      my name is ravi rawat. i have purchased a new aircel sim on 27/08/2012. my no is [protected].
      i have recharged with 399 rs for one month 3g pack with usage of 2gb. when i tried to use 3g the speed was so so low as 7 to 10 kbps. but i have been told that 7.2mbps speed will come.
      here i want to mention i dnt expect that much speed. i only want 400 kbps to 1 mbps speed.
      i spoke to customer care and registered a complaint regarding this. and 48 hours time had been given to me. meanwhile i put the sim in different 3g enable divices even in my 3g aircel data card also but failed to get speed. i checked it even in different locations also. after 48 hours not even single call came from the company. then i registered again complaint ant sent five mails in next three days to care.[protected]@aircel.co.in and [protected]@aircel.co.in
      and again call to 198 no. i spoke to customer care and he wasted my twenty minutes and put me on hold then ten minutes more i was on hold and suddenly cut the phone. then i again call same happened to me again. then i call third time he told me he will put me to his senior then again he cut the phone by putting me on hold. after my sevral attempts one guy registered complaint and did not give surity regarding this matter.
      i got disappointed . i dont know whar to do. my hard earn money seems to be wasted. eight days passed from my thirty days of my 3g pack. please help me

        I recharged a plan of RS. 447 of 1.2 GB 3G For 3 months but now i'm not getting 3g speed, the first month i did got 3G speed but after that i'm not getting 3G speed ...

          I have Aircel Rajasthan connection,this company deducted Rs.40/- from my account in the name of Dial N Chat without my request or prior intimation. Same thing also happened in last month means 20 Jul 2012. When I tried to talk with customer care they told that please talk after 2hrs, same wording was repeated four times by the customer care personal, even i asked to connect me to your supervisor they told,"No body is available".
          So, in the view of above, Please u just guide me what to do for recovery of my Rs.40/- and it should not be repeated in future.

                1) This is not the sole matter. But concern of many. Today 'Aircel Power Play' is activated in my mobile no. [protected] which I never even heard of and activated it on anywhere; unexpectedly received an sms about it just now. Consequently deducting Rs.10 and the sms said it will be auto renewed after 2 days and again Rs.10 will be deducted. I never give my mobile to anyone for use as well. Please deactivate this service from the mobile no. [protected].
                2) And, again please deactivate Beauty Tips from Aircel mobile number [protected]. Many requests had been given to do so for over two years in your local service provider's office at Moran, Assam. Even you had given no option to self deactivate it for us. Please do it as soon possible. Otherwise we are thinking of taking mobile no. portability service.
                Last but not the least we warn this matter and at the same time we request Aircel to deactivate such kind of foolish services. Otherwise stern actions against Aircel could be initiated.

                Aircel — Unauthorised activation of Service

                This is to bring to your notice about a fraud that Aircel customer care has committed.

                3 days back I received my bill for July and found that the bill amount was Rs. 2440 which is 3 times more than my usual bill amount and usage. When I checked with your customer care, I was informed that the 3G usage has amounted to about Rs.1677 in that.

                I clearly explained to them, that somtime back I received a call from the Customer Care / Marketing department and they asked me if I want the 3G to be activated. I rejected this offer as my usage is not so high and the GPRS I have is more than enough. The caller said it is fine and disconnected the call.

                However, your customer care took a complaint for this and gave me the complaint number 1-[protected]. They informed me that they will get back in 2 days after checking with the concerned team. Since I did not get any further information, I called them today and when I enquired about this, I was informed that I had made a request for 3G activation on 11th April. This is shocking, because I never did so. I am sure you cannot show me any proof for such a request made by me.
                I wanted to speak to the manager and was put to one Mr. Ashok. I really regret having talked to him. He had absolutely no courtesy towards me. He just kept saying hmmm, ok or so what.. So without wanting to talk any further, I asked him, if I had made a request for 3G activation, there should a request number for that and I would like to have that number.

                He gave me the request number 1-[protected]. He also informed me that I had raised the request on 11th April at 4:20pm and that I better make the payment for the usage.

                Now, I have the following questions to make.

                1. When I called 2 days back I was given the request number 1-[protected]. Immediately after I raised the request I received at least 4 SMS saying that the complaint has been registered and would be resolved in so and so date. If that is the case, I should have got an SMS, IF I had raised any request on 11th April, but I did not. You may argue that I could have deleted it, but I am sure there should be a log in Aircel's server or archive. If any such SMS has been from Aircel's server, I would like to have the records if such an SMS was sent!

                2. If, I had raised the request on 11th April, then the 3G would have been activated on April itself, or at least by May. In that case, I would have had a similar bill amount for those 2 months also, but I did not! How is that possible?

                3. This is the best. On the early morning of 10th of April I left for US and returned back only on the 8th of May! During my stay in US, I had removed the SIM card and used a US card in my phone! So there is no question of me calling someone. Of course, I did not send any mail for activation also. If there is any such mail that I had sent, you can show that as proof. I can provide you any number of proof that I was not India on 11th April!

                Now this is a very clear case of fraud, and I suggest Aircel better fix this.

                I have already raised quite a few complaints with the Appellate team for the customer handling debacle of Aircel and I have proof for that as well! I am once again raising a complaint with Aircel for both this fraud and the way Mr. Ashok spoke to me. I need this fixed.

                Same problem I'm also facing... It's one type cheating customers in the name of VAS SUBSCRIPTION even though he/she haven't subscribed.. they R fraud n cheat us... Theses operators take money for subscribing n also for cancelling...

                    Hello AirCel Team,

                    I was using two numbers ([protected] / 960) since >1 year and 1.5 month back I had migrated these no's to Uninor due to tariff & offer feasibility. Later, since Uninor was shutdown, I had come back to AirCel network by this month start (Aug 1st).

                    I had provided all the documents to retailer and unfortunately within 2 weeks the no's were barred due to documents issue and I had no clue on that and when I spoke to Cus. care associates also, they said 'no problem' with the documents. After several communications, I realized that it was due to documents issue and I resubmitted the documents at retailer shop, but the no's were not activated. I again submitted the same documents at AirCel outlet as per retailer advise on 18th. But, still they were not activated. Later, finally I had given one more copy at retailer shop and once again at AirCel outlet on 25th. And, Mr. Sunil from outlet was clearly verified the complete info and documents and said no problem with the document and he will forward the copies once again to back end team, who might take 2 days to activate the no. Later, one of the no's [protected] got activated by Tuesday (21st) and the other no is still Inactive. When, I called Cus. care many times, they had given me the complaint no: 1-[protected] and assured a call back within 24 hours which I didn't receive. Later one day, I had received a call and I could not hear their voice for 5 secs, and they immediately disconnected the call. No call later.. I tried to reach any supervisor from Cus. care and the agent transfers the call every time, but the call get disconnect..

                    I see very poor, sad service and I feel no one would have taken this much pain, just to retain the no. It's indeed like a mental harassment..

                    Finally, just to make it very simple, I have all the proofs of these conversations and If the no is not getting activated within 24Hrs, I'm logging a complaint in Consumer court on this Saturday (Sep. 1st) without fail. And, I ensure that I claim all the amount (Rs. 50,000) which I lost during this time due to deactivation of my no's.

                      I have tried online prepaid recharge(top-up) for my mobile with my HSBC Credit Card on 18th July. First time I tried for Rs 1000 and the Aircel website didn't show any message after the payment was processed and debited from my credit card. So I tried to recharge second time and again the same the Aircel website didn't show any message after the payment was processed and debited from my credit card.

                      I made so many phone calls and follow-ups with Customer Service 198, [protected]@aircel.co.in and nodal appellate.[protected]@aircel.co.in>.
                      It is now more than 43 days and there is no resolution from Aircel. Find the details below.


                      1st Follow-up on 18th July 2012 with [protected]@aircel.co.in got this Service request number: 1-[protected] and the resolution promised within 48 Hrs by Customer Support Person named Shalini
                      2nd Follow-up on 26th July 2012 with [protected]@aircel.co.in got this Service request number: 1-[protected] and the resolution promised within 7 working hours by Customer Support Person named Shalini
                      3rd Follow-up on 31th July 2012 with [protected]@aircel.co.in got this Service request number: 1-[protected] and the resolution promised on or before 03.08.2012 by Customer Support Person named Shalini
                      4th Follow-up on 6th Aug 2012 with [protected]@aircel.co.in got this Service request number: 1-[protected] and the issue raised with respective finance/concerend department by Customer Support Person named Shree
                      5th Follow-up on 8th Aug 2012 with [protected]@aircel.co.in got this Service request number: 1-[protected] and the got reply "awaiting feedback from finance department" by Customer Support Person named Shree
                      6th Follow-up on 10th Aug 2012 with [protected]@aircel.co.in got this Service request number: 1-[protected] and the got reply "the concern has been highlighted to respective department and awaiting for the feedback & the amount will be credited on or before 18/08/2012" by Customer Support Person named Shree
                      7th Follow-up on 17th Aug 2012 with 198 Customer Care got this Service request number: 1-[protected] and the got reply "the issue will be resolved in 10 working days"
                      8th Follow-up on 17th Aug 2012 with Nodal-Appellate Office and E.Johnson (you) replied "We have registered your concern under the Nodal Cell bearing Docket Number- 1-[protected]"
                      9th Follow-up on 23th Aug 2012 with Nodal-Appellate Office and E.Johnson (you) you replied "With reference to the appended mail, we wish to confirm that we have registered your concern under the Nodal Cell bearing Docket #: 1-[protected]."

                      Today it's almost 43 days since the issue is brought to Aircel notice. So far the refund has not been processed from Aircel.

                      Failed online mobile transaction — Failed transaction

                      I tried to recharge my Tata Docomo - [protected] with an amount of Rs.150 on 18/06/2011. The transaction failed but the amount was deducted from my account. The transaction number is[protected]. I want to know whether the amount will be recharged to my mobile later or will it be credited to my account.

                        they had deducting my Rs 10 every month when ever i recharge they deduct it, when i called to cust care they told i browsed and downloded the event WTF ??, am using handset which does't support GPRS so how could i download. this service is totally money making spammers I REQUEST TRAI to bann this service as early as possible.

                            I am Nirmalya Malkhandi bearing an aircel number [protected]. 2 days back i recharged with Rs.98(unltd net pack for 30 days) then used internet, Rs.96.50 was deducted, calling customer care executives they told me to wait for some time and later said that i had recharged net pack after i browsed internet,later that day i reopened my account and found the balance getting deducted even then. Today at afternoon while i was browsing after recharging Rs.19(3 days unltd internet plan)using my aircel sim card on phone, connection snapped saying SIM card registration failed. i called up the customer care and requested to lodge a complaint against the problem. But they denied to file a complaint against it on the pretext of the sim having technical problem and asked me to replace it with a new one. I had tried a lot to solve my problem but the cce are turning deaf ears to my issue. Please look into the matter.

                            We are mailing from last 13Nov to discontinue the phone numbers but there is no action from your side. First Time when I called your sales representative that we want to discontinue the phone numbers he said mam please send the mail at [protected]@airtel.in we have sended the mail many times but there is no action done. Now your company bill is on my table they have charged all the things and also the late fee I want to ask you one thing when you receive the bill on 01/12/08 and the last date bill is 15/12/08 how the late fee occurs. Now from 3 dec we are mailing at [protected]@airtelindia.com very time there is only one reply that your phone numbers are wrong if I supposed that the phone numbers are wrong then why are in working. There is no cty in the staff that they can check the phone numbers with the account number which was mentioned. I dont know why your company is to much salaries the representatives when they are
                            not supposed to do proper work in a proper manner. Now I want to resolve the problem as soon as possible or I should go to court with proofs of sending mails to the concern department.

                            My name is Nirmalya Malkhandi, bearing an aircel number [protected]. My number has been disconnected and displaying SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED since afternoon of 28th August 2012. I had contacted customer care where they told me that due to some technical issue the failure has taken place and they are advising me to replace the sim card with a new one. They are not even ready to take down my complaint. Not only this, I had recharged Rs.98 net pack 2 days back and then surfed internet. I had Rs.96.57 as my main balance which immediately got exhausted. Calling up cce they asked me to wait for their system update and later they are saying that i had used internet before recharging my net pack. Later that night when i again used internet, i got my balance deducted. Customer care executives are not allowing me to lodge complaints, nor they are settling my problem. Sir, please look into the matter.

                              i recently bought a blackberry phone and i wanted bb services to b activated on my number. so i sent a msg BBSOCIO to 121 on 26th august 2012 as mentioned to me by 2 executives from cust. care and its also mentioned on the site. my balance was deducted at the same time with a msg SUCCESS 299 30 PR
                              but the services are till not active.
                              i tried contacting cust. care 10 times but in vain. nobody provided me the correct solution and even did not told me as to why this happened all they say is we can see the service is active and contact 1255 for the settings which is an incorrect number.

                              i also tried speaking to their manager but each time they disconnected the call after making me wait for 10mins

                              i really dont want to continue with sircel and i just want my money back because i have not used the service for single minute.
                              pls tell me what to do

                                i'm facing the same problem in shimoga. i'm trying to do 3g pi recharges of 128 or 17 etc but everytime the recharge is unsuccessful. the cc call centre people say 3g is not activated on my mobile even though. i was calling them on 3g network (what a shame) seriously i'm very frustrated with aircel and would advise anyone not to choose aircel

                                I DID TWO RECHARGES 0F Rs155 & Rs 60 on 02 nd april 2015. But the recharge was not done. I did not recieve any sms. When I called to the customer care they simply refused that such recharge was ever done. The lady I spoke to was very rude and the disconnected the phone. My mobile no is [protected].

                                        On 14/08/12 I had send a SMS for activating DND, on 21st it was activated..

                                        After activating DND till date I'm getting SMS.....When I call to customer care they told me "Pahle agar 20 ya 30 sms or phone aata tha, to ab 4-5 sms to aayega hi"..

                                        I'm confused that whts the meaning of DND its Do Not Disturb or Will disturb you some time......

                                        Aircel — receiving sms after activating dnd

                                        Already activated dnd and i should not recieve any promotional sms or calls from aircel from 25th of september, but stil contineously getting promotional sms and cals. Pls do the needful, so that i can stop getting promotional sms and calls from aircel.
                                        Till date I'm getting SMS and now some others issue like automatic activation of their pack and reduce my amount from A/C.
