With due respect
I would like to inform you that I am having a Aircel connection whose number is [protected].
Recently I have taken the connection and I was having Rs.738 in my balance.
On 19/05/13 from my account Rs.10 was deducted without reason,when I called the customer care he told me that Your balance will be refunded within 24 hours but I did not got that already 54 hrs passed.

Day before yesterday...

with due respect, i want to say that aircel operator with previous three months deducted my balance which is given that 15/-, 79/-, and 7/- in this series .
also send me unwanted sms about with 10 months and i complain to customer care but he is not taking any action but on my number DND service activated already.
Sir please take action and provide me justice.

I am using aircel Internet (mob.no.[protected]). First 5 days its work fine. After the 5th day onwards it's work dead slow. I called many time to the customer care still 2 months they have not solved and not responding properly. Now a days they not picking the phone. So people don't waste the money in choosing of aircel network. So government should throw it off from India....

Hi I have an aircel sim with lg t300 and i recharged it with aircel's Rs 67 15days unlimited gprs pack, on first day it goes good (browse with good speed) but from another day its making a problem, on connecting through internet with lg pc suite it connects for 1 sec and get disconnected. Help me solve this out. pLese!!...

+91- [protected] -This is my Aircel number.When i recharged AIRCEL took that Rs. 30 as a Caller/dialar tune instead of topup (what the hell they do??!!!) I haven't set any Dialer tune or Caller tune to my cell.. I call to customer care.. they told that you didn't top up... but u set a dialer/called tune ( how they knew? did they come live to my place and watch me when i recharge my cell??!!) i am not satisfy...

I am trying to recharge a power recharge from last 7-8 days, but it was always denied from my service provider, I already call 3 to 4 times with this problem at the customer care, but they have no bother,
So, I am very much depressed with their services and still fail to activate the rate cutter.(rs 61)

i have recharge of aircel 3g rs.17 pack which gives speed Speed upto 3.6Mbps till 100MB & upto 128kbps after 100MB but they cheat customers through slower 3g speed after 100MB. speed comes 64 kbps and after 5 to 10 min speed reduces to 32 kbps and call to customer center a lots of time
but no solution.i want to beg help from you.please help.

about your company aircel tower installed Gouri-Shankar Apartment, Phaltan Dist.Satara (MS), is not legal because you company manager not give the NOC (no objection Certificate) for there residential people.

CASE:Since from past 6 days you guys are deducting rs 5 [KTKP15] from my main balance without any reason and am sure no one needs RS 5 pocket internet daily when the have already subscribed to 3g plans...

and your customer care sucks their is not a day where i have satisfied with your service,,

Hence On strict notice to aircel, either u guys deactivate pocket internet on my no and refund my balance else am going...

I have purchased two sim of Aircel on 8th of april...the numbers are [protected] and [protected]...but the problem is that when i am recharging through online site whether by Oxicash,Airtel Money,Easy mobile recharge and through dealer....the meaasge shown on screen "The number u have enetered is invalid-unrecognised number" Please sir take an action on this why this occur..on solve as soon...

Though Aircel Tariff Plan is so attractive that anyone will be willing to go for Aircel plan .. but it is just for a month or two after that it becomes a nightmare and headache... They are number one cheat and hopeless service...
-They sucks money from the account like anything.
-Calling customer care does not help at all.
-After any new data plan activation still money will be keep deducting as normal plan.
-Roaming...

I am using Aircel from more than two years. I recharged pocket internet @98 Txn No.[protected] on 9th of April 2013 at 10:02PM which was valid till next 30 days i.e. 8th of May 2013 till 23:59:59 hours. I deactivated my data network connection on 00:00:48 hours on 9th of April then I had a balance about Rs. 50.00 (Approx.). When I wanted to call on I found I have ZERO (0) balance.
