      I use aircel mobile services for a long time but later i come to know that they are deducting amount without my permission from my balance.They frequently call me and inform me about the latest offers but each and every time I deny any offer despite they deduct a portion of money from my account.

          i have recharged my aircel number [protected] (karnataka) on 4th august 2012 with Rs68 for which i should get full talktime of Rs68 on my main balance.
          but after the recharge i did not get any type of balance and when i complained Aircel customer care about this matter several times they told me that there is no recharge of Rs68 so i wont get any balance and my money wont be refunded either.
          Before this recharge i have checked both the website www.aircel.com and www.paytm.com (from here i usually recharge my mobile) and i have attached images of both the websites as they show full talktime on Rs68 but still i did not get any balance.
          please help me with this false recharge display and i should get full talktime of Rs68 else my money should be refunded.

            I have purchased 3 new connection from Aircel for the offer they had given in the newspaper and online.
            Below are the detail given of my purchases.

            First connection purchased on 1st August 2012 for which i paid Rs 13000. Ref No CEF No : MUM - POP 0219883 (Goregoan West Aircel Gallery )

            Second connection purchased on 2nd August 2012 for which i paid Rs 13000. Ref No CEF No : MUM - POP 0219884 (Goregoan West Aircel Gallery )

            Third connection purchased on 2nd August 2012 for which i paid Rs 13000. Ref No CEF No : MUM - POP 0219890 (Goregoan West Aircel Gallery )

            They assured that I will receive the handset within two working days. When I went to take the delivery on the 3rd August for my first connection to Goregoan West Aircel gallery they said they have not received the handset yet and to come on the 4th of August for all the three handset.

            When I again went on the 4th of August for the delivery of all my three connections they said to come on Monday.

            Now today that is 6th August Monday they are asking me to come on Tuesday.

            When I asked them to give me some contact number where I can call and ask if my handset delivery has come or not, they said they can't give it to me and I will have to come everyday to inquire. They even said I am not the only one who has not received the handset and there are many before me waiting for the same issue. They said they are facing problem as there is a lot of demand for this scheme and so it is difficult for the company to fulfil the delivery of the phone. They said if you want you can avail for the refund.

            I fail to understand if the company like Aircel is not able to give the handset delivery on time then they should not sell their product with two days delivery offer. And if the company is asking me to take my refund which I feel is a bad reply from the company.


            Hope Aircel can solve my issue for the above problem.

              Hi,

              I am using a Aircel prepaid USB 3G data card, As the high speed data got consumed I recharged no. with Rs 399 using my credit card on 26/07/2012. But on 5/08/2012 I received a message that my 2 GB hight speed data has been exhausted but I have consumed only 1.5 GB ( 450 mb + 1.01 gb).

              When I call customer care they said that I have not done any recharge on 26/07/2012.

              Also they don't have a good customer care.

              I want my Money back, these people eaten up my money.

              Similar thing happen to me I have recharges for 699 using my CC. Within 15 days my internet speed came below 128 Kbps even in 3G plan at that point I've only used 2.7 GB. I've called Aircel customer service and they have taken my complaints under Ref# 1-[protected] but in next 2 days received a message stating my 3G plan has exhausted. They have completely playing trick in data card to make maximum money since there is no proper way to message the data consumed.

              Please someone escalate to get my money back.

              Just I want to show more about how Aircel works, initially I thought they were really good but once I purchased data card came to know how worse it is..just have a look at my download speed of course its in 2G but still look @ the speed they provide...

              On top of this I've written several email's to aircel about my concerns and issues facing with internet speed but managed to get only complaint numbers not a single comprehensive answer and I'm still writing almost every week to them and just adding those useless reference numbers to my wallet currently have more than 12 ref# for this single issue...Don't know when they'll resolve all these???????

                I have given the request to MNP from Airtel to Aircel (Mobile Number : [protected]) on 24th July 2012. And I have paid my Airtel bill on 4th August 2012. I got a sms from Aircel saying like this.

                Dear Customer,
                Your request of mobile number portability is approved. Data and Time of Activation is 08/04/2012 22:07:00

                My Airtel SIM got deactivated at 08/04/2012 22:00, but the new Aircel SIM hasn't been activated yet. I have checked it even now before raising this complaint (08/05/2012 15:40). I have called up Aircel customer care thrice (once @ 08/05/2012 00:15, second time @ 08/05/2012 05:30 and third time @ 08/05/2012 10:45), they are telling that they need to work with their backend team to get it resolved however their backend team is not working on Sundays. If their backend is not there to help with any such issues arising from MNP why are they deactivating my old SIM by saturday night. I am unable to use my mobile number for 18 hours now and don't know how long it will take to activate my new SIM still. I am using this number to receive calls from my office for some official purposes also. I got frustrated because of their customer service. I want to raise a complaint against Aircel for this. Please help for that.

                      I requested for Number Portablity From Vodafone to Aircel on 17-July-2012. But Aircel fellows sent one SMS to me saying that my mobile number will be activated in 3rd aug at 11-08pm.But i wait another 12 hours its not activated i try to communicate Aircel stores all are closed. and i called Aircel customercare and i spoke to a manger who name is anand he promised me with in 2 hours my number will be activated. i wait anthoer 4 hours but no use. then again i called up customer care i talk to francies he said i need to wait till monday because all are in off. even i asked them to log a complaint but the person saying that not possible because i am not a aircel customer.
                      again i called up to customer care saying that i am going to raise a complaint in consumer forum that time thay register a complaint but no use.

                                I am Vishnu from Srikalahasti. I'm a customer of BSNL for the past 7yrs and i have changed to AIRCEL by Mobile Number Portability. I has sent a message for callertune activation on 27th july. Amount has been deducted from my balance and more than 40rs has been deducted with out any reason, but still i had not activated any callertune. I had complained to customer care executives, but no one is responding for my complaint.

                                So iam prepared to go for legalsteps. Kindly support my complaint and give notice to the AIRCEL company.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I would like to inform you that on 2nd Feb' 2010 at around 1O' clock I got a call from AIRCEL customer service about their various scheme. Initially when I received the call I was not aware about the call from where it has come. The said number is [protected] & the same is being sent to you for your reference. I simply told them that I don't want their services(Like dialer tune, missed call alert etc.) for what they have requested to me. At around 3 O' clock they have deducted Rs 30/- + Rs15/- = Rs 45/- from my prepaid balance amount. I really shocked the way they have deducted money from my prepaid balance amount without my consent.

                                Further, I did more than 4 calls to cusomer care of AIRCEL & finally lodge a complaint about my deduction as I was not opted for those services. Here I have mentioned the said complaint no.[protected] for your reference. But till date I have not received any response from their side. I request you to take proper action on it & reimburse my money back to my account.

                                Dear sir,

                                I Recharged my mobile on 10-feb-13 for Rs. 108 it was successful and again after few minutes i recharged a rate cutter for Rs. 57 it also was successful thro my net banking account both are deducted in bank account due to successful recharge, eventhough they deducted again Rs. 57 from my phone balance, so after recharge they net banking amount Rs. 57 deducted it ok but again they deducted from in my phone main balance, regarding this i aked customer care they told me that, you have recharged twice thro net banking once and also from your phone so both are deducted, i said clearly that i dont know the ussd rate cutter code, but they told we dont know, you have beed activated twice. Two times deducted for the same amount for the same rate cutter for the same mobile number.

                                Tow time deducted my amount once from my bank account another from my mobile balance, for the same rate cutter, same day deducted, i asking A question how it is possible a person to activate a rate cutter thro mobile phone without knowing the ussd code, due to their technical fault they blaming me.

                                    I was facing a similar problem. However, just want to ask, are you using any usb extension cord to get a better signal strength. I am doing the same. I was using a cheap chinese usb extension cable and that was the problem. I replaced that with a branded noise reduction usb extension cord with I purchased from EBay India, and since then I have been getting excellent connection quality and speed. So, if you are using a usb extension, you can follow what I did. :)
                                    i purchased a aircel 3g dongle with festival offer, they assured of giving 2gb/month for 3months, the first month it worked perfectly, but secound month it just disconects after 2min, after disconection the speed is 14kbps, please send me an solution or fix this please.the money i paid for this is rs.1777 but it was not looking worth aircel.

                                    It seems this is a perennial problem with Aircel 3G dongle. I Aircel purchased as an exchange offer as TataDoCoMo is going out of NER. My connection gets distrupped at regular intervals. Very hopeless condition.

                                      I am an Aircel customer, and my mobile number is [protected]. I have recharged with Rs. 50 on[protected] night having approx Rs. 2 in my account before the recharge. I had only spent maximum Rs. 5. I woke up in the morning and with my utter surprise found that there was only Rs. 2 left (approx) in my account.

                                      I called the customer care at 198 on[protected] to know the reason of this deduction. Customer Care Executive attending my phone call, informed me that their senior would call me within two hour and I can get the updates regarding this after twenty four hours. I have waited for the call but there was no call appeared in my mobile phone. I again called the customer care on 1st Aug, 2012 but they are still unable to show any cause about this deduction and they are still telling me that their senior will call me within two hours and I shall be able to get the updates after twenty four hours.

                                        hi,
                                        i have been getting a lot of calls from different vendors so wanted to active DND service. when i am sending START DND to 1909 i get a reply saying that this is an invalid option please enter start 1,2,3,4.... so how can i start the Do Not Disturb service in aircel?
