Dear Sir,

This is a serious complaint against aircel india. I am a prepaid connection holder of aircel my no is [protected]. few months before aircel deduct so many money from my account by providing dialer tune without any consent. yesterday I received a sms from 53030 that thank you to register LKD and 10 rs deducted from my main account. Still I consider and called up customer care today. a executive named mita received my request that to deactivate this service and assure me to sending deactivation confirmation sms to me. I called her up at 1.15 pm. now it is 12.32 am. no sms received.

I am with a institution and I can not reject this aircel connection because all student have this no.and I also really frustated regarding that type of idiotic unwanted help.

Please do something to stop this nonsense.

I HAVE CORPORATE CONNECTION 4 NUMBERS IN MY NAME.
IN ONE OF MY NUMBER [protected] (MOMS NUMBER, AGE-60)
WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION THEY ACTIVATED SERVICE NAMED VMRY (MATRIMONIAL SERVICE FOR MY MOM)
IAM GETTING 30RS EXTRA FOR LAST 4 MONTHS BILL. EVERY TIME THEY SAYING THAT REQUEST HAS BEEN TAKE PLS CONTACT AFTER 48 HRS. BUT THERE IS NO ANY REPONSE FROM THAT SIDE.
I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER CARE MORE THAN 20 TIMES. BUT STILL I HAD RECEIVED 30RS IN THIS MONTH BILL.
NAME IS CUSTOMER CARE. BUT NO CARE FOR ANY CUSTOMERS.
IAM WASTING MY TIME BY CALLING CUSTOMER EVERY TIME.

PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.

    Dear Sir,

    I recharged my Aircel connection with a Top Up of 111Rs yesterday (18.09.2010) , the transaction was successful, but after about 3 hours when i checked my balance after a call, i found that the balance was Zero. I don't have my transaction number as i have the habit of deleting messages once i receive them.
    Please Help me

      Hi My name is Sanind Shaikh.

      My brother bought an Aircel SIM card which was registered on 18th August 2010.

      It worked find for 2 weeks and then suddenly the SIM started showing Registration failed. Incomming / Outgoing was stopped first and then the SIM started showing registration failed.

      Then we went to give the complaint to the dealer and he said the card was corrupt and he said he would get the new SIM card with the same number.

      After getting the new card we tried but it again started showing 'Registration Failed'.

      After that we went to the Aircel Distributor in Vasai and did an enquiry.

      They also promised that the SIM would start working next day. But then from some of our friends we came to know that the number which we had bought was being used by some unknown person who was not disclosing his identity.

      After that when we went to Agency they said the SIM is registered in someone elses' name and was never registered in my brother's name which is not correct as the previous day he had shown that the SIM was registered in my brother's name on the computer.

      It seems the agency have fraudulently issued the SIM number to someone else even after it was already sold.

      We had got the verification call and everything was done and still the Card is now issued in someone elses' name.

      The SIM number is[protected].

      Mobile number is [protected].

      My Brother's name is Sohail Shaikh in whose name it was registered.
      Please investigate this.

        I was announced winner in jackpot offer.i had got a call yesterday from aircel customer care ,you have won a nokia E63 cellphone.he said me that you have to come to collect your gift on 17 sep 2010 at 4:00 pm at following address:
        A-44,mohan co. ind. eastate near sarita vihar ,
        mathura road new delhi
        I said it would not be possible to come ,i have to go to the office.
        customer care agent said don`t miss the event,plz come to collect your gift.
        i said ok.after that he disconnected the line.

        today when i reached at the above address ,then they said ,you had said you would not come.so we can`t give the gift.and they didn`t give the gift.i had also asked to provide the call recording but they annoyed for it also.if you people don`t help me ,i would go to court also.

          I have a pre-paid cell with aircel network of number [protected].Last week,The Aircel sent message "your masti pack will be activated within 2 days".Immediately i contacted customer care.They(Mr soumen) told me to hold the line and given some music background.I waited for 3min but still they did not reconnected the line.In this manner they they deducted call charges for the call to the customer care.Again I tried,they simply picked the phone and kept without saying anything.One lady was talking with some Mr Anirban in the background.I asked several time to pick the phone,but they did not.Again they deducted money.Again I called the customer care.This time Mr Piyush picked the phone.Again same strategy,they asked me to hold the line.But I specifically warned about last call.Still I had to wait with same music.Again this man informed me,that the dont have any data about this activation of "masti pac"k service within two days.I told I dont want it.But he replied he can not do anything.Finally after two days,a message came "your masti pack service has been activated,7 rupee has been deducted.".Again I tried to call the customer care.It was ringing.but simplu suddenly it has been kept in hold mode.Again they started deducting money for this call.I tried 3 time yesterday night to contact customer care.Evrytime they are keeping it in hold mode.And not picking it.But deducting money everytime.
          I simply feel-
          1) how they can activate any offer without approval o[censored]ser and deduct money.
          2)Why is it necessary for the customer care people to keep waiting the user?Even if they pick the phone,they ask please hold the line,I will check the machine.Can't be it done keeping the user in line?It is simply for cutting money from the people.
          3)I decided to stop using aircel,because of those reasons.They are simply cheating me.
          can I get an explanation for all those?

          Its seems there is quite a bit of confusion in this case. I would suggest you to visit the nearest Aircel store and get it sorted there. They will confirm the issue and also help you resolve this.

            My mobile ac balance of Rs 30 has been deducted from my main ac bal on[protected] between 9pm to 12 pm.I registered a complain in the Aircel cust care on[protected] as they register balance related complain after 24 Hrs.But the resolution they gave me on[protected] when I called in cust care that it has been charged for the usage of internet service.But I have recharged Internet voucher of Rs 14 on[protected] which give me 3 days free internet surffing.I informed the agent in cust care but they informed me that I have never recharge a Internet Voucher on[protected].I am 100 % sure I have recharged Rs14 internet voucher but i dont have the voucher with me.I am not concerned about the money which has been deducted but it has been incorrectly deducted from my ac & to cover up the fraud they informed me I am worng & I have not recharges Rs 14 internet voucher.
            I am realy upset about the fraud they did with me because I am working in BPO industries for last 5 years & I work for world largest 3G telecome provided.I know all the rules & regulation of TRAI .
            I am realy worried if Aircel can fool a cust like me what about the common people who is using the Aircel service.

              sir, the aircel is now enjoying the moment of 1 year anniversary in kerala.but the network coverage is very poor. i had complaint several time to customer care, and each time they say it will be rectified at most early.but it only to fool you.no usage.and i emailed to the mail id's given in their website and i got call that it will be rectified. after some time i got message saying that they have surveyed in my area and it is my mobile handset problem.yes may be handset, bcos their arguement is that our handset should capable of catching signal of even neighbouring states towers!!!!!! but so far no one has invented that type of phone.may be aircel have that type of mobile phones which can catch signal from even america.


              anyway they are not ready to accept their poor network coverage issue and rectify it.
              hats off aircel for your abismal performance in kerala , and i believe in other states too.

                I got a recharge of Rs.251 for internet recharge on my mobile No.[protected] from a retailer at I.T.O. Aircel gave a message that the same is under process but further there is no confirmation to the effect of transfer of value for internet usage. I worked a little on internet and it showed "subscribe to pocket data first".
                Try to visit the nearest Aircel store and speak to them, they will help you out of this.

                  Strange, Aircel generally gives 40-60 kbps internet speed, try to get help from the customer care.

                    I the aircel user of [protected] no. have a complain regarding automatically deduction of main bal.My account was automatically set with caller tune without any notice they have deducted Rs.30 from my bal.
                    i had informed your coustomer care about this matter and told them to refund the amt. they had deducted i.eRs30 .They had said that i will recieve the refunded amount within 48hrs but till date i had not got the amt.
                    I had complaint the same on 4/9/2010 at11:30am Ist complaint no.[protected],2nd complaint on 6/09/2010 at 16:57.
                    Sir these many times i had complaint to coustomer care but they but they had not taken it deeply .I request you to please help me .

                      Hi,

                      I registered for NDNC by sending the SMS to 1909. I received a confirmation SMS stating the reference no. and that the unwanted promo calls will be stopped Sep 2, 2010. But, I am still getting the irritating calls and SMSes. The reference no. provided by Aircel for the registration is S[protected].

                      Today I called 1909 and talked to the support. They once again registered the complain and gave me a new reference number SR 1- [protected] and a date to resolve it that is Sep 9, 2010.

                      I am not sure how long this will go on.

                      Today (Sep 8, 2010) I received a confirmation SMS from Aircel support that my above issue is resolved and I will not be getting any promo calls. But, as soon as the SMS was received, I also received two promo calls AGAIN from Aircel. The numbers are [protected] and [protected]. I called the support again. And I am told they have registered a new complaint and need 24 hours time to resolve it. I cannot wait any longer and I requested to escalate the issue. After repeating couple of times, I was asked to hold for 30 seconds. FYI, I was made to wait for more than 2 minutes and at the end the call was disconnected.

                      To my utter surprise, I received the promo call immediately after reading the email from [protected] at 4.22pm.

                      Request to all the guys - NOT to take Aircel connection.
                      Received promo calls from Aircel again on Sep 15, 2010 from [protected] at 3.10pm and 6.49pm. When the support guys asked me what is the promo call about and what is being promoted. I told them that it is in Kanada and I do not understand Kanada. So, now the promo calls are in Hindi. Aircel support folks are smart and clever.
                      I received an email now and you guys called and confirmed it - you need more time. But, immediately after that, I got a promo call from Aircel to subscribe for a caller tune - [protected] at 10.10am.

                      You guys have spent more than 60 days on this. And you still need more time?

                        I m using aircel gprs on my pc.but i facing problem while surfing or download,speed was to slow around 2 to 3 kbp/s from last 1 month.
                        My location (behala chowrasta mucipara west,kol- 141)
                        I agree aircel internet become worst in kolkata, this is not only my opinion my friends who are using aircel gprs they are also unsatisfied with the aircel gprs .
                        Aircel gprs internet not working properly its speed goes down 2 kbp/s.

                        Aircel internet become poor from last 2 month .

                        Have you ever refreshed the GPRS settings, this will definitely improve the internet speed.

                          I am hereby submitting a complaint against the Aircel,India to activate the dialer tone services without my permission.Also deducted Rs 30/- from my account balance.Even though i have made a recharge tariff of Rs 129,two days ago, in which they have provided Free Internet Access,Free Dialer Tone as well as Rs 60/- for a month.After that also,they have deducted an amount of Rs 30/- for Dialer tone activation.
                          This can happen when you respond to promo calls and messages. Try and get your DND service activated to block all these in future.
                          the same problem with my number they activated dialer tune ..deducted balance from my account and when i called up for refund..the customer care says go to the media for complain we don't care horrible services...cheaters...[protected]

                            This is to inform you that i had purchased two sim cards of aircel on 26th july 2010 . the numbers are [protected] and [protected] . my sim was activated on the next day. and in the same week i had called in the customer care to activate my gprs services o[censored]nlimited as i use a lot of internet on my phone.The team leader informed me that my servies would be activated in two hours. after a month when i called up asking for my amount of bill the executive told me that the amount is 591/- i was shocked as i had not used much.i asked him about my services which were active. he informed me saying that my service of internet is not active and i have been charged a lot of amount here. i told him to transfer the call to the manager. he transferred the call to an named (JOY). this told me he is a team leader and the supervisor.We had a conversation for an hour and then he informed me that he would be calling me back the next day to give me a solution.i did not recieve any calls from him and again dialled up the customer care number saying wanted to talk to a manager after an argument of around 20 mins the lady transferred the call to another who said her name is (Sneha) the floor manager .again after all the discussion for an she again informed me that would be going ahead and calling me back tomorrow after getting the updates from the backhend department.i had to agree . she informed me would be calling at 2pm the next day . i did not recive any calls again so called up again at around 7 30 pm . and also to my suprise they had barred ma services even after informing them taht would only pay the bill when they give me a confirmation about the escalation which is going on. she had promised me that it wouldnt get barred. as it was barred so called up again and got both the (JOY) and (SNEHA) first had a word with (JOY) then he transferred the call to manager who was (SNEHA). they acivated my line but when asked about why they didnt call mne back they had given me a very good answer, they told me i am very sorry sir i forgot . anywhich ways i had paid ma bill the next day that is the amount of 500/-. i went to the galley to make a payment of 500/- and also informed him about the issue . he said dont worry sir would forward the complaint.i asked him for the unbilled amount he told me that the unbilled amount is 470/- so i calculated and the amount was 470/- + 91/- comes to 550/- something . the next day again the line was barred . i called up customer care and asked them why was my card barred again . he said that my unbilled amount was 1078/- . i was shocked statinf that in a day who can make a calls worth 500/-. this is wat this aircell compnay has been doing . and thet other card i have never used it still that is barred .


                            Give me a solution or i am not gonna pay the bill .

                                Aircel undergone a process of address verification from their customers, even i got nearly 15 calls from Aircel people and answered too... but today my outgoing is barred.. there is proper service to help me. I'm totally disappointed with their process..

                                  I am Aircel customer for more than 8 years i changed my connection from pre paid to post paid recently i am facing lots of issues in billing after migrated to postpaid the customer care does not care about any of my complaints and more over the billing of AIRCEL is really a open Roberry in the name of mobile service provider.                                       Here in my family everybody using AIRCEL prepaid. We are using Tamilnadu division AIRCEL prepaid.

                                      The complaint is: AIRCEL is deducting the amount anonymously by enabling the unrequested services like caller tune etc., We are using this AIRCEL prepaid connection more than 5 yrs. Couple of weeks before AIRCEL has deducted the amount around Rs 135 from my brothers prepaid. As we are working at Chennai while we make a call to customer care 198 (Complaint No) it is automatically getting directed to Chennai division AIRCEL instead of connecting to Coimbatore division. We tried hundreds of time nobody responses and gives proper solution. If we call them, they used to tell this is Chennai division please call Tamilnadu AIRCEL. If we dial again it lands at Chennai AIRCEL only. Today again my Father's AIRCEL prepaid amount is deducted without his knowledge.
                                      Kindly take this complaint against AIRCEL Fraud Cellular service provider and give us a direction to fight for the solution with them.

                                      s. i also faced the same problem. today morning i got an sms saying that Ganesh Solgan got renewed, rs.30 for that renwwal and To Unsubscribe, dial 580005. i am shoked becoz To Unsubscribe, dial**** which means what, they deducted already without my approval and i immly checkd the balance, the amt 30 was deducted. how fraudalant activity they followed. i also tried the Customer Care & 198, they inform to dial 121 but if i dialled 121, they told to dial 198. what a cleaver game they play. i also not known, how tro proceed, but i decided to keep only the minimum balkance.

                                        Since we have bought the Aircel Peek, we have faced several problems which was supposed to be Email Solution Provider, However the service provided by the Aircel Peek was more dissapointing as Email Problem Provider.

                                        We had bought 2 Aircel Peek's earlier in the month of April for business purpose from Mangalore Office. Invoice No.BT/BAN/A037/036/09-10, Bill date:13/04/2010.

                                        With 1) IMEI:[protected] & 2) IMEI: [protected].It worked for 8 days very well. So we ordered for 1 more Peek, with 3) IMEI:[protected] which we have not received an Invoice yet

                                        May 2010 the trouble started, all 3 peeks there was no network connectivity.We handed over the peek when exe attended our complaint after several days. To the Horror there was no sign till 1st week June even after extensive follow ups and got it resolved by speaking to Delhi, Banglore office. We told the exe. what about the 1 month recharge since we did not use, he said will extend the service by 1 month. when the time came it was not done, so we had to again call and break our heads and got it done. After 2 months we are facing again problems of battery for 2 peeks, its not getting charged, dead cells plus one charger not in working condition. We are been waiting for the replacement and we have been getting excuses from the exe.he will come, I am gone to banglaore to get etc. atlast he said send it to Mangalore office by courier. We were ready to do that even.

                                        However after getting fed up we travelled to Mangalore, we carried all the devices. On the way said that we are coming to office to get it replaced. Immediately text msg was sent by the exe. that he does not have the Battery ready, it was like completely exhausted dissatisfaction service for us. Since exe did not have the stuffs ready, so thought it was pointless going to the Aircel Peek office and we carried on to our meeting destination.

                                        Now this was nothing than more worst, Exe. called in the midst of meeting and telling that i can provide you the batteries but on one condition. When heard executive telling a word condition, we were so angry that we had to disconnect the line since we did not wanted to get burst off.

                                        So kindly request you to get this rectified or we will look forward for consumer forum and get the help.
