lose my mian ac balance rs-95

defective sim during portability

automatic activation of unwanted VASs

i called198 hundred times within a months time from my aircel no. [protected] for registering complaint but the poor ccare staff didnt help me.i get daily alerts from DD-AIRCEL about 'english word alerts.i want this service to be deactivated.

Not giving service and solution

Aircel are not giving solution after calling call centre many time customer care centre system are busy till 2- march to 11 march, every time there system are in upgradation . they told me to call me after one hour. so i was very disappointed .
They are deducting call rate higher (1 rs for local and 1.5 rs for STD) when Pack activited for 30 paisa local and 40 paisa STD)
