Hi,

I am aircel subscriber ,my no is [protected].On my no aircel video club service have been activated automatically,I did not asked for this .

They have already deducted Rs 20 from my prepaid account .please stop this service as soon as possible and refund me back my money.

I tried to contact your customer care also but was not fruitful as 100 times they disconnected my call in middle of conversation only.i have got fed up of this ,plz do the needful as soon as possible.

    Hi,
    I purchased a new Aircel Postpaid connection one month back. From day I am facing a network issue. No mobile network inside in flat. I am leaving in Vaishali Sec - 2B.
    I logged 2-3 times complain to Aircel, but no response, then I have done the same in written. Now they respond, they visited my place, but they are not able to fixed the network issue.
    Now after so many mail request they respond (pasted below). Now I want my number to be closed and bill to be adjusted. Already paid security deposit of Rs. 250, and only used for value of Rs. 64. Please suggest me what to do. As they are given me call to pay the monthly bill.

    AIRCEL (Postpaid Mobile) — Disconnection of Mobile service.

    We bought three aircel connections directly from company in Apr.09
    So many problems we faced and decided to disconnect all there numbers. We sent mail on 29th May 09 to concern persons to deactivate these numbers. and after that sent four reminders to senior officers, nodal officers, customer care, Appellate delhi, Retention, Sales etc. BUT no action is taken yet against our disconnection request.

    By this we just want to let people know, how Aircel provides services to its customers.
    I can see that you are very disturbed with the disconnection of services not done by Aircel. Somehow I find it strange because till date all my queries & requests has been promptly answered. N I am using Aircel from last 3 years.Why don’t you just visit the circle office may be your things get sorted.

    Now they are forcing me for the payment. Current mail from Aircel. Please let me know what should I do.

    "We would like to inform you that, please make the payment of Rs 224/- so that we can do the needful for disconnection.

    Further, as per policy the refund will be refunded to your billing address within 60 days from the date of disconnection.

    Please be informed that, the final bill will be generated after the temporary disconnection as per the billing cycle of your connection."

      Aircel has a pocket Internet pack 0f Rs.98.With this pack they give you 1GB of 2G Data+300 MB of 3G Data.So in Oder to use 3G Data you have to activate 3G and in the same way to use the 2G Data you have to Deactivate 3G services i.e.come back to 2G.I Recharged a Rs 98 Pack and activated 3G by sending an sms START 3G to 121.After using my allotted data i send a request to deactivate my 3G by a sms STOP 3G to 121 on 31/05/2013 at 7:49 pm but they did not deactivated my 3G.From that they onwards I have sent 5 to 6 more request.Not only that I also called Aircel Appellate Authority(West Bengal) and he promised to solve the problem but he didn't.I then called on 198 and registered a complain and they also gave me a reference no-1-[protected] and promised to solve the problem within 24 hours but didn't.And before 24 hours they send a sms that Your complaint has been resolved but it actually is not solved.My Mobile no is [protected].
      Sir kindly solve this problem and take strict action.Due to this problem I have lost many precious minutes of my life and also money on calling customer cares and authority.I also want these money to be refunded.Also to mention here that customer Care authority dont pick up phone and if they do they say call there or send a sms and one said we cant do anything.

          i have my own aircel sim for the past six months.i tried many times to customer care.there is no response.i'm in mumbai .i tried the numbers 121 and [protected] but it told that the providers are busy ,iasked for the manager it took me around 1 hour to connect to the manger , and it was a chargble call bec i was dialling frm other number
          my issue was when try to connect to internet i get prompt with error message that "authentication required with Proxy server" . towards the end no body help me , the people who are working there are not at all happy .

          Undue charges in view of Masti mall 25 and Video talkies Rs. 50 have been charged against my number [protected].I have never activated this service and i don't have time to see all these type of nonsense services.Recently I have started using your service but I am very disappointed with your service.You people are cheating the customer and earning the money.

            iam mahaboob vali shaik using aircel connection .iam using rate cutters to reduce my call charges.but when iam calling they are charging 2seconds extra than my speaking time and more important thing is they are charging at normal call rates though iam having rate cutter plans.
            when i called and asked them about this they are saying that this will not happen again but they are refusing to refund my money,i said that i will complain but they are refusing to refund money.and now they are not responding to my calls also.i want justice.

              sir, aircel pocket store is activated on my no at 2june. I requested customer care to deactivate it at 3june but charges application are continued to 4june. Again i call to customer care but they did not respond. Afterthat i have call many times but they are not responding and charges application are continue on my no.                   I am using Aircel postpaid from last few months and I have no issues till last month.
                  I was on a north Indian trip last month and everywhere I used to receive messages like you can enjoy home internet rates while roaming.

                  But last week when I received the bill I was shocked to see 770rs of billed amount(My plan is 198rs-3g data).

                  And when I called customer care they are saying like I was under tie up network in Punjab so got this much bill.

                  And that is not my problem and I don’t want to pay 770rs just for some kb’s data i have just browsed facebook and google maps. At least Aircel should have courtesy to inform its user regarding charges.

                  You people send messages like enjoy home internet rates while roaming. Why dont you send messages like you will be charged for data in this state.

                  Company like Aircel is charging its customer so high value even without informing is reallly rediculous. This shows other face of the company.

                    sir my aircel mobile no is [protected] .i was recharged rs 50(full talk time) and rs 14(pocket internet pack) on 02/06/2013 at 09:20 pm and 09:36 pm respectively. i used my internet at night... during night my balance is showing 51 approx but next day my whole balance is deducted by your side.
                    so kindly check my mobile detail and refund my amount of rs51 as soon as possible .

                    Aircel — Wrong activation

                    my aircel no.[protected] activated on[protected], i am apply 50 paise pulse plan but your aircel office staff activated wrongly 1 paise/second pulse plan, immediately complaint your aircel office but no responce till today, please action immediately

                    Aircel — wrong charge and services activated

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    I am a user of Aircel Prepaid Services UP West District Mathura. I never used the number for voice calls but for only data services till 17th Feb. On my number even DND service is activated the company people activated call back tune and funny jokes service without any intimation to me.I raised a complaint and their supervisor informed me that the problem will be addressed within 24 hours. So I assured but after 8 days when I recharged my mobile by rs 20 they deducted rs 15. When I called the customer care they said yes problem was from our side but we can not refund your money.

                    Kindly register it as my complaint against Aircel company and take necessary steps against them.

                    Value added services are automated processes so the customer has to authorize before any activation, why don’t you call the cc and confirm whether your DND service is active in you number or not.
                    I am sure there is a miscommunication in this case, I would suggest you to visit the nearest Aircel store and report this issue. I am sure you will get the necessary help.

                    Aircel — Wrong Balance Deduction

                    On 8th sep 2010 & 9th sep 2010 my STD call charges has been deducted Rs1.50/min instead of 1Paisa/Sec.After I came to know that my balance is deducting wrongly instantly I called to Customer service regarding the issue. The Executive confirm me that there is technical problem on the same that's why balance was deducted wrongly and he also confirm that it will be credited within 24hrs but I have not receive that yet. From 9th sep 2010 I am regularly in touch with customer service .Before this incident I have already faced similar sort of incident with your company and not got any resolution from your customer service. I also don't understand why they are not want to logged any customer complain. Is this your company policy or what??...how many i have asked them to give a complain number they always told me that you will get sms shortly form our but it is really unfortunate that till date i have not receive a single sms on issue from your side.
                    My question is that if there was any technical problem in your side why I
                    paid for that and this not a 1st incident same has already happened to me before.

                    That’s strange, their customer care is known for its service. Visiting the nearest Aircel store will solve your problem.

                    Aircel — wrong charges deducted

                    and a balance of Rs 60 is deplited from my acc. with any services activated from my side
                    i dont no yy this fraud has been done by a huge company
                    plus their customer care executives droped down or cut down my call three times between 8:15pm-8:30pm today
                    i want my money to be credited back into my acc
                    This is not fraud but you are being charged against some services which might be active in your number. It can happen when you respond to these marketing calls and messages. In order to get rid of these try and get the DND service activated. Thereafter you will have no more unwanted activations and deduction in balance. Wish you luck.

                    Aircel — DEDUCTION OF TALK TIME BALANCE

                    I HAD A BALANCE OF Rs.160/- APPX ON 17.12.2010 .
                    I WENT TO MUMBAI AND ALL ON SUDDEN RS.260/- DEDUCTED FROM MY BALANCE AND IT IS SURPRISING MY BALANCE SHOWS (-100) SINCE THEN.
                    I HAD TALKED TO SEVERAL PERSON REGARDING THIS OVER AIRCEL CUSTOMER CARE PHONE NO .LAST TIME I TALKED TO SRI AVINASH KUMAR
                    AND HE ASSURED ME THAT HE WILL DELIVER THE RESULT WITHIN 48 HOURS
                    NOTHING HAS HAPPENED TILL TODAY

                      Hello Sir,
                      I purchased a new Aircel postpaid connection ([protected]) one month back. And paid a security deposit of Rs. 250 through cheque. From day one I am facing a network issue. No mobile network inside my flat. I am staying on First floor in Vaishali sec - 2B.
                      Complain registered so may time to Aircel customer support but no response so far, not they have sent me a monthly bill. This is a worse experience I got in my complete life. No network - No response - but need to pay money.

                      Last update from Aircel team (when I call them) - "Sorry sir, we have a issue in your area, but in future if this will be fixed we will let you know."

                      My question is should I want for there future, by paying monthly bill. Now they are not even disconnecting my number, even I said that I will miss use this number.
                      Aircel - Need to take action. Customer is more valuable then paying to Band ambassador (Mr. Dhoni). Think fast. Join with customer.

                      AIRCEL LIMITED — Want to take action against servieces issue

                      Dear sir,

                      I am using mobile connection phone no [protected] from last 2 months. from starting onwards they are not able to give good services. Whenever I called up to there customer care i have to wait for 30-45 minute.

                      My issue is that whenever i register my compliant they told me that it will get resolve within 72 hrs whereas they didn’t able to resolve. I registered one compliant on 18 august 2009 which is not yet resolved and today when i called in there call center after noting down my compliant no. they said our system is on updating then I told him please transfer this line to any of your senior he said our systems are updating and call after 30-40 minutes

                      I want to take action against them.
                      Its strange you facing this with Aircel customer service. I think they are one of the most prompt people I have spoken to in a while. I am sure there might be a technical prob at their end which would have led to this situation.                       I had been associated with aircel since dec 2008, last month due to some issue i had been not in a position to pay mobile billon time , my mobile nos [protected], today morning i had paid my bill by 8 am using my axis bank account , after one hour i enquired the call center executive they comitted to release the out going facility in one hour , but its not happen later by 12 i rang up call center again a gentle man comitted that they will realese the out going facility in by 13.00 hours but nothing has happend

                      day to day their service is getting worst , since few month before they took one hour , latter half a day now even more

                      I am using mobile connection phone no [protected] . from starting onwards they are not able to give good services. Whenever I called up to there customer care i have to wait for 30-45 minute.

                      My issue is that whenever i register my compliant they told me that it will get resolve within 72 hrs whereas they didn’t able to resolve. I registered one compliant three times which is not yet resolved.

                      I want to take action against them.
                      maine chek karke batane ko kaha ki mere number par company ke coll/massage nahi aate hain to apke customer care representative ne mere bina kahe huye DND activate kar di. aapke customer care peprsentative helpless hain.

                      my mobile no.[protected] bill paid after 4 days not connect in my service. more than 15 times inform to customer care team leader Ananth.answer every time connect 1 or 2 hrs.but 4 days not service.CHENNAI AIRCEL nobody care customer.

                        This is to inform you that i have lost Rs.52.00 against unwanted subscription of HINDI TV PACK. And this pack was auto renewed, whenever i dial *122*8# as i wanted to activate only 3G pack for 1 day HINDI TV PACK was activated by them unwillingly.I called so many times on 198 complaint helpline number , but always one response i gotten that all executive members are busy. Same i tried on 121 customer care helpline, but never can talk to any member because all were busy Kindly do some action ,soo that i get my money back .
                        Yesterday by chance they pick my call on their complaint number 198, but they are telling that i would have register the complaint to them within 48 hours.I told that every time i did call but they did not pick because they were busy.

                          My name is Karan Baweja and i live in Bangalore.

                          I had recharged my no. [protected] with a top-up of Rs. 225 on 1st June, 2013 at 1:22 p.m. I got the balance of Rs. 240 in my account. After that, i had recharged with Rs. 59 as a rate cutter plan for local and STD calls.

                          After about half-an-hour, when i checked my balance, it had been reduced to Rs. 176. When i contacted Customer Care, they told me that i had subscribed for some kind of music pack, for which i had been charged Rs. 5. Also, they informed me that i had resubscribed for the rate cutter plan, for which i had been charged Rs. 59 again.

                          Now, i made them understand that both of these are false statements. I got the message for the music pack, but i know at first that i hadn't even subscribed for it. And regarding the re-subscription of the rate cutter plan, i informed that how could i resubscribe it, when the fact is this, that i had subscribed it for the first time itself. And why i am being charged for it through my account, when i had already paid Rs. 59 to the retailer.

                          After a lot of argument and conviction, the customer care representative refunded my Rs. 59 to my account. And for the music service, they informed me that they had unsubscribed me from the service, but it would not be possible for them to refund my money, which is Rs. 5.

                          Now, the real problem starts. In the evening of the same day, Rs. 59 is again deducted from my account. And when i called from my no., the machine answered that all customer care representatives are busy, please call later. After trying a lot, i called from my friend's Aircel no., to which the representative answered and informed me that there is some kind of error in the server, due to which they are unable to tell the information at that point of time. They requested me to call after one hour. When i called again after about two hours, i got the machine answering that all representatives are busy.

                          After some time, i called from a third Aircel no. again, to which the customer care answered and when i again narrated my problem to them, they forwarded my call to their Senior Executive, which never reached there. It ringed for about three minutes, and finally i had to end the call.

                          From that time till now, i am trying to call the customer care from all the three nos. that i have with me, but only getting a single reply, that all representatives are busy, please call after some time. That too, even in the night.

                          I am not here to complain about my money, but about the service. I don't know, whether my nos. are blacklisted or something else. But what is happening with me as a customer, is just impossible to believe. The representatives call it an error, but now i am convinced, that it is sheer theft. And the theft of a kind, for which i don't know, whom to complaint.

                          I had talked with four representatives, and i have to say that the quality of service is very poor. It seems that they don't get any training at all, all four of them. They don't know how to talk to a customer. What should be the starting and what should be the end, i feel that they all are just unaware of that. And the background sounds like, as if they are standing in some market place.

                          This is my whole complaint. And i want to repeat myself that this is not only about money.

                          If it's in your hand, please take strict action.

                            I have a complaint regarding in the recharge of 69rs you don't have mentioned that it has the validity of 10 days only as you can see on your website when you are selecting the amount.


                            I had recharged it but I sorry to say that you are simply making fool.I am your loyal customer but this kind of activity had cheated me and I am really disappointed.

                            Hope you will understand the feelings and call me up.

                              store pocket internet service is being provided by Aircel ltd in my mobile No.[protected].
                              Everyday Rs. 5/- is being charged in my account and this is intimated to me by SMS.
                              This ia an unwanted one for me and hence this renewal is to be stopped immediately
                              and also such amount charged so far is to be refunded.

                                On May 30th 2013, at 10.04 am I received a message that "Aircel Freind zone is activated at Rs.30. You will soon start receiving the alerts everyday for 30 days". I was shocked because I didnt activate that.

                                Then I tried to call Customer care. The IVR told that all the executives are busy and try again. After a reasonable time interval i tried but the same response.. I tried several times and got irritated. Immediately i tried with another aircel number customer care is connected with no waiting. I think this is also a trick to avoid such complaining customers to retain the stolen money.

                                After connect a person spoke me. That Irresponsible executive repeatedly saying same answer without hearing what i am telling. He is speaking like robot. Speaking like damaged record disk...

                                I said please help to deactivate and refund... Suddenly he unsubscribed on 2.02 pm and told refund is impossible. while we speaking, he pretended like no signal... I am not get you sir ... I cant hear you sir... Are you there sir... and he cut the call. But still I am on the line and telling Hello Hello...I can hear, speak speak... That cunning executive cut call by plan... Very worst event by Aircel Customer care

                                After some times, Again I tried from another number, some other guy attended and said it was activated through IVR. I argue with him I was not received any call like that from aircel because i was registered in DND and I didnt call to that Friend zone number.. But he also repeated the same thing that is it is only activated through IVR without understanding what we were say..

                                Please train your Customer care executives how to speak with customers. I am a customer with aircel for more than 5 years. Its Annoying..

                                After a force he took complaint and my complaint id is 1-[protected]. I dont know how he took complaint but this is my original complaint. Without my request Friend zone service is activated and this should be de activated and i want refund.

                                I know that compliant number is enough to follow and resolve complaint.

                                after i checked aircel website, there is lot of confirmations and steps to activate friend zone. But i did nothing on those steps. How come possible to activate?

                                Because of those Customer care executives, I registered my number to PORT through MNP( porting code DT733352) . If my problem does not solved, I will migrate surely.

                                You can check all my call list to know such special number call is received or dialed.

                                Aircel — SERVICE ACTIVATION WITHOUT OUR REQUEST

                                I am a user of Mobile No.[protected] Provided by Aircel. I have received a sms from AIRCEL on[protected] that “THANKS FOR SUBSCRIBING FRIEND ZONE” and a sum of Rs.30 has been deducted. I was surprised to How can they start a service without my request ? I never ever requested for any service like that. I request you to please look into the matter and make them a refund Rs.30 immediately and oblige. It seems that this is their regular practice to activate services like that without subscriber’s permission.

                                In this connection I have already made a complaint to AIRCEL but no action has been taken till writing of this mail. I request you to please look into the matter, and take action against them, because this is not the question of Rs.30, This is the matter of making Illegal Business Activity and unnecessary harassment to the consumers.

                                    For last 7 months I have been using Aircel unlimited 3G packs. In the beginning it was very impressive with its speed & performances, which satisfied me a lot. But as I said, after 7 months, at present – it is worst of than others I have used previously. Here are the reasons:-

                                    Yes, Aircel offers high speed 3G internet upto a certain size of MB depending upon the pack you recharge. But, that too very low quality 3G (or you can say 3rd Grade or C-Grade speed) in reality.
                                    Post 3G data usage, it provides unlimited 2G net. But again, it’s unlimited only for namesake to pull the customers. In reality, it is worse than any usual 2G service in its speed & performance. Most shocking fact is that it takes even 5-10 minutes to open Google search engine due to its low quality speed.

                                    As per the Fair Usage Policy, after usage of 3G data is over the customers are supposed to get 128kilobits per second (in byte - 16kilobytes/per second) speed (2G speed) for unlimited until the validity of the pack gets over. Here is the shocking truth – it does not even provide speed of 5kb/ps in practical.
                                    Aircel is keeping on fooling to the common users whereas those who have computer or internet knowledge – they know the truth.

                                    Now it’s upto you to use Aircel or not. I’m done with Aircel Unlimited internet hypocrisy. Never gonna use anymore.

                                    I have been using Airtel for a long time.its nice or more than that. can i get some good offers from yourside please because so far no good offers. i have got second billing. i wouldnt mind to change that plan to some other attractive and the very best plan of Airtel.i have been waiting for that since 2011

                                      I have aircel prepaid connection number [protected] from kolkata. Since last months i am unable to use 3G Internet. I have recharged of Rs. 399 but the aircel service provider did not give any usage.

                                      Sim was activated on 27 March 2013. I have recharged Rs. 399 for 3G Internet usage of 2 GB and i was unable to check my Internet usage, when i called to customer-care they asked me to dial *122*011#
                                      When i dialed *122*011# it shows (Your number does not have any High Speed Data Quota attached. recharge with 3G PI Smart to get high speed 3G Data)

                                      Again i called to customer care they asked me to dial *400#, when i dialed *400# it shows (Remaining Volume: 3G=0.00 MB limited 3G val upto- and 2G = 185.34 MB. limited 2G val upto-)

                                      I am really disappointed by aircel and even they deduct my balance unnecessary, i am afraid to recharge top-up. The customer care people are playing fraud by avoiding calls or with silly excuses.

                                      Require immediate attention.

                                        my mobile network provider Aircel has stopped all incoming service on my mobile number [protected] of mumbai.even though i did a recharge of it for one nation one rate that is free roaming even after that my incoming facility is stopped .i purchased the sim october 2012 from alwin from from mira road east.from starting till last week it was going fantastic that i really liked aircel services but suddenly without any reason they stopped my incoming facility i have faced so much losses in my businessonly because of incoming facility being barred.what should i do now. i am completely disconnected from my friends and relatives.am really so tired by this please help me my business is suffering as all clients have my this number [protected].i request and ask aircel officials to plzz plzz help me make my sim like earlier plzz
