I have made an online recharge on dtd.[protected] thru my SBI a/c (Six Mile Branch) thru' net banking facility for an amount of Rs. 68/- only. The transaction shows successfully done by Bank site but the talk time balance not credited into my mobile number i.e. +[protected] by the Aircel Service Provider.

So please do the needful, take necessary action and oblige.

I was informed by the customer care that on recharge of Rs. 19.00 my all STD calls will be charged @ 30 p/m for these 5 states of C.G, W.B, A.P, M.P & Bihar. I made my number recharged with the same amount on 22-11-11, the successful transaction Id of which is ORR[protected]. Despite of this recharge my STD calls were deducted @ 60 p/m.
