My Aircel Prepaid Mobile No is 9804XXXXXX
30th july 2012 around 2 pm i received a aircel promotional call from [protected].
One Aircel employee told me that i have won a lottery and able to use 100 sms, 1 GB internet, Hello tune and many more free of cost and he give me one condition that i must have Rs. in main balance for 3 or 4 hour after the call. But i don't accept any offer. than he told me to disconnect the line....

dear sir,
i have recharge my mobile no. [protected] through online of Rs 68.000. my amount of Rs.68 is deducted from my bank account transection id: mybk[protected]. still my mobile is not recharged. please do needful action against aircel jammu.

Hi

This has been repeated on my number [protected]. I did a topup on 17th July 2012 and the same happened. The amount got deducted from my credit card account, while the recharge never happened. This is the third issue, however the aircel customer care says the benefits are provided. How can they blatantly lie when as a customer I am lamenting that it is not done.

I have been looted and there is no justice for...

Iam an aircel postpaid customer [protected]. From 21st July to 29 July 2012 my outgoing calls are activated only after making a call to customer . Due to it, i lost my conference meeting calls worth of 5,00000. i made call to customer care no of times but no respond regarding my complaint. i need to talk with the high authority officer of aircel to take a proper steps.

My sim card of Aircel Sim No- [protected] has been stolen at my company from Lifelong India Limited , Plot No-7 , IP-2 , Phase I , salempur Mehdood , Haridwar . It is being used by another user , Request you to lodge a complain against user and , since I have already lodge a complain at Ranipur Police station . Also block the sim for unwanted use.

It is my painful experience with aircel. This is the second time aircel deducted wrongly from my account. I've receive a msg from Aircel that Rs 15 has been deducted from my a/c for video talkies at 6:43 on 25-07-12 pm when I was travelling at Esplanade & not using my mobile. I checked my a/c & aircel done the same! Your customer care executive on 198 said that something downloaded & waited me in hold to talk...

when i send "START 3G" to 121 they send me the following msg---->

"Your request could not be processed.Requested service is disabled."

So, I don't know what to do.

unwanted charges

I have been charged 10 rupees every 2 days for powerplay which i have not subscribed on my mobile.
