Dear sir/mam,

As below said mail till now my problem not solved by your team.Regarding this i was many times contact your aircel customer executive through phone and directly also complaint given but they cant able to resolve my issue.Then how they are initially given a promise to service better.Due to this we are again go to our old network"Airtel".Comparing to this which is more better we think.Very lazy & worst network.In future i never recommend your network to others.
If your network switch to aircel means the following problems you will be face.
The following problem faced after changed the 'Aircel" network.
* Customer care cannot able contact.
* Dialer tune canot able to set.
* My account not able to access.
* wrongly excess bill.
* Network problem.
so that dear friends dont change your network through port.this for your advise.

    I had recharged today on 21st Feb 2012 at 14:00 hrs of Rs.108 from Aircel website online but yet did got the recharge in my mobile. I called to aircel customer care for complaint number 198, then had talked with customer care executive, according to them there is no recharge of Rs.108. This means what they show in their company's website is fake. My amount is deducted from bank and also I didn't got balance in mobile. This is really a serious matter as it has happened with me before for Rs.158 also. Aircel's website is useless and irrelevant for the offers they give. I am very upset with this. Please take necessary actions for the same.

      I have taken the AIRCEL postpaid connection in july/august 2011 from an AIRCEL dealer in chennai , as I am resident of Andhrapradesh i don't have any Tamilnadu address proof ,so while getting the connection itself i asked the Excecutive about this then they said said to submit the AP address proof and write the present address in the registration form so that u'll get the bill and other communications to that address....around 4 to 5 months went fine and then I changed my postpaid connection to prepaid connection at thoraipakkam AIRCEL service center and again gave my AP address proof at that time too it took 3 to 4 days for the migration and then after a month or so they disconnected my number even with out any information , when i tried to caontact the care people they are telling to submit chennai address proof,which is not possible for me and I would like to inform you that i didn't gave any of chennai address proof while talking the postpaid connection and even i gave my Andhrapradesh address(permanent address)
      proof while converting from postpaid to prepaid too, I demand an clear explanation on this and also why u have
      temporarily deactivated my number-[protected] even without any notification ,although I had balance(around 120 rs/-) in that

      Aircel Pre-paid connection — Disconnect without any information

      I brought a aircel prepaid connection from aircel store gurgaon, i have submitted all the importent identification proof documents at the time of purchase of sim. but after 1.5 month the compeny diconnect my No. and costumer care executive said the documents may be misplaced so submit again. the shop is 25 km from my house how i can go and what are responsiblities of people serving there . i am suffering ,i have Rs-132 in that sim
      Hey friend I completely understand your plight however I must tell you that the documentation is a government regulation which each operator has to follow and infact as a respectable citizen of the country it is our duty also to avoid any formidable consequences. What I would suggest is that you could again speak to the customer care and ask them for an address where you could send in your papers through post or email. I am sure they will have a solution to this…

        This Aircel Store is the height of imposssibilty! The worst Mobile Shop I have ever been to.
        I know that by lodging a complaint here, no conclusion or required help is going to turn up, yet I am writing this here in order to inform all my fellow Readers and Mobile users about the heights that this Aircel Shop has achieved.
        It has been 3 months that I have bought an iPhone 4 (bought on Nov 26, 2011) from this Store from one of the Dealers named Chiranjeevi.
        He sold me the phone confirming that I could buy the unlocked version of iPhone 4 phone from him shop. Since, it was some late hour in the night, he did not provide me the iPhone bill.Yet he promised me that he would be sending the bill to me via the Courier service by jotting down my address the very next instant.
        Since then to this day, after repeated calls and visiting the store, that particular Dealer hasnt provided me the Bill.
        I have been facing certain technical issues in the phone like unable to hear voices on the other end, speaker issues and the like but even that my Phone is under warranty, I have not been able to get the same rectified just because of the negligence and carelessness of the iPhone dealer.
        After one or two months of buying this phone, I have been visitng this Shop like a Madman yet to no avail.
        One other of the Dealers called Madhu, that I got in touch with, promised me the same things yet he hasnt been picking his personal cellphone or even addressing the landline after me and my friends' repeated calls. Once my friend had to call 25 times in a row to the Dealer in order to make him pick the Call!
        This is the height to which any Shopkeeper would fall!

        I have been to the Store around 5- 8 times & called them around 35 times till yet but the Dealer who knows my issue is found either missing or absconding and I am made to wait for around 2 hours or so only to let me know they havent been able to make the Bill. I say, the heights, here I am not able to even use my Phone which costs a large monetary amount and at the same time, I am not even able to consult the Apple Care for the same just because of this Aircel shop and the specific Dealers namely Chiranjeevi and Madhu.

        Such the height, they do not even pick up the call and even cut it sometimes. This is the height of an Organization making every effort on its own to lose its own reputation. I repent the day I visited this Store to buy my iPhone. The Shop strictly DOESNT DESERVE TO ASSOCIATE ITSELF WITH SUCH A REPUTABLE FIRM CALLED APPLE IF IT CANNOT TAKE THE RESPONSIBILTY TOWARDS ITS END USERS. I AM HIGHLY FRUSTRATED AND DEJECTED FROM THE RESPONSE I HAVE GOT FROM THIS SHOP.
        I HAD IDEAS TO GET AN AIRCEL CONNECTION FOR MY PHONE IN NEAR FUTURE YET I WILL CHUCK OUT THE PLAN THINKING THIS IS THE WORST AND THE MOST INCONSIDERATE ORGANIZATION IVE EVER COME ACROSS.

        I even called up the Aircel Customer Care number asking for help but they were as plain and indifferent as the actual people in the Store.

        I say, if the shop is not at all interested in retaining its professionalism and charisma, why are they even selling iPhones? It wouldve been better had they told me if they cant provide bills on buying products from their Store. I swear, I wouldn't ever have come across to this Shop then.


        Even buyin a one rupee pencil gets you a bill. But the Aircell Store? Completely useless and wortheless.

        THUS, I WARN EACH ONE OF YOU READING THIS POST TO NEVER EVER BUY THEIR SERVICES OR HANDSETS FROM AIRCEL BECAUSE TOMOROW, LIKE ME, YOU MAY ENCOUNTER USELESS DEALERS LIKE CHIRANJEEVI OR MADHU OR EVEN MORE USELESS SERVICE EXECUTIVES FROM AIRCEL.

        I strongly agree and would never buy anything from this aircel store.I have been a victim of this nonsensical store and hopefully never come to see those guys in my entire life.I hate AIRCEL and the Customer support they give.
        These guys are good for nothing and they should close the store and go home.I have never ever seen an unprofessional behavior like this.They will talk to the customers so nicely and fool people with there talks and once we buy the product, they will become invisible and treat the customers as if we are troubling them and in turn forget all their responsibilities.
        Hi, I don't think that you'll need a copy of bill to repair your iPhone. I'll suggest you to visit any premium reseller of iPhone (Apple Products) or mail to apple service center for you issues. They should fix it if your phone is in warranty.

          Since last 6 months this comes to our notice that without any intimation they are automatically activating Value added services on my Fathers Mobile no.
          When we ask them to refund the Amount they have deduced,the customer care executive is behaving rudely.

          Sometime we accepted that past is fine but in future we are not interested any kind of Value added service on this no. then also they are activating as soon as they found Ample amount of balance in the account,

          Please help us out.

          I was closed my Prepaid number due to this problem, After watching 1 Year. I am not using this network only due to the same problem and I was listion from so many friends like this. They have automatic give VALUE ADIDID SERVICE without asking..

            This is Barun From Delhi!!


            I use the Aircel GPRS Rs. 98 monthly Pack and My Aircel No.-[protected]. I.e I can Connect To Internet Using GPRS, but none of the Page is opening, i am Getting the Error
            "Unauthorized Request.Subscriber/Request have been barred.", in all browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE).

            By using https only I can access google,not other site working,

            I think Aircel has barred users from Connecting their GPRS users to connect GPRS Internet to PC, if this is the case they have the responsibility to clearly communicate it their users, otherwise it is considered as Some Cheap Business Attitude And Irresponsibility.

            The Aircel CC Should Clear our issues ASAP, so that we can know whether the problem is with our side or Aircel barred users from connecting GPRS to PC, if the second is the case, i will surely move to some other Mobile Service Providers using MNP.

            So, Act Fast Aircel and don't treat us in the taken for granted attitude.

            I will also mail the [protected]@aircel.co.in as requested!!!. But could not get any response.

            There is frequent reconnection taking place in aircel gprs. Means while browsing the packet data session closes abruptly and then reconnects.
            Worst affected if something is being downloaded.
            Anything above 300kb cannot be downloaded because of this reconnections...
            Yess, the connection shud be smooth, why don’t you check with the customer care, , , , ,
            I m connectin 2 d intrnet tru gprs via pc but it disconect as soon as this message display (yor last call cost 0 paise and you saved 60 ps) even in my handset also .... i complain to the cc but told me to delete message centre no. This is ridiculous ...AIRCEL GPRS SUCKSS fr [protected]
            Well Friend if you are not satisfied with the CC you can visit the nearest Aircel store and discuss this problem

I had recharged my mobile number which is [protected] by rs 68 through online(web recharge) on 15th february 2012.Before recharging i have 0.01 balance in my account.When recharge successful,i got a sms on my number like this- 207:Transaction numberORR[protected] to recharge 68 INR is successful.please check your balance.free gaane bajao![protected]@rs3/min for dialer tunes. sender:DD-Etopup. When i check balance,the recharge amount does not credited to my account and my balance was 0.01 as before.I have not received any balance to my account yet.                   i use a [protected] and its a prepaid no , i had received a message that i had to submit address proof and Id proof even having submitted

                  as i had bought this to the shop vendor when i had being bought this sim, last thursday (9th jan 2012) i had gone to velachery

                  aircel office submited all the reqd docs, my outgoing facilility had got barred on the same day when i had submitted my all my reqd docs,

                  for this i have been communicating aircel customer care to release my outgoing facility they stated it would get activated in 2 hours 4 hrs one

                  day , 24 hrs nothing has happened, i have had called more than 20 times , see i need to make some official calls , what do i do now...

                  Aircel — Outgoing barred

                  I 'm Murugesh and using Aircel Post paid for last four year ([protected]).

                  regularly my credit limit was Rs.4000 for last two years and i used to speak around Rs.2000 to Rs.3000 every month and pay the bill in time with out any penalty.

                  but i am facing a serious problem in last four days. I was very surprise, three days back (on 11 aug`2010) my out going facility is terminated with out any prior notices. I called customer and asked, they said by mistakenly some one entered your credit limit is Rs. 1000, so un billed usage is near about 1700 so that only it happened. So we will take your request (1-[protected]) and activate your outgoing in 20 min.


                  I hope the problem is solve.


                  But the same problem is happen on the second day (12 aug`2010) also. Then I called customer care then they said the same story and finally activate my out going and given new complaint no: 1- [protected].

                  But after that also the problem was not solved. The same think repeat again yesterday and today also.


                  Daily my work is affected like this 20 to 30 min, means how can I do my business? Lot of important call are missed. Who is the responsible for this inconvenience?



                  Finally I visited aircal showroom directly, but even though no use.



                  Please look in to this mater is very serious and in cress my credit limit immediately.

                  Hi Team,

                  My number [protected]. Last monday my sim card got some error message ":SIM INSERTED". So i called customer care they told me to provoide the proof again and get the duplicate sim card, So, Yesterday i went to aircel offfice from velacherry and i submitted the proof and i got duplicate sim also. but they told me sim will be activated with in 15 min. but till now it's not yet to be activated, already 28 hours are got over. Can you please give me the prober resolution. try to activate my simcard as soon as possible.


                  Note: I called the customer care around15 times, and i Asked the velcherry aircel office contact number, they didn't provide the prober answer, they are directly drop the call or they are redirecting me . they thing is like close the call as soon as possible. Why they are doing like this?

                    i have received a message on my mobile from aircel which stated recharge with 48 and get 1GB pocket internet for free for 30 days. i did a easy recharge of 48 rs and i started to browse and i saw that i was getting billed for using pocket internet. when i called up the customer service they are saying that they do not have any such offer. and they have a 47 rs offer.. they are misleading the customers. i have spoken to the supervisor in customer service who said this will be cleared within 24 hrs but till today i have not received any call from them.

                    recharge with pocket internet 48 and get 30 days of internet browsing up to 1GB on both WAP/GPRS at just rs. 48 TnC

                    since this service is not activated i have to do a daily recharge of pocket internet. i am expecting i should get the same package what i received in message. and credit back all small pocket internet charges to my account immediately.

                    my name is varun antony and my aircel no is [protected]...its useless talking to the agents in aircel,one time i called aircel helpline regarding a complain on Rs.98 recharge,according to the brocher that they were supplying to retailers it said all gulf calls @ 10ps..and i recharged for the same ..and when i called to oman ..i was charged 12ps or so ...i contacted the helpline for clarification...and they informed me the offer was only for saudi,UAE and baharin, wat was really annoying was that ...they provide this big pages to retailers that has just the minimum detail and on asking for reason why the complete detail was not provided .they said they had a * at the end and they cant do anything..the funny thing is that they have * at the end of every denomination and consider customers to be a fool..and after knowing nothing can be done from CC i contacted the nodal office which was chargeable and they to start avoiding me after they knew my issue...wats the use of a helpline which cannot raise a complaint or provide a resolution...If aircel really care about its customer resolve the issues..i contacted the helpline on the same day of recharging and asked them to convert my offer to normal TT after VAT and all..but then also they said nothing can be done..all network helps their customer after knowing a genuine issue but not aircel ..they have a tag line ...''SIR,theirs a * at the end which means condition apply".I TOO HAVE A NEWS FOR THEM ,I TOO MADE SURE NO FRIENDS OR FAMILY OF MINE HAS AIRCEL SIM.If aircel has anything to say mail me at : [protected]@yahoo.com.

                      hi, my . Mobile number is [protected]. On 10 th feb when i bought 50 rs. recharge but within 15 minutes aircel activated miss call alert on my number and deducted 15rs. When i complained for this mischief, they said that they are right and will not refund money. I never activated MCA and used but still aircel is proving me guilty. Aircel is deceiving consumers and looting them. And it happened not only with me but with every consumer. Without any prior information they activate service and looting consumer's account and teasing them. Please help consumers so that these kind of telecom companies can not cheat.

                      its very true i am also searching ways to deactivate this problem ..aircel ppl r vry problematic in consumer satisfaction..they just earn money...mca activates automatically and sometimes after deactivation they give a msg dat we are going renew it...either sms mca d to 58999...it means i must keep ready to loose my money ...once i have connected to aircel...its totally unfortunate.

                        Had a new aircel connection by num [protected].paid Rs 25 and TT 25 val 1yr.After 15 days connection failed to registration.went to nearest Aircel office in Hubli.Asked to wait for 2 hrs,as documents were not supporting.Balance 7 Rs.Aircel person looked for teh balance,then again recharged for the Full TT 111.bal Rs118.After 2 hours ,no network at all.again went for the rectification.Irresponsible aircel person had deleted all the details of the sim.Then asked to come next day as will be rectified.Again for the mistake gave new number[protected] to support his mistake as could not get corrected,waited for 2-3 hours in the outlet.after 15 days Aircel person called up and asked to collect the new sim as was rectified.When I went to collect the Aircel person(girl ) asked to give Rs.120 for the rectification.But I told I had no intentions of buying an new sim as due to error from their end, has to take new sim.Then I said I can only pay for new sim Rs 25.But she complained that new sim cost is 49 rs and TT 25 Rs 1 ye validity.I got very irritated for the inconvienvce made by these people.It was a sort of demand rather than request for the payment of Rs 120.I had to go to their outlet for 5 times,on top I have to pay Rs 50!!!!!..... finishing the issue I came out,.....a lady with a baby came to me and asked for the alms,begging as her baby was hungry.It flashed to me I could have given Rs 50 to her,which could have let her to some kind of making a livelihood,and feed her hungry baby......SUCH IS THE SERVICE OF AIRCEL THAT NOT ONLY IRRITATES THE CUSTOMER BUT IS GRREDY OF MONEY.I kown that the sim costs Rs 25.Rset 25 went to their pocked ,not even to the companys account.................DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.....

                        Hello sir I am arun from Chennai my native is thoothukudi I bought an aircel sim in thoothukudi -2004. 10years I used this sim without any disturbance but this year my no was blocked .Before blocking sms like this came to my no (pls submit your address proof to the nearest aircel center ) but I was staying in hostel so I cant move outside .So I spoken with customer care for this problem they told me to submit my proof in my native . But next day I found my no has blocked. Then I told my parents to contact aircel center in my native .They replied no has blocked here after we cant do any thing and we cant get back this no also.. Like wise they replied... we are a 10years old customer but how irresponsibly they deals with us .So I kindly request u to give some good solution...I HATE AIRCEL NETWORK

                            Request you to look into the my grievance regarding the Caller Tune Charges which Aircel had been charging against my number.

                            1) I had requested to activate Caller tune in 2010.
                            2) There was no proper service, it hardly played the tune.
                            3) Hence, I had requested for deactivation in the same year, probably after a month or so
                            4) I never went back to them and checked if they have acknowledged my request and deactivated the same as there was no caller tune thereafter.
                            5) Till date there was ‘No’ caller tune on my number. However, AIRCEL has charged CRBT for almost a year now.

                            Since, my home address and company email address had changed, I did not check my bill for such a long time and had paid the monthly bill amount which came to mobile. It was such a pain to get hold of their customer care executive that I didn’t bother to call up and update the ‘addresses’.

                            Recently, I had called up and asked them to update my email address to look into the bills and to my surprise, AIRCEL had charged for Caller Tunes which was deactivated way back. Am really not sure, if it is more than one year that I had been paying for the service which was not rendered to me!!

                            Can I please ask you to do the needful?

                                  I got a recharge of Rs.30/- Some days back. Rs.23 /- was deducted towards the activation of ONE MONTH SONG PACK.

                                  It’s not a 1st time, I got recharged many time and always deducted from my account without any information or permission. They activated tags self.

                                  I spoke to the customer care but they were not able to provide any convincing answer.I request many time at customer care to activate DND but they didn’t activate till now.

                                      This no was ported from reliance to aircel in 5 may 2011.
                                      There is some unfair deduction of rs 15/-.
                                      On 4 feb for service "libra". Previously same
                                      service was activated on 2 feb but on
                                      complaining to C.C. Agent amount deducted was
                                      returned. I called C.C. Agent on 4 feb, they deactivate the
                                      activated service but there is no refund, and said
                                      that the service is activated by me by dialing
                                      some no. And disconnect the phone.
                                      But this was an unfair activation of service without my consent.

                                      I activated PI148, its 3G pack 1GB data for 1month, it was activated on 3rd sep 2014 On 12th sep 2014

                                      I was deducted around rs200, immediately I called custome care they told my accnt wil b credited the amnt within 24hrs.

                                      But it did not happen, I called again customer care on 13th sep 7o clk, one person says " u hav used more than the limit so u have been deducted" but if I check balance by dialling *121# it shows PI148 balance is 56MB exp on 2nd oct 2014.

                                      They say balance should not b checked by 121, it has to b checked by *133#.

                                      If its wrong y they allowed that information there?

                                      Onemore lady says ur 150MB 3G (rs37)data over that''s y u r deducted, actually I was not deducted after Rs37 recharge.

                                      They dont give the 3g data balance in the intimation msg. I lost somuch of money due to their unfair system.

                                      Kindly take the required action to stop cheating.
