Sir,
With a deep sense of regret at last I am writing this mail to your desk. I am a customer of Aircel 3G service (M: [protected]) from Odissa Circle, Bhubaneswar. There were a couple of queries against my 3G connection. So I have been trying to contact customer care division since last 6 days. But to my surprise I noted that, whenever I am calling the customer-care division it is being announced that all the customer-care executives are busy round the clock throughout the week, is it at all acceptable under any condition of circumstances? Formerly I was using BSNL 3G, but due to its poor customer service I switched over to Aircel netwok. But what I have seen with Aircel is far worse so far customer service is concerned.
Even I rang the local applet authority, Madhu Chhanda Nanda ([protected]), but surprisingly her mobile also remains switched off all the time. I have no complaint against the 3G network service of Aircel, rather I am too satisfied. But I am really disgusted about the customer care department. If this is the condition of customercare department, then how Aircel Expects that it will provide the world class service to its customers!
Today I went to local office of Aircel at Fortune towers, Bhubaneswar. Even the gatekeeper (or somebody else standing outside of the office gate) did not allow me to let enter into the office. Such kind o[censored]nprofessional attitude I am observing for the first time in my life. Perhaps the highest authority does not know that how the regional offices are behaving with the customers! Its a shame for them. I am thinking of writing these things to different social network and consumers' forum.
Therefore I am earnestly requesting you to look into this matter.

Aircel — cheating in all services
dear sir ,am using AIRCEL network last one year . it taking unwanted moneys for unwanted services without any information giving to the customer. AIRCEL stupid company taking all recharge amounts from uneducated persons.
