on 9th jan 2012.. i recharged my aircell number [protected] with amount rs 50..with transaction number jkr[protected].... but today on 11th jan 2012 i recived a message from air cell that rs 30 has been deducted as musicconnect renewal.....i dont know when i have activated this service and what is it meant for.. what for this dedcution...this is day to day cheating by these mobile companies that they use to dedcut amount un necessarily... i want these comapanied to be taken at job...

    Aircel online recharge is like , not working fine.
    I used online recharge to recharge my mobile with Rs 258/- but failed due to network issue.
    I informed the same to Aircel customer care, they asked me to send the transaction details, I sent them, its been morethan 20 days, but they didn't refund my money. Again I sent a mail to them, they are asking my complete bank statement, I don't know why they required that.
    What the system they are using very very very bad. Their admin is like .

    Online charging of mobile phone — Refund of failed online charging

    On 30 Aug 2011, I had attempted to do online charging of a mobile phone through the "Just Charge-it" website for Rs 500/- I used my net banking through "State bank of Travancore" to do it. The attempt was not successful. However Rs 500/- has been debited from my account in SBT.

    I waited so long for the refund, which normally takes only about 2 or 3 days. But the refund has not been made so far.

    From my bank account, the reference for the transaction is as follows, which I hope will help you in tracking the failed transaction:

      I requested for gprs connection thru sms and got rply back that i will get connection within 48 hrs, bt merely it crossed more than a month i hve not yet get the connection. The same thing happened to the mms service.I dnt knw what kinda service they are providing and also i beleive this complaint wld do smethng mre than the csr
      I can't even send the sms to the number.

      Im manivannan frm bangalore, trying to connect internet to my computer through aircel gprs (pocket internet) frm past 10days im in this process, i unable to do it, i called to customer care regarding this no one is ready to help me out, all having less knowledge i.e every one knows how to do it with only windows XP, but im using windows 7 no one knows abt this, pls some one help me out in this and ill be thank full to you. thank you.

      What is the trouble that you are facing because its not the same for all.. so something has to be wrong.. is your phone compatible with the settings? Never the less, you should try and get in touch with the nodal officer n your area, you can get the contact on the aircel website.. or just visit their store.. its quicker.

      Aircel - GPRS / Pocket Internet Service in Bihar

      I recharged with Rs.98/- Pocket Internet Easyrecharge on 07/08/2009 after confirmation through Customer Care. Customer Care officer said "Yes sir it is working well" but today is 23/08/2009 and still i am trying to be connected through Aircel Pocket Internet.
      I have complained so many times (almost daily) to Customer Care 121/ [protected], earlier they said it will rectify within 24 hours after 10 days they are saying it is happening due to network conjetion. and trying to rectify it.
      But Aircel fail to rectify my problem yet.
      I[censored] need aircel gprs settings for ur nokia 5130 then just send PI to 121.U'll recieve settings in 5-10 min.Bcoz even i am a user of the combination of aircel and nokia 5130
      pls send me the gprs setting on my mobile either manual or sms i send everything for gprs setting but not received yet. my no is([protected])
      Well….. U should get in touch with the nodal officer in your area and get your complaint forwarded through him… keep the previous complain nos. i[censored] have it, that wud help u for reference .

      i am using nokia 5130 . aircel user. i got the net settings after a lot of struggle.but when i got the 14 rupee card and re charged i couldn access net. my uestion is whether aircel and my mobil don go hand in hand

      I am Lokesh; resident of Himachal Pradesh, I won Aircel prepaid No.[protected]. Ii have activated gprs in my phone. However it is working but when it is connected to the computer, it takes several minutes for opening a page. Meaning thereby that the speed is very bad.But the company claims that they are providing 115 kpbs speed. It is ridiculous. They should be directed to provide the service as good as they claim. Otherwise, they should not go head with the showing dreams to the customers.
      Quite strange, I have been using the Aircel pocket internet for a while and its pretty easy to use and good in quality as well. Generally it gives you around 40-60 kbps which is a good speed and its the same which is committed by the company as well. Talk to the customer care and they will help you with your problem for sure.

      i have recharged rs.98.00 by dialing *234*98# from my cellphone no [protected] for connecting PI on 15.2.2011.but i have received a sms from aircel that soon i have to recharge by rs 98 otherwise my pi will be deactivated.therefor i have dome it on 25.2.2011. now let me what abouts your unlimited browsing for 30 days and etc.your ex.officers are 24 hrs.busy (customer care) they are not in a position to answer me.pl reply.

      I am user of Aircel GPRS, but it is not working properly. When it was complained to customer care, they give false promise to improve it, but not done.. It is very painful to not only me but also to all the subscribers .

        Sir,
        I am a customer of Aircel service provider for a long years.Today I have call around 1pm from Aircel customer care and one customer executive (name Avijit...) informed me that I have a valuable customer so I can get an offer that if I maintained balance rs-79/- then a combo offer will be activated in my mobile.The combo consist of 49/- sms pack and a dialer tunes for 30days without any rental charge and service charge and no balance will be deducted from my mobile.At that time my balance was 76/- than I recharged with 10 rs and at that time the sms pack activated but the rs of 49 has been deducted from my balance at around 2pm.Then at 7pm around another 30 rs has been deducted and dialer tunes activated.now my balance is around 3rs.When I call at customer care they said that they have no information about that.I use the Aircel no for a long time so now I have no more faith on Aircel.If I cant get any solution about that I will have to change the service provider from AIRCEL....

        so please check my problem.....

        aircel deducted my balance twice without even informing me in last 2 days. when i went to the aircel service outlet they also did not informed me any thing. this has happened before also. kindly give me number portablity code.

        I'm using prepaid mobile connection. My number is [protected]. I'm not using any additional service or VAS. Every day my balance is getting deducted. I had spoken to customer care they have told some VAS is activated on my SIM which I have not activated at all. Then I forward a Request for deactivation. Message I received VAS has been de activated from 30 Jul 2014 . But last 05 days I found my balance still getting deducted, and I'm receiving message "Thanks for using Aircel service". Last one year I'm using this number. I have never activated any VAS till date but amount is getting deducted continuously. It came to my notice one week before. even after forwarding the complaint still amount is getting deducted. Aircel is cheating cheating us by activating AVS themselves. Please help me out as soon as possible.

        Hi,

        I have a issue regarding unwanted deduction of my balance from my aircel no.[protected] I have recharge my no. with SMS pack and while continue using this pack my balance was deducted while complaining against this issue the customer care executive says that your have selected 3G network but at that time I am using my 2G network and this issue is not one time deduction it was happen on 3 times in 2 days...

        So I want to refund my balance either I have to port my to another services...

          I payed my postpaid bill thru netbanking the amount debited in my account but it was not updated for my mobile number also i didn't receive any sms alerts for payment. I called to customer care(cc) and they told me to take print out copy of bank transaction receipt for amount paid and give nearest aircel office they will update it and clear the problem.. i have done the same almost one week gone till now it was not resolved...many time called to cc they r telling there was no updation made for your payment...

          AIRCEL network in Assam turned totally worsen day by day. I have applied for PORT and received UPC which is DS628995 & date of expiry stated 27/03/2018 subject to clear all outstanding bills. My last bills dispatched for Rs.334/- of dated 19th Feb'2018. But, all Customer Care office situated at Guwahati found closed since 3-4 days. Also vendors through whom earlier payment was made declined to received payment of above bill. Now let me know, how the PORT facility could be availed for the Mobile No. [protected] also, what about the Security Money how it can be received back, which were deposited to AIRCEL against the Mobile No.

            Cutting my aircel gsm mobile balance.

            Sir please help me...
            My Aircel no.[protected], I bought this SIM 14days ago. I am sure, I haven’t subscribed anything but My mobile balance got reduced to Rs.10.
            I haven’t got any message related to this subscribed amount.ow can this happen…? How can the current balance amount being deducted without any information. When I called customer care 121 or 198 i dont get any proper response. Dont the company think this is a mere cheet..? How many customers did aircel have cheated like this….? Are we fools to pay or maintain our balance. I need a proper response from your end.

              I am using the Aircel prepaid mobile number [protected] and I already registred under national do not disturb. But today, I got a meesage that, they (Aircel) deducted Rs.15 for dialler tune. Who give permission to deduct the amount from my account, moreover who give permission to send message to a number, which already registered for do not disturb.

              I m using 2 aircel simcard ,1 for me & 1 for my wife but now i m afraid to recharge big amount coz in I m using this sim for last 2 months & i got deducted money of some kind of friend's zone activation from their side in both simcard when i complained to costomer care for this deduction they admit their mistake & send me balance back.
              Then again they repeted same mistake and they are admitting their mistake but they are dening to send my money back from my balance.
              I would be very thankful to if you will short out this crookness from the side of this Aircel telecommunication.

              One of the assistance manager his name is ali of aircel gallery mira rd told me that after 28th december i will not get any messages or tellemarketing phone calls.

                  I have taken the 3G online service from the Aircel. My overall credit limit is Rs.1000. The tariff plan is 92 plan and 200 MB free download. After activating the service to my mobile, within 10 days of time my outgoing service has barred.

                  I have enquired the customer care executive and they informed that my usage exceed credit limit. They told that my total bill for that 10 days is Rs 5200. It was very shocking to me and I asked that my credit limit is only 1000 and how the usage has gone up to 5000.

                  Till now i didn't get the proper response from anyone. Even the customer care staffs doesn't know how this mistake has happened.

                  Now i am in a situation to pay the entire amount.

                  This is a total waste of money for just 10 days.

                  I stopped the 3G service and planning to move to other network.

                  The same has happened to me. Aircel kept on charging me for 3g usage even after my credit limit was exceeded. The appelate authority is useless and they have not helped me in any manner. I am left with no other option than to move to other service provider.

                            I would like to bring to your kind notice that, I had taken Aircell connectivity in the month of Aug,2011. From the day one till today this connection was not activated. I purchased this card fm M/s.Preethi Electricals, #15/33/1, Mathikere – Blr-54 by providing all necessary documents. Even after submitting all documents, the card was not activated. Then I gave complained to the agent, they said its not their problem and asked us to contact Aircell person Ms.Indu and Sales Person Mr.Sampath (Mob:[protected]) and Aircell person says its not their problem please contact the agent. Like wise they made me to walk up and down several times. They are not willing to sort out the issue and keep prolonging from both sides. How many times should I go behind this issue. When I asked to repay the amount , they are not ready. They are asking me to take another connection by paying again. why should I pay again. Are they doing business to loot others money or to provide proper service. I request to take necessary action and request to refund my money. They are torturing me mentally and physically.

                                    I have a aircel prepaid connection. My number is [protected]. Yesterday (29/12/2011) I got a call from aircel about an offer which will give me 5 hrs of talk time if i would like to activate it and 98rs will be deducted from my account. I gave them positive feedback and asked them to activate the offer. After sometime I saw 98rs was deducted but i haven't got my 5 hrs of talk time. I called 198 and told them the problem. They said that 98rs was deducted from my account for unlimited pocket internet for 1 month and 2012 seconds free airce-aircel call for 7 days. I told them that this was not the offer told to me by their representative. They said they are helpless. When I told that I have no other choice but to lodge a complain at consumer complaints then he asked me to hold the phone as my call will be transferred to their higher desk for proper result. The phone rang but no one from the higher desk took the phone call and after 10-15 mins the call disconnected. I continued these process and they repeatedly transferred my call to higher desk but no one took the call although it was ringing. I called them up for at least 5 to 6 times.
                                    I thought that they are not going to do anything and I had to complain here. All I want to say is there was a false promise from the aircel representative and I want my money (Rs.98) back. And please don't call to customers (at least me) for any offer from now on.
                                    MONEY HAS BEEN DEDUCTING
