the company has unnecessarily deducted money from my prepaid balance
i didnt subscribe to any of the plans
but still they have deducted money
Dear Sir,

Pls note my mobile number is [protected]. last month i am not activate the value added service like love picture sms. But, Aircel charged and detucted 30 Rs in my account. But, not received the sms properly. Again i am check with customercare, they are told "Sorry and will not happen again". Ok, now 15 days back i am asking with Aircel customercare what is the procedure for cancelling this picture msg service. They are told UN LUV type sms to 54546 with charge and detuction of 3 Rs in my account. After a week the sms is not cancelled. So, again i am check with customercare, the previous information is wrong, so pls resend UN LP type sms to 54546 with charge and deduction of 3 Rs in my account on 3rd Jan'2009.
But, still 7th jan the sms is not cancelld. So, again i am check with customercare they are said, " Sorry Sir. Pls re-send the sms UN LP to 58273". But, still 9th Jan the sms is not cancelld. So, again i am check with customercare they are said, " Sorry Sir. Pls re-send the sms UN LP to 58273". But still today 10th Jan Aircel detuct 30 Rs in my account. What is happening???? We are follish by Aircel???? Pls advise.

myself HUMERA BEGUM.iam an aircel prepaid customer.sir yesterday my prepaid balance of rs 30 has been deducted for dialer tone service.most embarassing is that i have not at all! asked for this service.today also a message came on my mobile that my dialer tone will be renewed to something NEE YADALO NAAKU song.
first of all iam a muslim costumer why should i activate this telugu movie song at such a precious time of EID ispite of some religious song.more over i not at all want this service.i will be much thankfull to you i[censored] refund my mony back.and please see to it that,next time i dont want these un necessary service untill n unless i ,,myself asked for it.some days back my amount of rs 45 has been refunded.because the exchange collected amount from my main balance and servise was not granted.so now iam getting afraid to recharge my mobile because of this unnecessary deduction.

On sat 20 th my account is deducted by rs 10 i immediately called to 198 & registered complaints there is no response and on 22 nd rs 30 is deducted from my balance for music pack and i called 198 more than 100 times but they not connect the line. So i called from another no. For the 1st call i connect ed to operator i told regarding my problem then he says that call tommorrow ss application is not working . So i sorry to say that services of aircel is not upto the mark to meet the needs of consumer. So credit the unauthorised amt to my account [protected]

    I am a Aircel (Andhra Pradesh circle) user from nearly 8 months my number is [protected]. i am Working out side India i am carrying Sim With me my Incoming and out going are barred i can receive SMS and i am recharging my number frequently these are the transaction numbers APR[protected] RC for 125/- on 04/03/12, APR[protected] RC for 50/- on 17/05/12, APR[protected] RC for 0/- on 25/06/12 then i receive Message from Aircel your new balance is 300.25/- INR validity till 30/10/21 and grace period is 28/01/22 again i Recharged on 28/06/12 for 20/- APR[protected] this time my New balance is 290.25/- but i am not use any thing because i have no outgoing.

    Unfortunately yesterday i receive a message from Aircel that as per my request we are activated Telugu package (cost 40/- per month) which is am not requested (i can't send request are sms from here cause i have no roaming) then i called to aircel customer care [protected] and ask him about my problem he said your number is deactivated he replayed i told him i am recharging frequently he told me i can’t say anything because your number is deactivated so we have no record but i can transfer to my Supervisor he replayed, when i talk his supervisor he also replayed the same he told me he can not do any thing for me and the number is issued in market i ask him the how this packages are activating with out my request and i can receive SMS daily even now also how it can be possible he is not replayed properly and he just repeating we have no record i ask him what is the solution for me he replayed nothing i can do now.

    Note:- I used for call from my number at last 16/03/12 to 03/04/12 when i came on vacation back to my home that time its working fine.


    please take action on this issue your response is highly appreciated.

    Aircel — message cannot be recieve

    i cannot recieve any message any message posted to me by my friends too the internet of free sms nor any message posted by smsgupshup groups which i have subscribed. can AIrcel kindly teel me why cant i recieve such message which is posted throough the internet based free sms and smsgupshup groups
    From two days I want to know my PUK code but always Customer care service say to me our service now not available... for my problem... now have so many problem for my SIM block...
    plez help me ...

          Aircel — Signal problem

          Hi,

          I'm Sukumar Balakrishnan from Brainstorm group, chennai - on Nov 2011 we changed our CUG / Mobile service from Airtel to Aircel due to our team raised some issues. actually we disconnected our 7 relationship with Airtel.
          In the past 45 days - i made a 100 communication to Aircel / Aircel Team / Sales Manager about this signal issues via Emails and Phone calls.

          still now have the same signal problem.

          Dear Sir,
          I am one of the member of Aircel prepaid connection. My village- Tengrari (Lat. 26.28 and Long. 85.34) is situated 30 Km West direction from Muzaffarpur district in Bihar. Aircel signal was received through TATADOCOMO tower. No reason tatadocomo tower has been switched off from 21 Dec 2012. Most of our villages peoples are using aircel and as per business locality this area is good. So, the users of this locality could not contact their business and friends. Complain made with aircel but reply is not satisfactory. On behalf of the people of the village, I beg to submit that if action to be taken to restore the services.

          I have a sim of your company Aircel and this time i am facing a problem in network. from last 15 days there is no network in my cell phone, i had raise a complaint to costumer care they told me our network is very fine and having no other complaint of any other costumer. but they don't tell me why the network problem occur in my cell phone.             i am suffering from the 3G internet 197 unlimited package offered by the company, i recharged with RC197 yesterday for the mobile number [protected] but I am getting only 128kbps speed instead of 3.2mbps as they mentioned in the package list, I have been trying to contact customer care center for 2 days but you people are not connecting my call to the executive officer. This is disgusting........so that I am warning you that you should have to contact me for the number [protected] within 2 hours otherwise I am going to take legal action on you.

              Dear Sir !

              I have an Aircel Prepaid connection. On 26th June, 2012, I did recharge my mobile no. [protected] via Online Mode using my Debit Card with Rs. 50/- (Topup). At the time of payment, the payment was successful and my bank account was debited with Rs. 50/-. But I did not receive the balance in my aircel prepaid account. I contacted to Customer Care about the issue and registered the complaint about it. The Customer Care said that within 48 hours either my prepaid account will be recharged with amt. Rs. 50/- or they will refund the money in my bank a/c.
              But till 28th June, 2012, neither my prepaid a/c recharged with Rs. 50/- nor they refunded the money to my bank a/c. When I contact to Customer Care, they says that I have to recharge again and the past amount will not be refunded.
              So, this is Aircel's liability to either recharge or return my money. I am very harassed from Aircel's service.
              Please take a right action against the company as soon as possible.

                hi All,

                I am very frustrated with this Aircel mobile prepaid connection. They just deduct amount from my account balance always without my knowledge. If we call and complaint to them they says that I have activated some services and is not ready to refund the amount even if i didnt need the additional services. They says you can enjoy it for one month and then deactivate. Every time I calls them I tell them not to activate any services without my knowledge. Another tricks played by these stupids are they have kept some links on mobile web site pages and even if we click on it accidentally we will loss Rs.50, 99 etc AND SAYS THAT THE SERVICE IS ACTIVATED. What a terrible situation this is. Now I am afraid to even recharge my mobile. Never recharge your aircel connections for more than rs 10. I have always lost money when i recharged for rs.50 and above. I hope there should be someone to control these mobile service provider companies. This is not my first experience .........They have done it so many times. THE MOST RECENT ONE WAS YESTERDAY OR TODAY (27/06/2012). ACTUALLY I DONT KNOW WHEN THEY DEDUCTED THE AMOUNT. I RECHARGED YESTERDAY FOR RS 68 (FULL TALKTIME OFFER) AND MADE CALLS ONLY FOR RS. 4 OR 5 MAXIMUM. AND TODAY WHEN I CHEKED MY BALANCE IT IS ONLY RS.10. ALMOST 60 RS HAD GONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. AIRCEL SUCKS..........IF THERE IS ANYONE WHO CAN HELP ME ON T.HIS PLEASE HELP. I AM USING THIS NUMBER FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS. THERE SHOULD BE SOME ONE TO CONTROL THESE COMPANIES...........THEY HAVE ROBBED ALMOST RS 500 TILL NOW THROUGH SIMILAR TRICKS.....................................................                 Aircel — DEDUCTION OF BALANCE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE

                Aircel — aircel deduct money without my knowledge

                i am ankur chaplod & i am using aircel connection last 8 month. but yesterday aircel deduct 14 rs in my main account balance witout my permision. aircel do not force me activate any service witout my knowlage.
                so aircel add my 14 rs as soon as possible or aircel provider please understand customer main account balance is a customer assets so without any knowlage you do not deduct any balance.

                Get your DND service activated. This would help you in future because you won’t get any more marketing calls and messages which can cause these activations.

                My mobile number of aircel is [protected] in Mumbai. They are deducting Rs.30 for activation of songs with out consulting me.

                Please take action against them and inform them to credit my money with compensation for this type of harsement. In the past also they done like that and after my strong follow up they credited the money. But this is purely a harsement for customer to follow evertime with them. When you are roaming area then you can not have complain number also.

Due to idea pack of rs9 i am using 3g But unfortunately i have received an sms saying that your 3g is over and you will be continued with 2g. This 2g data browsing is also not fair and getting 1kbps speed.

                    For the past 10 years i am using internet on phone with airtel and idea. This is the first company giving somany problems for customers regarding internet and false promising

My number is [protected].Today Rs.15 have been deducted without my concern.some tumi to ho dialer tone have been activated without my concern. i called up 198 the executive immediately that person told me she doesnt have the information so call back after 2-4 hours. i called back after 4 hours then a executive forced me that i have received a call number starting with 1400 and activated the service which i didnt.i dont even receive calls from number starting with1400. then he transferred my call to his supervisor and i waited in the queue for 10 mins but no attain my call.then again i called back 198 the executive then told me there is no service activated. i told how can it be possible.then he gave a number 155223 and told me to call this number and deactivate the caller tune.and then call 198 after 2 hours for further details.i am very know to aircel and my connection not 1 month old i am facing this kind of issues. hope my issue will be resolved shortly or i will stop using aircel and opt for port out.

                        I have been using airtel service (prepaid) for the last 4 months. Every month Rs.30/- is deducted from my balance towards monthly subscription for RTCLUB. Msg sender from Airtel : 543212. Msg centre no.[protected].

                        I would request airtel not to deduct anything from my balance. I am not availing any RTCLUB service.

                        If possible please credit my balance for the amount deducted in the past.

                        I am an existing customer of AIRCEL since july 2008, using consumer number [protected] [ a prepaid sim].Although there was no problem regarding your service at the begining, there has occured some major dicrepency, it seems from your part, on 23rd of this month.To be specific, I may state my complaints on a perticular occurence that has forced me to write directly to you; as I have been debited Rs100/- INR out of no-where...I am using a handset of Nokia 1200 where, for your information, there is no facility of GPRS system.Nor have i used any of your special downloading services ie. ringtone download, screensaver download...I am not using the caller tune service.
                        It is very clear to you by my statements that there remains no chances of automatic deduction of mobile balance due to my preference of centain special services.I am not using any extra service rather than receiving and making phone calls, and as
                        I live alone nobody handles my phone beyond my presence.I made some utter vulnarable efforts to contact [protected], and when succeded no one could give me logical
                        reasons behind this undue deduction of Rs 100/- INR credit balance...

                        This is quite a gruesome matter...

                        I hope you understand the circumstances.I would be grateful to you if you make efforts to solve the puzzle out

                        I am a aircel service user in lucknow. They are a disturbing me through calls and messages for different schemes to which i am not interested at all and I have complaint for that to their customer care..
                        To come out from this problem I have registered my self for their DND scheme. But just after registering their DND scheme they charged me 30 rs fo any friend zone scheme out of my attention ..

                        So i called customer care and they told me that you have subscribed for that and given me complaint no[protected]..

                        So they are just cheating with consumer.. Kindly never purchase aircel if you want your private life as private and you don't want to disturbed by frequent calls and their schemes which automatically activates in account without doing anything..

                        I had calls coming from aircel all the time about dialler tunes etc so had registered for national do not disturb. After a week or so after registering for national do not disturb, calls from aircel stopped but months later i got a call from aircel all of a sudden which i cut soon after realising that it is from aircel. A week after this i got a message saying your request for dialer tune has been activated and my balance was deducted by 30 rupees.
                        i instantly called customer care and filed a complaint [complaint number:1-[protected]]. They told me that my balance will be restored in 72 hours. which did not happen even after 5 days, when asked they told that i had activated it when i got that call so they cant restore my balance.
                        ACTUALLY CALLING LONG AFTER REGISTERING FOR DO NOT DISTURB IS A VIOLATION AND THEN ACTIVATING CALLER TUNE WITHOUT PERMISSION IS ANOTHER.
                        what am i supposed to do now? i am not leaving it without getting my balance back

                        Well all conversation with the customer care are recorded simultaneously so if any such incidence have occurred, necessary steps would be taken.                         Hi this Abhijit Dey from Kolkata and my number is [protected]. I am using Aircel Prepaid and it is more than 1 year now. They suddenly activated a Dialer tune service to my phone and I am very much sure that nothing went wrong from my end. It was a default activation from their end. I have lodged the complain for the same concern and their 3 different SENIOR SUPERVISOR assured me that they will give a feedback after 3 days. But they are too good in their work that they didn't take any initiative to inform their customers about it. After 2 weeks they again activated a FRIEND ZONE service to my phone and deducted the balance. And moreover when we try to speak to their SUPERVISOR they just have their tag lines "Our Supervisor is busy in a call please call us after wards" but how we will know when your supervisor is not on call that time. And another is "Our system is getting upgraded now" each and every time their system is getting upgraded. If this kind of service is provided by AIRCEL so thank you we don't need your service. Just come up with a good management ethics and customer support then try to launch up a company.

                        Hi friend, is your DND service activated. As you must know the dialer tune and friend zone are both automated services and hence need user confirmation to be activated, it can happen when you respond to the promo calls or messages. It is suggested that you get your DND activated to block all these calls.
                        Aircel is continuously deducting balance from my no. Rs. 15 were deducted yesterday 5-4-2010, and customer care is not responding.help me

                        I have an aircel prepaid connection no.[protected], yesterday dated 18-04-10 , I recharged my account with Rs.50, and I recieved total of Rs 43 something and there was also some balance in my account prior to recharge ,therefore after recharging with Rs 50 , I had around Rs 45-46 in my account.

                        Today dated 19-04-10 ,in the morning I recieved a message telling me that aircel has renewed my music on call ...something something service and they deducted Rs 30 from my account,but I have never applied for any such service, when I called customer care (121) & (198), they refused to write my complaint by telling me all the stupid reasons, like their service is not working, whatever... after they told me call back in 2 hrs, which I did and again they said the same thing and told me to call back again, after many requests they told me they are transferring my call to their senior , they put me on hold for 2-3 min, and after that they disconnected the call.

                        I am very disturbed and harrased by this behaviour and I want my amount Rs 30 back otherwise I am willing to go to consumer forum and file a written complaint.

                        aircel started deducting my bal abnormally...i had 150sms bal but that bal turned into a 0 about an hour later...i have no pending msgs in my outbox...but when i checked my sms counter i saw that abt 150SMSs were sent to [protected] without my consent..and the best part is when i called up this num it said that number didn't even exist..i thought that was some technical problem of aircel and recharged with 150rs voucher....within 1hrs my bal became 0 again...my phone is not sending any msgs...someone is surely doing foul things....i called them up and they are not even close to solving the problem and most of them dont even understand anything about networking....i want my bal back...

                        AIRCEL TELECOMMUNICATION — reduction of balance from my main account despite the using offer for internet.

                        I recharged with Rs.98 pakage beraring mobile no.[protected] which provides unlimited browsing along with a validity of 30 days.During this when i browse on the mobile I have been cut out money from my main balance which is totally aganist the concerned offer and not only this but also due bad services i loss about Rs.1500/. when i contact to the custamer care execautive the foprward my complaint forward with an action. However i have still reamaining validity upto july 22.
                        this is the easy way to redress our griverances by this forum as it is the in my terms it is "the court of layman"

                        I recharged with Rs 10 on 10th july 2010. I had also deactivated the voice chat service prior to the recharge. But now the company says balance has been deducted because voice chat service is activated. I am feeling helpless.

                        This is to let you know that i am an old customer of Aircel of Jharkhand-Bihar region and i am facing big problems these days as my balances get autumatically deducted from more than two hundred to forty paise only. when talked to customer care- he told me that they have the record of last 2 months only, which says a deduction of Rs 30 due to dialertone, which i never been applied. after enquiry they refunded Rs 30 only but about the rest amount they are just telling- "can't say". Ridiculous, please help meto get the datail. where my balance moved out.

                        I have been continuously in roaming between Jharkhand, Hazaribagh- Delhi- and Jaipur, Rajasthan.

                        i have talk to mr.vijay kumar (Team leader) .i have complaint about the dialler tune.i Have not requeseted for any caller tune.but there are not listening me and misbehaving with me .mr. vijay told me that i have requested the dialler tune but this my grandmothers no.she not known about any caller tune.so pls refund us the money back. as soon as Possible.
                        I can understand your problem, but there is a solution to it as well. At times you are not aware and respond to those marketing calls and messages. Hence register for the DND service and resolve your issue.

                        Aircel — Balance deduction however DND has been activated before more than 60 Days

                        Aircell is activating services automatically from more last 4 Months. Complaint is being registered again and againg but no one is taking care of it.
                        I had activated DND services on 14th November 2011. As per them it must be activated withing 45 Days however i am getting Messages and promotional call.

                        I inform you that an unauthorised value added service “HELLO TONES ON DEMAND” has been on my mobile w.e.f. last one week in February, 2011 and a sum of Rs.30/- has also been deducted from my balance.

                        My Aircel No-[protected]. Unwanted Balance Reduce from my number Dated[protected] at 11pm to 11.57 pm. I have already aircel to aircel balance 210.
                        I,Ankit chawla, Mob No-[protected], Aircel user have been facing a problem of balance deduction w/o ant consent of mine, Despite calling Customer care, They are not responding to it. I did not expected such behavior for the service provider.
                        Complaint:- Quite a few service has been activated on my my no. without taking any consent from me. Now the service provider is denying the fact. I have checked my sent box and all the calls and neither has been made towards Aircel for activation of the services.

                        There should be an action taken against these kind of things as it has become a regular practice of telecom operators

                        Air cell connection — unnecessarily taking paisa

                        Am aircel simcard using. i was not activate any processing.but my paisa rs45 everymonth they are take from my account..First month i was called and deactivate.but until now they are taking money every month.customer care does not respond to me.

                        My balance deducted by 30 rs.without any reason...many times i called to customer care but they does not help me..my mob. no. is [protected]...check it and refund my balance as soon as possible...
                        My mobile number is [protected] (aircel punjab jalandhar circle) registered by name Paramjit Singh. My gprs validity as well as data was remaining. Even when i inquired about gprs balance (*126*3#), it showed 2G data used: 198360.00 (in KB). I had activated rs. 124 pack which was for 3 months with 1 GB data usage per month. Thus I had about 800 MB remaining. It is worth mentionable that *126*3# shows some data used, only when pack is active, otherwise it shows data used 0.00 or "No buckets active".

                        I used internet (with APN aircelgprs on PC, as i did before) and downloaded about 23 MB data from a free song site (hotjatt.com), but after that my WHOLE BALANCE (ABOUT RS. 250) WAS DEDUCTED from my account.

                        I did not get proper response from customer care centre. They said that my pack was not active, but as already mentioned, my pack was active with a lot of space remaining

                        I just want that money back in my account as deduction is not justified.

                        I have been deducted rs.7 for dialer tune services and when i complained about it,they subscribed me to music on connect and deducted rs.10,for which on complaining,they unsubscribed me from the service..
                        but,there is no refund for it,when i demand an explanation for it they are continuously disconnecting me....

                        i received a message from aircel on 7/8/12 ( all local A-A calls at just 15p/min at Rs 8 for 30 days ) & they gave a no. (*122*019#) for recharge but after dailing that no. they charged Rs 19 for that offer, i have complaint several times they are not responding properly . Today i gone to aricel center to know the status but they again asked 24hrs & finally they told i[censored] receive any message u should call customer call & ask the details ...
                        This shows how they cheat the customers & get the balance from them, for one day from one person they are getting min 1 also its benifit for them .

                        I am using aircel mobile NO [protected] which was recharged for Rs 110/- three time but the amount got deducted within day without giving any reply from the mobile company. It is totally injustice with the users and company deducting the amount without prior permission from customer.

                          I have requested disconnection of my number with aircel on June 16,2012 because of their poor service and relocation from city of Mumbai.

                          After many calls to customer service and many emails, nothing has happened, I doubt that I will be asked to settle the accounts again and same thing can keep going for good knows how long. 9 out of 10 attempts to send mails to customer care fails because Aircel customer care email account is running out of space.

                              Aircel has subscribed me to a service called "funfacts" and deducted around 50 to 60 rupees. I called customer care and asked them to stop services for 5 times. My last request number was 1-[protected] on 15th June still today they are renewing my service for 5days and deducted 5 rupees. Please help.

                                I activate 3g pack of rs.17 by dialing *122*17# on 23 June at 8 p.m. and they deducted my balance and not provide me the service and even when i try to call the help desk they are not receiving my calls. My mob. No. Is [protected] please help me now its 24 June and they did not activate it and also they started deducting my balance. Is that the best service they provide to his customers.

                                  my mobile number is [protected].. As im very much interested in aircel and all my family members are using aircel.. i had much transactions in my aircel and im using my aircel number from 4 to 5 years.. my number is demo card. as we are selling and recharging much number in shop, they had changed tariff of all other much numbers but they still dint changed the tariff of my mobile number.. mine call rates are going in aircel to aircel 30p, other number 50p and messages getting charged .. but the new tariff dint yet changed in my number to aircel to aircel 10p, other no.30p and 200 local and national messages are free .. but they dint yet changed my tariff.. i request you to please take an action over it and change my demo card tariff to new tariff.. i asked regarding this to aircel but they are not responding to it. my mobile number is [protected].. please help to change my tariff and i will be happy with using aircel..

                                    my number is [protected].i have sent a request for 3g settings to 121 but i am getting a message that 3g settings are already activated in commercial pack and i am unable to activate 3g internet because of it.i ve tried calling customer care but couldnt get any help.so please check the problem and rectify it.

                                        My Aircel mobile No is [protected]. Today these nincompoops have sent one more swindling message. :Balaji Singam is renewed at Rs.1/- for oneday/perday.

                                        They even have the audacity to thank for subxcribing for this service which I have not asked.

                                        All my friends who have Aircel have decided go for portability for other decent mobile providers.

                                        We all wish that instead of cancelling Uninor License Aircel should have been banned.
