Hi I'm using Aircel Pre-Paid service for the last 5 year. I can't able to call the toll fre number 000 117. I called to Aircel Customer care service they replied it's not our problem and adviced me to check my side. It's working fine in Aitel,Vodafone Prepaid Services. For this reason i can't able to join in my office team meetings....

Terrible Network Coverage in KP7, KIIT

Address:Khordha, Odisha

Network coverage is very bad in King's Palace 7, KIIT. Signal is very often lost upon a little movement. I haven't found this problem anywhere else in Bhubaneswar to my pleasure. I request you to please look into it and improve the coverage or else i will need to change my network.

deduction of 35 Rs.

Sir,i have received a call from the aircel customer care on 08/09/ 2012 and a customer care officer said to me that your no. is chosen as a special no. so company give to you a special benefit on STD call and a STD voucher is activated within 24 to 48 hour on your no. which is totally FREE. He AGAIN said that NO any charges for this voucher/service. But sir YESTERDAY ( 11/09/2012 ), my balance is deducted (35 Rs) and the std voucher is activated....

DEDUCTION OF MONEY

Sim card activation

i had purchased aircel pre-paid sim{[protected]} on[protected] till now it is not activated from Krushna Agencies Baramati I had submitted my address proff , when i call at customer service center regarding my problem they say they does't get my address proff thats why my no. is not activated. when contact the dealer he said he submitt my i.d....

False Offer of Rs.61

I got a message from Aircel saying offer of Rs. 61/ which said that "A-A 1p/3sec, A-0 1p/2sec, 100mb data, SMS- 1st SMS charged then 50SMS Free/Day". I recharged the 61 offer on
31st august 2012 at night. Last 1 weak I got that offer with whatever were in that message. BUT today I am unfortunate that I do not getting the offer more. It was said that offer will be valid for 6 months. In 6 days It looks like offer is dead....

my name is ravi rawat. i have purchased a new aircel sim on 27/08/2012. my no is [protected].
i have recharged with 399 rs for one month 3g pack with usage of 2gb. when i tried to use 3g the speed was so so low as 7 to 10 kbps. but i have been told that 7.2mbps speed will come.
here i want to mention i dnt expect that much speed. i only want 400 kbps to 1 mbps speed.
i spoke to customer care and registered a complaint...

I have Aircel Rajasthan connection,this company deducted Rs.40/- from my account in the name of Dial N Chat without my request or prior intimation. Same thing also happened in last month means 20 Jul 2012. When I tried to talk with customer care they told that please talk after 2hrs, same wording was repeated four times by the customer care personal, even i asked to connect me to your supervisor they told,"No body is available"....
