I am using an Aircel no [protected] for the last four months. Today Aircel activated `Payer ke funde` at 10:31 hrs and 'Aircel dialer tunes' at 18:10 hrs automaticaly without informing me and total RS 60/- 30/- each time cut from main balance. A complaint has been raised at 10:40 hrs for 'payer ke funde' but now after activating 'dialer tune' customer care not receiving any call. Pls help me out to get back my balance as early as possible and to stop unnessary activation of any plan.

    hi,All This Chandrashekar rao,S From last month on Ward,s.I Am using The Aircell Sim Before That I Used The Airtel. Airtel network is Very good in All India.I Am transport manger.When i have To go To other State I Am Getting The Network problem.only the Bengaluru having The aircel network
    So I Feed up in The Aircel Network. But in bengalore pocket Internet will Work as A PC.But in other side.So I request to The Aircel Guys please look on This matter And Work it out this problem. bye

    NETWORK RELATED ISSUE NOT BEING SOLVED
    My Aircel Contact Number- [protected]
    Network provider- Aircel [ Tata Docomo gives the tower in my area]

    I have registered complaint to Aircel on 28 JAN 2013 for network related issue.
    Issue is that i'm not getting network in my home, i.e. the number of bars on the network is zero at home.
    After my complaint i have called many times for the status of my complaint but every time the Aircel executive say to wait 2-3 days and nothing happens after 2-3 days. In my last call i.e. today they disconnected my call in between talk.

    Kindly help me for this issue to get solved immediately and take strick action against the executives.

      Very very bad service

      Hi All,
      I am Gorakh Patare, 4-5 Days ago I recharged 70 rupees full talk time for my reliance mobile ([protected]), but yesterday morning my all balance auto deduct, I tried so many times to contact with Aircel, but they block my number.           30th july 2012 around 2 pm i received a aircel promotional call from [protected].
          One Aircel employee told me that i have won a lottery and able to use 100 sms, 1 GB internet, Hello tune and many more free of cost and he give me one condition that i must have Rs. in main balance for 3 or 4 hour after the call. But i don't accept any offer. than he told me to disconnect the line. around 5:30 pm Aircel deducted approx Rs.60 From My Main Balance and give 100 sms and 1 GB internet. After That i called customer care and they said it is an self recharge. but when i ignore that they take a complain no.1-[protected] (I think fake because i dont receive any sms) and say they r contact within 2 hrs. but they are no positive response.

              This has been repeated on my number [protected]. I did a topup on 17th July 2012 and the same happened. The amount got deducted from my credit card account, while the recharge never happened. This is the third issue, however the aircel customer care says the benefits are provided. How can they blatantly lie when as a customer I am lamenting that it is not done.

                I am facing the similar issue with my aircel prepaid no [protected].We are getting 3 -4 calls every day from Aircel Hello tunes and even after informing the customer service executives that we are not interested they will continuously keep calling. This is a harassment as the customer service executives are very rude and have started misbehaving and i have recently started recording these calls so that i can take some legal action. i have already requested DND for my number but still getting calls.

                Please suggest.

                          It is my painful experience with aircel. This is the second time aircel deducted wrongly from my account. I've receive a msg from Aircel that Rs 15 has been deducted from my a/c for video talkies at 6:43 on 25-07-12 pm when I was travelling at Esplanade & not using my mobile. I checked my a/c & aircel done the same! Your customer care executive on 198 said that something downloaded & waited me in hold to talk with his senior about an hour but after waiting of 50 mins no one picked up my call & it disconnected automatically ! (date: 25-07-12, Calling Time: 08:51 pm, Call from: [protected]). Screen shots are attached herewith. But I am challenging you that nothing downloaded, you can check my handset.
                          My request to you sir pls refund my amount & stop every push msg. & flash msg. service for my number. Otherwise it is really need to change from aircel.

                              Aircel — Harassment by the Aircel Company

                              I had purchased a Aircel Prepaid sim for GPRS use. After purchasing the sim, according to the principle the undersign had sent the sms to the company. But till date I could not receive any settings from Aircel inspite of several intimations and pursuation and replied a baseless argument. This is nothing but a harassment to the customer. Now, I may request your goodself kindly take necessary action at your end and direct to the company to refund back the money along with the compensation under intimation to the undersign.
                              I am currently using aircel pocket internet in Jamshedpur-Jharkhand(INDIA).when I logged in the url www.pocketinternet.in/myaircel then it shows a msg.of authentication error, pl. tell me what does it mean?what type of authentication is required?kindly help me.
                              when I surf on aircel pocket internet home page get open normally.but when I would like to open any url it shows many types of server problem or error or authentication error.It shows error 503, 413, 405, etc...
                              Also it shows some time u r about to leave pocket intenet & logged in open internet& u will be charged for it, what does it mean yaar, while I have recharged my account by 98 Rs. then where is the question of charges?when I resister complaint, no reply has come.
                              your pocket internet system is so weak and dull as compertared to other mobile companies.

                              i was take mobile no. from aircel, no. [protected] on 24th march 2011, and deposite Rs. 250/- as security. due to poor cannectivity i surrent this no. on 16th april 2011, and pay all due imidiatly, but they send a bill for rs. 283/- the was over cherged i again visit his outlet and request to the executive to adjest my security amount and viver the over charges. but they didn't i received a call from aircel for dues, i request again to the caller fo radjest of amount but they didn't, now they are calling me daily two time or more and presserising for pay all amount.

                                  I wanted to activate my 3G services on my number [protected] but it isn't activated despite of repeated request to activate it via sending sms to 121 and using the cobe *122#. I even call the customer care and talk to the technical authorities but they are saying that it is already active, but i cannot access any 3G service with my 3G mobile or my 3G modem.

                                  Please i request you to kindly look into the matter and solve this problem as soon as possible.

                                        I get a new sim ([protected]) dated 27/11/2009 but after 20 days number is not activate by your end.
                                        I requet you to provide PUK AND SIM PIN.
                                        I have taken one corporate no [protected], the verification was done on 13th feb2010, when executive had visited the house, after verification thehe had submitted the report that the cm was not available at the address, i asked customer care people to do the verification again, they told me that it will be done on sunday, today i have wasted my complete day for the verificaation to be done, nobody has came and barrings also has not been removed, now i want to close this no as soon as possible, coz it has caused me alot of problems
                                        i have paid amount through online when i will get outgoing

Even I can not contact him as his number is switched off. I am fade up with bloody aircel. Plz dont go for Aircel. Its the worst connection and customer care. I am feeling like handicapped.
