After getting my phone disconnected form the service on 10th Dec Aircel promised me to resolve my issues regarding the network coverage not only at the location of my residence and also roaming and reinstated my cell connection on 13th Decemebr.

Till today as on 28th Dec the issues stand the same and no solution has been provided. Further the invoice had been sent to me for the whole month even when i had applied for disconnection on 29th Novemebr and Aircel kept delaying.
The executive who talked to me on 13th promised me to get all the roaming charges levied to me in Novemeber invoice credited to my account. he ahd 14 days to do so which has not been done.
The calls keep droping when i recieve or make call from my residence. the network is absloutely hopeless.

      AIRCEL KOLKATA has worst customer service. I request everyone to not take aircel connection in KOLKATA.If you take, you will just harass. Because nobody in AIRCEL(lower to upper officer) do not hear your complain/problem, but making false promise. you will be exhausted after going AIRCEL store to store.They cannot compare customer care with airtel,vodaphone,tata AT ALL. ha....ITS A HELL AND HEAVEN DIFFERENCE. I[censored] TAKE(postpaid or prepaid) , U WILL FALL IN TRAP.So just think twice..WORST, WORST, WORST

          I'm Rajnish Kumar Tiwari, I received a mised call from [protected] number on 25/12/2011, 8.15 PM then I'm call back this number Mr. Vinod Kumar stating that I have win a lottery or Rs. 20 Lakh. On asking from where is the person calling, he replied that he is calling from Aircel. He gave me this number [protected] stating that I shuld call Mr. Sunil Sharma at this number and he will conduct inspection of Account number at my place.

          This look like a ferzi call and need to be taken seriously so that nobody is cheated add the fraudsters behind this should be brought to justice.

          I received a call from[protected] number on 20/08/2010 , 8.12 am stating that I have win a lottery of Rs 25 lakh. On asking from where is the person calling, he replied that he is calling from Aircel. On further telling him that I have no connection with aircel he said they have run certain scheme under which I have won the amount.
          He gave me this Number [protected] stating that I shuld call Senior Inspector Vijay Kumar at this number and he will conduct inspection of my place.

          This looks like a ponzi call and need to be taken seriously so that nobody is cheated and the fraudsters behind this should be brought to justice.
          It has been observed that the Reliance communicatin call centre boys are calling from call centre and abusing to customer, chating with lady, wrong way, pleas such a big company should take action against their staff, it appilcable to me 3 times, Delhi, Lucknow and Noida. So its so bad, we can not call the said number, due to call centre no.

          I had inquired about this, these numbers are from Pakistan, those are trying to trap ourselves (indian's), strict action should be taken against those jerks!

          I also got a call from[protected] at around 9:30 pm IST, saying my aircel number has won a Rs25 Lakhs lottery. I immediately cut the call saying " I am not interested", as such calls could be fake. Please look into this as people are getting cheated. The person was speaking hindi and had a similar accent.

          I received a Call from Aircel and the number was[protected] they told me that Sir you have won 250000 than He gave me another number to contact with his manager called Vijay and his number was[protected] and he asked me my account number and unfortunately i told that and than he asked me to pay a government Tax of rupees 21, 500 than again they called me asking sir have you reaced to the bank or not.i told i reached tell me what to do than i told i do not have enough money do one thing please take 1 lakh from my account and refund me 24 lakh rupees if you really want to give me than he cut the call.

          is it fake or not i do not know but if i feel something wrong I will complain to the Police and take an action on Aircel too.

          I also recieved call from [protected] and he said i am vijay pal from aircel company you win a lucky draw of 25 lakh then he said you switch off your phone and tell me a sim no. I think this is real so i tell the no. And he call back after one minutes just i open my phone and get call i tell him a no. Then he say you recharge your number with 150 rupees i said just ok then cut the call i check this no. On truecaller when i see this no. I see this is no. Of pakistan then he try me more than 5 times
          So please aircel company should give reply this is truth or not

            My name is ADITYA.
            I am a student currently studying in maharashtra. I use a pre paid sim card of number [protected] jk When at home. According to the rules of TRAI pre paid sim from jammu doesnt work outside the state. I was in pune from 17 of july 2011 to 6 of dec 2011 due to my academics. And in between this time period some scheme was activated on my sim number [protected] on 30 september. I have my call records which show that between this period my sim was never used. Still the telecom organisation is reluctant to accept their mistake and pay my balance back even after i have given more than 3 complaints.

                I have been charged with services that I didn't activate. When I ask for a refund customer care isn't providing it. I lost Rs.10 for some power play service. If I don't get a refund I will file a case against aircel in the district consumer court. I demand a refund because this type of problems only happen if you have balance above Rs.10

                I haven't received any refund. Plz look into the matter.
                I purchased a Aircel Postpaid No. on the date 17 December 2011 and its bill date is start with 19 to 18 of every month which is given me by the aircel delivery Agent. At the time of purchase the No. your employee said to me that i am giving you a plan of Rs. 499/- In this plan your incoming calls will be free either it is in roaming or local. And for outgoing calls you have 1000 minutes that can be used in roaming also. but only 10 days after the purchase of this no. my bill amt reached above Rs.1000/- and They close my outgoing calls on that i talk to the Aircel Customer care representative but they did't do any thing about this matter. Due to this problem i face many problems . So plz light on this matter and do needful thing other wise i will file a case against this company. my mobile no is [protected]
                All such kinds of deductions are common and they will do it without fail, and they dont answer my calls now

                  Hai, I am Venkatesh. My mobile number is [protected]. I am a aircel prepaid customer. I wanted to activate Aircel 3G Services in my SIM. I am using a Nokia 5230 mobile. I have used Airtel 3G with this set and was working fine. But when I tried to use Aircel 3G I could not Activate 3G Services. When I called 121 from my mobile Their customer support personnel was having a very poor knowledge about 3G. No one of them helped me to activate 3G services in my mobile. Actually I want to activate 3G services (Rs.132 Pack in my number) If you have any idea help me. Aircel Customer support is worst.

                    i keep getting calls from an unknown mobile number. he repeatedly calls.

                        Today arround 5:12PM i have called on 121,and discuss our query along with Mr.rakesh kumar.that guys teling me,system down i have asked the Rakesh if your system is down than whats my fault,,why you are debiting the services charge from my no.50Ps per min.than i requisted him to trasfer my call to your TL,Mr Vikash ,taking the call and speak with me,without providing the solution he disconnent my call, i again dial the no.Miss Madhu picked the call,when i asked"Should i speak with Mr Vikash"my call disconnected by her without saying anything,and now new massage reflecting on my mobile inbox thanks for using internet,

                        Aircel — Misbehaviour with customers

                        hi, i am Anish, i am having a GPRS problem since last 2 months. But though i have called several times in the customer care of Aircel, but they did not help me anyway. Now-a-days whenever i call them they misbehave with me without helping me.
                        I understand your situation my friend – it is frustrating as a customer. My experience with the Aircel Customer Care is pretty good and they have always given me a great and quick solution to my problems. What I would suggest to you is to go the nearest Aircel store and speak to the nodal office about your problem and I am sure this would take no time to be sorted….

                            BAD EXPERIENCE WITH AIRCEL

                            Dear Readers,

                            This is Vicky from Chandigarh.
                            From last few days I was keep on thinking to post my complaint against AIRCEL mobile service provider.
                            3 months back I joined aircel for their services cause of low monthly rental plans and some discounts which they offered . Through portability I changed my airtel carrier to aircel . First two months I got discounts in my bills (which were committed by local distributor) but all the times I had to call them for my discounts and whenever I called customer care to enquire about my discounts they kept on saying that they do not know about such discounts because these discounts are offered by local distributors. Problem came when in third month I called distributor for discount. His number was unreachable and till now its unreachable. And when I called customer care and asked for discounts they denied and said that I have to pay full amount , at that time I paid what the amount should I have to pay. In fourth month they sent me a long bill along with barred outgoing and now my incoming is also barred because of their issues and also I m loosing my fav vip mobile number which did cost me around 5000 rs when I purchased that number. It seems there is nobody in aircel to resolve our issues then there is no point to go for aircel service cause of false commitments and bad network.

                            I m ashish marmat i m a aircel customer my mobile no. Is [protected] on 20th august i received a call from that "sir i m calling from aircel as you are our new customer and you are the luckiest customer so aircel is giving you a free caller tune and nothing will be charged no rental or any downloading charges first i said no but that guy told me please sir select caller tune company is providing you for free then i asked that is there any hidden charges he told not a single paise will be deducted from your account and suppose in future caller tune rental will be charged before deduction we will ask you if you want to or not but next day my 30 rupees was deducted and after that till now i have complained 8 times to customer care i even talked to their team leader named shaikh abbas 3 times but every time they asked me sir give us 1 chance this time we will solve your problem but again the same thing sir wait so i m requesting you plz help me regarding this issue
                            I completely understand your dilemma at this point – its highly disheartening to lose money unnecessarily however as I understand all such processes are automated and cannot be charged to your account manually. What I would suggest is that you should go to the nearest Aircel store and speak to the customer service personnel there. I am sure this will lead to a positive outcome. Do take your complaint number for reference….

                                  I have take aircel 251 rs unlimited gprs plan on my aircel sim.
                                  Whenever i try to connect my cellphone to laptop,it shows in the browser "Unauthorized Request.Subscriber/Request have been barred."
                                  If i put 's' in front of http,i.e if i try to open a page with https,then some pages are opening.
                                  Please help me with this issue as i am not able to do browsing on my laptop due to this.

                                  Even I am facing the Same Problem for The Past 1 month.

                                  I use the Aircel GPRS Rs. 98 monthly Pack. It was working fine for the past 6 months in both mobile and PC, but suddenly for the past 1 month i can't use it in PC.

                                  I.e I can Connect To Internet Using GPRS, but none of the Page is opening, i am Getting the Error
                                  "Unauthorized Request.Subscriber/Request have been barred.", in all browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE).

                                  Also i am not able to open any websites blogspot.com websites right from the beginning,

                                  I think Aircel has barred users from Connecting their GPRS users to connect GPRS Internet to PC, if this is the case they have the responsibility to clearly communicate it their users, otherwise it is considered as Some Cheap Business Attitude And Irresponsibility.

                                  The Aircel CC Should Clear our issues ASAP, so that we can know whether the problem is with our side or Aircel barred users from connecting GPRS to PC, if the second is the case, i will surely move to some other Mobile Service Providers using MNP.

                                  So, Act Fast Aircel and don't treat us in the taken for granted attitude.

                                  I wil also mail the [protected]@aircel.co.in as requested!!!

                                  I Subscribed To The Rs98 Internet Plan on 30thDec 2011.Till Yesterday the net was working excellente' but now when i connect i get the error as mentioned by above consumers "Unauthorized request.Subscriber/Request have been barred".
                                  If the setting to connect over the internet are changed then do send them.
                                  The Customer care representative instructed me to modify the settings in my mobile(which i use as the modem) still its not working.
                                  The internet is accessible over the mobile web browser though.

                                  hey guys i just got rid of this problem, by setting manually accespoint to (aircelgprs) in pc/laptop when connected to phone as moderm.

                                  But this problem has never occured while using Nokia 2690.
                                  Use APN settings as aircelgprs in place of aircelgprs.com.this is the solution frnds its working

                                      I bought an Aircel sim on 24-Nov-2012 and had visited the store thrice. No receipt given for the amount I paid in cash, and was told that the SIM will be activated in the next 24 hrs. No activation, and when I visited the store second time on 01-Dec-2012, staff asked me to refill and resubmit the application forms. Looks like my earlier application form was lost. This time they promised that the SIM will be active in next 4 hrs. The same day evening I revisited but was told that the servers were down and so the activation will happen the next day. After several follow ups as of 04-Dec-2012 the SIm is yet to be activated. Will be great if you could activate or refund the cash of INR205 paid for SIM + voice and data plans, and ask someone to collect the SIM from me.

                                      I had already expended more than INR1000 in commuting and call charges + waste of my time.

                                        As I have cross verified the TopUP details in website www.aircel.com.

                                        In that they mentioned for Rs 68 we will get the full talk time like i have cross verified the whole site there is no where mentioned like this offer only in this website alone.

                                        After i have rechanged my mobile nubmer [protected] with Rs 68 via my Citi-internet banking option of online mobile recharge.

                                        I got the SMS to my mobile the recharge has done but my balance is no increased Yet.

                                        While I called to customer care they are said this offer only rechange from that website alone not no where else like.

                                        If this is the case they sholud not allow me to recharge apart from this website for this tarrief Rs 68. even they ae not provide the services if we are doing hte same from other website they should not taken my money.

                                        They had not mentioned this on their website.

                                        If they taken the money they need to provide the services.

                                        But they are not ready to do anything on this. I dont know is they simply taking the money from us but not providing the services then what is the use of taken the consumer money from them.
