unwanted charges

I have been charged 10 rupees every 2 days for powerplay which i have not subscribed on my mobile.
I lost 100's of rupees b'coz of this.I request deactivate this service as soon as possible.and i want my money back!!

Aircel — Deactivation of power play service

We have not activated power play service on mo. no. [protected] on date 24.06.2013 and my balance is deducted 24.06.2013 Rs. 10.00 and 26.06.2013 Rs.10.00. Without my permission service activated and balance deducted, kindly deactivate service and return my deductive balance.

    I am using your network from last one year.
    From yesterday I am receiving calls from aircel representative from number [protected].
    She is asking me some Mr Deepak had not made payment and you tell me where he is.
    Even she said she had tracked my number and hence she is calling me for recovery.
    How my number can be tracked its unethical practice by company and infringement of personal liberty
    The language used is believe me cheap and I am not able to write.

    Even when I called 121 they had refused to log my complaint rather taken request by number 1/[protected].

    After long persuation he had taken my complaint by number [protected].

    You are requested to intervene and take strict action as I am totally insecure customer with AIRCEL

    I shall be reporting the same to Police only after getting reply from your goodself about the tracking of my phone number.

        In these Connection Amount dedcucted Two Times from my Hdfc bank Credit Card [protected] & Aircel recharge is fail Rs-150+150 also no transaction number is genrate at the time .


        Again I try to recharge on 09th july 2012 OF AMT Rs 150+108 but same problem rechage is fail and amt dedcuted two times[protected]


        Please look in to this matter & reverse the amount Rs 150 +150+150+108 = Rs 558 on urgent basis .

            this no. is coverted (MNP) from VODAFONE network.. the MCA(missed call alert) service is provide by aircel at the time of MNP at free of cost for 1 mnth. now after the 1 month this service is auto renewied by the AIRCEL. while i dnt want this service. and deduct the money from my account of rs. 15

            now they refused that my money back....

Now, I don't want it ,so i want to unsubscribe.but on sms unsubscribing code ,it says that it is invalid .I write the same and in same manner as written .i have tried many times but again this only comes back as response.                 I started using an Aircel prepaid number for since long time, Service is good. But i am getting almost 10 unwanted calls (aircel advertisement calls) and messages. So to avoid this i spoke to the customer care they suggested to send SMS "START DND" to 1909, and they told this will be solved after 45 days. This is crazy how come activation takes 30 min, but deactivation takes 45 days? it might be small database change. These calls are too disturbing while in working hours and leisure time also.

                i would like to inform the authoritues that i am receiving the calls from aircell continously even though i have regestered to DND with registration no. as S[protected]. the calls are being made at 4 -5 times per day, some times even in the early morning. i had contacted the customer care they told me that calls from their end will be blocked with 48 hours of regestration while from others it will take 45 days. thoegh i am not getting calls from other tele marketrs, but aircell itself is disturbing a lot. messages are also continously comming

                Dude you can call up the customer care ask them the reason for barring your outgoing calls. One reason may be the balance, check it once.                 Sir,

                My mobile number has been given to so many advertising agency without my permission. Thereby, when i was driving car or involved in important work or discussion, often i get ring or sms. I am unable to attend or simply ignore, neglect, because sometimes it may be important also.

                Mobile phones are possessed to get immediate contacts. whereas, these are being misused by the service provider. If this is not stopped, i may have to approach leagal help.
                Friend there is a very simple solution to it, call the customer care and ask them to activate your DND service. This will block all such advertisement messages and calls and thus you can carry on with your important business calls . Good Luck.

                To Deactivate the melody time pack, we need to dial 520001 and press * key, wait for some time, and press 9 key, and press 1 key to deactive. (Note: There is no IVR Menu voice to start the menu instead it will start to play the song. So Don't wait for the IVR Menu voice to start, Immediately press * and press 9 key and 1 key to deactive).

                I do not understand the need to auto-activating this promotional and other unwanted call cum message services when we have subscribed to a phone connection. Subscription is made only for personal use and not for receiving messages and calls which IRRITATES Aircel mobile users.                     Now im using aircel 3g unlimited 3g pack in hyd.they told that speed upto 128kbps.but even 40 kbps also not coming from 2days onwards.i have given complaint also,but no response and telling that speed wil come like that only.pls dont use aircel especially in andhrapradesh.worst network.service not good..lot of time waste while browsing..any doubt pls mail vkumar.[protected]@gmail.com

                    My mobile number is [protected].I am in 3g smart 200 plan.Circle is chennai.Recently i changed network from idea to aircel.while changing network they told that speed of128kbps after high speed data.but even 40 kbps also not coming from one week onwards.i have given complaint also, but no response and telling that they will solve in 48 hours but not solving.coverage also not good in my area sholinganall.service not good..lot of time waste while browsing.

                        Dear Sir,I am very dissapointed with the aircel service.My aircel number is [protected] and now i am facing problems which was created by you.1st point is that Aircel cheated with customer by activate vas service automatic without permision of customer.When i notice on my aircel number a daily 0.50p has duducted without my sence.when i call customer care they told me that you have activated cricket pack by yourself. but when i said that i did not activated any such service,they did not listen a single word and told me that its your fault and service was activated from your end. i really harased with such a wrost and pathetic service by aircel,when i asked to deactivate that service,they told me that i have received your deactivation request and your request will be processed within 4 hrs from now. after few hrs i have received a sms from aircel lik that "Dear customer,your service request number 1-[protected] has been successfully processed on 08/07/2012.But when i noticed after 1-2 days my balance has reduced 0.50p/day as previous and problem is still exist.when i call to custmer care and explained all the issue regarding this problem,they again told me that your cricket pack is still active and now we can't deactivate this pack due to server down and told me to call back after sometimes. After that i had call you more than 2-3 times and each time your excutive avoid my problem and gave excuses that server down.therefor i requet you to deactivate such vas pack and refund my whole duducted amount othewise i will switch to another operatopr.

                          Complaint reference number- [protected]

                          I have registered complaint to Aircel on 5th July for network related issue.
                          Issue is that i'm not getting network in my home, i.e. the number of bars on the network is zero at home.
                          After my complaint i have called many times for the status of my complaint but every time the Aircel executive say to wait 2-3 days and nothing happens after 2-3 days. In my last call i.e. today they disconnected my call in between talk.

                          Kindly help me for this issue to get solved immediately and take strick action against the executives.

                          Aircel — network related

                          Scramdled voice. Network bars get flashed .And the call drops.
                          Hi I m havin a problem i use to send a msg at once to my dear bt the person to whom i send the msg last day its reachin again & again & again she reced that msg 9 times now bt i send just one time.
                          So give me a solution for that

                            Firstly, I appreciate your quick response.

                            I was informed by an executive from Aircel that things are clear from their side and the problem is with Citi bank server. I contacted the citi bank executive and they are giving the same reason that the transaction was cleared from their side and the problem is with the mobile service provider. Help me out, please!

                              I just recharged my Aircel with a RC67 which promised to give me 250MB free 3G. However I did not even get 20MB and the 3G is already over.
                              I have installed data monitors and it shows only 20MB . How can I just browsing websites loose 250MB in a day???

                              No photo viewing, no streaming audio or video .. just visitng blog sites and i loose 250MB..

                                Myself Vinod staying at hebbal Bangalore i recharged Aircel Datacard for Rs.997/- on 14/06/12 i should get 7.2 mbps 10GB unlimited browsing but there is no network only in my area i wrote mail to customer care but still they are not able to solve the issue. Now only 4 days left so waste of Rs.997/- bad service Aircel not able to solve simple issue for such a long time.

                                  I just bought a Aircel 3g data-card model e1750c in chennai with mobile no: [protected]. My residence is at checkpost, velachery. The signal is zero inside my home which is just 5 metres away from the outdoor environment. As even the data-card is locked, the instrument is useless for me. In this 1 month i didnt get at least single point of 3g tower and hate the network. Only the marketing team of aircel works good. but not the service.

                                    I have tried to do 197rs 3G data card recharge for [protected] on 8th july 2012 from aircel online site 3 times.....but it is not successful three times but my money is deducted from citibank all three times.After deducting from money bank account aircel merchant site is not at all displaying any information.I have totally lost 591 rupees.How can these type of online services are providing companies with out any assurance. Please kindly help me to get back my money.
