Unnecessary automatic value added service activation without intimation.

I use the Aircel GPRS Rs. 98 monthly Pack and My Aircel No.-[protected]. I.e I can Connect To Internet Using GPRS, but none of the Page is opening, i am Getting the Error
"Unauthorized Request.Subscriber/Request have been barred.", in all browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE).

By using https only I can access google,not other site working,br...

worst customer care

1) I had requested to activate Caller tune in 2010.
