Activation of Dialer Tunes
I am using Aircel my phone no is [protected]. Firstly in this AUGUST phone come from custmer care regading dialer tune services. i never said them to active this service yet they active it and charged Rs 30. then i call them but they did not return money. then i deactive this service and also activated Do not Disturb service after this there phone does not come.But today ( 30 OCTOBER 2010 ) i received a message from them saying that ur Dialer Tune will be activated in 24 hr. and they charged Rs 30 again. When I called the Custmare care service (two times) they said it is actived around 5.59 pm today, But i has not recieved any call . When i ask the reason they just end my call in between the conversion (two times) , Although they were Charging me for the Call. Now I want my money back. They Just made this a business to loot the Peoples. Otherwise I will take this to legal one, and suit you damages in Law of Court, It is very unhealthy procedure looting money from people, also I will take complaint to TRAI & media, reply & reverse the amount within 2 days, otherwise I will take this matter seriously - MOHAN KUMAR M, CHENNAI 31.10.2010

    AIRCEL is the no. 1 fraud comapny among all the telesevices. 15 mins before i ve recharged on line worth of 150 rupees, but balance didnt came and the amount has deducted from my bank account...

    any solutions plz call me or mail me on - [protected]@gmail.com / [protected]
    Which platform or website did you use to recharge it. If it is an external site, it is possible that there might be a problem at their end.
    I face the same problem. I recharge my mobile through aircel website. They deduct my recharge amount from my bank account. I contacted to aircel customer care regarding this but they could not help to . Aircel company are biggest fraud online.

      I had purchased a Samsung Mobile Handset SGH- E 840 worth Rs. 10.249/- in 2007 from Mobile store in my name. The handset was stolen/lost on 22nd October, 2010. The handset was being used by my father ( an Advocate of Calcutta High Court) with Kolkata Vodafone subscriber number. The handset with IMEI no. [protected] had the much publicised Mobile Tracker installed in it and activated. After the handset was stolen criminal complaint was lodged with Pune GRP on 22nd Oct-10 and Delhi Police on 24th October, when through the Mobile Tracker the user of the stolen Samsung Mobile handset inserted SIM and through it the SMS could identify the user to a MTNL Dolphin Subscriber number [protected] on 23rd October, 2010. Complaint was again lodged to the Delhi Police, MTNL Customer Care and Vodafone Customer Care to block the SIM as well as the phone and help trace the Mobile handset as well as initate action against the user of stolen phone. While it is known that Police authorities have limitations to act on such complaint, being not of serious nature which spills blood, all the others such as Samsung, Vodafone and MTNL simply refused to help in this regard even though copies of Police Complaint, evidence of being the owner of Mobile Hadset as well as formal complaint giving full details of the nature /circumstances of the facts were given continuously. Now, on October, 29th 2010, the handset has been traced to Aircel subscriber no. [protected]. Again, immediately, I tried to reach Aircel customer care, Samsung Customer Care through phone on call centre numbers as well as through e-mail to Delhi Police, Vodafone Customer care as well as Aircel Customer Care, but to of no avail. Inspite of the fact that I tired to make Vodafone, Aircel and Samsung aware that the stolen mobile handset could not only be misued for all types o[censored]nwanted activities, being used by my father who is an Advocate , and the handset had phone numbers etc of higher judicial authorities, police authorities and this could also be misused, none of the three companies came forward to do anything about it.

      It is therefore, most regrettable that these MNCs care a dime for the interest of the country , its subscribers and are willing to go to any extent to fleece customers/prospective customers for their wrongful gains and while we would definitely take this matter to logical conclusion, consumers should be aware of not getting trapped into.

        I Jalil Mahamad Ali residing at Bangalore with sim no (+[protected]have got d connection of AIRCEL-Karnataka on[protected],For the connection i have submitted Valid Passport bearing No:-E2122249 Dated from[protected] to[protected] and Pancard, even i told the dealer that i ll submit CPWD Qtr allotmemt letter he told me that its not required,First i have been informed that hand written Passport is not valid i was shocked then the dealer have spoken to his Sr and got the positive response dat ill get the connection and was in active,before two 2 days ie[protected] my connection was dis-connected with our informing to me nor by call or Text msg,when again i called to dealer regarding this issues then he told me that again i have to submit bank statement or voters ID card,(i dont have ) so I request Aircel Communication to solve this problem A E A P......

          i am from the university of petroleum $ energy studies took the aircel prepaid sim from outside of our campus.....my sim is activated and didn't get any recharge......salesman told me that he will recharge my no by 9.30pm but he didn't recharge......the offer which was being given by company was 78rs talktime and 500 local and national sms free at just rs 40...so please kindly recharge my aircel prepaid no [protected]..

            This is Yashwanth Kumar - [protected]. I am using AIRCEL service from past 1 year.

            I have recharged for Rs.26 from my mobile using *122*2600#.
            Rs.26 recharge is valid for 30days.

            The recharge has not shown me any confirmation. I had done this recharge again and I haven't received any confirmation again. I have to repeat this recharge again. It cost me Rs.26 for each recharge. Total amount of Rs.76 is deducted from my balance. I am not bothered for the confirmation. But the recharge for Rs.26 twice resulted in loss of Rs.52.

            AIRCEL charged me Rs.52 and it didn't provide me the Rs.26 offer for next 2 months.

            I approached AIRCEL store, Kukatpally, Hyderabad and reported about this. I have given a written complaint about this. He didn't issue any complaint number or solution for my problem. There is no response from their side.
            i bought a card for 10rs but its nt activating it saying new service????

                I have a aircel connection bearing No. [protected]. Service provider very often send SMS that your Dialer Tone subscription is due and for discontinue call on 543213. This number do not responded timely and they deduct the subscription amount from my balance. But I like to inform that I never requisitioned/requested for dialer tone and without my consent how they deducted my subscription. Moreover, no dialer tone is included in my dialer tone. It is a clear cut cheating with the customer.
                Hence, I like to request you that my subscription for dialer tone may please be stopped immediately and the amount already deducted from my account may please be credited to me account. Otherwise I have knocked at any other door for any legal action.

                These are automated value added services and such activations can happen when you respond to marketing calls and messages. You can resolve this by getting the DND service registered.

                  I am using Aircel number, they sent me an sms saying 'Your plan for hello friendship tunes will be renewed within 3 days, it is 30 Rs per month plan'
                  At the first place, I never asked for such a plan, so if no such plan is with me, how can they say that this will be renewed.
                  its monopoly of these companies.
                  They are simply looting people
                  This sms is in English, I could understand and know that my 30Rs per month are to be looted by Aircel,

                  What about those who could not read it, they will be exploited 30rs per month for sure, without even knowing.

                  It is monopoly, I am going to court for this.
                  Those who think I am right, please support me, I will go as out of the way approach.

                    my name is Aditya i am using aircel prepaid pocket internet with a recharge of 98rs.
                    i am experiencing a lot of troubles due to low speed and no network coverage .even though i am using opera and Google chrome browsers. if any one calls the customer care they will just try to get rid of the call .and there is no response to my 15(approx.) complaint from a year. so aircel network please solve my problem or just tell me how to disconnect aircel manually through my mobile.

                      I know you must not be aware how it got activated but it can get activated when you respond to marketing calls and messages. Get the DND service activated and get rid of these. Visit the nearest Aircel store for help. They will guide you better.

                        on 2nd october I submit my documents and 150 rupees for sim, after few days latter it became blocked. I talked with Mr. Chandra ([protected], Itawa) is very bad person who is authorized dealer of Itawa said that my documents is misplaced please submit it again, after that day I submit again, 2 nd time Mr. Chandra said that your documents again misplaced and submit it again other wise your sim never start. Third time I submit my documents but still ( 26.10.10 ) my sim is blocked. from many days he said that work in progress. After discuss this matter with many local person that Mr.Chandra is actually unsocial person, he belongs from politics and robbery also. Many aircel customer get harassment from Mr. Chandra's dealership and complain again again but nothig is happened. I heared that he collect documents from customer again again and issue sim on the basis of customers documents and distribute sims into his politics helper and other robbery team.

                        This is my heartiest request that please stop this type of corruption and help us .

                          Aircel had deducted Rs 30 from my account on 25/10/2010 . When i called up Customer Care i got that information that i have activated Music Connect service for that they have deduct Rs 30 from my account, While asking them how can you say that i have activated that service , Executive told me that you have receive a call around 6.37 pm from Aircel and then you activate that service, but first of all i didn't receive any call from Aircel and secondly my Phone number is registered in DND. So how can i receive any call from aircel. I had a word with Parmod Kumar one of the Executive of Aircel customer care , but let me tell you that person is so arrogant even he don't know how to treat a customer.


                          To be very clear i didn't receive any call from aircel regarding Music Connect and in-fact last month i used that service and i deactivated that service on 24 October, I called up 543219 to deactivate that service and i also receive confirmation from IVR that your service is been deactivated.

                          It's not about only Rs 30 its about loyalty and customer satisfaction. This is may be happened with lots of consumer .

                            I purchased Aircell SIM and my Mobile No. is [protected] and got recharged for Rs 98.00 for Internet connection. Almost a week has elapsed but I could not get my Internet connection. I contacted Customer Care, followed instructions given by them e.g. sending msg "ALL" to 121, but everytime reply is "Service Not avaialble" and then I contacted 198 and pushed "333", but nothing could happen except listening too unpleasant and ear damaging music for at least 15 to 20 minutes everytime. I hope Aircell authorities would pay head to my complaint and wud redress it soon.

                                We had received information from lokmat marathi News Paper for company looking out property for Tower installations for Aircel company. We contacted the outsourcing company on phone no’s ([protected],[protected]) on how to move forward, where we were informed that as a process we need to deposit Rs.5000 as an advance to Mr Ram Kishan bank account. Again they informed us to deposit Rs 31000/- in the bank account([protected]) of mr Ravindra for tax , they would initiate survey in next 2-3 days post which they would refund the money if not successful.

                                Post which we are trying to reach them since last four months but we are not able to get through their office. The details of their office is giving below.                                   It's been almost a month the connection hasn't been activated yet. As advised by Aircel Customer Care I went to "Aircel Express" at this address:

                                  And, filled up a form, signed on it, attached photo and submitted xerox of required documents and also paid Rs.100 to Mr. Pinaki Mukherjee at the Aircel Express outlet at: SHOP NO. D AC 213, PRAFULLA KANAN ROAD, KOLKATA 700101 for activating the SIM with number [protected]. Mr. Mukherjee told me the number [protected] will be activated in 15 days, nothing to worry.

                                  But, very unfortunately it's been more than 15 days, the connection hasn't been activated yet. It shows SIM registration failed.

                                  I have total spent Rs.100 (at Aircel outlet) + also, Rs.59 (FRC as advised by 199 Customer Care) before going to Aircel outlet for activating this number [protected] but still the number is not active now.
                                  It only shows "SIM Registration Failed".

                                  I am shocked that no one from Aircel bothered to reply my previous mails, no phone calls except sending "auto acknowledgement receipt" thru email.

                                  After this type of pathetic experience can you tell me how can I recommend someone to take Aircel service?

                                    my name is Sanchita Nag, aged 22, student by profession. i am using a aircel GSM service connection with the number [protected].all of a sudden a caller tune was activated on my number on[protected] without any prior intimation from the service provider, which i was informed by some of my friends who did called me around that time. then n there i had called SMART GSM ServiceCustomer care and told them to disable that service because i dont want loose my money with this kinda thing. they told me that it is not possible and i must have subscribed that caller tune which i did not.7 INR has been deducted from my current account balance. I have called thecustomer care again they are not doing anything but transferring my calls here and there and telling me nothing can be done. i have called them again and again but they are doing nothing. Please help me ASAP and take steps against them and return my account balance. i really need help.

                                    Aircel — Unwanted Caller Tune

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I am a consumer of Aircel, No.: [protected].
                                    Three days ago I found that at my nos company has been activated a DIALER TUNE, without my permission. After that I have called to the customer care center to resolve the problem, but he cant do that. Afterwords I asked him to transfer the line to his supervisor, but he told me that the line could not transfer at that time, and also told me that the supervisor will call me with 24 hrs. But no call I have received from them within approx 36 hrs. And afterward I have called to the NODAL OFFICER several times, but the call is not answered.
                                    So dear sir, I therefore request you to deactivate the DIALER TUNE and give me the balance back.

                                    These are automated services and not activated without the customer consent. Just forward a request for the deactivation of the same  and also get your DND  service activated which will stop the promotional messages, which might be one cause for these activations.

                                    Aircel — Unwanted Aircel dialer tune activation

                                    Aircel Kolkata has activated an unwanted dialer tune my number and deduct money form my balance. When i compalined they are saying that they will not give me back my balance. I dont want any diler tune in my number why they are doing this? just to ern more money from cunsumer??
                                    Dialer tune is an automated service and needs user confirmation to be activated, it can happen when you respond to the promo calls or messages. It is suggested that you get your DND activated to block all these calls.
                                    Yes such activations can happen when you respond to these marketing calls and messages. You can resolve this by getting the DND service registered.

                                    Aircel — unwanted caller tune activated

                                    My mobile no.[protected] today i.e 15may i receive call from aircel, he said do u want to activate dialer tune it just like he is selling a dialer tune.
                                    I am not interesting in this service and disconnect the call.after few hours i got a msg d.tune service is activate without my consent and 30rs deducted.
                                    I want my bal.revert to me.

                                      I would say one of the worst service providers. Its retailers are robbers who rip off money from customer by cheating and selecting wrong scheme.

                                      I was promised by Aircel Retailers for 1 paisa per 2 sec and I was charged by Rs. 1 for every second. and 3 GB download, what a fake scheme. I speak to customer care and they are telling me there are websites which are chargeable and free. I asked for list of those website. As usual, they don't have list of it. Even I have all text messages for confirmation of my internet surfing which shows 0.00 for each and every session on Internet.

                                      I am facing this problem from last three weeks. I have tried to resolve it through retailer, and on reply I received typical bad words, through away my card and don't call him back.

                                      I am planning to make police complaint for this unacceptable behaviour and fraud.

                                      I wait for three weeks to resolve this problem, because of this behaviour I cannot resist myself to contact police station today and report it to Gujarat, Sandesh, Times of India and Local News Paper.

                                      I recommend everyone to not go for Aircel and save your time and money.

                                      in our area my aircel distributor (indian agency periyakulam)) is worry worst to supply sim cards to the retailer please make corrective actions immediately
                                      There might be a mistake on the dealers part. Why don’t you visit the nearest Company store. They won’t ever misguide you and rather help you resolve your issues. Good luck.
                                      my area distributor(mathura) is ajit and he demand for duplicate sim 400rs then i not give 400rs then ajit not issue duplicate sim pls help me and contact to this no. [protected] and my lost no. is [protected]
