My self Girish.c. I have lost my Aircel Sim card (Mo. No:-[protected]) in before 6 months back in Bangalore. at that time i have blocked that sim card by speaking with customer Executive. but now that Sim card is reused by another person. now this Sim-Card is in my ID Proof.
so please block this number.

      Aircel is the worse mobile service provider I have ever experienced. The MNP service of the company is worse they without any reasons cancelled the MNP request raised to them to move in other mobile service network. There customer care service do not give a proper reply to your queries and cut your phone in middle. The worse part is now they do not even connect us to the Customer care as they say they have some problems in the line but all there product promotions and marketing go well sounded when you call there customer care number 121. All there gallery are now shut down which cause lots of issues to the customer. So now we are in such world that the mobile company will play there idiotic tricks and will not allow us to used the MNP service which is provided by the Indian Government.

      Aircel — Service not good

      I have ativate my caller tones but it is not play . i complient to then but no action. they told your song was playing. They debit our balance Quickly but they are not giving good service very bad.
      I disagree because I got a quick response to a similar problem just last week. Why don’t you speak to the customer care again and try to get this in place or else just get to the nearest Aircel store and speak to the people there I am sure you will get an appropriate solution in no time…..

        Dear Team,

        I am very sorry to say you that after a long relationship with you am going to surrender this connection as after lots of follow up am not able deactivate my 3G plane from below mention number and for that i have to pay 220/-+ extra per month. On last month your customer care representative say me that it will deactivate but now for 3rd month i have pay this amount extra. If you not able to deactivate and refund my amount am not going to pay anything and also connection will surrendered. I am waiting for your reply.

          Today While recharging my Aircel Prepaid ([protected]) for Internet pack Rs. 447/- through freerecharge.in website, by mistake i have entered the wrong mobile no. ([protected]) and the amount recharged to the wrong no.

          immediately i spoken to the aircel customer care no., they informed that i need to visit aircel office where the issue will be resolved. i went all the war of 25 KM to visit their office at Kormangala 4th Block, there i met one Mr. Sunil after waiting 1 hour. he doesnt know how to talk to the customer. whatever i asked, he reply is not possible. i asked him to resolve my issue, he said it is not possible. i told him that i need to talk to his manager. he said not possible. when i said that your customer call center people said that the issue will be resolved at aircel outlet. But Mr. sunil said that dont belive in the customer call center people, they always provide the wrong information. i am telling you in face to face you have to belive me or else go and complaint. This is the way they respond to us.

          he even said that i am the employee of Aircel, i am telling you it is not possible. do what ever you want.

          pls tell me whom i have to belive, call center people or this un professional guy.

          Request you to pls get it resolved and do the needful.

            Am Arun CR new customer of aircel karnataka circle on this num ( [protected] ) i was purchased this num feb/2013 ..In that time was given 50rs for sim,in that time they offering a 77rs plan s aircel to aircel 2lakh second, 120 rs currency for 6months each month thy told wil credit 20rs thr s no issue on this currency ,but i hav a issue on onnet sec they credit 1lakh sec on first month but they made a promise remaining 1lakh sec wil credit 50k sec for remaining two months...but sec month s already running but they din credit that 50k onnet sec was raised complaint too on 27th march 2013 by calling customer care -SR NUM s also 1-[protected] they given deadline 24hrs promised to credit but no response. after that was tried to contact customer num 121 n 198 but that cal won't connecting agent am very much fed off by calling cc ..they din giving goood service...plzzz check n do the neeed full to al customer who s suffering lik me......

              you impose the subscription for pocketstore on my aircel mobile no. [protected] , stating that subscription have been renewed.To cancel- log on to.................................. and we keep on roaming through the prescribed site, and do not find any option to cancel the same. Why & with whose permission you subscribed ? and keep renewing and deduct the money ffrom my balance.

              Is aircel doing that bad in india that it require to do such imposings to collect money.
              Pls. stop such impractical things to retain the goodwill of the AIRCELcompany.

                I am user of Aircel network since last wo years, and paying my mobile service bill regularly. My normal monthly usage of phone is[protected] rs per month. This month my mobile service got disconnected without information/notification to me due to exceeding my credit limit. This is not fair enough to disconnect the connection without information to consumer.
                Even i have paid the bill and still my connection not activated.

                Request you to please take some strict action against such crime.

                  Aircel — pocket internet service

                  Since 2004 I am a aircel subscriber. It is very good news for me and others of N.E.States that aircel introduce GPRS and pocket internet service latest now. But it is quite surprising that aircel co. launched the same service to some selected mobile handset only. I have a spice handset with all facilities, but aircel have not provide the pocket interne service to all the handsets. They are provide this service to two spice handset model, which is now out of market. My request, please provide the internet service to all mobile handset and enlisted all the models in your pocket interne service profile. My handset is Spice D90. I have already recharged Rs.98/- vouchers in my handset, but it is not working due to falt of aircel service. so please go with all mobile handset of all company. Thank You.
                  Why aircel doesnt provide pocket internet services for spice handset users? Its not a good deal for such a reputed company that it doesnt provide net services for all handsets. So its humbly urged to you to provide us net services so that we people can update ourselves

                      Message received from Aircel on 23rd and 25th of march.
                      "Dear Subscriber. you have been subscribed to Glam Divas bikini babes. Please recharge your account to continue enjoying this service."

                      Aircel is activating such nonsense services to eat away prepaid balance amount from customer account.
                      Please stop the service.my balance is getting deducted everyday. Please look over it immediately.

                          we made several call to GPRS (58888) center from chidambaram they are not picking up the call as it s contionuesally ringing(for more than 1min aftr that line is dead)..after several attempt i requested for aircel thriller setting from aircel.they said it will be activated with 24 hrs but till nw it not actived.they are not responding to our calls.Kindly take neccessary step and help me out in this regard.

                          I am very disappointed with the Aircel mobile services as one day I got a call from CC of Aircel by saying that if I will give Rs. 250 to them they will convert my prepaid mobile ion postpaid. I gave then all the documents and money as well but not they are not responding. This is not a good sing for company like Aircel. I think this much amount of money is have no matter for Aircel. but this day to days life words have his own respect. I am really sorry to sya that just because of some people the reputation of the company is on toss.

                          I hop that i will get my money back or i will get my sim to be converted.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I recharged my aircel prepaid from 98 unlimited 2g internet plan for 30 days.
                            till 20 days its download speed was apprex 20-25 KBps. in last 10 days I was getting a speed of only 2KBps. and when I checked speed test from bsnlspeedtest.in it shows my speed bandwidth just 30kbps.
                            I submitted my complaint which was 1/[protected]. they said me to wait for 72 hrs.
                            but nothing happened after 72hrs. instead they blocked me from calling to customer care even.

                            so today I again recharged with rs 48 for 2gb internet. but still my download speed is 2KBps.
                            now where should I ask for help? no customer care is picking my phone and what happened to my old complaint, I don't know.

                            Please help me in this matter.

                                My number is [protected] from himachal in december 2012 dont know the exact date nearly 7,8,or 9 recharged for 250 and got the balance and opted for an internet pack 0f rs 98 for which rs 98 deducted from my account at the same time.But i was charged for using internet and my whole balance was lost. again recharged for 100 that also got deducted .I go to the store in shimla where i recharged for rs 250 and ask for a check why this is happening they also enquires with there aircel care and then told me that we have forward your complaint it will be resolved soon, but till now no such phone call from aircel is still received.aircel is doind fraud no care of customers and just making there profits.

                                  I purchased a new aircel prepaid mobile connection no. [protected] on[protected]. I have summit my photo id with address proof with my photp. But my connection has not started till today. I talked to aircel franchise, retailer as well as customer care. But I did n't get any proper response. So please look into this matter so that my connection may start.

                                  New connection — connection has not started

                                  I had booked for a tata indicom postpaid connection. I had got in touch with the sales person and he visited my office, as per procedure and collected all the necessary documents and i paid him 600/- as cash !! Well he was promised the connection in 2 days, I dont know my connection number. but the connection is not started now till the date...I have been already complaint at tata indicom`s canaught palace branch, , my complaint no. is 89540327, , but they didn`t take it seriouslyy. So. Please I requested to you ..my cash is refund to me, , or let me the my connection started..

                                    Last month i have recharged my aircel mobile by VISA Debit Card through Citibank Payment Gateway. The amount value Rs108:00 has debited in my account but the recharge had been failed. The webpage replies that my money will be refunded in 7 working days. But Still the refund has not initialized.

                                    For your reference below that details are mentioned .

                                      This is Ameeruddin Syed from Bangalore. My Aircel Mobile Number is [protected]. I have recharged my mobile for Rs.135 on[protected]:07 A.M. After 6 Minutes a message came that i have been subscribed to purana daur and Rs.30 got deducted.they automatically subscribed without my consent.This is embarrasing.. I want my money Back in my account immediately.. These type of actions will lose the goodwill of customers on the company.
                                      Im using aircel number.[protected].
                                      At that time im using PI pack 29 rs. Its unlimited network pack.
                                      Unfortunately i lost my balance at that period i called to customer care no. they told am downloaded games like that. But am not used any kind of download. Thats why i want my money back. They registered complaint . Complaint reg no. 1-[protected]. But still now amount is not refunded.

                                      Its really [censored]ing damn to stole the amount from customers. I want to change the network as soon. But am using this aircel network 2008 on wards. Now am not interested to stay in this...
