My data card is giving too low speed(180kbps-500kbps) with Aircel 3g. I recharged for 697rs(5gb,7.2mbps) and you people promised up to 7mbps, but im not even getting upto 1mbps(Checked in speedtest.net).The same data card Im using Vodafone 3G,its giving constantly speed above 5mbps and good ping. Even Aircel having speed ,its pinging is too low, I cant watch youtube.I'm now regretting why i take Aircel.Please help.

Note: I called Aircel customer care several times, they told to close all the application,uninstall data card software. Nothing worked out,the speed is pathetic.

    I am Suresh Chauhan, at & p.o - Patiala, Punjab(local), cell no.- [protected] , At the time I am Aircel 3 prepaid sims at Patiala,Punjab (local). From last 10 or 12 dayes I am suffering from poor pocket internet service . I am a reguler user of that particular service from last 1.5 year but I never face that type of problem but now I am just wasting my money. I am using Mobile for connect through mobile to my laptop . I have already called so many times to aircel customer care but they dont want to take any complain regarding that matter thats why I am sending this to you. Exactly that connection are properly working at the next tower .

    So plz do some needful action to solve the above problem as early as possible.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I have really enjoying Aircel service especially 3G internet. Thanks for the reliable service.

      Recently I have made 2 recharge (258 topup 2 nos, Total amount worth Rs 516) for my Aircel number [protected] from my smartphone online in Aircel Website. In both the recharge money was deducted but the balance was not credited to my number. Since I did the recharge from my mobile I could not have the transaction ID with me but I have the transaction details with date from my SBI net banking account.
      They are :

      18-Jun-13 (18-Jun[protected] POS PRCH POS[protected] Billdesk.com SBIPG[protected].00
      10-Jun-13 (10-Jun[protected] POS PRCH POS[protected] Billdesk.com SBIPG[protected].00

      Hence I would be grateful if Aircel can either credit the balance to my number or refund me back to my account.

      I have recharged my aircel no[protected] online on 12th july, 2013 twice. The first recharge was done by billdesk payment gateway through my SBI debit card with the following details

      the recharge was unsuccessful. So I tried another one by SBI net banking of same amount again through AIRCEL billdesk payment . The details of the transaction is following as provided by my bank

      when I saw the recharge status the payment status is shown as pending although the amount has been deducted from my SBI AC twice . on 16.07.2013 one RS 198 has been refunded to my Account but another was not refunded to my Account.

      I talked to customer care executive of AIRCEL, but no help. can any body help in this regard.

      Hi, I had a failed Transaction of Rs.100 today(26th Dec), while recharging Aircel Mobile online.Could you please do the necessary to let me get the amount back to my Account credited.On 26th Oct already there was a problem in the Website and after entering the Bank credentials it redirected to me to a blank page(Hence I didn't get to know the Tran No also). Immediately after that I had one more recharge of Rs.100 again which was successfull lucky but the Rs.100 deducted in the previous unsuccessful recharge never came back to my Account.

      I have done an online recharge through the aircel portal, which shows that you will get a talktime of Rs. 100 on a recharge of Rs. 100 . But when I did the same, i did'nt get the talktime of Rs. 100 . I got less talk time. When I contacted the customer care they said they have not updated the site.

      If its so, i don't want to get the recharge done. Get my money refunded back to my account.
      I made online recharge to my mobile number [protected] on 27/4/2015 for Rs 109. I got a message that online recharge is successful and the transaction ID was also displayed but the amount is not yet credited to my account. Please rectify the problem as soon as possible. I need balance in my account for an emergency purpose

        I am using AIRCEL prepaid number [protected].company deduct my amount more three time, , once around 120rs.second time 113 amount and third time 50rs without my conformation & when i call on
        Customer care office they not try to help me.this is really a poor and cheep services provider company, who cheat to own client.i am going to port this number to any other services provider company after remains balance will end.

            Not allowing to call toll free number 000 117

            Hi I'm using Aircel Pre-Paid service for the last 5 year. I can't able to call the toll fre number 000 117. I called to Aircel Customer care service they replied it's not our problem and adviced me to check my side. It's working fine in Aitel,Vodafone Prepaid Services. For this reason i can't able to join in my office team meetings....

              And her name is Mamta . When i told that mrs. Pls check my account and i complained balance deduction .then mrs. Reply that you have download animation service then i shocked , and asked that mrs. How deducted balance .then she replied mr.you have download animation service.and deducted balance 50 rs .cmd after that she told me any other extra knowledge then disconnect the call and call then resolve your problem. But i had not satisfied her and this company aircel .my aircel number is [protected].so pls check my account and resolve my problem.
              Pls heartly request that you listen recording call around 2:45 to 3:15 till . Any reason disconnect my call . First time this company is rabbish and fraud without solution .all agents is enjoying with aircel company.

                Network coverage is very bad in King's Palace 7, KIIT. Signal is very often lost upon a little movement. I haven't found this problem anywhere else in Bhubaneswar to my pleasure. I request you to please look into it and improve the coverage or else i will need to change my network.

                  Hi Guys,

                  This had been happened to me as well. I have tried calling aircel customer service many times, since my balance has been deducted thrice last month. Each time you have deducted Rs.30. The worst part is I haven't activated anything from my number and your executives neglect that. Kindly look into the details since I have been using Aircel for a long time and I value the service. Just resolve this balance deduction issues.

                  And once the complaint is registered my number is being barred to call the customer service. That is very rude from your end. please resolve that too.

                    Recharged on 09/09/2012 with Rs 128/-, offer 500mb 3g data.Transaction KOR[protected]. But the speed I got is 35 kbps. Complained same day at 15:15 hr, executive name was Suman, but he was giving some irrational reasonings and disconnected without registering complaint. Then at 15:25 spoke to Prasanta and he took the complaint and given me the no. of nodle officer. [protected]. Registered a complaint with Malavika on 10/09/2012, complaint no. [protected]. She told me that it will be solved within 72 hours. Today I called 198 to check the status. Jhuma told me it will
                    resolved before 12:00 noon. When it was not done I called 198 but they are telling they cannot do anything.

                      EVEN WHEN INTERNET BALANCE IS AVAILABLE, MAIN USUAL USAGE BALANCE SUDDENLY GETS ADJUSTED. THIS CAUSES A LOT OF

                      EMBARASSMENT AND INCONVENIENCE. LOOTING THE CONSUMERS APPEARS TO BE THE POLICY FOR EVERY CELLULAR COMPANY

                      INCLUDING THE BSNL SERVICE. LESS SERVICE THEY GIVE AND MORE CHARGES THEY COLLECT IN NEW WAYS.

                      IS THERE ANY AGENCY TO CHECK THESE COMPANIES ?

                      i recharge my bal on 08 October 2012 and i used 20 max. even thy give extra 5 rs on my 20 rs recharge that massage i received after recharge . after 10 minuite i find my bal has all deduct ie around 0.. i talk to customer service to 4 different person they replied me 4 different answer. wht shall i do plz anybody would help me my email is kumar.[protected]@gmail.com and my no. is [protected].there is any possibility to complaint in court in such case

                        Aircel is cutting money in unauthorised manner.Aircel has cut Rs 30 from mobile [protected] as Monsoon Special when no renewal is made. This is looting on the part of AIRCEL.

                          Sir,i have received a call from the aircel customer care on 08/09/ 2012 and a customer care officer said to me that your no. is chosen as a special no. so company give to you a special benefit on STD call and a STD voucher is activated within 24 to 48 hour on your no. which is totally FREE. He AGAIN said that NO any charges for this voucher/service. But sir YESTERDAY ( 11/09/2012 ), my balance is deducted (35 Rs) and the std voucher is activated. So I call to customer care at 1.00 pm. (11/09/2012) about this deduction ,a customer care officer Mr. Sinendra said to me that your complain is registered and your balanced is returned within 6 hour but sir my balance is not RETURNED in my mobile account therefore I again call to customer care but no one officer received my call.I again call to customer care, 15 to 20 time but no one can receive my call. This is a kind of fraud the customer care officers are cheat , i not accept this kind of fraud from Aircel.
                          I HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED FORM THIS COMPANY AND THEIR EMPLOYEES.THEREFORE I REQUESTED TO YOU TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM.

                            FROM LAST THREE MONTHS, THEY ARE CHARGING MONEY FOR MISS CALL ALERT SERVICES WHICH I NEVER ACTIVATED. MANY TIMES I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY NEVER ANSWER MY CALL. STOP THE SERVICE IMMEDIATE.

                            Aircel — Deduction of money without my concern

                            Dear Sir,
                            yesterday evening at 6 aircel activated a callertune service without my concern and deducted 30rs from my account.then again at might night before sleeping i checked my balance it was 29rs and in the morning when i woke up my balance was 00.00rs.i called up the customer care of aircel and they told me that sir you have opted for some song listening service so we have deducted for the same.Sir my concern is i havent opted any of the two services but they have activated automatically from there end and deducted my money.how could they activate any service without the concern of the customer and deduct money.I please request you to take this case as very seriously.

                            These are automated services and cannot be activated without the customers’ will. It might have occurred unknowingly, just ask the Customer care to deactivate the same. If you haven’t activated the DND service, you should go for it, which will stop all unwanted messages and calls to your number.

                            On 20.08.11 without my permission there was a deduction of Rs. 49 from my main account. I have launched a complain (No.- SR 1-[protected]). On 22.08.11 there was a reply SMS from Aircel company stated that the problem is solved but till now my problem is unsolved that means there is no refund of my money and after my several calling they are not attending my call.

                            today i activated my sms card for rs9 and despite of that aircel activates my HASY KAVITA subscription of rs30 .. i dunno what aircel upto i aint made any declaration neither typed any code for its activation just unnecessarily they deduct 30 ...

                            when i tried to contact to there customer care on 121 for what aircel charges 50 paise for 3min.. one executive attended me and after listening my complaint said- technical problem on our side we cant process u right now call after 1 hr.. again i made call - same words were repeated..

                            if aircel want donation they should ask directly . they deducting for talking to their executive for nothing.


                            please look out for problem. immediate attention required..

                            i did not started any service but company is deducting my balance 10Rs within 2 days

                            Sr I m a aircel customer, using aircel number [protected]. On date 21aug13 my ballance of 529/-( rupees) has been deducted, as I contact with aircel helpline they told that the money was deducted for a valid reason, so it can't be refundable. Also they have put my call in blocklist so now I m nt able to contact them. Sr what the reason they have given is a silly type. Sr here I find no other way to get compensate against this loss. So I m contacting you . Sr pls take a action against this issue so that I could cover with my loss. Thnkyou

                            I' m using internet in mobile .
                            In that application /web in bottom Advertising will
                            come and if we touch the screen advertising pop up the
                            money is deducted from main balance and it will
                            never ask for confirmation.
                            In my case advertising appears and i didn ' t
                            touch the ad and then too money is deducted from
                            main balance and it will never ask for
                            confirmation.
                            My money is deducted from main balance when ever advertising is appearing( and i didn ' t clicked or
                            touched also )
                            Why the advertising is not asking confirmation?
                            This is a serious offence from all mobile service
                            provider and advertising company.
                            Now in Aircel it is continuously happening .
                            On 30th sept 2014 and on 3rd oct den on 9th oct and den on 11thoct .I visited some website and i
                            didn' t clicked any ads and my amount was
                            deducted without my confirmation/consent. on the same day i
                            visited some website but the website went down
                            and aircel will redirect website there vas website
                            deducted my balance ( Total 170 Rs was
                            deducted from my balance ) .
                            I have tried to contact customer care, but they
                            are not responding my calls properly and
                            neglecting
                            I demand the Mobile service provider why are
                            you not giving confirmation option for customer
                            while activating the advertising ?

                            after every 3 or 4 days I am loosing my balance by Rs.5.After complaining to customer care they are saying no service is activated, sometimes says server is down and after showing anger they says that one service was activated this will be deactivated soon.Again they are deducting Rs.5 after 3 days .No one is taking seriously .

                              Please stop subscribing that download songs or something that cost around 5rupee or something. Sometimes its too much it always cut from my main balance plus I didn't even subscribe this is too much if you want money try another way don't do this to the customer. Thank you

                                i had purchased aircel pre-paid sim{[protected]} on[protected] till now it is not activated from Krushna Agencies Baramati I had submitted my address proff , when i call at customer service center regarding my problem they say they does't get my address proff thats why my no. is not activated. when contact the dealer he said he submitt my i.d.
                                I bought aircel sim card on 28/03/13
                                but it not activate till now

                                please activate it immediately

                                    ON 1/09/2012 I had asked my friend to recharge my aircel SIM of Rs100 ONLINE. Amount of money was deducted from his account that is rupees 100 but no recharge was there on my cellphone with aircel mobile service provider . this thing had happened to me twice in the past and i have lost rupees 300 in the past. i kindly request to look after my complaint and please get my 100 rupees only to my aircel sim.

                                    With this complaint i'm giving you the transcation ID of my recharge from SBI DEBIT CARD i.e;[protected]

                                      I got a message from Aircel saying offer of Rs. 61/ which said that "A-A 1p/3sec, A-0 1p/2sec, 100mb data, SMS- 1st SMS charged then 50SMS Free/Day". I recharged the 61 offer on
                                      31st august 2012 at night. Last 1 weak I got that offer with whatever were in that message. BUT today I am unfortunate that I do not getting the offer more. It was said that offer will be valid for 6 months. In 6 days It looks like offer is dead. Is that so?

                                      I called to so-called Customer Service Executives many times but they are trying to lead me in a wrong way completely. Is this proper customer service. They are even saying different. One says that the SMS offer is not per day, it is total 50SMS for 6months. Some one says no this offer is not for You, this is for New Customer. Are they mad or drunk? Why do they lead a customer in a wrong way if they are still is unknown. I talked with Mr Vinay, Miss Gupta. They said me that The offer is for New Customer, as I am old customer the offer is not for me, But aircel gave me the offer for few days, today onwards the call rate cutter will be still with me but sms offer will not be there.

                                      Now reply me what to do?

                                      Now tell me why Aircel sent me such offer SMS? I have to suffer for your unkind customer Service.

                                      Please help me by replying How could I get my offer or return my Rupees.

                                      I want immediate actions else I have to complaint against AIRCEL at Consumer Forum.
