I am using Aircel Postpaid connection for the past 3 years. The network is good and the plans are good. But the customer service is too bad. I've been paying my bills regularly without fail. 7 months back only I analyzed my bill and noted the erroneous charges levied on my bill. Then I checked previous months' bills too. Lots of errors in the bills. I've been charged more every month. Now this month, an excess of Rs. 600/- has been charged. And I am calling and emailing the customer care, nodal officer and everyone for the past one week but no use. They're saying junk reasons and some customer care persons are disconnecting the phone call.

So I request all the people to please analyze your bills (Credit card, internet, etc) before paying it. I dont know what else to do except changing to some other service provider which is expected to come by Jan 20, 2011...

Aircel — erroneously debited

GOOD EVENING

My self M Manjunath i have recharged for Rs 150/- in the month of May 12, just i used for 3-4 days after that nearly 90-100 Rs deducted from my account but then i could not able to complaint due to unavoidable circumstances. again once i recharged 68 Rs from online after 2-3 days then deducted from my account, immediately i made a call to your call center. Your representative said that additional features are founded in my account so that amount could be deducted against its features. Once again i recharged Rs 68 after 3 days i am facing the same problems. I could not understood why your company is erroneously debited from my account. Please consider the case and refund the amount at the earliest please. if any additional features are found in my account i kindly request you to cancel all the features please. when i handed over the documents to your employee Gowher from Raj

Dear Sir,
Since the no. was activated on 8th but deactivated on 11 with the
mesage that the credit limit exceeds...when reported at Bhagat
Barzulla Office they assured me that since some services has been
activated by default so the no. will be restored soon.
But needful was not done yet and if your office will send me the bill
for the services which i have not used i will lodge comsumer compliant
definitely.

Since the airsel authority deactivated my services after few days and now compelling me to deposit the bill which were by default created in my no. which i am not depositinf as i have not used their services, since then they are harresing me of dire consequience in the court if the bill is not depoited.

    On behalf of my father Mr. Rajendra Prasad Morolia, I am placing forward this complain against the aircel company and its MD'S n Executives who are just luring the people for installing the mobile service towers. My complaint is that the executive Jyoti has told my father to deposit 6000/- in SBI Account of Mr. Monsar Ali, which was deposited on 10/11/10 at 12.25pm from Khetri branch of SBI. later with the deposition of this amount we received a letter for depositing 44000/- and this time the account was given of PNB in the name of Mr. RajKumar. Both the above mentioned names have been told as MD'S of the company.
    Unfortunately the company n its executives are not answering any call from the day the money has been deposited in the aforesaid account by the complainant regarding the installation of the mobile service tower. I hope the complaint would be taken seriously or else we have to follow up the law n file a case against the AIRCEL company against forgery done . The money is hard earned by anyone n anyone can face similar situation but it is moral responsibility of the company n the runnners of it that they do not adhere such kind of situation with the common man .As per to the mentioned situations i[censored] demand i will place u the scanned copies of the letters sent to us by the company.
    Indeed the contact no's m putting up by which we were receving calls untill the payment was done n as soon as the payment was done these following no;s were not responding to our calls-- [protected], [protected], [protected].
    I would like to have answer from ur side asap.

      Sir,
      I have taken the connection of Aircel. My mobile No. [protected]. On 31.12.2010 at 1:58 PM I received a call from No.[protected]. As soon as I received the call I disconnected the same without pressing any key. After disconnecting the same I got a massage that "Thank you for subcribing LOVE pack". I talked with the customer care of Aircel regarding the matter and expressed the fact, but they did not belive that I had not pressed any key. I also requested to make my No. in such a status that I would never get any kind o[censored]nnecessary calls / massage. They had provide me a No. 1909 and advised me to call or sms to this no. with a request "START DND". I had made a sms in that no. but it was intimated that my aircel no. was not a valid one. Today also Rs.7/- has been deducted from my account due to activation of LOVE pack. Today I have tried to deactivate the same as directed by them. However the massage shows that the deactivation has yet not been done. Today also I have talked at their customer case service however no positive respose has received. In addition to this they have not registered my complain.
      In this context my kind request to your goodself to help me to overcome the same.

        This is Mr. Mohamad Aasif Mir customer of Aircel, using aircel number [protected] of jammu and Kashmir circle. I recharged my number on 27th of December 2010 by Rs 110. After the ten minutes of the successful recharge my account balance was reduced to zero. While contacting the customer care they said it was our technical fault and we r sorry for that and gave me assurance that this money will be refunded to my account within 24 hours. Next day after contacting them again they again told u wait for 24 hours, each day these people have been delaying it by saying u wait 24 hours. Now customer care is not receiving my call, they have blocked my number. Around ten days are over now; I haven’t gotten my recharge back. Now I don’t know what to do.

        This is the genuine complaint, Aircel is doing this to many customers especially in j&k. Dont knw how much money they have mint by this fruad

          Aircel stopped Unlimited Internet without a notice and cheated all it's customers. I was using Pocket internet for the last 1.5 years and all of a sudden I lost 80.RS, (My Pocket internet for 30 days was activated at that time) When called CC they tolled me that Pocket Internet now only provides a maximum of 3GB download. I was shocked to hear that because they did tarif change whit out even notifying their customers. This is pure cheating.

          I think even if their customers are rare to find in Kerala they had chance to grow but with their unlimited pocket Internet, but now they cut short their Pocket Internet pack having 97 per month plan from unlimited to 3GB limit.

            I m sourabh paul,I got a message from my aircel mobile(no.-[protected]) that "Reacharge with 35 full talk time and a2a 10p/m and a2o 40/m and std 50p/m and talktime will be credided between 96 hours after recharge".I got this message at 30th december and I recharched it after some times but I could not the talktime.Then I called to 198(Customer complaint).But the customer care exucutive,Rishen Mitra did not take my complaint.Even I told him that I take all responsibility please take my complaint.So I want to that please take some neccessary steps againts the company also that customer care executive.
            Because this 35 rupees is to small if the company apply same method to many customer.Then Company will cheat many Money from innocent customers.
            So my request is that please take some neccessary steps againts aircel india and that customer care executive.

              I have been getting indecent messages from this Aircel number [protected] for the past 4 months. I have tried calling the person in order to make this stop, but instead of stoping he started abusing me over the call and continues to send me messages, several times everyday.

              Please do something(block or warn) about it in order to make it stop.

              After[protected], I have been getting repeated calls and messages urging me to befriend these people who I have clearly notified not to pursue any attempts of contact. However, this telephonic annoys still prevails.

                Dear Sir,

                I am currently receiving calls daily from Aircel for about a week now. I have told them that I am not interested still the calls are not stopped. The calls are received on my private number. When i ask, i am about the source from which my number was retrieved, the concerned person is not able to answer the call.
                I have received the latest call on 30th Dec 2010 at 16.30hrs from[protected]

                If we try to call on the number, call automatically hanged.

                I want to stress here that only putting my number on do not call list will nit help as others will suffer from the same problem. Hence please answer the following questions.

                I need to know :

                1. Source from which the private number is received by Aircel
                2. Can any action be taken against Aircel for irretation caused?

                  AIRCEL MOBILE POST PAID CONNECTION — Caller Unsubscription

                  I want this to be show caused as a callous and irresponsible attitude of a service provider in India and i hope that the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India takes note of it as to how these mobile phone companies are cheating post paid customers. When i took the connection i was not aware that for sending me service sms etc., i will be charged for each of the sms that i receive, as i realised that my recharge coupon was getting automatically deducted without me making any calls. further, since Aug last year i have been trying to disconnect a caller tune which i accidently pressed and the very same day spoke to the CSR over phone and since then I am being charged for it @ Rs 30 per month. Last month on 28th/29th Jan i had personally visited Aircel centre to recharge my account and told them about my issues, the lady was more keen to sell me Rs 5 recharge coupon rather than address my queries, she assured me that the caller tune will be deactivated soon, but that very moment soon after recharge another deduction was made and today again another deduction was made for Rs 30/- all my attempts close to 20 times to call 121 to get my problem fixed and ask the service provider as to why this is still continuing but the connection drops all the time... don't know what to do. Also, at the time of recharge in Jan 10 for Rs. 300/- i wanted to use it for STD calls and I was advised by the CSR that i will be charged Re0.50 per minutes wherever I am, then subsequently while I was roaming i saw that there was a consistent deduction @ Re 1 per minute call... don't know if anybody is listening. and to my shock the cost of a SMS is Rs. 3/- unheard of and this is not for a music contest or anything of this sort etc.

                  In case TRAI or any one in AIRCEL read this - they should stop this guise of promises people with the level of services. and one should realise that just by signing MS Dhoni they can sell services to Indian Public.

                  I am definately dropping a mail to TRAI and leave it to them to take action against it.

                  I will not recommend any one to take AIRCEL connections going forward.
                  This is strange, you should discuss it with the nearest Aircel store and get a resolution.

                    Aircel — unnecessary calls

                    sir, i yesterday written in this foram about Aircels unlimited calls but still its proved useless reason is clear that Aircel is still sending me unlimited SMS & unlimited phone calls i am really frustrated from their behaviour complaining in customer care is useless today also i talked with customer care rep. she disconected the call & went off. So please anybody who wants to take responsible please look into this matter my name is Ganesh Kamath & mobile no is [protected]
                    i have been aircel for about 9 months. But i am getting calls from aircel regarding the song choice for caller tunes. Its really irritating when am busy. First of al am not at all interested in setting caller tunes.. I never want such calls. U ppl r really irritating thru ths sort of calls, So pls stop these calls. Its interrupting our job. setting caller tones is our own wish .. so pls do ths favour sir, , , , , it also interrupting with my other important calls regarding my job.. am not able bare it, even today i have got calls for about 4 days, , its disgusting.                     Aircel Mobile provider — Getting unnecessary calls from Aircel

                    HI I am Arnab. I am from Kolkata and my mobile number is [protected]. I was using Airtel for a long time but recently I have shifted to Aircel by using mobile number portability service. Since then I am receiving huge number o[censored]nnecessary telemarketing calls from aircel(Daily on and average 10 Calls ).
                    So I decided that I will Register DND by sending "START 0" to 1909 but when I am sending this SMS then and there I am receiving a sms from Aircel that "You are not a valid aircel customer". I have also discussed with Aircel Customer care but they are not responding on my complain.
                    So I am requesting you to please take care on this issue because many users like me is facing so much problem for that.

                      My subscriber # is[protected]. I have not registered with DNC with purpose because I do get valuable info and details about offers on merchandise, etc. None of these third party callers do call or send SMS before 10 AM and after 8 PM. However, my service provider Aircel, is the only person who make over 4 automated calls in a day. Their marketing calls on dialer tones and others do start ringing from 8 AM at times 7.30 AM in the morning. Which really disturbs. Also, their calls do not come from unsolicated numbers. At times it shows international number (which is o[censored]AE or so), assuming this to be an important call; when I answer, it turns out to be a marketing call.

                      I have many times raised complaints and requests to Aircel to stop dialing the marketing calls from Aircel alone (as non-Aircel marketing calls are very less around 2 calls a week or so). But they say DNC cannot be activated ONLY for Aircel marketing calls. Hence they continue to disturb my peace.

                      If their marketing calls are made from one specific number, I could avoid those calls but everytime the numbers vary.

                      There would be many like me, who are completely disturbed due to this nuisance from Aircel.

                      How do we block the calls from Aircel alone or make them call ONLY from one number.

                      Aircel — Calls from Aircel marketting people

                      Im using Karnataka Aircel number([protected]). I have already enabled DND(Do not disturb service) 3 months back, but still getting dialler tone calls from Aircel marketting people atleast 8 times/day. Almost everyday I used to call customer service and talk to one of the supervisors(Naveen Balakrishan) regarding this, but not getting proper response and still facing the same problem.
                      I am sure you must have got a authentication code when you must have subscribed for the DND service. I think you just need to refer to that code the next time you speak to the customer care or visit the Aircel store. I am sure this will be sorted out in no time as it is a statutory regulation from the government…

                      Myself MANIKANDAN ([protected]) I’m one o[censored] r customer. I & my family using aircel network past 7 years (not the same number). I didn’t have any problem in your network, but past 6month my wife facing a problem in u r add-on pack (dialer-tune). We are continuously completing to u r call center but they simply said we r really sorry sir, we'll check it out and we'll get back to u are our Sr.manager will speak with u within 24hrs, but still they didn’t call me. this is happened long long back, but still I didn’t get any reply.iam not simply blaming, I was suffered by this peoples and I’ll raised lot of complaints to their customer support, but there is no response in your side, weekly their taking 10rs and the 2nd day again there are taking 20rs.we don’t need the dialer tune please cut are delete, if I’m blaming u then why should you have to refund the money.                       Thanks for the reply, I activated this DND service on 16th Sep, 2009 and of course got an acknowledge number for that. When I called customer care service couple of weeks back, they told me that DND service got already activated and will not be receiving any more calls from their marketing people. But Still I am receiving almost 8 calls/day (Particularly from Dialer tone section). If you may want, I can provide you the acknowledge number for the activation of DND service. I did complaint regarding this in Aircel Store too! They told me, they would be sending this to the concern department, that’s all! But still I continue to receive calls from Dialer tone marketing people. Even yesterday I talked to Naveen Balakrishan (one of the supervisors), but as usual he replied me that he would be sending the mail to the concern department. I wanted to talk to their manager, but he was not allowing me to do that.

                        Greetings of the day !

                        Since 25 days internet access through GPRS is became too difficult every time of except during 5am-630am. Even setting was also been changed with consult to CC. but it works during above mentioned time only. Earlier I also complained and attended by RF Engineer , Problem was been solved but after one day it is same as earlier. Request to resolve the problem at Bareilly.

                          Hi,

                          I paid aircel due amount of feb'10 before the due date but it is getting carried forward each time in my subsequent bill and the connection is disconnected for non-payment.

                          I have spoken to 100 customer service staff's, have emailed aircel corporate with a proof also got response but the issue is still continuing... with no resolution.

                          This is causing irritation and i'm spending almost 1hour everymonth by speaking to customer service agent to release the disconnected line.

                          It is purely their mistake and they apologize each month and it is going to be a year but still the same issue continuing...

                          This has to addressed.

                            i want to say that on 27 dec'2010,there is service called Aircel Music connect was forcibly subscribed to my cell phone no. [protected] by aircel company which cost me around Rs.20.
                            What the hell is this..?
                            This company just don't have good service,when i am trying to unsubscribe it, they are not picking phone.
                            i just want to say that they should pay my money back because the service was not demanded by me at all.this is just !
                            really bad service...forcing ur promotion on clients forcibly will only give you sink in your reputation.
                            I WANT IMMEDIATE ACTION ON THIS.WHY THEY DISTURB THE SUBSCRIBERS WHEN NOBODY SEEMS TO BE INTERESTED IN THESE WASTE SERVICES.WHY DO ANYONE GIVE YOU RS.20 TO LISTEN SONGS FOR 40 MINUTES?

                                    I am mobile connection holder of M/s Aircel and as all other co.s offers various schemes to customer Aircels sales person also offer me free dialer/coller tune for a month and at that time i refused for the same, but she told sir this free dialer/coller tune for a month and if you wish to continue the same after month you can and that will be charged per month basis. That occassion i state that lady 'i don't need such tune and i am busy in other function don't disturb me' then she again ask me then when i can contact you ? I told her you can contact me at evening, but she won't contact me and today i received sms alert from Aircel that " your dialer tunes service has been renewed and Rs. 30 for 30 days has been charged. to unsubscribe sms DTUNSUB ****,
                                    Same time I sent sms for unsubscribed the same.
                                    again i received message 'Hi you have already paid for next 29 days DT subscriiption, if you still wish to deacivate SMS DT UNSUB and send to 5300003.
                                    I don't know without my permission how can co. add dialer tune and that why i contact to customer centre of the co., the service person said for trouble and all for cause you and told me that co. had also deducted Rs. 15 on 6th of Dec.2010 for same. That means they had already recovered Rs. 45/- from me towords unwanted dialer tune.

                                    I am very unhappy with fishy marketing of Aircel.
                                    And demanding for my Rs. 45/-return back

                                    I too had the same but serious problem. Nobody called and asked me but added Dialer Tunes. I shocked to know about it yesterday (27th Feb 2014) that there was a dialer tone added without my knowledge. Some people say it may be an attempt by the Aircel to cheat and earn money from its subscriber. It is illegal and a criminal act to cheat the customers. Not just they should reimburse Rs. 30/-, but AIRCEL must also pay a penalty of minimum Rs. 3, 000/- to the each and every cheated customers.
                                    I did not activate any Dialer Tunes and shocked to know yesterday that there was a dialer tone. Some people say it may be an attempt to cheat and Aicel will deduct Rs. 30/- monthly without your knowledge. I don’t want any Dialer Tunes – so please remove it immediately and reimburse the money deducted illegally without my consent. They also must pay a compensation of Rs. 3000/-, minimum.

[protected].From last three months aircel cutting Rs 7 from my balace per week without my consent as I did not authorise them to give me this paid service.I have contacted many times to custmercare no. but nothing had done so far & still Rs 7 are cutting from my balace. I have also dialed the no. to deactivate the services but still it is not done.I am losing my valuable money every week.For GOD,s sake stop cutting money.Please save me from this so called aircel.
