I have a Aircel prepaid connection no.[protected] . I have 128 unlimited internet scheme activated on it. 3G Pocket Internet Smart

In that package they specified like that after 3.6 Mbps with 500 MB the speed will reduced to 128 Kbps.
But the speed of browsing is reduced to 32 Kbps.


But I have a problem regarding its internet speed. The speed is too slow, i.e. even I can't check my mail ID. It's take too much time to open any web page. But mostly i get a pager error message.

I'm using WB aircel [protected]
Here in my locality gprs connection is poor...
gprs connection can be done after 50minimun trying...
It's not stable... more than 5-7 minute
I've recharge 98
Is it not stable all the time or only at certain hours? Why I ask is because at times the connection gets slower at peak hours, just like the internet, although if you try accessing the web at times when the traffic is not too much the speed is definite to get faster. Although if the problem persists always, you must take the matter to their customer care or simply drop in at one of their stores, im sure they will easily help you out then.
Aircel is one of the worst GPRS service provider in India. I have purchase a new aircel simcard for using the pocket internet, however from the very first day it is giving me an error network not available (J&K) I tried calling their customer care but it was of no use as they are also useless not able to help . the only answer one gets from them is you will be called within 24 hours and that call never comes and if it comes it again does not help.

my advice to aircel is to STOP cheating customer by showing the Doni's AD's on TV you can't improve your service. you are worst and u will remain so.

Aircel internet — very poor speed

i have purchase aircel connection for net purpose but i cant open my yahoo mail and orkut . i have seen on tv is is very fast for gprs but turly it has very poor speed so pl dont use it .and no give the response on cce i m very upset.

"Well friend you need not be that upset, have you tried refreshing the GPRS settings on your set, trust me it is very effective . More ever their speed is actually very good, I can say from my experience.

I have a aircel prepaid connection number [protected]. I have mornig 3G 6 am to 9 am free internet scheme activated on 31july 2013 to next 30 days. But net speed was very slove. Actuarly aircel provided 3.6 mbps speed but net speed is only 20 kbps.
But i have problem to using internet. Too much time taken any web page open.
Iam called to custmer care but his not connected operater. Some time connected to operater not give the information to my pracent problem

      Sir, it is to inform you that my credit balance of Rs.30/- and top up balance of Rs.30/- have been deducted on 22 May 2013. Aircel Company always activate VAS without intimation and debit the balance from my account without inform also. The customer care center also disturb to make phone call by unknown number always when I am busy with office works. Please do something in my favour to settle the above mentioned problems.         I would like to inform you that I am having a Aircel connection whose number is [protected].
        Every month I have recharge INR 128 3G Internet plan. I got 500MB 3G data and extend 500MB it's unlimited 2G plan.
        Aircel India company policy after complete 3G, your speed is deducted 128kbps in 2G plane.
        When tried to use that 2G data i got downloading & Uploading speed of just 10Kbps - 30Kbps on both time.
        I have called customer care and send the email customer care office at long long time but not response my problem.
        I'm suffering problem every month when complete 3G 500MB data.
        So its my humble request that you please solve my problem as soon as possible.

          I would like to inform you that I am having a Aircel connection whose number is [protected].
          Recently I have taken the connection and I was having Rs.738 in my balance.
          On 19/05/13 from my account Rs.10 was deducted without reason,when I called the customer care he told me that Your balance will be refunded within 24 hours but I did not got that already 54 hrs passed.

          Day before yesterday i.e. 20/5/13 ,I received a call by your customer agency informing about Internet packs.I strictly say Am not interested but he continue telling details about it.
          Then I asked him that is there any unlimited 2G Plan?he replied back with the pack details but I say thank u,am not interested.
          In the same eve around 7 pm I check my account and found My balance is Rs.339 only which means From my account Rs.399 has been deducted.

          For details you can listen to the call recordings.
          So its my humble request that you please refund me my money back in my account as I have not done anything.
          Am not satisfied with the interaction of customer agency as they are not giving proper information.

          AirCell — balance deducted without use

          i have been using the mob no. [protected] of Aircell. my balance Rs 35 has deducted on 29 nov 2009 without uses of services. my complaint no is - 1-[protected] dt 30 nov 2009.

          After a long request to the customer care executive i m not getting my balance.

          they are taking rudely and abuseing

          Aircel — Without info deduct my money

          Dear sir my no is [protected] .i had been using aircel sim but 11th feb i got one caller tune ivr msg .I actually not had activated any caller tune but then when i was checking my balance i noticed that there was a deduction of about thirty Rs.Immediately called the customer care and came to know that caller tune was activated.I called up nearly 6to 7 times they agreed that it was thier fault and refused to give any solution they even didnt launch any complaint giving the excuse that server was slow and also refuse to refund my money.

          Aircel — Deducted my balance without reason.

          Myself mukesh Kumar andf my cell is [protected] My balance was deducted twice against voice chat activation.For voice chat activation i am not applied for earlier.One day one call came to me about voice chat and just disconnect the call then how it is possible that voice chat was activated.I am too frusted due to this service provide by aircel .I called to aircel customer care thrice they given me complain no that is [protected] and[protected] and insure that your deducted amount will be returned back.Last night again they deducted my amount and when i called up they told me that previous complain is closed without any information given to me.

          I am to frusted with these type of service given by aircell.This comapny looted the indian people.Please take certain action against this company.

          Aircel — deduction of balance without any reason

          am using an aircel mobile no-[protected].on[protected] at about 10.30 am i recharged my number with a 10 rs recharge coupon and got 10 rs as balance and about 11-00am my full balance was deducted i immideatle called the customer care they told me that the balance deducted was not showing in there network. they told me to call after 6 hours. i again called they again told me that there sysytem has not been updated and told me to call after 1 hous i again called they told me that they can not do anything about it and cut off my call.on[protected] morning i again called them about my problem they clearly said that we cannot do any thing and cut my call after that am not getting the call transfered to any executive of aircel.
          Voice chat is an automated Value added service, and its takes the customer authorisation before any activation. Promo calls and messages can be the reason  when responded knowingly or unknowingly so I would suggest you to activate your DND service which will block all such messages and calls.
          This is a strange issue that you are facing, you are suggested to visit their company store and report this issue, you will get a resolution for sure.
          Dear sir myself LOKESH KUMAR CHAURASIA & my no is [protected] .i had been using aircel sim. On saturday ( 27 th Mar ) i have bal. account 36 Rs i recharge my account by 150 ( EASY ) therefore my account balance is 186 Rs but on the night of same day i check my account balance it was only 69 Rs means that there was a deduction of about 100 ( Hundred) Rs.Immediately called the customer care and came to know that how is this happen .I called up nearly 10 to 12 times they gave me a same reply that our system is in upgradition process there we are unable to gave you sufficent information . Please call after 6 Hours

          I ask to you that this is a right way of excuse ?

          Please gave proper ans and tell how this happen.

          Aircel — Taking money from user account without any reason.

          Aircel has taken INR 30 for the past 3 months stating dialer tune is activated. But I didn't activated the same and When I rang my number. I'm not hearing any Song or music. I have logged complaints each month and till no no response from Service provider. As everyone know, Its difficult to catch Aircel helpdesk. I don't know What TRAI is doing????
          This is strange, it is possible that if you respond to promotional messages or calls, Value added services can get activated. But there must be some technical reason when you say that the dialer tune is not functioning properly. . Try contacting Customer Service personnel @ Aircel Store or Customer Care.

          Sir,
          Aircel is not a trust able company for their customers. Because this company cheat with customer by deducting amount with a fake cause.
          Aircel company Deduct Rs. 49/- from my account, by saying that i have download some game, in actual no such game is download by mobile ever. I still don't have such game. Their customer care executive even not have time to listen the problem and they are rudely behave with me.

          I want justice by refunding my amount and not repeat the same in future.

          Aircel — Reason lees Balance Deduction

          on 2oth jan. i got sms from aircel that u have been charge rs 1 for 2 days for MCA services, but when i checked my balance, rs 15 were deducted at very movement but i got shocked agian on 24th of january when i got another sms from aircel that u have been charged rs 15 for mca services when i contacted costumer care they told me that on 20th of jan rs 15 were deducted for using gprs now wht the hell are they saying when i am using my aircel sim on nokia 1650 from last 12 days how come is this possible that 15 rs got deducted by browsing internet on a phone which even doesnt support gprs :D

          How many days you need more to verify????????????????
          I would like to inform u that on 27th I received a call in my number but unfortunately I was not available there to answer the call so my brother received it.

          The person who called informed that Some data has been used from the pack so around Rs.120 will be deducted from 399 and u will get the remaining balance.

          As earlier told my brother was not aware of that so he said ok.
          In the eve when I returned I was shock to heard this but I was already recharged a Rs.98 pack last week and still having balance 9MB, How is it possible????

            with due respect, i want to say that aircel operator with previous three months deducted my balance which is given that 15/-, 79/-, and 7/- in this series .
            also send me unwanted sms about with 10 months and i complain to customer care but he is not taking any action but on my number DND service activated already.

              I am using aircel Internet (mob.no.[protected]). First 5 days its work fine. After the 5th day onwards it's work dead slow. I called many time to the customer care still 2 months they have not solved and not responding properly. Now a days they not picking the phone. So people don't waste the money in choosing of aircel network. So government should throw it off from India.

              I have been trying for net installation. I spoke to your sales personnel. He agreed for giving the net connection. But whenever I call him his mobile is not reachable or he never attends the call. What is the reason?

                    +91- [protected] -This is my Aircel number.When i recharged AIRCEL took that Rs. 30 as a Caller/dialar tune instead of topup (what the hell they do??!!!) I haven't set any Dialer tune or Caller tune to my cell.. I call to customer care.. they told that you didn't top up... but u set a dialer/called tune ( how they knew? did they come live to my place and watch me when i recharge my cell??!!) i am not satisfy with their response.. really this Aircel irritate me a lot... I don't understand what is going?. Do you Stupid aircell need to complaint TRAI?.

                    AIRCEL taking this as an advantage and continuously cut down cost unwanted.

                    I need my Rs.30 back to my cellphone.

                    I request you to kindly bring back my payment and insist them to cut down Dialer tune or colortune from my mobile.

                      +91- [protected] -This is my Aircel number. I haven't set any Dialer tune or colortune to my cell.. But past 2 months You STUPID AIRCEL cut the cost fo Rs.30 for Dialer tune or colortune. I call to customer care.. but they didn't give proper response and action. I was waiting long... really this Aircel irritate me a lot... I don't understand what is going?. I can't concentrate my business. Do you Stupid aircell need to complaint TRAI?. This is my 4th experience to write down mail to AIRCEL and get back the amount... How long you want me to writing continuously ??.

                      Now i'll write an Article and complaint to TRAI with out fail... AIRCEL taking this as an advantage and continuously cut down cost unwanted.

                          I am trying to recharge a power recharge from last 7-8 days, but it was always denied from my service provider, I already call 3 to 4 times with this problem at the customer care, but they have no bother,
                          So, I am very much depressed with their services and still fail to activate the rate cutter.(rs 61)

                            i have recharge of aircel 3g rs.17 pack which gives speed Speed upto 3.6Mbps till 100MB & upto 128kbps after 100MB but they cheat customers through slower 3g speed after 100MB. speed comes 64 kbps and after 5 to 10 min speed reduces to 32 kbps and call to customer center a lots of time
                            but no solution.i want to beg help from you.please help.

                              I was using a Aircel number Of [protected]. And due to some reason i discontinued to use that for about 20days. When i tried to resume the service and recharged 30 rupees. And all my balance deducted at once giving me reply that i have been subscribed to some kind of music pack. I tried reach customer care but due to there technical problem i couldn't able to reach them for about 3days. When finally i being able to call they said that 24hr passed and nothing can be done.

                              Its about the providing Good service and unnecessary deduction. Me and my all my relative have aircel connection. This kind of problem has been common to us. These things are kinda frustrating. Sooner resolution of the complain will be better.

                                Sir, Myself Mr. Priyabrata Sahu, of Odisha. My Aircel number is [protected]. On 11th May Rs.5 had deducted from my account. Then I call Customer Care to resolve the same on the same day. She told me that I have subscribed some Music Service, But I tell them that I don't do anything like that. Then she said "I have register a complain, so that you can get back your money within 48 hours". But after 48 hours my amount doesn't credited, so I called Customer Care again on 15th May and asked for the complain. But she said that no complain was registered on 11th May in my number. So I told her to register a complain so that I can get back my money. Then she said after 24 hours no complain can be registered and also said that I could not get back my money. So now I want Justice. Aircel frequently deducted balance without any reason. Plz plz plz help me. You can contact me at my e-mail [protected]@gmail.com and my mob no. [protected].

                                  my aircel no. is [protected] i m regular using internet sevice and i have also balance of gprs packet data above 100 mb in my account on 28 may 2011 my main account balance is deducted while using internet from approx 44 to 45 rs.

                                      CASE:Since from past 6 days you guys are deducting rs 5 [KTKP15] from my main balance without any reason and am sure no one needs RS 5 pocket internet daily when the have already subscribed to 3g plans...

                                      and your customer care sucks their is not a day where i have satisfied with your service,,

                                      Hence On strict notice to aircel, either u guys deactivate pocket internet on my no and refund my balance else am going to court, am fed up with your customer care and probably one of the worst companies in Indian mindset, do make my feelings wrong and help me out else some day your own idea will bite you back..

                                      we are not dumb and our courts are good enough to understand your skinny behaviour..its time for you to act else will move to court.

                                      AirCell — cheating in offers

                                      aircell has the offer that name jillunu oru ac contest.i got the highest points in that contest my point is 1780 but they did not give me the ac.when they call first they told the offer closes at 0469.then i call them on that day they told the offer last till 0969.then today the did not tell the winner of the contest. i have spent Rs.900 for this offer.i kindly request to take action on this complaint immediately please, i kindly request u.

                                      AirCell — cheating on plan

                                      Dear sirs,

                                      I am an aircel cusotmer holding a mobile connection in name of my company m/s fashionaccess.
                                      I have a sceme wherein i pay a monthly amount for unlimited sms. this means i can send any amount of sms through out the month free of cost.

                                      I did receive a sms from aircel today saying that on 17-10-09 any sms send will be charged irrespective of any scheme and free sms plan?

                                      how this is justifiable. i joined the unlimited sms scheme cos of sending bulk sms during holidays and festive seasons and while signing they did not inform of any chagres during occassions.

                                      i feel i have been cheated and badly let down and they have not even bothered to acknoladge or treat my request to explain on what rule of TRAI agreement can they charge me when they have signed me for unlimited sms free with a particular fee?

                                      Its not about the money, but its the helplesness you feel and you feel cheated and you have no choice . i am unable to question them in spite of paying them.

                                      in spite of repeated request to talk to some top management officials my request is turned down and i am just made to feel like a stupid common man.

                                      is this is what consumer services is all about? is this all about making money and not even feeling the sentiments of a common man and delivering of what is promised to him?

                                      i have come with some hope to the members forum. i am aware that in this busy world my emial would not be attentend for long, but i do feel someone with a cause would wake up and take my issue with the Giants who have the power and money to fool the common man.

                                      This is inreference to my aircel cell no [protected] where they are charging for the services which i never subscribed. andthe greatest agony is that are charging me more . i have purchased aircel sim on 1 sept, 2010 with a bundle scheme and there was no rate cutter available for 6 months but after completion of 6 months which they mentioned the rate cutter would be available. but unfortunately they have cheated me time and again .i asked them to change my tariff plan for 1 paisa/1 second they said that i have to recharge with rs 3 and it will be available. but after recharging with 3 rs again they gave me zero balance and my tariff plan not changed ., and they said i should recharge with rs 4, it was not avilable. after that recharge with 61, again it was not avilable, and finally they said use 123 services and it will be done again nothing has hapened and they did not take my complaint at all
