    my aircel no. [protected] has harrased me a lot. i have recharged a 2g internet plan worth Rs.98/- on 7th march 2013 with the validity of 30 days. it ran very well till 12th march (5days). after that, it's speed get reduced to 1kb/s . i contacted with customer care. they talked very rudely when i mentioned my problem. as well as they didn't solved my problem. again i contacted bt the call has been disconnected without hearing the problem. again i tried. bt now call is not responded by operator. . they have bocked my call to them. i m very harrased by this problem. i don't how to get my money value back from them.
    please please please help me to get rid of it...!! i will be soo grateful to u.. :(

      Hi,

      I am using an Aircel Mobile number ([protected]) Aircel has activated two Offers Aircel Friends Pack , Music Zone on my number without my interaction
      When I call the customer care representatives, they are telling that I have activated from my mobile they do not have any proof and they are simply arguing with me telling I only have activated those offers I suspect those definitely technical faults from Aircel. And that answers i have received from them was VERY RUDE and Not at all Encouragable.

      They have disconnected the call as they could not answer my Questions formally and I am not at all happy with both customer service provided by Aircel and the Value Added Service Auto Activations done by Aicel (Charging the amount from the customers without their interaction)

      Please take Corresponding Action on Aircel as that was not at all encouragable.

          I had submitted my grievances regarding excess charges on land line to Aircel customer care.He failed to resolve my complaint till today.I am forwarding you copy of the above complaints for redressal,please.
          Dear Sir,

          My mobile service No. is [protected].I received a message on my mobile
          few days back from your office that my tariff plan had expired & on
          dated 08.03.2013 at 17.39 hrs,I received a message to recharge with
          Rs.49,TT Rs.10,[protected]@1p/3s,other mobile @ 1p/2s,STD @1p/s val.
          3mah.Accordingly I got recharged on dated 10.03.2013 at 19.52.35
          Tx.no. RJR[protected] but sorry to say that on making calls on
          other mobile, amount have been deducted @ 3p/2second, which is
          contrary to the message passed by your office to me and in other words
          you can call it cheating with customer.

          Any how, my request is, please correct the tariff plan as per your
          sent message and refund me the excess charged amount in my account on
          the calls made by me by the above said mobile service number and
          intimate me at the earliest about your action taken

          Aircel — taking more call charge for landline

          I am a aircel customer, my number is [protected] this operator takes 1.99 rupees/min.while it take 1.50 rupees/min for std calls for both landline & mobile. but its customercare says for localla landline it takes 1 rupee/min so i had compalain many times regarding it but its never takes action.

            i lose my aircel prepaid main ac balance rs-95. without any benefit.
            and i don't know why they take the amount from my ac.
            i send complaints mail to the 3 grade of various representatives of aircel. one reply
            but they don't give any valuable reason to me they say vas(value added service) is activated to your phone.
            but they do not say the clear reason. from the beginning i don't use any vas from aircel.
            please take necessary action against to the company.

              Recently I am using DATA CARD SUPER PRO 3G for AIRCEL, after using 3G signal is not provided. The Speed and the Signal is very low even in the heart of the City. They promise that the service is available. But so far the service is no fully provided near my location. I have lodge the complaint many times in the Customer Care of AIRCEL Office but in vain. So kindly allow to make the service available without any interruption for getting the right 3G Signal for AIRCEl. I don,t know how many HSPA and WCMA Tower is located near my address.

              So, I therefore, kindly to look into the matter at the earliest.

                I had request to make the mobile number(+[protected] port (BSNL TO AIRCEL)on dated 04/03/2013.
                On the dated 09/03/2013 night a sms came to my mobile number, that your request has been approved.After 2 hours of SMS my number services(BSNL NETWORK) has disconnected. On the dated 10/03/2013 morning, i had insert the sim (Aircel)in mobile, but mobile showing insert sim.I put the SIM into another mobile, but the same insert sim coming in mobile screen.The next day (11/03/2013), i went to Aircel Office (Sarabha Nagar Ludhiana). They said that, your number is activated in aircel but that sim is defective. And they said to me,We have sent an email for approval and will resolve in 4-5 days.On the fifth day (16/03/2013) i had call to Aircel office.They said that, address verification process is not completed on your number,so we can not give you new SIM.first address verification will be on the SIM.but they did not say to me that, how verification will be on the defective SIM.My number is barred from 8-9 days.so i'm facing much loss at my workplace.i'm requested that please somehow address verification should be done and issue me a new SIM. as soon as possible.

                      Aircel are not giving solution after calling call centre many time customer care centre system are busy till 2- march to 11 march, every time there system are in upgradation . they told me to call me after one hour. so i was very disappointed .
                      They are deducting call rate higher (1 rs for local and 1.5 rs for STD) when Pack activited for 30 paisa local and 40 paisa STD)
                      need your help to resolve. the solution .

                        First of all a question..
                        What is the number to call and talk to the customer care executinve of aircel?

                        I tried 121, 1288, 198.. but cudn't get connected.

                        Thing is that I had Rs.29 in my balance and I activated a Rs.5 internet pack which "I used to activate". But unfortunately even after activating the offer, since I browsed, they have taken all the money. When I enquired through email, this is the reply I got

                          I had taken connection with aircel no [protected] with data of 198/- plan with 1gb upto 3g and rest 2g service. I should get only 198/- plus taxex and any call charges but they have charged 177/- extra though have a unlimited plan upto 1 gb 3g and rest 2g i had informed company regarding this
                          through email I also requested them to stop the account till dispute amount is settled and i will not be responsible for further billing. I also wrote to them that in case they are not solving my problem please disconnection. Please look into it.

                          Dear Sir,
                          I am a customer of aircel for more than six years holding mobile No.[protected]. My Relationship number is[protected] . During the first week of May 2012 I travelled to Australia for 22 days. Therefore I requested Mr.Abhiram ([protected]), my aircel relationship manager to activate international roaming on my mobile which was actually activated on 7th May 2012. The details of the call charges were sent by Abhiram which I am reproducing herebelow:
                          Roaming Rates in Australia(Rs/min): Calls within Australia :90, To India or other Countries:285, Incoming:125, SMS outgoing :15, SMS Incoming Free, GPRS (on available network):5.50 per 10KB.For aircel Postpaid customers.
                          Though I activated roaming except for few SMS I have actually not made any outgoing calls or received any incoming calls as there was no need as I was staying in my sister’s residence in Australia I returned to India on 27th May 2012. On my return, I was shocked to see my bill for the period 26.04.2012 to 25.05.2012 for an whiffing amount of Rs.15715/- (Rupees Fifteen thousand seven hundred and fifteen only) . I immediately contacted my relationship manager and expressed my grievance over the excessive billing who assured me that he will look in to the issue and get back to me after a week’s time. Time was running and once he said that there was a possibility of accidental activation of the voicemail box which could be one of the reason for such a huge bill and also he assured that he will see to it that he will waive the outgoing call charges also after taking up the same with higher-ups. This would also amount to unfair trade practices as the rates prescribed no where states about the activation of voicemail box . In any event the same cannot be done wihtint my written consent. Whenever I called Mr.Abhiram for a feed back he assured me that he will get back to me within a day or two.In the meanwhile he also advised me to make a payment of Rs.1, 500/- until he resolves the issue of excessive billing .Accordingly I made a payment of sum of Rs.1, 500/- (Rupess One thousand five hundred only) towards the above bill.
                          I was awaiting a revised bill from aircel but only to face another hefty bill for the period 26.05.2012 to 25.06.2012 for a sum of Rs.24, 903/- (Rupees14215 towards previous bill and Rs.10687.93 towards present Bill ). Immediately I contacted Mr.Abhiram, my relationship manager only to be told by another colleague that he Is on leave and joining duty by 09.07.2012.
                          I am really aggrieved by the manner in which Aircel is treating its customers. Inspite of escalating the issue one and half months back it remains unresolved till date. Except for sending the bills mechanically no effective steps have been taken to find out the reason behind excessive billing . It is now for aircel to come forward to redress my grievance within a week of the receipt of this mail failing which I ll be left with no option but to take this issue in Public to get to work out my remedy. It is also your duty to ensure uninterrupted services to my mobile until the issued is resolved.Hope you will act fast.

This would also amount to unfair trade practices as the rates prescribed no where states about the activation of voicemail box . In any event the same cannot be done wihtint my written consent. Whenever I called Mr.Abhiram for a feed back he assured me that he will get back to me within a day or two.In the meanwhile he also advised me to make a payment of Rs.1, 500/- until he resolves the issue of excessive billing .Accordingly I made a payment of sum of Rs.1, 500/- (Rupess One thousand five hundred only) towards the above bill.
                          I was awaiting a revised bill from aircel but only to face another hefty bill for the period 26.05.2012 to 25.06.2012 for a sum of Rs.24, 903/- (Rupees14215 towards previous bill and Rs.10687.93 towards present Bill ). Immediately I contacted Mr.Abhiram, my relationship manager only to be told by another colleague that he Is on leave and joining duty by 09.07.2012.
                          I am really aggrieved by the manner in which Aircel is treating its customers. Inspite of escalating the issue one and half months back it remains unresolved till date. Except for sending the bills mechanically no effective steps have been taken to find out the reason behind excessive billing . It is now for aircel to come forward to redress my grievance within a week of the receipt of this mail failing which I ll be left with no option but to take this issue in Public to get to work out my remedy. It is also your duty to ensure uninterrupted services to my mobile until the issued is resolved.Hope you will act fast.

                              AIRCEL discontinued Their network coverage in Rajahmundry on 4Th Jan, 2013 wiThout prior intimation to it's consumers. I lost network coverage on my number [protected] from That day. I cannot even apply for portability as There is no network coverage. I have requested for The porting code for my number Through an e-mail to The AIRCEL care and also provided Them wiTh my alternate number [protected], but There is no proper response from Them and i did not get my Unique Porting Code. The local AIRCEL distributor is demanding Rs.200 for providing UPC for my number.

                                Evry tym i rchrg or hv enuf blnc in my acount, i get a txt "thanks for using aircel service" and my blnc gets reduced about 5rs to 50rs each tym. Wn i cal customer care they say som service s activatd nd i ask dem to cancel it.. im sure i dint use any unwantef service.. nd d nxt day, again tis continues.. nd agn i cal.. nd agn nd agn nd agn.. im nt a kid to do mistakes evry day.. u nvr get a refund too.. wt am i suposd to do.. my no.                                   My cell no. [protected] yesterday (12th mar 2013) at 10:42 PM i got a message that "thanks for subscribing Darde-dil at 10.0 you will soon start receiving the alerts everyday for next 10 days." how can any one without my permission deduct my phone balance when i didnt subscribe anything
                                  i tried to call customer service but no one was picking phone other side i.e, no response..i m very much frustrated and this thing happen me earlier also...so i don't want other people also cheated like the same as i .You need to take this into account as a very serious issue and see that they pay a heavy penalty for this and they need to return our money back. You can call to my number and verify it. This is very much embarrassing.Hope u can do something to it...
