I was using two numbers ([protected] / 960) since >1 year and 1.5 month back I had migrated these no's to Uninor due to tariff & offer feasibility. Later, since Uninor was shutdown, I had come back to AirCel network by this month start (Aug 1st).
I had provided all the documents to retailer and unfortunately within 2 weeks the no's were barred due to documents issue and I had no clue on that and when I spoke to Cus. care associates also, they said 'no problem' with the documents. After several communications, I realized that it was due to documents issue and I resubmitted the documents at retailer shop, but the no's were not activated. I again submitted the same documents at AirCel outlet as per retailer advise on 18th. But, still they were not activated. Later, finally I had given one more copy at retailer shop and once again at AirCel outlet on 25th. And, Mr. Sunil from outlet was clearly verified the complete info and documents and said no problem with the document and he will forward the copies once again to back end team, who might take 2 days to activate the no. Later, one of the no's [protected] got activated by Tuesday (21st) and the other no is still Inactive. When, I called Cus. care many times, they had given me the complaint no: 1-[protected] and assured a call back within 24 hours which I didn't receive. Later one day, I had received a call and I could not hear their voice for 5 secs, and they immediately disconnected the call. No call later.. I tried to reach any supervisor from Cus. care and the agent transfers the call every time, but the call get disconnect..
I see very poor, sad service and I feel no one would have taken this much pain, just to retain the no. It's indeed like a mental harassment..
Finally, just to make it very simple, I have all the proofs of these conversations and If the no is not getting activated within 24Hrs, I'm logging a complaint in Consumer court on this Saturday (Sep. 1st) without fail. And, I ensure that I claim all the amount (Rs. 50,000) which I lost during this time due to deactivation of my no's.
