Though Aircel Tariff Plan is so attractive that anyone will be willing to go for Aircel plan .. but it is just for a month or two after that it becomes a nightmare and headache... They are number one cheat and hopeless service...
-They sucks money from the account like anything.
-Calling customer care does not help at all.
-After any new data plan activation still money will be keep deducting as normal plan.
-Roaming and Network is serious problem once go out of Bangalore..
-I traveled to Mangalore... I was on Roaming networking with Docomo the very provider I left.
-On Roaming I was shocked when I was charged outgoing each SMS Rs.3.50 Paisa..

I am really regretting that I left Tata Docomo and now I am going back to Docomo.. I would advice those who are considering for Aircle please refrain or just get a new SIM ... so that you can destroy if you not happy but never go for MNCP ..

Aircel — cheating in all services

dear sir ,
am using AIRCEL network last one year . it taking unwanted moneys for unwanted services without any information giving to the customer. AIRCEL stupid company taking all recharge amounts from uneducated persons.

    My rajasthan aircel number is [protected]
    i have taken this sim today but because of problem in speaking hindi, the guy disconnected when i called 59059 because he didn't understand english. Is this the customer service expected when i buy an aircel sim? Please look into this matter and activate my sim (i just can't dial anything else other than 121 and i can't connect to any other customer care mobile number because my sim isn't verified correctly)

    Please give a solution to it. Thanks for reading my complaint.

      I am using Aircel from more than two years. I recharged pocket internet @98 Txn No.[protected] on 9th of April 2013 at 10:02PM which was valid till next 30 days i.e. 8th of May 2013 till 23:59:59 hours. I deactivated my data network connection on 00:00:48 hours on 9th of April then I had a balance about Rs. 50.00 (Approx.). When I wanted to call on I found I have ZERO (0) balance. I called Mr. Bishal on customer care (198) to know about the unnatural deduction of my account balance, who burke the matter saying updated deduction record will be available only after 24 hours and did not gave me any complain number.

      When I emailed Aircel Kolkata customer care they replied me that they do not have the record of recharge. Reply of their email pasted below :

          Aircel video club has been auto activated in my mobile no. My no is [protected]. Aircel has charged rs. 10 for the activation and also sent me a sms saying that after 7 days rs 10 will be charged again. Kindly deactivate this service as soon as possible.

            the customer care representatives are rude , and absolutely incompetent . I have had to call them a number a times . They dont know how to reply to questions . Like a machine , they keep on repeating memorised lines . They dont understand what's being said !
            Oh, and secondly , it takes a wait of TEN MINUTES to talk to a representative ! People are not jobless here , to sit and wait for them for ages !
            So please take it to the higher authorities for your own company's good.

                My Aircel no. is [protected]. On 21.04.13, I've recharged my account by PI 98 which is valid for 30 days. But from 03.05.13, I am not able to connect the internet. It displays as "connection closed by network". Also I've recharged my account by Rs. 10 on 21.04.13. But it deducts all the balance without my concern. I've contacted their customer care several times, but they did not solve the problem. What can I do for this?

                    Hello there, I am a Registered Customer of AIRCEL J&K with a given mobile number [protected],who's connection I have been using from many years, Constantly I have been monitoring their service how they are nabbing people into an eye attractive offers on their GPRS 3G & 2G data packs, Here is the story,I recharged my Aircel number for 10Gb's on 3G Network offer for 997 INR ,It is a pack for 1 month usage ,if a customer finishes these 10 Gb's on time or before time,he will get automatically switched to 2g data till all the 30 days are over. Now what these people have been doing is they are squeezing the data flow after the usage of 5 Gb's or 6 Gb's and then they provide a service in which Customer speed comes drastically down from a supersonic plane to Bullock cart perhaps much worse than that till whole 30 days are over with this same horrible speed. I request you people to catch these white collar thugs and take strict action against them

But still I am getting Computer generated 'valu added service' call from my service provider:(:( Though it is obviously lesser than the previous. I do not want any value added service call and sms from my service provider.

                      Aircel — Complaint against my mobile service provider.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      Myself Suvankar Bose using a mobile connection with the no [protected] from the service provider named Aircel.
                      But form the last 3 months i have found they have deducted my phone balance automatically for the services named 'Hungama Tips' & 'Download' which are activated
                      without my consideration and acknowledgment.
                      Whenever they have deducted the charges I have complaint them to their customer care, my complain nos are '[protected]', '[protected]'.

                      But after that they don't take any kind of action to solve my problem whether i have called them much more time regularly.

                      At last I am mailing you for seeking help to solve my problem immediately.

                      I think you will understand my problem. I request to you to solve this kind o[censored]nwanted problem which I have lost a good amount of money everytime.

                      I will be highly obliged if you help me to solve this problem.

                          I seen aircel revised Prepaid Tariffs as per Telecom Consumer Protection Regulation 2012* in its official website..(*All the prepaid products including stock in the market have been revised as per Consumer Protection Regulation 2012. Please refer to the above link for details o[censored]pdated tariffs.. Call Forwarding Charges applicable are as per base tariff of respective tariff plans.) .. i recharged for 144rupee.. but cant get the benefit.. if i call and ask customer care , no proper response.. (call timings - 10.55 and 10:59 am , may 5th ).. please register my complaint for displaying fake information or unavailable info in company website or else make me to get benefit for that 144 rupee....

                          aircel company — Forgery

                          Dear Friends ..
                          am using through the Aircel postpaid ... here billing requires all plans suggest may problems ... don't send bill properly... but have message also not sending .... bill for highest totally .. how to come to this ..? am saying not answerable to all...
                          Try visiting one of their outlets and speak about this issue, get things cleared and fixed. Good luck

                          Aircel — unusual or false charges

                          sir, i bhaskar moni barman was using a aircel post paid no.[protected] before 2-3 months ago but surrendered that particular no. due to charged by unnecessary or unmade or false ph call charges, and after getting an unsatisfactory response when inquired about da calls to the customer care...........and now using a pre-paid no of aircel[protected], and very sad or sorry to say on[protected] when i recharged my no by an 111 rupees card, found that after messaging on 25 no.(2 international, 4 national n 19 local msg.) without making an call my bal. became nil..........i have been charged by all the amount(111 rupees)by the company that i recharged in da morning. what to say

                            So, I bought this Aircel data card and enabled the pospaid plan for 999 each month with 10GB of 3G data and unlimited 2G data post that. I bought the datacard on 11th April 2013 and used if for downloads and browsing. The speed was amazing and eventually the 3G data was used (I believe) and I received the bill on 28th April by email, billing period being 26th of every month. Exactly from 26th April the 3G data was re-enabled and the speed was amazing again and I am sure it lasted for 4 more days. I can honestly say that a maximum of 3 - 3.5 GB data was downloaded by me. The network became slow from 2nd May 2013 till today (4th May 2013) and I was pretty sure that it was in 2G network. I called up the customer care and what I found out was completely astounding. They said my 3G data of 10GB has been over. I literally cannot believe or digest this. I was on the call for almost 20 mins and was transferred back and forth to 198 and 57777 to verify the details but it was of no help.
                            Firstly,
                            1. I would not buy a dataplan of 10GB if I had the mindset of emptying it in 5 days.
                            2. I am not so rich to afford 1200 Rupees for using the data so lavishly for the beginning of the month and using 2G for the rest of the month.
                            3. The reason I pay is I want a decent package that allows me to download and browse data for a considerable amount of time. Not for just 5 days.
                            4. I will not at all believe the crap that the customer care is saying that I had used the 10GB. It is a merciless accusation.
                            5. Why the hell I am not being provided the service of checking the data balance myself. This obviously shows that AIRCEL is cheating it's customers by not allowing them to check their balance but customers are made to believe what the Customer care says.

                            Even my data usage screen in the Aircel internet application shows 6.69 GB as downloaded data and it was resetted sometime in the middle of April. So at the maximmum less than 4 GB of data was used by me in this 5 days from Apr 26th. (Screenshot attached)

                            I was provided a 999 plan but in truth, they give a maximum of 3 - 4 GB data and the rest adds up automatically to your 3G balance and in a wink of an eye it is over and onto 2G network. Why such a cheap trick to cheat customers ? When will you guys provide the service in quality rather than being money minded. If there is someone out there who can voice this, please do so. I am a Victim and I just cannot believe the I was fooled so badly. Please DO NOT subscribe to AIRCEL Postpaid services unless this data checking option is implemented by Aircel.

                            WTF. Now my 2g has also been disconnected. No. 1 Cheaters AIRCEL. No proper response from customer care as well.
                            Aircel dont even care to reply here. Go to hell.

                                With a deep sense of regret at last I am writing this mail to your desk. I am a customer of Aircel 3G service (M: [protected]) from Odissa Circle, Bhubaneswar. There were a couple of queries against my 3G connection. So I have been trying to contact customer care division since last 6 days. But to my surprise I noted that, whenever I am calling the customer-care division it is being announced that all the customer-care executives are busy round the clock throughout the week, is it at all acceptable under any condition of circumstances? Formerly I was using BSNL 3G, but due to its poor customer service I switched over to Aircel netwok. But what I have seen with Aircel is far worse so far customer service is concerned.

                                Even I rang the local applet authority, Madhu Chhanda Nanda ([protected]), but surprisingly her mobile also remains switched off all the time. I have no complaint against the 3G network service of Aircel, rather I am too satisfied. But I am really disgusted about the customer care department. If this is the condition of customercare department, then how Aircel Expects that it will provide the world class service to its customers!

                                Today I went to local office of Aircel at Fortune towers, Bhubaneswar. Even the gatekeeper (or somebody else standing outside of the office gate) did not allow me to let enter into the office. Such kind o[censored]nprofessional attitude I am observing for the first time in my life. Perhaps the highest authority does not know that how the regional offices are behaving with the customers! Its a shame for them. I am thinking of writing these things to different social network and consumers' forum.

                                Therefore I am earnestly requesting you to look into this matter.

                                  I have aircel number [protected].I took pocket internet rs 14 once but they are auto renew without my permission.This is fraud by aircel company. They have auto renewed 5 times without my permission.If we call customer care they don't say how to deactivate it......I am frustrated and if it is not deactivated i will throw this sim away or i will go for number portability

                                    I received a sms on 17/04/2013 9.10 am:
                                    Full Talk Time + Low Call Rates! Rs.20 =20 FTT & all STD Mobiles at 30p/min. Valid for 30 days! Hurry Offer valid only for 48 hrs!
                                    So, I recharged MRP 20 [207:Txn No.CHR[protected]] to my account on 17/04/2013 10:34 am. My account was just updated with FTT 20 rupees but STD Rate cutter was not activated. I already raised a complaint to the Aircel Customer Care and it was been told that I will be soon receiving an update from them. But I haven't yet received any updates from them. Kindly assist me in resolving my complaint.

                                        AIRCEL discontinued their network coverage without any prior intimation to their consumers. I faced many problems to obtain a Unique Portability Code for my AIRCEL number [protected]. Finally i got one when i filed a complaint in this website. I have applied for MNP using that UPC and i took a new Reliance GSM sim card for that. My new reliance sim has not been activated yet because Aircel is not releasing my number from their network. The UPC validity expired and a had to obtain another UPC DA277214. I had to go Hyderabad for the UPC this time. I once again applied for MNP on 22/04/2013. But, still AIRCEL is not releasing my number from their network and they are not allowing the MNP process to carry out. My alternate number is [protected].
