I am writing a mail to you after got panic from AIRCELservices.

Please find below details

I would like to tell you that I was not able to make any call from AIRCEL network when I was in Haldia (West Bengal) in January 2012. However, it has very strong network in that region and I had not faced any problem earlier in August 2011.

When I checked, I found there were many shops who were selling the Aircel card but when I asked about Aircel gallery, nobody had told me.

One of my collegaue who were there with me that time for very short period has got Aircel local prepaid no was able to make a call. When I informed to Aircel, thay had asked me for alternate no then I asked I didn't have as my friend and me both are staying some distance but used to go in the same company. I also had no clue that when they will call us and mobile was also not allowed inside the IOCL plant for safety reason.

When I started communicating with aircel, they replying without understanding my problem.

I am a small service person earning my bread and butter by doing job and obey all the TRAI rule & regulation.

If such a big companies like AIRCEL will do unfair with their customer then they will manipulate the business ethics and small customer like me will be always in trouble.
I request you with folded hands to take some strong action against these companies where the interest of small customer like me can be saved and fair business practices can be promoted.

    Hi,
    I am an Aircel prepaid customer.[protected]
    I have take aircel 14 rs unlimited gprs plan on my aircel sim.
    Whenever i try to connect my cellphone to laptop,it shows in the all browser "Unauthorized Request.Subscriber/Request have been barred." last two days it never happens before.I face this problem first time.
    I am able to acces only gmail.
    Please help me with this issue as i am not able to do browsing on my laptop due to this.

        Dear Sir/madam
        I had recharge my Aircel number by Rs 175/- ( 24 hours free) plan on 21 jan 2012. But in 31 jan 2012 my plan was deactived. after that company cut the charge for same subscriber. I had complaint twicw ro three time but they not give me proper response.
        Copmany not give any information by sms about this changes. Is it right without any notification company can company change there plans?????
        May be similerly other people also phase this problem like me. I request you please take the action against company.

            hi my name is Santhosh my mobile no.. is [protected] am using 3 years .. i received pocket internet settings through message & it has been activated automatically and my current month (May-12) outstanding is 3, 425. so please deactivate my pocket internet account as earlier as possible.

            M highly disappointed with aircel and the negligence of its customer care executives.i activated pocket internet games of Rs 43, 3 or 4 weeks ago.i activated the VAS 4 a week only...as it was an autorenewal service so they deducted the same money in the next week too for which i complained.they agreed 2 deactivate the service but refused to refund me 43 Rs in lieu of it.i was ok with.but subsequent 2 that week...they again deducted the same amount inspite of them assuring me to remove the service .i complained again & i was promised the same...without refunding me this time 2.this time i thought that they would do something for me but just a few minutes ago i checked the balance and they ditched me again.m so disappointed now that m feeling like changing my network.
            I am too really very very very angry wid dem...first of all they dont respond ..even if we call dem daily..and they dont deactivate the packs and auto renew it ..
            every 3 days they are deducting my money. ..nw der is nt much bal for their auto renewel...but daily I get msg dat they will auto renew my net pack as soon as I recharge..I don now wat to do nw

                Sir i've recieved a call from [protected] regarding a bumper prize of rs. 1000000 in monthly bumper prize by aircel, and they said that they are calling from Delhi. My mother had given them my bank account no. by mistake, is there any way to crack these hacks???
                and one more thing they were asking for the sim's backside no.'s last three digits. and said that these no.s matched our record so we want you to give your bank account details and all.

                  hello Sir,

                  I am Chetan SHimpi.My aircel no is [protected].I took a coupon voucher of Rs 50 from dealer and when i scratched and tried doing recharge it gave an error like "Cant refill.PLease try again." .I tried several times but it didnt worked.I asked customer care about this.They said like my sim is from Nasik and when i will recharge from Mumbai i wont get balance.Please do something.

                  Hello sir,
                  on[protected] i was recharging my aircel prepaid mobile by the topup of rs.25, before recharging my current bal was-2 paise.
                  First i dilled 123(which is written on recharge card).
                  And i recharged successfully.

                  But problem is here that i have n't get my balance, then i called Customer care for 4 or 5 times,all of them are telling me that this coupan has been recharge but not on your no. Then i asked how is it possible,

                  I recharge 255rps on mobiwik online recharge it shows sucessful and money also transfered but recharge was not done mobile no;[protected] recharge time;9.42pm 27th feb 2014 i got money transfered messages on bank and mobile
                  I have recharged by Rs.15. As per Acknowledgement via SMS, the amt was credit to PF and not the TT???

                    Nokia — Unauthorised Debit

                    Dear sir, On the 29th of August, an unauthroised amount of Rs.31 was debit with my prepaid account. Ineither take any scheme nor put any button of my mobile.I never get this type of schemes.

                    internet connections — unauthorised digging and connectons

                    sir,

                    with deep regret I would like to bring the following: 3 years bask on our request Bharathi airtel provided a few broadband lines to our members at Shalimar Apartment, 3rd Cross, 2nd Main, Dinnur, RT Nagara, Bangalore 32 by installing 2 junction boxes in A and B Blocks which can take the load of 40 connections. Without permission of our Association officials, All of a sudden today evening I saw that the entire apartment was dug and put the cables which is supposed to cater to other buildings from our apartment which we refused a long back. Kindly see that no other lines passes out from our building. Our association highly objects to this. We request you to instruct the officials to repair the entire area by re-cementing etc. Also kindly remove the extra lines which caters outside our building and disconnection from our box.                     Aircel — My services getting barred for no reason. Not solving complaints filed by me.

                    Am Ragavendiran My number [protected], Am using the aircel service for past 8 months, I never got proper explanation for the complaints i have filed. Customer care doesn`t have proper information about my number.

                    Recently 2 nd February my line got disconnected, i raised a complaint, Customer care person said, " Line Barred for NO REASON".

                    Again on 4th of February my line got disconnected, i asked to transfer my line to Team Leader " Anbarasi" Spoke with me and she said, LINE HAS BARRED FOR NO REASON"

                    And again 12th February my line suspended nearly for 11 hours both incoming and outgoing.

                    I raised a complaint stating i will not pay my bill until my complaint gets solved.

                    Till now my complaint not resolved. And today 16th February my line got suspended, They said my unbilled amount as 3000+,

                    I ll submit all my complaint number and i want to file a case claiming 1 lakh rupees as compensation,
                    As am working in a corporate, i have applied for many jobs i cant get my call at right time i have lost so many opportunities because of the worst service of aircel.

                    It seems like you have recently started having this problem since beginning of Feb. Have you checked if there is a physical problem with the phone or the SIM? You may also want to check with call centre once the technical reason behind why your line is getting barred for " No Reason"

                    AirCell — unauthorized changes

                    Sir,
                    I am a coustmer of Aircell pre paid cellphone services. My mobile no. is [protected].On 6th Aug. I had recharged my cell of rs.50 & after that I had mad only two calls of few minitues.after this I got a message informing me that the "love pack" is activated, which I had not made for sure and they deducted charges from my account .and in a few days I find least a/c of rs. 1.24& today my bal. is rs.0.14 only without making any call.

                    Before today I also gave a complaint,but I got no response.
                    Please kindly do favour to me,I will be always thankful to you.

                    1 remove any kies software version if it is installed immediately and restart ur laptop
                    2 nw that u have removed kies..just open ur handset settings
                    3 then tab wireless and network
                    4 then tab tethering and portable hotspot
                    5 then turn mobile AP on in AP settings
                    6 then connect mobile 2 pc through USB and then turn the first usb tethering option on in >>>tethering and portable hotspot<<< option
                    7 ...go in mobile networks and then access point names in which u hv recieved settings nw change the APN to aircelgprs tht is it
                    8 there is no need for any dial up connection...jst open any web page njoy..
                    remember to turn on the use packet data option

                    I have similar problem and i got message "Unauthorized Request.Subscriber/Request have been barred." and about few days i dont able to connect my net then after one week i checked that my default connection was changed to bsnl and aircel settings wipe out automatically . Then i made aircel profile and default connection to aircel and it started working. I am using mmx353g micromax
                    For HTC Hot spot WiFi / usb tethering For this error (Unauthorized Request.Subscriber/Request have been barred ) Please Check your VPN settings Then Check APNs..It should be Name = aircel
                    APN= aircelgprs ( Note ) some people type aircell.
                    have this same error for months...
                    I'm using aircel internet for more then 2yrs and i don't want to switch to any other network...


                    I really don't know that error was on the side of aircel networks...so i formatted my laptop and changed the window...

                        Hello,
                        A few days back, we had received a call from your sales team (Mr. Siddharth Sharma #[protected]) offering us a few corporate plans. We liked the offer and asked him to Email us the same.
                        The next day he sent an executive in our office to collect the documents claiming that we will prepare the set of documents and then will come back to you for Signature purposes and complete the documentation part.
                        Before submitting the documents, we had clarified to Mr. Sharma that we will not take the plan if we will not like the numbers, so before taking any further action on this, please let us know the numbers first.
                        The next day we received a call from Aircel for verification, we clarified to that person also, that before knowing the numbers, we will not give any verification. A few hours later an executive visited the office for verification, again we told the same thing and did not sign his form that he had brought for verification.
                        Now the situation is we got a call from Aircel stating that all your 8 numbers are activated. We are completely puzzled about this and highly disappointed to know this that without taking any signature (confirmation) how come a telephone company can activate the numbers?

                              I am using net on no:-[protected] at my pc.But your network get lost so many time ,i can't

                              It is essential to know the network zone you stay in. Network availability is based on the tower presence in the respective area, it is quite possible that the place you are residing is a low network area. So you should try calling the customer care to sort it out. Don’t forget to note down the complain number- it always helps in following up….

                              I am from cochin.kerala.i tooked the sim after 2 days after the launch in cochin..and Aircel had tie up in Idea towers... Here 2 towers are working between my home.(Thevara and Thevara ferry)..PROBLEM .... I am not getting incoming calls properly. because of range fluctuation ....it shows full range here... But....when others are calling.. I am in out of coverge area ...
                              i have lodged first Complaint in FEBRUARY of 2009.
                              Customer care executives have tooken the complaint .... But they told me that they transfered the complaint to technical team but technical team will took their time..... To solve...the complaint..THEY are not ready to increase BANDWIDTH..
                              I request my BROTHERS to be careful of this worst network.....aircel..........
                              And I REQUEST ALL CUSTOMERS TO MAKE A REQUEST request TRAI AUTHORITY to ensure the quality of A SERVICE PROVIDER.... I have found out following.....issues regarding aircel.......
                              1.low bandwidth(WEAK RANGE)
                              2.voice break

                              its strange that even after having two towers around your house you have network problems. I would suggest you to just visit the nearest Aircel store and speak to the nodal officer and I am sure you would get a genuine solution immediately…

                              I HAVE A NETWORK PROBLEM IN SHANGHUMUGHAM, TRIVANDRUM, PIN CODE = 695007, LAND MARK = NEAR ARCHANA HOSPITAL.

                              I HAVE RECIEVING NO SIGNALS INSIDE THE HOME, SO IT IS IMPOSSSIBLE TO USE THE AIRCEL POCKET INTERNET, WITHOUT MORE SIGNALS THE AIRCEL POCKET INTERNET IS NOT ACCESSING. WE HAD THE SIGNAL BOOSTERS 2KM AWAY FROM THE HOME, BUT THE PLACE WHERE SIGNAL BOOSTERS IS SITUATED IS NEAR THE SEA SHORE AND SO WE ARE NOT AT ALL RECIEVING ANY SIGNALS FROM THERE, SO WE KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO BRING A NEW SIGNAL BOOSTERS OR TOWER NEAR ARCHANA HOSPITAL.
                              I can understand your problem, but so far as Kerala is concerned, Aircel has a great connectivity throughout the state. You can therefore report the issue to the nearest Aircel store, I am sure they will consider this issue with utmost priority.

                              I generally connect internet through my Aircel SIM. There is no problem when I connect to 2G. But when I try to connect 3G through my USB Dongle, always get the poor Network or no Network.

                              Every time when I contact to the Customer Care, they assured me the network problem will be resolve after 4 hour. Because there is a work on "Aircel Server Maintenance".

                              By the way I used 'Vodafone' with same location, dongle & computer, I always get tremendous high speed internet.

                              I already mail the full details to [protected]@aircel.co.in. The Aircel Customer Care executive call me several time. Even I got massage from customer care saying that "My problem has been resolved".


                              BUT HERE IS NO IMPROVEMENT. THE 3G SIGNAL STRENGTH AS POOR AS IT WAS BEFORE.

                              Am using aircel network, POSTPAY Connection and in my home we are using 4 aircel numbers, all are having the same problems.

                              I dont have network coverage inside my home, i need to come out of my home for signal, so once i enter into my home the signal is not there, it makes me to come outside for signal.

                              I spoke so many times to customer care they are simply saying the repeated statement we are taking your feedback and processing later our people will call you. and i walkin to to the 4 aircel show room even the HO (Spencer Plaza) of chennai, they are telling that we cant provide any signal booster for a single home, we have to discuss with finance team or technical team, and it may take 2 to 3 months for resolving this.
                              And the customer care executive said go to aircel showroom and they will solve your issue but the showroom people said call to customer care and they will process your complaints. They make me to go here and there. I need a correct solution for this.

I have already made complaint about this issue and after long follow through i got some help from the aircel people but its only for the few hours after they left the place the problem raises again? Can you fix this issue or not? i really get fed-up with these thinks, we can&#039;t able to talk to continuously more than a minute. Its frequently disconnecting.                               Sir, my complaint against aircel company that my mobile no. [protected] and
                              issued sim no.[protected] is showing sim card
                              registration failed while its validity was 2022A.D. and the sim card
                              was in regular use &amp; was in switch on condition nokia handset. Now On
                              calling on this no. The response from aircel service provider is the no. You
                              are calling does not exist. I also tried many handsets of different
                              company but the issue remained same. Why this thing is happened with me? For any action taken in against of customer he must be informed about the matter otherwise conscent of customer should be taken before deactivation of account and should be informed about action taken against him. Where as i am responsible
                              citizen of democratic INDIA and there is no case against me regarding
                              any matter under IPC which is punishable under CRPC, and there is even not a single complaint on any issue. Then why aircel company had stopped my service? It means it was either planning of
                              company to close my account and after 30days reissue to some other
                              customer in order to get more benefit or it is became costly to bear
                              me as a customer. Regarding this I filed a complaint with no. 1759
                              2851 739 to aircel company. For the same I need suitable excuse and action according to
                              law. The
                              statement I am mentioning here shall be treated as evidence under
                              section 3 of evidence act, if asked by a competent court. I will wait

                              Aircel network??? The worst network provider i have ever come across. I have to call minimum 10 times to a number to get connected and after connecting to that person within 1 minute the call will automatically gets disconnected And sometimes i get different different message after dialing a number eg: number you have called is not reachable, number is busy, please check the number you have dialed.As we the users of the network are fool that we dont know whats happening. Although the other person is waiting for a call from you, you cant call them because of this &quot;stupid&quot; network.If someone is trying to call you they will not be able to connect. My other family members are using different networks and they are working amazing. Since you are already irritated by dialling a number several times and when you call customer care regarding the same, they will just say &quot;complaint has been taken and within 24hrs the issue will be resolve and also you will get a call from Aircel which you will never receive.Coming to internet, if the network is only not good then there is no point of talking about Aircel internet.
                              JUST 1 THING TO EVERYONE NEVER EVER THINK O[censored]SING AIRCEL NETWORK.
                              I am telling you this from a vry bad experience from the aircel.

                                Hi I M a Regular User Of aircel mobile Provider non of my fren circle use aircel due to the poor coverage of networks.. but i m using aircel from the 1st time i m using mobile now the problem is that it was gud before now its goin worst browsing in 2g is damn third class compare to airtel, i m working with the itc windsor bangalore i nvr get tower inside the hotel where else airtel n vodafone have a nice tower coverage.. so thinking of switching da mobile providers to some other company..if it continous like this i as a loyal customer to aircel will definetly like to switch my service provider..                                   I have been using the Aircel mobile connection for the past 4 years and DND registered customer. VAS service being activated without my concerns and i had given complaint to Aircel several times but no steps been taken till now .this shows the lack seriousness on the customer complaint and hard-earned money taken for an ride by activated to such an useless VAS services. please find the complaint details below which was registered with Aircel for stopping an unwanted services and thereafter i didn't get any messages for an month aftermath comedy voice service was activated being an DND customer. I'm requesting you to take an evasive action against them and penalized for such activity and ensuring this shouldn't be repeated in the future.

                                        My Self Jitendra Vishwakarma Portout with Aircel from Videocon Before 3-4 days, I am Resident of Mumbai, During Porting of Number I have Already Spoken with Mr Yadav in Aircel Gallery at Borivali West, S V Road, Mumbai 400092.

                                        Mr Yadav told that after Porting we will give u the Below Scheme for 3 Months without any Voucher

                                        2 STD Call 0.30 ps I am Not Satisfied
                                        3 SMS 0.60 ps per 3sms than 97 SMs Free I am Satisfied


                                        But they are neglecting me to Provide the services & Customer Care Executive Ms Vikranti & Team Leader Mr Sumit Says that u have to go to Gallery only & Not Ready to Launch the Complaint also, That's the Reason I am Reporting to You

                                        Actually they are Charging me 50 Paisa STD instead of 30 paisa per minute til next 3 months as per the Discussion before Porting.
                                        And If they not Able to provide the Said scheme so Please Deactivate the Porting from Aircel to Videocon Again, I will Not Be wait for 90 Days Again, Because it is Not My Problem
