To Aircel customer care:

Why the hell you go on changing the balance checking number? (My Aircel number is [protected].) If the balance checking number is simple like ever we can remember that. But, voluntarily you kept the number like *111*6# that can not be saved in the mobile for our reference too.
And today it is not showing the remaining balance too in the regular way as it used to show. Rather it shows zero balance always. But, after knowing in roundabout and pressing the said number *111*6# it says the balance. Why this beating around the bush for the customers.

After each call is made, it is not showing and deducting the amount in front of my eyes. Every time should i go and check it using the hotchy potchy number?
It is not good business practice either!
I just will post about it in Mobile forums now!

I am getting anonymous calls from the same number(AIRCEL TAMILNADU) for more than six months. Will it be possible for you to provide the details of the person if i provide you that Aircel number?

it is mohit jaitak frm himachal.i was using aircel number from last one year and 2 months from today they send me message that ur documents are not valid where as i submitted documents twice in beginning while purchasing number.They debarred my outgoing calls and next morning i again submitted with them the documents but 3 days passed the number is not usable and neither it is being connected to customer care executive.i m suffering alot due to this inconvinience.Kindly see in this regard.

I am a customer of Aircel Company . I have been using this number [protected] from Dec 05 in my own name and on 5 Oct 10 I got a call for Re-verification to summit 4 photograph and POI/POA document and on the next day i.e. 6 Oct 10 I have summitted it to the Cellcity Imphal . Now, all my 888 lifetime and PPS lifetime have been cancel without any information. Regarding this I have written a complaint and summitted it to the cellcity on 18 Nov 10. Since, no effect I than sent a mail from my husband email id on 1st week of Dec 10 and finally on 13 Dec 10 my service got change to 222 lifetime but all my service have been removed by the Company . Previously I have enjoyed 1 peisa/sec on every call including STD, which I don’t need to recharge any magic pack rather than top up and now I have been charge 99 peisa/min. Whether its 5 sec I have been charge 99 peisa . In Company view the case has been solve but in my view I am not at all satisfy with it and now I am seeking for your help. I am not the only customer facing this problem and I would be very thankful if you consider the case little seriously and finish the case as soon as possible.

i have already give the request for DND service on 02 October and after 45 days on 16 Nov my DND activate but after that day i was receive sms and call than i was make many complains but i DND find any solutions and when i visit Aircel customer care center office than concern person said that your problem resolved on 01 December but again and again i recive many sms like miss call alerts service related promotions sms .
According to order of supreme court after 5 complained we can do a complaint against the company so please take action against company because i am very disturb with these type call or sms

My mobile no [protected] prepaid connection taken in the month of Feb 2010 & the same was only for the internet using at home but the no connectivity available at home, after that i not recharge the no.
in the month of Nov 2010 i recharge for Rs. 200.00 from my local area, after that i check but the sim is inactive & the shopkeeper told me to visit tilak road main office for activation the sim, i visit to tilak road office that time Mr Jitendra told me that sim is inactivated you can take back the cash from the shopkeeper, but recharge is done on that no & the no give to other person.
after that again i visit to main office at tilak road Mr Jitendra told me that he can forward the request to his superior & call within 2-3 days.
yesterday i.e. 14/12/2010 i again visit to main office tilak road, the gentlement told me that your no given to another person on 16/07/2010 & the recharge money not get back to you.
my question is that
1) why the person did not told the truth at the time to my first visti to main office?
2) if the connection/no disactivited & given to another person then why they not communicate to me at my local address or my another communication no.
3) thisi the way to treat your customer?

Sir,
i have purchased a SIM card of AIRCEL,mobile no. -[protected] by submitting my ID & address proof (Election Voting Card) & a recent photograph for Rs 49, which was activated by the vendor & told me that the documents will be submitted the next day.On 3rd Dec i got some blank calls from no [protected] which i tried to catch but the ringing time was so short that i couldn't take it as i keep cell phone in my trousers pocket.i suspect that this call might be from the AIRCEL & i called the customer care but he told me that everything is all right with my number but they didn't get the documents. I thought it may take time to reach there.
later on the AIRCEL stopped my outgoing calls & when i inquired i came to know that they didn't received the documents.
Also i phoned the vendor about this & he told me that he has handed over my documents to the Dealer from Kurla& he got the sign for submission. i requested to inquire the same with the DEALER & the dealer told him that the documents were submitted to the AIRCEL & he has the submission proof.& also suggested me to go to the gallery of aircel & submit the same again.but i said no to him & requested to find out the "submitted documents."also talked with the aircel customer care which is informed that the call charges on customer care are Rs 0.50 per min.the only customer care service I came to know ever since 1996 when i started using the mobile phone service.
& I suspect that these people purposely create problems & create a situation to make u call to customer care & they get charges for the same, so GOOD EARNING TRICK !!!
the blank calls later on i tried to trace & knew that it is aircel's call center number.
sir , pl look in to the matter &help me out & suggest if i can take any legal action.

There is some issue as the Aircel telecom J&K has not given me the benefit talktime on their recharge scheme of 25,several times.I have complained several times to the customer care executiue but they have not taken in seriously.
So,i request you to bring the issue in their notice and take some serious step.

My mobile no is [protected]. For more than one year i am requesting to change my address Via all modes.i.e. wriiten complain given, walk thro nearest centre and complained, calling twice in a month to the customer care for the same issue and hearing the same statment from the executives stating will get resolved in 2 working day and also receiving the sms stating your complains have been solved.

But still now, nothing happend and got frustrated hearing the same answer stating will get resolved within 2 days. i am waiting for the change of address as a address proof. the purpose doesn't solved still now. today also i gave a call hearing the same answer and really getting irriated. all my time, money, health getting disturbed because of this. can somebody help me in solving this issue.

That too i am using the same number near to 10 years with this poor service.

I had called just dial to get 'Movers and Packers' no., and they gave me "Aircel cargo Movers & Packers" no. I asked "Aircel cargo Movers & Packers" to deliver my laggauge from New Delhi, patel nagar to Bangalore on 27 Nov 2010 and they said that the laggauge will be delivered on 5 dec 2010. I started following up on calls from 5 Dec 2010 and then he said that it will reach by 11 Dec 2010. After following ups on call for the whole week, When I called on 11 Nov 2010 to ask about laggauge, his phones was not reachable.
The website given on the reciept provided by them "www.aircelcargopackersmovers.com" has no related details given and the address & Phone no given on site does not maches the reciept records.. When searched in google about this "Aircel cargo Movers & Packers" , no information was found, but lots of complaints were seen.
This "Aircel cargo Movers & Packers" is a fraud. the person who is taking care of this, his name is Manjeet and his no is [protected]..
I have attached a copy stating that the information was about "Aircel cargo movers & Packers" was given by Just dial.

my mobile no. is [protected] and it has balance of about rs 525. but now my connection is dicontinued by the company and the company do my balance zero . when i go to the aircel store they give me the reason that i donot submitt my id proof , but this is not the case as i give id proof to the dealer from where i brought the no. on contacting dealer he said that the distributer has been changed three times in a month so he misplaces ur id .so it is companies fault not his as he gives my id proof to distributer.so kindly do something about this.

Without my permission AIRCEL TELECOMMUNICATION gives callertune,musicconnect service and unlimited browsing .I am not subscribe any callertune,mussicconect,and unlimited browsing.My balance is also cutted as well.

I have 3 post paid connections with aircel as a CUG corporate connection.

Continuous wrong billing has been done by aircel for usage of pocket internet and download of games/ wallpaper/ subscriptions to the tune of Rs 1000 every month....

request for clarifications/ usage/ monitoring has resulted in bad responses/ no communication/ and cutting of connection by Aircel.

Bill payment reminders are sent thrice a day but a complaint is not respended to even for 15 days!!!!
Pathetic attitude/ bad customer servie.

At this rate, no wonder new poviders are preferred.

I took a Aircel Prepaired connection in 2009 and when ever there is enough balance in my pre-paired account this telecom company eats away the balance from my account in the name of Dailer tune or Caller tune services, which have been activated automatically from the it's network without my knowledge and authorization and this has happened not once with me,it's like second time happening.

The first time Aircel took Rs.45 from my Pre-paired Acc in the name of Dailer tune,but it was refunded back within 48 hours on my complaint,for which am great full to Aircel,But soon i had a similar problem again and they are not ready to agree on their mistake,

And the response am getting from customer services is like this:
("Sir if you want the services you can take it or leave it but we can't refund your balance. We are helpless. Sorry for the inconvience,Thanks for your call!")

This is a customer care not for the customers convenience but for the benefit of Aircel Company In which i truly believe.I don't know still how many people are not able to rise their Voice and charged for the unsubscribed services.

This services are truly in benefit of the company!
