04.2013. air cel mobile co. — unwanted charges

since the date of purchasing a sim from aircel moblie co. i m being made victim of overcharging/ charging under uncalled/ services which i never opted. like moc1 i was not aware until a heavy charges was cut from my mobile account. secondly i never opted for any dial tone . i dont know any special no. 53000530 on which i would make a call even i m not knowing for what this is the no. under such many excuses this co. is cheating from lakhs of consumers. your kind intervention is soliciated to look into such services . surprisingly, sms and such unwanted services are still continued after activation of donot disturb also. this is really become quite painful when one approached to custmore care service they are as per their plan not lodging any complain regarding such services. hope your high office will resolve this issue as like me many might be suffering.

    Aircel video club has been auto activated in my mobile no. My no is [protected] Aircel has charged rs. 10 for the activation and also sent me a sms saying that after 7 days rs 10 will be charged again.al though im platinum customer of aircel india. Kindly deactivate this service as soon as possible. and im not ale connect customer care. i[censored]r not bale serve the customer kindly close the company like mts india

      today i got to know that daily rs 5 are being deducted from my account
      first i got confused that why are rs 5 deducted daily , so i checked my message inbox , over there i got to know that
      rs 5 are being deducted from 31 march for pocket store , which means 15 day till the date
      which sums upto rs 75 .....
      i never subscribed to pocketstore , then why rs 5 are dected ?????
      this is not first time this is happenig to me , 2 times before thi also aircel activated pocket store in my account without prior notice
      and i have being hearing this same complaints from many other consumer also
      SO AIRCEL THIS IS HEIGTS OF LOOTING PEOPLE ,
      AND WHEN I TRIED TO CALL AIRCEL CUSTOMER CARE THEY ARE NOT CONNECTING MY CALL
      i want my money back ... full rs 75 or else i would discontinue using aircel , and ask my friends to also discontinue using aircel, because
      of their cheap service they provide

      i want to know why rs 5 are being deducted and want refund ... my number is [protected]
      and deactivate this service as soon as possible , or i will change my sevice to vodafone .. because they provide better service

        i am abdul bari my mobile no is [protected] aircel network

        they have cut my balance 10 2 days back and i have got a sms that aircel video club is subscring for 7 days

        ihave not subscribe any this kind of service and allthog i have not got any call from them for such service

        when ihave call on 198 service complent they said me that we are having server problem we well check any refunde you money with 48 hours but i dont get my balance back till now also and when i am calling on 198 on this number no 1 lefting my call sa belling ringing call get disconnecting from them
        this no first time that they are reducing balance it having twice in month they are reducing by saying thank you for subsbring ...any service name and reducing balance
        please carry out this problem

        aircel shows non existent sms balances and after sending bulk sms they cut it from main balance. though they say as their technical fault but they punish customers like us. i dont know what to do?? but it seems quite irritating and disgusting.i want to know the exact date of ending their harassment proceedure and how to get back my balance?

        Aircel — reduction of mobile balance

        the mobile service provider, AIRCEL has deducted mobile balance many times. A message has been sent today (26/02/2009) by the service provider that dialer tune has been set as per my request. Then I dialed customer care and they replied that today I activate that service from a customer care offer call. But no call had been come from them. I am a student. In this circumstances I have been suffering from this service provider. So I request you to take further step against AIRCEL service provider.

        For such automated services and there should be customer consent before any activation, Promo calls and messages can be the reason when responded. But in you r case its strange . you should visit the nearest store and clarify your problem.

        they deduced my balance around Rs.49
        and are complaining that i have downloaded a game which i haven't ....
        they are not even telling me which game i have downloaded ......
        purely they are cheating.......

        without any prior information and my permission company have reducted my balance , and after consulting to the office they are just saying that sir plz come after 48 hrs, and after that 72 hrs, and again 72 hrs.

        I didn't downloaded any game or value added services, but my balance reduced by rs-20 on[protected] evening . And when I called to cc they are saying u used game downloading which is i never used. and saying your balance is non-refundable. but we are sorry 4 the problem

        hii, i am Pijush Saha a prepaid customer of Aircel, , i would like to inform you dat a unnecessary balance reduction has been done on my n.o-[protected] on the basic of iplay quiz services subscription as far informed by the care, , , but i am 100% sure i hadn't sent any sms appeal for activating such services...when i called them they simply deny it and blame me unnecessary nd they are denying of refunding my rs 15 bal which dy deducted ffor this services..and they are arrogant to my complain when i ask them for proof dy deny ...being a customer i face unfaithfull an arrogant behaviour from care...so it my request to take action over telecoms crime...
        on 15th august morning i have downloaded a video song. i had data balance around 500kb after downloading. though i was charged 50rs and i got a message which informed i was downloading sizzling girls ramp app. but i did not go to any link like sizzling girls ramp. i received that message on 15th august 7.26am which is dated 16/08/2014. i called customer care through calling 198. 1st time that executive connected me to the senior executive for gprs service. she told that there is no problem in my side and kindly ask the in-charge of balance inquiry. so i asked the executive to connect me to the balance section and then to the senior executive. she said she will file a complaint regarding my problem and will be solved before 19th august. and she said mistake would be mine. one of your executive said there is no problem like i said and another one said will check it and solve this. this is 4th or 5th time am facing same problem. because of this problem i lost more than 100rs. every time when i surf and try to download anything i'll get a message from aircel which said thank you for using aircel service and you have been charged 20rs. last time i lost 50rs. every time i'll call and give a complaint and the executive said we will take a complaint behalf of you. but till now i did not get any solution or refund. i need a proper solution and refund for this irresponsible activity of aircel.

        i recharged my account with 50 rs at 6.55 PM and they redacted 35 rupees as a dazzling babes (renewal after 7 days) right after 3 mins that i did not do as I was on roaming i could not use the sim for 15 days wthout balance. I called the customer service saying that i did not subscrived for the service, the guy kept on saying without any stop ' reductions balance won't be refunded, balance won't be refunded'. When i did not subscribed for the service why i cannot get the refund. Now, when ever i call, the call does not get picked. Please help me get back my refund. Every time i recharge the account, some kind of subscrption charge they deduct, Please help me regarding the case.

        My aircel no is [protected].I recharge my no. 60 rupee on 30/06/15.after calling 3 no near about 15min which cost Rs 4.50. When I told that to customer complaint no, they said by mistek the deduction is made, and they will refund the amount.
        After 4 hours no amount refunded my aircel account and when I call them they do not recurved or reject my call

          SIR i am vishal kumar at pandra ranchi ,jharkhand ........sir i am old customer of aircel .........when i bought first time sim i had full satisfied to this sim.........but nowadays means some days before i have recharged my sim 128 rs of data pack 3g 2g data pack,it has gave me (500 mb ) data in 3 g speed (300 Kbps) after using of 3g data pack its become giving me 3 to 4 Kbps ....it is too slow.............Aircel say us after 3g speed it will giving us 2g speed of 29 to 32 Kbps ........but it is giving me 3 to 4Kbps............sir so i request u to plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz solve this problem as soon as possible,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz :(,,,,:(

            I have an aircel 3g prepaid connection with aircel dungal,but the speed of internet is very low.i tried many times to contect customer care but failed.this no-198 is alaways busy and there is no any optional no to contect. Why is it going on? The no of the connection is [protected].
            You are ringt the complaint no 198 is useless as iam trying this no for the past 1 week and its always busy.
            If you call 111 they again redirect to 198 . Dont know why they use this no .

                I am Surya prakash having aircel mobile no. [protected] automatically subscribed for power play and deducted rs.10/- for two days, it has deducted rs.20/- for four days. Please un-subscribe the power play subscription. and credit the rs.20/- to my account. And see that it will not happened again.

                  5. I buy this Sim 29 march 2013 and customer care told me that your last recharge on this Sim done on 12 march 2013.

                  Aircel — No proper customer solutions

                  Since a week back, my internet speed has been reduced by 80%.
                  I asked the customer care executive for the solution. He just went on removing drawbacks of my mobile, computer bla bla bla.....
                  And at last said 'sorry sir I cant do anything on it'.
                  Well one way to improve the speed is to refresh the GPRS settings in your cell phone. Try this and I am sure you will get a better speed.

                    Complaints.
                    1.All function like incoming call, outgoing call are working.but sim showing invalid.
                    2.internet not working properly.
                    3.mobile number not verify in gmail account show mobile is not valid and this is invalid number.
                    4. Showing this sim card not valid. This is invalid.
                    5. But outgoing and incoming call active.
                    my number cant use in gmail and facebook account . Because this number is invalid.

                    from last 10 year i am user of aircel. i have many number of aircel. but from last few month i am getting so many issue from your customer care side on my this number [protected].they call me with this number [protected] when i received call they activated a caller tune without my conformation it happened 2 time in last 15day and when i tell them to refund my money then they tell it can't be refund. please check and refund my money .

                    one thing more when i try to activate DND on my number by using START 0 sent 1909 it replay me [Dear Customer, you are not a Valid Aircel Customer ] what do you mine by this please provide me solution.

                      I've been using Aircel Data Card since three months, no is. [protected], they activated music and news plan in my data card, what a hell, tried to call them many times, no body there to attend it took me week days to make them a first contact, they said you should have called the very next day to cancel those services and get refund, till now many unnecessary plans have been activating, I'm using other aircel number also, it is 88*6*0**34. I'm calling from this number also. Both 121, 198 are not working, they keep us waiting hours and hours,

                      Please reply and comment down here, if you are also facing poor customer care service form aircel, now it is heard they are withdrawing service in AP Sector, or is it just a rumour, please provide good customer care, though you do not provide good plans and packages.

                          dear sir iam kathir my mobile no [protected] i activated 3G have recharged rs17 internet card they providing 100mb 3.2 mbps speed then unlimited in 128kbps but 100 mb same speed its ok after run 128kbps but not continuously this available 100mb after that 30 kbps available only i many time asking not responsible

                            with out any confirmation the aircel is been deduct 90rs from my Prepaid Balance. when I call to Aircel Customer care, everytime the line will be busy, if they pick the phone, they do not give any proper information. Please do the action... My aircel no is[protected]

                              my aircel no is [protected] ,iam facing illegal deduction of my balance from last few days ...........after many times when i tried to connect to customer care just connected once and she has told me that she will solve this problem .......but still my amount is not refunded and again when i recharged my account amount is being deducted ........and also at the same time now am unable to connect to customer care executive ........my total amount deducted is around 50 rupees ...

                                I recharged my Aircel mobile numbers [protected](Payment Id no. :[protected] and [protected] (Payment Id :[protected]through Aircel website.i choose 135 Rs top up packages in which i will get 150 TT + 150 MB internet for 25 days.I recharged through my icici bank netbanking.                                 Aircel — Recharge not received

                                HI I tried to recharge my Cell Number through Aircel website… I did all the required process and send to recharge the number after sometime I received the SMS from my back provider that Account no XXXXXXXX has been used to make a purchase of Rs 158 at Aircel on 17-Nov-201 at 5:11 PM I have attached the SMS print screen… Within that min I did received any SMS from Aircel regarding the recharge! I thought sometime due to system slow down I might got delay!!! Till next day I waited for the recharge but no luck!!! On 18th Nov 2011 I call to 121 and have a complaint with Aircel! That I have not received the my prepaid balance for Rs 158, which I have made the payment online on 17th Nov 2011 at 5:11 PM, Rs 158 was deducted from my account on 17th Nov 2011 at 5:11 PM. After the given complaint I received an SMS at 18th Nov 2011 at 2:33 PM from Aircel that my complaint I been registered SR - [protected] and it will be resolved by 19th Nov 2011… on the same day I received another SMS at 18th Nov 2011 at 6:45 PM say that your complaint SR - [protected] is been resolved..

                                I thought now I will receive my Rs 158 amount balance but I did received any balance back… Since 18th Nov 2011 till today I am calling to Aircel customer support regarding the case… in every call I have to repeat the same thing that I recharge my number from Aircel web site on 17th Nov 2011 at 5:11 PM and Rs 158 was deducted from my account but I have not received the Rs 158 balance to my Cell Number… every time the customer support person told me yes we can see your complaint and its under process give us 48th Hrs and you case will be resolve… till today my case has been not resolve…

                                Can you please looking into it…?

                                I had recharged rupees 67 (sixty seven) for pocket internet pack on my aircel number [protected]. However still i have not yet received the recharge and whenever i am browsing the net, money is getting deducted from my balance. When I tried to contact customer care they could not even understand the problem and soon they blocked my number. Aircel causes a lot of harassment to its customers

                                    Hi, my name is suryakant and I use aircel for mobile service from last 2 year, I activated unlimited pocket internet pack 0f 17 rupees for 3 days by using *122#. But the speed of internet was very slow so I try to deactivate pack by using *122# then there was no such option. After that I tried to call customer care for the same but they cant picked up the phone. From last three days I tried to contact them for the same issue but no reply. I already wasted my 41 rupees for 9 days beacause of auto renewal of that pack. Please I request you to do the needfu for the same.

                                        videotalkies servce was activated on my no.[protected] while i was using net and without my confermation and rs.15 deducted. thereafter i tried to call custumer care bt they did not answer my call even after deducting the charge of call. and yesterday the service was renewed automatically n i have been charged rs.15 again and in message was given the link to deactivate the service but till now i did not received any message whether my service has been deactivated or not. please do something so that i could get out of this fraud.
