On the Saturday i.e. 4th of December, I activated Pocket Internet. And I used PI in my PC. I did not download anything from the wap portal. I only used gprs settings. On Sunday I realized that my balance has been deducted. I went ahead to do another recharge of Rs111 on Sunday, and used the gprs again. this time to my balance was deducted I called up customer care and did not get a conclusive answer. The reasons there gave are
1.The plan has changed. If an e-recharge of Rs14 is done then its only 250 MB post which the data download is chargeable but on the card its unlimited—There are no ads nor any info as such in your site about this
2. I have downloaded—I have not downloaded from the wap APN. Yes I have used internet from the gprs APN. In the past too, I have used the same(aircel gprs) and no balance was deducted
3. The plan mentioned in point 1 was launched on 6th Dec is what was told by one of the call center rep

Please help me. I lost nearly 100 rs because of this.
You should visit the nearest company outlet and clarify your issues. They would surely get you out of this problem.

    I buy a Aircel prepaid sim card before few days at Rs 250 with talk time Rs 301 or 300 . After some day used my talk time balance came Rs 280 apx.then i remove sim card from my mobile and keep it in a safe place with plastic cover. But after few days when it connect and see my balance come Rs 170 apx.after then i remove sim with out any used at last to day 3.12. 2010 when i connect sim to my mobile and call*125# for balance inquire then see my balance come down Rs236.80 . My mobile number is 91 [protected]
    This mobile company all time create this type of problem and when we contact to customer care they ignore it with some blame .so in that case my 2nd aircel sim card not recharge from long time .so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

    aircel prepaid connection — bal deducted wrongly

    i am having two aircel kolkata prepaid nos.[protected] & [protected].both these nos got wrong bal deduction on unwilling subcription of crbt song from autodialler.and both the nos got activated with the same song.i already spoke to the customer care but they are telling it has done by ourself from the autodialer calls.my hearetdly request is that to look on this matter & and make the bal return.one song got activated on 04.06.09 & the other one got activated 02.07.09.

    Contact customer care and ask the procedure to deactivate the dialer tune . I think this will solve the problem.
    i have lost my aircel sim card i want to stop my connection to buy a new connection please reply
    this is not proper service it will be a bad image for company good will.
    I am sure there must be some Value added service active on your number, try calling the customer are and deactivate the same.

          i am shekhar and my mobile number is [protected]. i had problem with aircel thrills. i didn't subscribe the aircel thrills but its activated and deducting daily three rupees rental since november 15, 2010. i dont know how to deactivate this service and i called many times to customer care to deactivate the service but they did not respond with my problem
          so kindly solve my problem

          This can happen when you respond to marketing calls and messages. In order to get rid of these try and get the DND service activated. Thereafter you will have no more unwanted activations and deduction in balance. Wish you luck.

            Aircel Mobile service — telemarketing call at night

            dear sir / madam

            i N.Swaminathan having a AIRCELL prepaid mobile no: [protected] for the past
            4 - 5years.

            For the past 5 days we are receiving a telemarketing prerecorded call from a no:+9158000 on getting the first call in the un time at night i called the customer care service centre and told this message and i requested them to activate the DO NOT DISTRIBUTE service. on the second day after registering this i have received the call at 23.15 from the same number at that moment it self i called the service centre i enquired about this on e person told me it will be activated with in 7 days from the register i asked them you people don't have the time to make this call in the day time he replayed like this only will call you can do what ever you thing and shouted me in the phone it self and i was also shouting and disconnected the call today i also i received the call at 22.26 if you are going to stop this nonsense or not all the call are received from 21.15 to 23.15 due to this nonsense call we are unable to sleep in the nights and we are very much distributed please take the necessary action immediately my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com and my other number is [protected]

              Whenever i try to call cus. care, the ring is gose long but i get no response. Very bad service. Unable to satisfy d customer.

              While Travelling with family from Moradabad to Faizabad with Ticket PNR No -[protected] in IIIrd A/c coach B1, TTE has alloted Berth No-52 to an unathourised person with Ticket PNR - [protected], on which allready one passenger was sleeping. On enquiring the TTE, he has misbehaved with us and used wrong words with our ladies members, on arguing with him, he has slapped me.
              TTE concerned was on duty from Delhi to Shahjahanpur.

              In such a case you should try and visit the nearest Aircel store and get the settings from there itself.
              Complain agains Ambathur Aircel office.
              1) Demeanor with customer is very poor
              2) My 6 month in ambathur fffice (24 hours delay to reactivate after the payment)
              3) No proper response during the phone

              My number is [protected] past three months i am complaining about to stop advertisement calls and to deactivate Aircel packet radio but still not resolve the prob. I never seen such worst network provider and response from Aircel . pls take required action ...
              i have seen some railway officials misbehaving with travelers. One TTE, instead of inspecting the tickets slept and on the following day morning came and acted as a 'squad' and fined lots of passengers. i was one among them. the details i can give if asked by the competent authority. when i asked who are the other members of the squad, he says he is the only one in the squad! In the same bogey, there were many railway staff traveling and they were all on the side of the TTE, whereas many ordinary men 'perished' under the heat.
              This is a very unusual problem that you have mentioned. The customer care is reachable almost every time. Try to visit a company outlet and report your problem.

              2.Lifetime Offers are promised at the time of sim purchase but works for just 6 months or less e.g on new sim call rate is 1p/3s A2A, 2p/3s A2O , and STD 1p/s for lifetime but worked for just 6 months.
              3.Internet works for 2 days then doesn't works for 3 days.
              4.Doesn't update offers on thier official site that harms consumers money.
              Most Of the plans are changed but not changed to the site or they also dont inform to thier retailers

              First i activated 3g pack of rs198 and then i was unable to use 3g. 2g was active though i had recharged with 3g pack and when i tried to call customer care my call was disconnected. i tried to contact 5 to 8 times...

              I am so so so so so so so so happy on "response of customer care" because at least you want to solve my problem

              Because on customer care call you and your team always disappointing me

              My problem is that your customer care operator said me that I am playing online game on my (baba Adam Kay jamanay Kay) keypad mobile (which is not possible) and cut 5 ₹ daily

              I always told him that you restrict my mobile net for forever and after that he told me that as you wish sir, your mobil net service is deactivated and cut my call

              after two or three days again you cut my balance again

              It is not fair

              I am so disappointing on these all things

              Please stop these kind of things which are you doing

              Now I make my mind to port my no.

                on 11th Nov i gave a request for Converting from Postpaid to Prepaid. still my request is pending and nothing is processed.still my connection in POSTPAID only. i called to customer care and i raised a request on aircel care also but no use.

                SIR, now i am using our aircel network postpaid connection

                prepaid schem, i would like to convert my postpaid
                connection to prepaid. i already made request to you my

                favour response from your erode customer care. i am
                expecting your reply as soon as possible.

                  Yes, , , you are correct, , , i have also got this sms on 04.02.2012 ... i recharge for RC 30... but no use... only account balance only recharged.
                  i called to 198, but no use.. they said "check your dialed number... oh.. god i lost the amt.. and also existing booster also... please tell, rectify this problem.

                          I have purchased air cell mobile no.[protected] .but my phone was stollen in feb/march.10 and intimate to call center to close my phone no. on receiving the bill , I agin inform in writing to vodaphone representative . Inspite of written communication I am getting bills regularly from vodaphone . No one understand the problem of a customer.

                          Once again it is informed to Vodaphone management to settle the issue immediately to avoid legal consiquences.

                            This is Swamynathan, and i'm using the Aircell cellular post paid connection for the pas more than 3years. I'm paying the bill amount every month on time, and i never missed the due date.

                            I paid my August month bill in their cell city centre, but they gave me the manual invoice only, i have that invoice with me. But for the past 3 months i'm getting the bill with August bill amount and I have given so many complaints to customer care officers. They didn't take any action on that and they have disconnected my network and i'm facing so many problems. Everyday day I'm getting message from Aircel and i called the customer and told them clearly that i paid the bill amount.

                            I'm feeling very fraustrated and mentally dispointed about their service. I'm not cheating anybody and I don't their money. I'm using their network and i'm paying for that. Then why should do like this.

                            Aircel Cellular Limited — Disconnection Of my Number 9716841818

                            My cell was [protected] was disconnected automatically from aircel and the reason was told that i haven't picked up the teleconfirmation call from their side.
                            My aircel prepaid plan is for Rs. 999 (with 5000 local minutes ) . Due to the Disconnection my 2 days got wasted + this number is used by me as a business number . I couldn't recieve calls on my number too.
                            I want my services to be resumed as soon as possible and i must be provided with a proper compensation for the same.

I think this is from public mobile shop where mobile company give some SIM card for selling. I also find out that this call is from MALDAH (West Bengal). When the boy called up frequently he use slang language. Even he know everything about me and my girlfriend family. It's very disturbing sir. Plz help me. ........

                                I am using the aircel prepaid mobile simcard for last 6 months. The mobile no. is [protected], This simcard purchased from Puja Medical Stores, Sakaldiha Bazar, Sakaldiha, District Cahandauli. On the time of purchased this simcard, I hve submitted the address proof (Rashan Card Xerox copy) and photograph twice. After few days the service is suddenly stopped due to these documents was not submitted by the agent / aircel representative in aircel office. After few days the service was still continued. Again the midnight of 24.11.2010, the service was stopped. When I called to customer care, the executive was told me that to submit again the documents to retailer. But I am out of station and here I have no my rashan card. So what I sholud do?

                                  I have tried to recharge through Aircel website. After making payment talk time not credited to my cell number. I called to customer care, they simply telling that they are not responsible for that.

                                  My advice is dont recharge mobiles from Aircel website.

                                    Music connect was activated on my mobile without my permission and 15 Rs was deducted. I deactivated through my mobile and a message came showing it has been deactivated.
                                    Then again 7 Rs was deducted with a message music connect activated on ur mobile. I requested for deactivation my no is 1-[protected]. In spite of this request again 30 Rs was deducted from my balance. We talk to customer cell for
                                    refund of my money and they assured us that it will be returned ref no is 1-[protected]. The person from customer care told me it will be refunded on 19 november till 8:40 am .But now they are saying it can't be refund.
                                    First of all without my permission RS 15,Rs 7 and then Rs30 was deducted from my balance and u people are not refunding it...Why????

                                    On 17th Sep'09, Rs.15 deducted from my balance without my service. Cricket pack was auto activated without my consent and the balance was deducted. I even tried calling multiple times to call center but the Call center's executives are very rude and they disconnected the call every time. I am not bothered for Rs.15 as it hardly matters to me but the treatment I have recieved fron Aircel Call center is very pathetic and is hurtful. Request to kindly look into this matter.

                                    I agree with you on the fact that if you do not choose a service it should not be activated or charged. However I am sure there is some kind of technical issue which is causing this problem. I would suggest you to visit the nearest Aircel store and get this rectified. The customer care is a helpful bunch and I am sure you would get the required help for your problem.

                                        I have activated do not call service in July, the customer care executive assured that the incoming add calls will be stopped within 45 days. But still now also I am getting advertisement calls from the Aircel daily 4 to 5 times minimum excluding advertisement messages.
                                        It's too much irritating while I am in office or driving.

                                        That’s strange, why don’t you call them again and ask for the status of your DND registration.
                                        I did it for at least 5 times I took the sim card in march.
