Aircel has activated STD37 package for my number([protected]) forcefully. This is really disappointing. You should ask first before activating any package or something.
I dont want this package. Please Remove this package from my number and refund my balance soon.

    Dear Customer Care, I would like to express my frustration here about the poor and worst service experience I ever had with Aircel.
    I would like to port my number from Aircel to Airtel. I have cleared all the outstanding dues. I have requested 4 to 5 times for the portability. But these Aircel people are not letting me to port out the number. I'm in deep frustration with these Aircel robbery. I would like to inform Aircel that, I'm goin to disconnect all the connections with Aircel. It's a tereble experience. PEOPLE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM AIRCEL. THEY WON'T PROVIDE PROPER SUPPORT / SERVICE.

      I have an Aircel prepaid sim connection from Bangalore, Karnataka. I am Aircel subscriber from 2011. I got into a Prepaid Plan of Rs 77 on 28/02/2013 @ 13:59 from an Aircel Franchise outlet (Koramangala) in Bangalore. As per the plan I should have availed this service till the validity gets over, which is of 90 days. On 12th Apr'13, I noticed that my calls are getting charged higher than the schedule plan. Immediately on the very next day i.e.13th Apr'13(Sat), I walked into to Aircel Franchise Outlet (Koramangala) & registered a compliant; the Reference no is 1-[protected]. I got the message in my cell inbox that the company will revert back by 15/04/2013. But nobody contacted me, I walked again into the same Aircel store after 3 days i.e on 16/04/2013 presuming that being 14th Apr (Sun) as non-0working day. Again I registered the same compliant & got another customer Reference Number 1-[protected]. This time I got a message that they will revert back to me by 17/04/2013.

      On 20/04/2013, I walked into the same Aircel store again to inquire about my compliant status. The Aircel staff sent some mails to concern technical department & assured me that by Mon i.e.22/04/2013 it will be resolved or if not then, to call Aircel Escalate team. I called Escalate team on Mon. & he asked me to follow-up the matter back by evening. By evening I couldn't call them as I was busy with my work. Now I am trying to call them the call doesn’t reach them at all. I am really frustrated.

      The next problem is, I have already registered myself with NCPR & my Reg. No. is D[protected]. But still sometimes I get text message about some promotional & advertisements. Most recent ones were yesterday whereby I received a text from a mobile no. +91-[protected], I got this scam text stating that I have won 2.35 Cr. as my cell number was select into some lottery draw.

      Even I received a text from a mobile number +91-[protected], regarding the advertisement of sale of land.

      I am not sure that these numbers are registered under for promotional adverts but as per the TRAI, no number can advertise unless they are registered ones. More over how can I receive these text messages when I have already registered under NCPR?

      I hope all my problems get resolve soon.

      Aircel cellular — plan not changed

      sir,

      my mobile no - [protected], complaint no - 1-[protected]

      with reference to the above, i wish to inform you that iam the aircel postpaid customer for the past 10 years.

      On december 27th after i made the payment i have given a plan change request (pay per second 225 + SMS top up Rs.33) to the annanagar cell city office. He asked me for a id proof, so i've given a xerox copy too. The officer told me that the plan will change from next billing cycle.

      So after jan 20th i called the customer care and i 've checked with your officer regarding my plan change, your executive confirmed that your plan has been changed to pay per second plan.

      But on feb 24th i have received your bill with my previous plan of CBP 499. Immediately i called your customer care centre and i was in a line for 28 minutes after 3 disconnections i catched your executive and i complained about my plan change issue and the bill which i have received on feb 24th for the payment due date of feb 25h.

      The executive registered the complaint, and he asked me to wait till febraury 25. But i didn't get any response.

      On Febraury 26 again i called your customer care centre, the executive promised me that, i will arrange a senior officer call to you within 15 minutes regarding this issue.

      But i didn't receive any call still now.[protected]

      So today after i go through my bill backside, i 've seen a nodal officer's number. Immediately i called you 15 times, but there is no response, no one is picking the call.

      I think this is the right time for me to file a case in a consumer court.

      I think you should visit the store again and report this issue. There must be some technical error which has caused such problem. Once things are clarified I am sure all your issues will be sorted.

          Respected Sir/madam,

          I am Salil Joshi My mobile number is [protected] (Aircel) Postpaid. I'm using this number since 2012. Now I want to port out my existing mobile number to Airtel. But Aircel service provider not allowing me to port out. Simply they are rejecting my application for silly reasons even though i'm submitting proper documents. I tried porting at-least three times in last 2 months. Simply they are telling system related problem. I also have lodged compliant for improving service quality on 18 March 2012. till no action has been taken ti improve it. Because of Aircel's bad network signals i have lost many job opportunities. So only i'm urging to port out. Please help me. Please do the needful.

            i have activated Rs.61 sms pack on my aircel number on 21/04.2013, which provides free sms Aircel to Aircel (unlimited local and national) and aircel to other 510 sms free, but when I send sms it applies Rs.1 for aircel number and no charge for other number, it is not fair. and customer representative gives wrong information everytime. i want to lodge a complain.

              I have done recharged of 77 on my aircel number [protected] on 8 April 2013 that pack includes rate cutter + free sms + onnet loal seconds.... i didn't got any sms pack through this pack .. i call to customer care but no one give me proper response...and my problem didn't solved by customer care executives...so being to frustrated it's better to buy a new sms plan so i buy again 63 rupee sms pack on 17-APR 2013 that will gives 3000 local+ std sms+ 500 mb 2G data..... till now i didn't got any sms and 2G data on my mobile while 63 rupee plan was successfully done, after that i called customer care again to solve this problem because i need sms daily and that sucks me 1 rupee per local sms,but again great customer care service of Aircel my problem not solved till now... i again called to customer care on 17/04/2013 this time customer care Executive told me " i have submitted a complaint for this and reference number is 1-[protected]...and we will revert you by 19/04/2013 but till now i am not getting any response from them and also i am not able to call customer care because they blocked me

                My name is Deepthi. I live in chennai. I have two aircel numbers - [protected] and [protected] both are aircel connections.

                I made a recharge on 31st March 2013, of Rs.100 for the first number and Rs.200 for the other number. Both of which i haven't got credit to my numbers. When i contacted my bank, i was told the amount has been transferred to my merchant's account (Aircel), and my bank account has also been debited with the amounts.

                When contacted Aircel, they deny any recharge being made on that particular date for both the numbers. I requested a call back from the higher authority, which i was promised by one Mr.Dinesh, who said his Team Leader Mr.Suresh would call me back in order to sort out this issue. But i did not receive any call back from them.

                I want my money back or credit to my numbers.

                  When ever I Recharged and When ever the balance is Available in my Mobile The worst Company AIRCEL Corrupted Company Will deduct the Amount from Mobile From a Long Time I am Suffering the Same Problems Many Times I called the Customer Care Execute the Gooms Says u have activated some Value Added Service Like Music Pack or Sms Zone Joke Pack and the telecom company has cut my balance Many times Like (Rs 20, 10, 5, 30) in the name o[censored]nlimited music pack. Several times I complained about this to their executive but still no action was taken.Then i again recharged my mobile worth rs 30 and again my balance is deducted in the name of caller/dial er tune. and when i am trying to contact the company executive they are not responding.

                    customer satisfaction my FOOT ! Your representatives at call centres dont know how to talk ! They are rude, and dont listen. They go on repeating whatever lines they have memorised .
                    For your own good, improve the customer care helpline ..these people are driving your customers away. (i am changing my connection soon )

                      My Aircel Prepaid Mobile No. is [protected]. I did an Online Top-up of Rs. 135 and it was promised on the website that a talk time of Rs. 150 + 150 MB Data will be given.

                      However not a single Rupee Talk time has been given by the company and we are unable to make any calls from the phone as it is showing nil balance and only some promo offer.

                      Please look into the matter.

                      Today i have to topup from ICICI internet banking Rs 50.00 rupees but still didnot get talktime value
                      At that time i informd to customer care complient number is 827996...he said to me mistaken for us so we will take four days for clearing ur amout.
                      What is this why i am waiting four days it is not posible i want immediatly update my talktime value other wise i will go to conumer court...pls do the need full.

                      my mobile no. is [protected] (mah) i have done frc 33 on 19 may 2013 the offer is 30rs credit every mnt for 4 mnt.
                      But still i am not getting the offer balance. And one more plz update ur website most of recent offer is not updated.

                        v took sim on 12-12-08 in codissia towers aircel office but still now the sim s not activated my contact no is [protected] it took more than 48 hours but still not activated v had submitted all proofs correctly
                        recharge complaints
                        I have recieved Aircel SIM in Assam after six days of application, and it also cross 72 hours but SIM is not activated yet. When I contact before 72 hours they told that the SIM will be activated within 72 hours, but when 72 hours overed they again told that for System Upgradation it will be take some time. their service is so bad that I can't explain . Again their GPRS is so slow that it's only time waste. I want to request them when the SIM will be activated.

                        There must be some technical difficulties I am sure, otherwise they are very prompt in their service. Visit the nearest Aircel store and report this issue, they will surely help you out.
                        i bought an aircel sim on 24th of november and it is not yet activated.My aircel no. is [protected].I am kindly requesting you to activate it as soon as possible. You can contact me at my email id which is - [protected]@gmail.com
                        I guess the sim is active by now or else visit the nearest Aircel outlet they will fix your problem in no time.
                        i have purchased aircel sim from dealer thakuya provision store paying cost of sim and first recharge of 123 rs on 24.11.2010.
                        Sim was activated on 28.11.2010 but after 2-3 days i recieved message regarding non reciept of documents from company,
                        I intimated the dealer twice by phone.
                        the sim was deactivated and the outgoing and incomming calls are barred by the company.
                        SINCE THE PURCHASE I HAVE SUBMITTED MY ID AND PHOTOGRAPHS THREE TIMES TO THE DEALER BUT THE SIM IS NOT YET ACTIVE FOR NON RECIEPT OF DOCUMENTS.
                        CUSTOMER CARE RESPONDS FOR NON RECIEPT OF DOCUMENTS AND SAYS ONCE THE DOCUMENTS ARE RECIEVED THE SIM WILL BE ACTIVATED FOR THAT CUSTOMER HAS TO GO TO DEALER AGAIN AND AGAIN TO LET HIM SEND THE DOCUMENTAS TO THE COMPANY, COMPANY HELD NO LIABILITY FOR HIS DEALER NETWORK.
                        DEALERS ARE FREE TO DO AS THEY LIKE COMAPNY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAME.
                        CUSTOMER IS THE ONLY PERSON WHO IS LIABLE TO GET HIS SIM ACTIVATED AND HAS TO BE BEHIND THE DEALERS NOTWORK AS COMPANY IS ENJOYING THE REVENUES FROM TTHE CUSTOMERS AND HAS NO LIABILITY.
                        I SUGGEST ALL THE CITIZENS NOT TO GO WITH SUCH A FRAUD COMPANY WHERE THERE IS NO LIABILITY OF THEIR DEALERS NETWORK APPOINTED BY THEM.
                        I am buy a new aircel sim last friday (28/10/2011) and the sim was not activated yet, i gave to them my identy card's copy and a photo as the proof. The shop owner said that it will be activated in 4 hours, but passed 4 days, it was not activated till now. My name is Mohammed Thajuddeen, and the sim mobile number is [protected]

                        Aircel — sim not activated

                        I have purchased one iphone 4s and new number from your Aundh, pune showroom on 30th Jan 2012. That time your serviced man Asish (M: [protected]) assure me that it will activate with in 48 hrs. That time I had asked him for my new 10 digit number and told him I am going to travel on 2nd Feb late night. He told me don’t worried he will send me the SMS on 30th Jan 2012 night . But I did not received any SMS / update on the same.
                        After that I had submitted my all the documents on 31st Jan evening. And he told me he will sms me my new number today evening. but he failed his commitment. He had shared me the new 10 digit number ([protected]) on 1st Feb evening. That time I asked him when my number will be activate .
                        He told me your number will be activate on 2nd Feb evening.
                        But unfortunately my number yet not activated and I am going to travel on2nd feb for 1 months.
                        I am really sorry that this is my worst experience i have ever faced. Worst part is that your service man / manager Asish (M: [protected]) don’t even bother to reply my SMS / Call.

                        i had purchased aircel sim on 23/02/2013 n submitted all my documents but still my sim is not activated.MY MOBILE NUMBER IS [protected]
                        I HAVE PURCHASED THIS SIM 4M Cuddalore OT, Cuddalore TamilNadu.SO PLZ ACTIVATE IT.MY ALTERNATIVE NUMBER IS[protected].

No one in office is responding properly. Aircel Office in local area not even providing their phone number to contact them. When i called aircel complaint number they are asking to contact aircel office. I am struggling now with out sim.

                                [protected] in my Mobile Number.. About Rs.140 has been deducted from balance. They say that I used Internet & that is why my balance is deducted but when I told them that I have data of more than 130000 left in my Internet data balance, they said that I was using Internet in roaming.. I said that I wasn't in roaming I didn't even go out of RK Puram,. then they say that I downloaded a huge data from Internet, but I didn't downloaded anything from Internet, I was just surfing the Internet, and downloaded nothing but one or two PDF files of size not more than 1Mb.. They disconnected the line, when I tried again they repeatedly said the same thing.. and after that they didn't even respond to me.. After trying for a long time they responded and said that the Amount deducted will be given back to me., today I have received an SMS from DD Aircel that says that my complaint has been resolved, but my balance (which is deducted for nothing) hasn't been given back to me.. Again after I got an SMS from Aircel saying that complaint has been resolved when I tried to surf Internet my balance got deducted and I still have free Internet data pack.... I want my deducted balance back.. I will not let anyone cheat me like this..

                                  Aircel is cutting mony from my account for no reason. As soon as i try to reach to 121 can't able to contact customer, some tie from 121 is tell me to call 121 again, I reported regarding this to customer care no rezsponse from them. No reply for mail also Aircell is such a big network and doing this kind of silly things. I am loyal customer for 5 years now i am planing to move to some other best network and i will campaign against aircell to my family and friends and also in social media if my problem is not resolved.

                                      I an using aircel sim card with number [protected]. The company is automatically deducting my balance. Most of time I have not made any phone call or used other paid services provided by aircel phone company, still it deducts my balance. When I call complaint desk to know its reason no one pick it up. My 10rupees are deducted in this manner.
                                      Further more I have activated std call rate reduction pack on this sim which offers 1rupee for 3 minutes. The call automatically get disconnected few seconds after 3 minutes or multiple of 3 minutes like after 3minutes and 2seconds or 12minutes 3 seconds. Due to this I have to pay for extra 3 minutes and also it disturbs the conversation as call automatically get disconnected. I want by balance back and please to ensure that these things dont happen again. Such inconvenience from phone company is very much annoying and disturbing.

When I discussed with your customer care (Mr. Nareen & Mr. Raghvendra), their reply could not be satisfied. Hence you are requested to kindly refund the amount of Rs. 35.00 in my account so that I may satisfied.
