sirs/mamdam,

i want to attract your attention to increasing tyranny of mobile service provider.i am using aircel service.A customer care person called me and started explaining his offer for caller tune.he just explained i listened.and i cut in the end.what i saw after an hour that Rs.30 is deducted.and caller tune is issued to my no.
i want to complain for such action.they didnt even asked me whether i m interested or not?whether i wanted or not?They just imposed it on me.Being student i took mobile for my and for my parents convinence not for luxries that i can not afford.

I have complain 2 times no action is taken till now.They even didnt pick phone.If they picked then kept for hold so long that i lost more balance every time.

last i talked to Mr.parmanad from aircel cutomer care noida on 10 NOV,2010 and my request no. is 1_[protected].He assured me that my balance would be back in 5-6 hour.but he made false promise.

I want my balance back and take strict action against them so that it will not be repeated with any citizen.

Well when you respond to these marketing calls and messages, value added services can get activated. In order to get rid of these calls get the DND service activated. Thereafter you will have no more unwanted calls, unwanted activations or any deduction in balance. Wish you good luck.

    My wife is using aircel sim card for a long time. Recently she cannot get signal, may be because of the SIM Problem. We are not so sure about in whose name it was registered, can you find out from your own end?

      I have taken an Aircel Prepaid Service, my service # [protected]. From the 15-17 of November I have sent over 7 SMS to a 3 Mobile service user in Nottingham (UK), the 3 Mobile # [protected], the intended person never received any of the SMS, however Rs.5/- per international SMS got deducted, but if the same SMS is sent through Vodafone it is delivered. An SMS sent through Aircel never reaches, but if a voice call is made to the same number it gets connected.

      Yesterday, 17/11/2010 i checked with the concerned person if my SMS were received, who in turn informed me that had not received any of the SMS sent via the Aircel #.
      So i called customer service to check as to why this was happening when a voice call gets connected and an SMS never gets delivered. I called the contact center and spoke to Amit/Operation Manager, who informed me that when an SMS may have been sent the receiving party must be in an Out of coverage area. When I pointed out to him that there is a delivery time frame for sending an SMS so for the last 3 days for the SMS the person is out of coverage area, but can recieve voice calls

      He refused to see reason, all im asking for is the I get the credit for the SMS that were not deliverd, he refused to give a credit and could not given any explaination as to why the voice calls could get connected and the SMS cannot get delivered.......... and after a long conversation of almost 45 mins the call was disconnected abruptly and I didnt even get a call back...........

        i have recived a message from vidiocon direct reqritment by email. they advised me to deposit 11200 inr. is this information is true or false ? saroj
        I also got such type of interview call letter. I ask a employee of videocon of my known about this. But he have no idea about that. according to him videocon doesn't send such type of letter.

          First of all without my permission Musicconnect service was
          activated on my mobile. When i contacted customer care they told me
          it can not be activated without permission and they deducted
          15 rs. I request them to deactivate it..they told me the procedure and
          i deactivated it . There was a message that Music connect is
          deactivated.
          After Half an hour again there was message that Music connect
          is on and 7rs was deducted.
          We registered complaint to deactivate.
          I recharged rs 125 and the same day 30Rs was deducted without my
          approval for music connect.

          Is this ur service to harass people and deducting money without
          their approval?
          Neither manager or supervisor picks up phone . In Customer care
          also they just pick up phone say sorry and then cut it...Why?

            Try and find the nearest Aircel store and get your issue solved. They will offer you the best of help.
            my friend have also this problem
            By any chance, do you have SATTRACX installed on your phone. I had this installed on my E72 and whenever I replaced my primary airtel sim with any other sim from any other operator and restarted the phone, it used to send SMS to this number. Uninstall SATTRACX and then try and let us know if things go fine.

              I would like to bring to your notice the following facts for your immediate action.The above mobile no is normally used by my wife Dr Urmila Dasgupta a Medico by profession and is an Associate Professor in a Medical College in Kolkata.You will appreciate that she is a very busy person and does not like to be disturbed with unnecessary
              calls and SMS.Of late it has been found that she has been receiving unnecessary calls and SMS for sales promotion from various agencies.This must be stopped forthwith.

              I may also like to add that without our consent certain facilities like" charge @1/2 sec for 1 month " was activated resulting in drainage of money.I would like you to immediately refund the charges deducted on account of the packs activated without my concurrence.In case this is not done I'll be left with no other alternative but to take up the matter with appropriate authorities for redressal of my grievance.

              An early action from your end will be highly solicited.

              I know it can be annoying but there is a definite solution to your problem. Get the number registered for DND service. You would not get anymore sales promotion calls from Aircel also the chances o[censored]nwanted activations would be very less. Good luck.

                To be very precise, Aircel Dishnet Wireless LTD still haven't paid the Lease Rent for the month of March 2010, April 2010 and May 2010. And Aircel Dishnet Wireless LTD owes one month Security Salary for two employee for the month of May 2010.

                Again I've to follow-up on this issue, as none from your department wants to take the responsibility to resolve this ongoing issue.

                We have given enough time to you(Aircel Dishnet Wireless LTD) to resolve this issue by informing what was goiong on but enough is enough.....                 I would like to inform Aircel Dishnet Wireless LTD that, Aircel Dishnet Wireless LTD has to come up with an agreement with us stating that;

                1. They(Aircel Dishnet Wireless LTD) will clear all the pending Lease rent dues by the end of this month 31st Aug, 2010.

                2. They(Aircel Dishnet Wireless LTD) will resolve the issue regarding the late security appointment which was suppose to be as of 01st May 2010, but it was done as of 01 st June 2010. Security Pay-out for the month of May 2010 is still due.

                3. They(Aircel Dishnet Wireless LTD) will have to clear the monthly pay cheque for the lease rent for setting up the Aircel Tower (Dim-090) on or before 15th of each month.



                Unless, They(Aircel Dishnet Wireless LTD) agrees to comes with an agreement or if they(Aircel Dishnet Wireless LTD) fail to resolve the above stated concern by 31st Aug, 2010, we(Owner of the site Dim-090) will not allow Aircel Dishnet Wireless LTD to function any activity at the site.



                We are all aware about the contract that we have signed with Aircel Dishnet Wireless LTD and also about the terms and conditions and so on, but when Aircel Dishnet Wireless LTD, being a National Telecom Service Carrier cannot live up with their Principles and Integrity, you(Aircel Dishnet Wireless LTD) can't tell the Landowners to look at the contract or expect us to remain silent for such a long period.



                Aircel Dishnet Wireless LTD needs to know that putting up a tower on our site was not a big favour that your company has done, you(Aircel Dishnet Wireless LTD) were doing business with us for expanding your Network Superiority and we are well aware about this and so we can bring you down. Aircel Dishnet Wireless LTD took us for granted, the occupation of the site was done as of 07/12/2009 and Aircel Dishnet Wireless LTD is well aware about all the payment, JUST Rs. 10,000/- recieved in the form of checque on 28/07/2010.



                Don't treat us like this, don't encourage us to give a press release on this issue, we want all the issues to be resolved by 31 Aug, 2010. You(Aircel Dishnet Wireless LTD) wanted us to get all the clearence for setting up the tower from the Municipal and Local Authority in a Jiffy and we did that. Now, we expect the same from Aircel Dishnet Wireless LTD or else 31st Aug, 2010 will be the last day of any activity on Site, Dim-090.



                I want to thank you Haider for taking all the Aircel Dishnet Wireless LTD responsibility on your shoulder from day 1 and I also request you to be there till the end. I myself was also working as one of the Senior Executive/SME in the Escalation Department for one of the Internationally renowned American Telecom Company for the past 5-6 yrs and I know how it feels like to be in your place. We will not be satisfied by just sitting out there in our work-station without work, unless we get a challenging assignment to resolve a customers/client concern, because when we do that, we retain our customer and we are able to expand our business smoothly.

                  How can Aircel activate Auto-Renewal Scheme of Pocket Internet without giving any Notification to Their Customers.

                  i too have the same prob ...every 3 days they are auto renewing my net pack ...and i don think by posting dis complaint here we can get any help..i have too posted my complaint, , but no response till now...the only way is to switch to other service providers by mnp..

                    Iam used samsung galaxy y mobile aircel sim used two years no problem, last week sim change the hand set not in use sim no network coverage no out going calls.

                        I have AIRCEL Connection Mobile No. [protected] & using it from 12 months.
                        But recently they started deducting 2paisa/second for STD calls instead of 1paisa/seacond (as told while taking connection)
                        Upon contacting them through customer care they told me after crossing
                        30000 second STD call U will be charged 2paisa/second which was quite
                        shocking.

                        They had hidden this information and If it is so they should have intimated me
                        through SMS or call that U have 30000 seconds STD call & I could have
                        been aware & thinked before calling from this connection?
                        I think you should clarify your plan with the customer care guys. For better results try and visit the nearest Aircel outlet and resolve your issue. Good luck.

                        Aircel — Deduction of money without information

                        My Prepaid mobile no is [protected] of Mr. Sanjay Hanse. After recharging of every prepaid voucher the AIRCEL company used to deduct from the available amount without providing any prior intimation. I had complained several time but no help received from their end.

                          Pocket Internet of Aircel is a worst plan in the market from any inernet provider in GPRS. I would like to refer all to use Airtel's mobile internet rather than using Aircel's pocket internet. Airtel's INTERNET plan works very well in any part of India. I faced lots of problem in using Aircel pocket internet while surfing.The speed of aircel PI is very slow .One should not rely on this poor service of Aircel while doing some important task like IRCTC eTICKETING ,online shopping ,internet banking etc. for you will definitely suffer a lot. So aircel should try to rectify this Pocket Internet plan or else they are definitely going to loose their customers .....like me.

                          I found it very convenient, good speed and at a very affordable price. I think you should check and refresh the GPRS settings in order to improve your net speed. Try reaching the customer care for further help.

                            what the hell doing by our various department to control such fraud massages to fool the Indian people, where as daily such massages receiving by any mobile user. unfortunately few users also lost money on such fraud cases. why not the intelligence department track such massage senders through SMS OR Emails. Whether they have no power to punish such crime or they have no time for such business. Should i think that Indian people are so fool that any one can do as their wish.

                              hello, I am Praveen Kumar Pathak (Aircel mobile no: [protected])
                              On 25th of October I got call from one of the call center of Aircel. The man at other side said I am a valuable customer of Aircel and the company wants to give me free STD minutes. I asked him 5 times the extra or hidden charges for this but he said it is all free of cost. For free STD minutes I said yes.
                              Then on 27th of october I went to my hometown for Diwali and returned back on 11th of November. During this period my cell was switch off. I turned my cell on 11th of this month and found that 84 rupees were missing from my balance. I called the customer care for the same but they said that I have availed these special packs by my own. I am shocked and frustated.................
                              The image of Aircel has ruined in my mind...................
                              They are cheaters!!!!
                              That’s strange and unusual. Why don’t you visit the nearest company store and clarify your issues. They would be of great help.

                                i am prashant kumar from patna. I was using an aircel no [protected] from 1 and a half year,last month my sim got stolen to regain my no i visted aircel help center on 2nd nov i deposited photo copies of my original document and my collage id they provided my an sim having sr.no[protected] they had said me that it will be activated on evening.i inserted that sim on mobile on 3rd nov it wasnt activated till then after then i visted help centre again they said that they had sended request and it will be activated after 72 hrs today is 6th november till now my no hasnt got activated. Please help me my contact no is [protected] till i recover my aircel's no back.

                                  I won't consider Aircel a service provider as they are not good at providing a basic service. I have an Aircel number 980XX01500. This number is in the Punjab circle. My home town is Hisar in Haryana state. My city is planted with hundreds of Aircel boards passing the message the Aircel is now in Hisar.

                                  Last month I was on a visit to my home in Hisar. To my amazement, I could see the Aircel boards all over the city but my Chandigarh number was not working over here. I tried to manually select the network but could not find Aircel in the list.

                                  On the way to Hisar from Chandigarh there are 3-4 towns where my number was working under Vodafone's network. I wonder what is wrong with their network in Hisar. Hisar is not a village, it is a full flash city of Haryana.

                                  Now today I came to Hisar again and I am still facing the same problem. Now, when last time I came I had written to the customer care, but I never got the response from them. This time I am hoping they would read there reviews and act.

                                  I have used almost all telecom companies in the past, and this is the first time I am facing such a problem.

                                      i am going mad i had bought a aircel no [protected] two month back and evey after two three days they block my no without teling anything very disgusting. i want to file a case against aircel no whenever i call customer care they register complaint and dont do anything my Rs350/- got stuck in aircel they cheat there customer i want the compensation of this harassment.there dlf galleria store management is also disgusting vikas panday i have delt with is also very unresponsible he never answer any call whenever i call them on land line they never pick up there phone. pls get me the justice i am going mad i will suicide and responsible will be aircel

                                        It was 26th August 2010, I saw an advertisement in a dainik bhaskar news paper that a company namely aircel (GLOBAL TOWER SERVICE) taking land for mobile tower for a contract of 20 years and in return giving 13 lacs in agreement and 35 thousands as monthly rent.Contact no's are given [protected],[protected].
                                        As firstly they demanded 5000 /- for registration cum booking and after booking again they demand 19500 /- as tax amount.
                                        i had diposited these amount but now they are not responding to me. and there contact no. are getting switched off............
