    Aircel has the worst customer service that I have ever came across. You cannot speak to any customer service representative through a phone call. Try dialing to 121 or 198 from your Aircel number, you cannot reach anyone. When you visit the nearest aircel office, all they could do is just register a complaint and no action would be taken.

    I raised a request for migrating to post paid from pre paid. Its been 3 weeks nothing has happened. Their representative did not come for address verification, but, closed the request stating that address is invalid. I am staying in the same address for past three years and Aircel has same address as my communication address.

      We had received information from Times of India News Paper for company looking out property for Tower installations for Vodafone and MTS company. We contacted the outsourcing company (Worldphone Wing) on how to move forward, where we were informed that as a process we need to deposit Rs.5400/- as an advance to HIMANSHU AGARWAL ( A/c No[protected] CITY.FRIDABAD on[protected] in ICICI Bank post which call them back and create a file. Again they informed us to deposit Rs 32000/- on for tax in the HIMANSHU AGARWAL account NO. ([protected]) AXIS BANK AND BRANCH MBD. On creation of agreement, they would initiate survey in next 2-3 days post which they would refund the money if not successful.

      Based on the above information we deposited money in ICICI Bank account no.[protected] of, HIMANSHU AGARWAL, but after she tolled me Mrs.Jasmit arora by mobile phone and his cont. no. is [protected] & his ast from pune custm care no.Nidhi mehra . [protected] , she tolled me reg. in his web site WWW. WORLDPHONE.NET.IN , But I have dout in this comp. this is Cheating with me... then after I m donot transfer money in rs. 32000, but my money rs. 5400, allready given asper comp. policy thise she tolled me for reg. charge..his comp. add.is this. AIRCEL MOBILE INDIA LTD.         Aircel — Problems with Balance

        Every time I recharge my specific instruction to the person who recharges my phone is please recharge to the main balance. But it always gets credited to my special balance. In that case I cant send sms which is very important as I keep sending international sms frequently. And its quite essential that I have a main balance. I utterly dont understand the use of a special balance and see no need of it. It is quite annoying to recharge and every time u end up having a special balance which makes no sense. This too being very cautious and specifically telling the vendor.

        Lately one of the vendors told me that the company people had told him that if 10 people complain to them then they will look into the matter.

        Funny thing is the same amount was recharged for the person next to me and it went to his main balance and when i recharged it went to special balance. So what system are the following. It wud be good if they can make up their minds.

        TThis is not the first time constantly activating my caller tune whenever they want even afyter I unsubscribed and deducting the amount immediately and had this problem going on for ages.

        If they cud clean up their act and provide better customer service it wud be good. Unfortunately cant switch service provider.
        They send you messages/call for selection caller tune or all that if yes then do 1st thing activate dnd service do not disturb which is free of cost just send 'START DND" send on 1909 because they send you msg or call and due to any reason they activate caller tune...

          To Concerned Person in AIRCEL TELECOMMUNICATIONS;

          I have tried more than three times to Port my DAD's no to other service provider. After forwarding the mobile number. the reply message with the reference ID has to be received immediately. But Today morning (06/12/11) at 10.30 AM we have send the portability message, and till evening 9.0pm we have not received the ID. (the time I am posting this message).

          We are planning to switch due to your poor services, one of them making to hesitate the service was dedicating the hello tunes and caller tunes without the permission of the consumer. As my dad is using the mobile, he does not know to response to your message too..
          He not used to attend the AIRCEL call also. But you are activating those tunes for your profit without consumer acknowledgement.
          Everytime he used to recharge for 50rs and there will be balance 10 to 20 rs.

          We many times called to your customer care, even today for the Mobile number Portability we called your customer care at afternoon.
          Due to this poor, disconcerting, services, we migrating our-self to other providers. But for that also yours service is not working properly.

          If nothing is going to happen, in my next attempts, the only way is to file in consumer court again.

          Hi,
          I am using the aircel and I want to port my aircel no. but when i am generating UPC ( unique porting code ) they are not providing me the UPC code. I' ve forwarded PORT<**********> many times.Still i' ve not received the UPC.Paid Rs.19 at airtel and filled up the MNP form. The new service provider just asks for UPC code to activate.
          Called up customer care lot of times and did not get any response.Aircel says contact the new service provider.What i ' ve to do?

          maine reliance ka no.[protected] ko[protected] ko portable karaya tha.yhe abhi tak nahi paya hai.
          I AM NOT ABLE TO SWITCH SERVICE PROVIDER
          FROM AIRCEL TO VODAFONE MORE THAN 10 DAYS AFTER SUBMITTING ALL DOCUMENTS.
          I requested for MNP from vodafone to aircel on 17 Feb and same is accepted by both vodafone and aircel and I got confirmation SMS. But after the receipt of SMS, both SIM showing SIM registration failed and for last two days(23 Feb and 24 Feb) my number goes blank. Kinbly do something so that I can regain my number.

          It has been more than two months now that i have been trying to get my porting number from Aircel but the number 1900 on which we are supposed to call for generating the porting no. after directing me to press * for it never generates the one and when i call their customer care they have they don't have any information about the same and don't know how to get it generated. Please help me in getting rid of this service provider because of whom i am suffering mentally and momentary.
          hello this is jeff and I'm a n aircel customer till today and due to their wrong dealings and poor network i wish to port my number..so i gave a port request to change my no to BSNL...its after 5 days a message from Aircel told that you have given a wrong UPC code ..but when i approached BSNL i found that the details i provide with then are correct..aircel is purposely rejecting my porting request the same thing have been done to my friend also...
          This is abdul quadir my no is [protected] my other no is [protected], I had applied for AIRCEL to docomo MNP on 8th June 2011. Porting code is Dy171824. I had received a replacement SIM from aircel showroom.
          After this i had received a sms says this request will be resolved on 14th July 2011 . But till now its not resolved. I have called Aircel customer care several times. But they ignore my call saying their server updation is going on and call us after some time. Some executive says it is not pending with them (Aircel). I need Justice for my genuine request.

                  Respected sir,

                  I was informed by the customer care that on recharge of Rs. 19.00 my all STD calls will be charged @ 30 p/m for these 5 states of C.G, W.B, A.P, M.P & Bihar. I made my number recharged with the same amount on 22-11-11, the successful transaction Id of which is ORR[protected]. Despite of this recharge my STD calls were deducted @ 60 p/m. For your information I'd like to mention that all calls were made to the state of C.G & only one call was made to the state of punjab

                  Prior to recharge I re-confirmed with the Customer care for this offer & again I was fully convinced by the representative that I can enjoy STD calls @ 30 p/m from my number [protected].

                  But, after the recharge being made I noticed that calls were charged @ double rate i.e @ 60 p/m instead of 30 p/m & an amount of Rs. 62.50 were debited as excessive amount from my main balance.

                  When I asked the reason to the customer care, they replied me that the said facility isn't available for my number - [protected] & they can't do anything.

                  Does it mean that my money was wasted ?

                  Does it mean that customer care isn't reliable ?

                  Why I was given the wrong information, & who is responsible for my wasted money.

                  Even after 14 days, I'm still waiting for a response, though, I was given assurance that with 1 day my problem will be solved.

                  This is simply ridiculous.

                  Prior to this complain, I've filed a complain to customer care[protected]
                  wrote an e-mail to care.[protected]@aircel.co.in[protected]
                  wrote an e-mail to nodalofficer.[protected]@aircel.co.in[protected]
                  wrote an e-mail to appellate.[protected]@aircel.co.in[protected]

                  None of these had shown any interest in solving my problem (to re-credit my A/c with the excessive debited amount of Rs. 63.00.

                  Now, this is my kind & humble request to look into this matter in person & kindly re-credit my A/c with the excessive amount that has been deducted for the STD calls,
                  I had made since recharge of Rs.19.00 on 22-11-11. ( Transaction Id mentioned).

Aircel costumer care deduct my main balance Rs. 99/- on[protected] without any instruction or message. when i saw the balance the amount already deducted, Aircel costumer care said that i was downloading a game on[protected], but i did not download such things on my handset.

                    I recently purchase a sim of aircel whose number is [protected] & getting unwanted promotional calls & messages from the company . when i call regarding this to customer care department they r not able to solve it & demanding 45 days to stop the service whicjh is automatically started by them . Even they disconnect the phone without my accceptance .

                    As per regulations it takes around 45 days to activate the DND service. Once activated you won’t get any more such calls . Just register for it if you haven’t.

                    I have a Muradnagar Aircel number [protected]. I activated DND service on 7/8 January 2013 by sending a SMS ' START DND' to 1909. Hence after 16 January 2013 ( 17 days after activation of service) I should not receive any promotional call or SMS from Aircel. But still I am receiving unwanted and unasked promotional calls and promotional SMS which is very disturbing and annoying. Its my request to guide me to further action against service provider.

                      I have not received my provident fund yet . I was a employee of Aircel dishnet wireless Ltd till 7th Jan 2011 and applied for the provident fund withdrawal on May 2011 .With respect to the same i have contacted the concerned team several times and the answer getting is Due to administrative problem delay from EPFO, Chennai. the same not processed .

                      Two days back i have received a mail stating that if the same is getting too delay please contact (The Regional Provident CommissionerO/o. Employees Provident Fund OrganisationNo.37, Royapettah High Road,Royapettah,Chennai 600 014.) for further details.

                      Request you to do the needful on priority.

                        I use aircel connection ( [protected]).I am continuously charged Rs. 10/2 day for Aircel power play,
                        I am activated power play game by using pocket internet on dated 13.11.2011. After using this service I am very confidently unsubscribe this facility on dated 15.11.2011.But the same day i have charge for this facility than I had called customer care (198) many time regarding this, but they do not take any action regarding my complaint. they do not even stops this service. After continuously contact he give me complain no. (1-[protected]) and send massage me to resolved the same. But very next day another Re.10 charge for this service. I called on 198 customer care he reply that I should again Unsubscribe.Now a day I am using Micromax Q1 that is not supported the power play. How can I stop this facility to avoid my deduction of balance.

                        Till today I have charged for this facility for auto renewed the same.

                          I received some wrong messages from The number [protected] and The person is not responding to phone calls. That person had messaged to my number [protected] and sent some harassing messages. I received a message on 18Th DEC, 2012 from DA-654343 stating &quot;Get to know which operator and where you are getting calls from. SMS SRCH 10 digit mobile no to 54646&quot;. I sent a message to 54646 to search The details of a number from which i received a wrong message from.. The reply for my message is &quot;CON:Sorry due to some network issues your request can not be completed&quot;. I contacted The customer care representative and That representative told me That There is no such facility. I asked him &quot;if There is no such facility why did you send me That message?&quot; The representative told That he will escalate The problem to The concerned department but There is no response for That till now.

                              my name is salman qureshi. i am a user of aircel sim .my mobile no. is [protected] .
                              i had balance in my sim 40 Rs. but at 24 november , aircel company has activated service named " Friends zone". and reduced 35 Rs. from my account balance.
                              so return my balance in my account and deactivate concern service.other wise i will take action.because this is not the first time i am suffering with this attitude of company , when ever i have more than 50 rs in my sim balance , company is activating some services and reducing my balance all times. so kindly look into the matter.

                                Dear Sir,
                                I had taken Prepaid card from Islampur Aircel Outlet on 1st sept 2010 (Rs.100/-)& Mobile no is: [protected], and my driving license xerox copy and Color Photo was submitted to him.He recharge my card with RS. 50/- and commit you will get 120/- talk time ( 50/-, 40/- and 30/- month).
                                after that within 4 days my card's outgoing is stopped, i met to concern outlet then he told me give your voter ID xerox again and i submitted it on13th sept 2010. but my outgoing and incoming not activated yet.
                                Concern aircel outlet person told, Companies document collection boy comes once in week that's why i cant help you.
                                so please help me because i had paid all payments and required documents but yet my card is not activated
                                I believe they will fix your problem very soon, I guess there were some issues with your previous documents so they asked for your Voter ID again. Good luck and I am sure it will be fixed this time
