    Is your speed slow all the time or only at certain hours? Sometimes, due to too much congestion the speed does slow down at peak hours for all connections, but if you are facing this problem continuously you should visit your nearest Aircel Store and discuss the matter with customer care.
    can we download the things that are free of cost or you will take money for that

    i activated aircel pocket internet on my mobile, but very few times i can access the net. it usually shows - pocket connection not available, web timeout etc. and if we want to call customer care we have wait for atleast 8-10 minutes for the call to get connected, and if ever it connects there will always be a language problem, the other person only know one language.and then he will tell to call after some time to talk to some other person.how can nontelugu peaple communicate with them?? aircel service is very poor and bad!

    Internet services are very poor. Aircel is making fool of customers in the name of internet services.
    I purchased Aircel Sim on 19th aug 2009 and also recharged with 98 for pocket interne service. They said for sending some sms on 121, i did the same but they did not send any gprs settings. So after lots of complaints i got it manually from customer care. Now main problem is that when gprs gets connected automatically after 30-40 seconds it disconnects. I have complained for it several times but my problem is not solved till now.
    Hey I think u should simply drop by at one of Aircel stores and let them know of the situation. Or try the number specific to your zone http://www.aircel.com/FooterLinks/customer_care.asp . Hope it helps...

    Well… this is strange as I got my GPRS settings as soon as I got my pocket internet. I think the best option for you is to get in touch with the nodal officer in your area and get your complaint forwarded through him… keep the previous complain nos. i[censored] have it, that wud help u for reference.     Can I download Tamil music from air cell pocket inter nat
    very slow and jammed net connection and i am suffering since last 4 months, i have called customer care but they didn't respond properly even after taking complaints from me twice.
    I am using Pocket Internet Service since last 5-6 months with your Rs.96/- Easy Recharge Voucher. But facing problem in connection and complained to customer care at 121 vide Complain No:21667362 on 18/01/10, 1-[protected] on 23/01/10 and on 27/01/10 customer care officer said my problem will be resolved by 28/01/10 but still awaited to resolve my problem and regularly i remind to customer care officer they always used to say that sorry for inconvenient, my problem will be resolved as early as possible.

    Problem facing on Mobile:
    When i try to open the brower through mobile suddenly "E" disappeared from the screen and after a while message displayed "Network not available" or "Data server not available" and after this message somtimes the "E" symbol is flashed on screen but more takes time to appear again.

    Problem facing on Computer:
    when i try to connect through Motorola Phone Tools again on mobile screen "E" disappeared and after sometime the following error message flashed on monitor:
    "A connection to the remote computer could not be established. You might need to change the network settings for this connection. For further assistance, click More Info or search Help and Support Center for this error number"

    I believe you have tried to get in touch with the Customer care for this, I would suggest you to visit the nearest Aircel store and get the adequate help.
    My Aircel mobile no. is [protected], from Tezu, Dist- Lohit, Arunachal Pradesh. I m regular user of pocket internet through AIRCEL for last 6 months, last time recharged PI 98 on 29.6.2010. From 12.07.2010 my pocket internet was not working. Initialy i talk with customer care of aircel, they told that may be due to network problem it is not working, it will work after some time. Lastly on 17.7.10 my complaint was registered. After that total 5 complaints registered by me. Later on it came to notice that at my place another Aircel pocket internet customer using, but on my no., it was not working. Lot of times i talked with customer care and supervisor of aircel, but all time they are telling that a new complaint has been registered. After repeatdly request by me to customer care that at my place another aircel pocket internet customer using, but everytime they are telling that, only due to network problem, my no. is not working and they give time 48/72 hrs. I can call/sms, outgoing/ incoming, exept pocket internet.
    Complaint nos are;- 1-[protected], dated 17.7.2010.
    1-[protected], dated 21.7.2010.
    1-[protected], dated 24.7.2010.
    1-[protected], dated 27.7.2010
    1-[protected], dated 30.7.2010.

    This is strange, I must say. Aircel GPRS has a good service in the North East. Try to visit one of their stores for a better resolution.
    I think AIRCEL HAVE THE POOREST INTERNET SERVICE.
    I have been facing slow internet connection for the past 10 days and I called the AIRCEL NODAL OFFICER, because I was banned because I called 21 times in the customer care for the past 1.2 years. It was a big surprise for me when the nodal officer told me that a customer is only allowed to call 21 times from the time he took the connection, other vise he will be banned for the next 7 days....Hooray Aircel CC....

    Sorry, I am departing from actual issue, as already said I have an issue with slow internet for 10 days[protected] till date), when I called the Nodal Officer she told me that your may resolved in the next 7 days.....I think the best customer service award should be given to AIRCEL.

    This is a strange case I must say. Would suggest you to visit the nearest Aircel outlet and clarify your issues. Good luck.
    After giving complaint to the Nodal Officer my complaint is resolved...I am perfectly fine now, hope that they will be like this whole time...
    sir I am use aircel pocket internet with my pc. But searching & downloading speed is very slow about 2-4 kbps. but aircel says they give minimum 32 kbps speed.sir suffer so much probelem pls help me.my aircelno.is [protected] & email.id is [protected]@gmail.com.
    They are quite right about the speed. The Pocket internet gives speed about 40-60 kbps speed. Try refreshing the settings to improve your speed or else contact the customer care for help.

        My name is Shriharsha A. I purchased aircel prepaid Sim card ( [protected]) nearly 45 days back for unlimited Internet usage.
        After two days by mistake pressed some numbers & word of the day 1 VAS service got activated.But to cancel the same there is no option & it is getting renewed automatically after 30 days.

            i get an avg. downloading speed of 10kbps i need more for my works
            hi, i have speed problem in aircel.
            i have subscribed 44 night pack which gives 1 gb 3g data for one night.i used approx 200 mb with speed of 1 to 2 mbps but suddenly after using 200 mb approx my internet speed reduces to only 40 to 50 kbps n it is giving only 7 t 10 kbps downloading speed.Please help me to this issue i have subscribed to 3g data plan 44 rs. night pack.

                  This is Ganesh babu from Chennai velachery,
                  On 23rd of june I bought a new 3G dongle from velachery aircel centre, i submitted the photo copy of my driving license and my passport sized photo, within 10 days my service has been barred and i asked customer care and they told your address proof hasn't been verified yet so resubmit the proof again, i re submitted my address proof id proof and passport sized photo in same velachery aircel centre by 3rd of july, they activated the service agin, but now i got a call from aircel while i am browsing and asked for my address details i told them the details, now they are telling that we did not get ur address details yet so submit your details again in aircel centre, it seems that they are mocking me, even it is not a mobile phone to carry and be online anytime anywhere, the verification process of aircel is frustrating, they didn't call my alternate mobile number for verification. but again and again asking to submit address proof, what is the resoluion for this? if they bar my data card again i will migrate to any other service.

                      Its not Just only about customer service.....
                      i was trying to solve it thru CS but i could not reach them always disconnecting automatically.. for both Number 121 and 198
                      i purchased sim on july 1st from day one i have been facing problems
                      1. Recharge Successful but balance deduction for unknown reason
                      if you dont belive plz check my History which you can do better
                      2.even if i have suffiecient balance to subcribe 3g pack it says you have low balance
                      3. i never subscribed for dialer tune it automatically subscribed to dialer tune sometimess it changes songs by itself
                      and not only this even Some jokes section too got activated only notification i get is SMS notification thru which i came to know all whats happening on my number
                      4. after i purcchased sim i made transaction of 77 + 85 +50
                      within two days but now again my balance is less than 3 rupees
                      Please check all the issues i mentioned and do refumd or plz do something
                      5. i forgot unlimited 3g packes from today they started autorenewal 17 8
                      i dont know what to do with two internet packs with one Useless SIM

                            Hi friends please don't purchase 3g smart card from the aircel it is fully fake thing becoz i have suffer a lot with this bloody network and useless complaint desk i have been tried for this problem last 11day but they behaved like child they having their customer service people totally technically unfit people here 1st 15 days they provides 15kbps instead of 128kbps 1st fake,next one is they reduce that bandwidth to 1kbps or 2kbps even though if you are using 3g network also please be aware of you're valuable moneys try other networks it's my humble request................

                            I had also the same problem aircel is completely fake they only provide max download up to 1gb even if it is128 in 128kbps after that they will provide unlimited but speed will be 2kbps mmax .I dOnt know why they are making their valuble customers fools .and when we call customer care they behave like a way they are ignorant about this
                            I am experiencing the same problem . After the first 15 days speed drops to 1-2kbps . Waste of money and waste of time ! " DO NOT BUY AIRCEL 3G SIM !!! "

                              I had recharged my Aircel mobile ([protected]) using aircel online recharge facility from their website on 10 July, 2012. they deducted the amount of Rs.198. from my debit card but didn't given any recharge. When I contected to costumer care they told me to send the bank statement I sent it to them. Then they promised that I will get the refund upto 17th July, but till now i didn't got the refund. Every time when I am contacting to costumer care they are making excuses like I'll get the refund in next 24hr and so on. SO I am totally harassed from the Aircel. Kindly take any further step to resolve the problem.

                                I am subscriber of aircel mobile delhi circle my no. is [protected] (earlier of vodafone) and from the last about couple of weeks the company is debiting my account in the name of game downloads though i never downloaded any game. moreover i am regular subscriber of pocket internet. on my complaint with customer care my complaint was registered and even after registration of complaint against unauthorised debiting my account. company is consistentently doing its misdeeds willfully, deliberately and intentionally just to cheat its customers like me.

                                    Hi today(Nov 14, 2011) at 11:30am onwards I tried recharging online twice and this was the first time I tried recharging. It failed both the times and I got a msg saying that the amount of 68 deducted will be refunded into my account within 7working days of bank. I think the amount is deducted now and one more thing I didn't get whats that visa verification registration. I registered for it. Hope it isn't risky. It asked for some password to be created. Actually this is the first time I went for online recharge and ended up with nothing except fear that my account is hacked or something. Totally under fear. Need to go to atm and check my account balance. Hope everything is fine. And why is it that aircel recharge card not available in manipal?? Heard that its distribution has stopped?? Why is it so? And I'm unable to send or receive msgs from AirTel number.. Why? This thing I noticed two days back! If all this thing continues then I may have to port to some other number or may need to change card. Kindly revert back with some solution.

                                      sir some time ago i read a mobile tower placement information in a logo at news paper .. there is some mob. no. for contact .. i call on that no. $ he say to deposit 4500 rs/- for apply tower placement.. i submit the 4500 rs in a hdfc bank account ( that account no. he give me in massage ) ... and they send a conformation letter for tower initialization but they cant install any tower at my field $ the cell phone of them is switch of now pls help me..

                                        I already registered 3 complaints about decreasing the internet speed.Actual matter is that i already recharged 128 net pack and aircel people assured that up to 500 Mb they wil provide speed up to 3.2 mbps there after 128 kbps,but i am not getting your 128 kbps speed now instead of that i m receiving 28 kbps ,I already complainted 3 times .they are not correcting my problem. So my reques is please take this complaint seriosly and resolve as soon as possible. I believe you will respond to this mail.
