I have purchased 3 new connection from Aircel for the offer they had given in the newspaper and online.
Below are the detail given of my purchases.

Hi,

I am using a Aircel prepaid USB 3G data card, As the high speed data got consumed I recharged no. with Rs 399 using my credit card on 26/07/2012. But on 5/08/2012 I received a message that my 2 GB hight speed data has been exhausted but I have consumed only 1.5 GB ( 450 mb + 1.01 gb).

When I call customer care they said that I have not done any recharge on 26/07/2012.

Also they don't have...

I have given the request to MNP from Airtel to Aircel (Mobile Number : [protected]) on 24th July 2012. And I have paid my Airtel bill on 4th August 2012. I got a sms from Aircel saying like this.

Dear Customer,
Your request of mobile number portability is approved. Data and Time of Activation is 08/04/2012 22:07:00

My Airtel SIM got deactivated at 08/04/2012 22:00, but the new Aircel SIM hasn't been...

I requested for Number Portablity From Vodafone to Aircel on 17-July-2012. But Aircel fellows sent one SMS to me saying that my mobile number will be activated in 3rd aug at 11-08pm.But i wait another 12 hours its not activated i try to communicate Aircel stores all are closed. and i called Aircel customercare and i spoke to a manger who name is anand he promised me with in 2 hours my number will be activated. i wait anthoer...

on line recharge is not working...

I am Vishnu from Srikalahasti. I'm a customer of BSNL for the past 7yrs and i have changed to AIRCEL by Mobile Number Portability. I has sent a message for callertune activation on 27th july. Amount has been deducted from my balance and more than 40rs has been deducted with out any reason, but still i had not activated any callertune. I had complained to customer care executives, but no one is responding...

1. I have not activated caller tune service for my Aircel Mobile No.[protected]. Although for this MCA service, Aircel has charging Rs.30/- for the month. Several times I have complained to customer care and lodge complain through......

i had purchased one aircel dongel 3G data about two weeks ago. first two days it was ok but third day it started after each two muniutes. no one is giving or telling me the right what to do

I am an Aircel customer, and my mobile number is [protected]. I have recharged with Rs. 50 on[protected] night having approx Rs. 2 in my account before the recharge. I had only spent maximum Rs. 5. I woke up in the morning and with my utter surprise found that there was only Rs. 2 left (approx) in my account.

i have been getting a lot of calls from different vendors so wanted to active DND service. when i am sending START DND to 1909 i get a reply saying that this is an invalid option please enter start 1,2,3,4.... so how can i start the Do Not Disturb service in aircel?

Today Aircel activated `Payer ke funde` at 10:31 hrs and 'Aircel dialer tunes' at 18:10 hrs automaticaly without informing me and total RS 60/- 30/- each time cut from main balance. Balance deducted from my number [protected].customer care is not listening. they have deducted rs 15 as VAS pack. my number is [protected] from West Bengal Circle of AIRCEL. they have activated before VAS services in my number and telling you have activated from your side.

My Aircel Prepaid Mobile No is 9804XXXXXX
30th july 2012 around 2 pm i received a aircel promotional call from [protected].
One Aircel employee told me that i have won a lottery and able to use 100 sms, 1 GB internet, Hello tune and many more free of cost and he give me one condition that i must have Rs. in main balance for 3 or 4 hour after the call. But i don't accept any offer. than he told me to disconnect the line....
