FROM 9TH JAN. TO 31ST JAN.,THE GIRL WHO TALKED TO ME TOLD THAT HER NAME IS "MAHI" & WHEN SHE REFUSED TO ANSWER MY PHONE I MADE MY ONE OF RELATIVES TO TALK TO HER FROM ANOTHER NO. BUT THIS TIME SHE WAS "TAMMANA".
ONE OF HER PARTNER "RAHUL BHARDHWAJ" WHO ACC. TO HER LIVES AT "NO.- 3, CHUKANDI, MEERA ENCLAVE, NEW DELHI 110018"
I WANT FIRM ACTION & MY MONEY BACK & ALL PEOPLE LINKED WITH THIS BEHIND BARS. THEY ARE "RAJ MANDEEP SINGH, PRAKASH ANANDA TUPE, RAHUL BHARDHWAJ, THE GIRL NAMED "MAHI" OR "TAMMANA" & "ANU" TOO.

    Dear sir,
    I have recharged on 28th Jan,2011 early morning 2.00 AM due to emergency case. After half an hour i received an MSG "Your reuest to recharge 200 INR cannot processed at this tim. Transaction number is[protected]". I make a call to Aircel customer care make an complaint. They said with in 72 working hours the amount will be credited. 73 working hours means by monday it will be credited. I check with bank account the amount was not yet credited. Again make a call to customer care register an complaint. the complaint number is 1-[protected] mentioned as the issue is resolved by 01/02/2011. Again make a call to customer care to check the status and when the amount will be credited, they said wait for 1 hr,2 hr we will make callback to you like that.Again i recharged 120 INR on 02 Feb, 2011 from my ICICI bank website, the same issues is retained and receive the messsage mentioned above with the different transaction number. The transaction number is "[protected]". I tried to register the compliant with customer care, they said after 48 hrs only we register the complaint. For single recharge is not done means to revert the amount the customer must wait for more than 5 working days. I was totally frustrated. Aircel network service is worst, they are not providing proper service and customer satisfaction. Please kindly i request you to take as an complaint do the needful to get the amount. I am having the SMS received from the Aircel and transaction statement for the transaction processed as evidence.

      Dear sir,
      I suffered since 2 to 3 months from Aircel mobile Network, unnecessarily activated value added service to my mobile number without my knowledge and deduct charge Rs.30/- from my account, already i done compliment to Aircel customer care for long back response for the compliment and refund the same amount, again next month i was received one message from aircel in that message i.e. your value service pack has been renewed with Rs.25/- then again i complaint to Aircel customer care then long back the amount was refunded to my account and again deduct Rs.25/- on 25.01.2011. without any reason, again i compliant to aircel customer care through phone they were assured to me within 96 hours will resolve your problem and refund your amount to your account but till date any reply not received from aircel . so please help me enquirer from aircel against my above compliant and suggest me what type of action to be taken from Aircel limited please

      Dear Sir,

      I bought your Aircel Sim Card Last year April 2010, My name is Abdulfatha, Cell number [protected]. my area Tiruvarur district, Town of Kutoor. 2/23 North Street, Kutoor.
      My telephone incoming line past 29 days ago, without any information you are made disconnect. I am contact to customer care several times, someone informed to me, submit to particular documents near to sub agent. I already submitted to my particular documents to Kivalurer Aircel Agent15 days ago.
      Until know I didn't connect my services and again I asked Aircel Sub Agent, they are not given to good answer and they are said purchased a new card. I don't like to purchase new card. Therefore I hereby requested to connect to service my Sim Card - [protected].

        It is hereby stated that on two different occassions, i had recharged aircel mobile top-up through SBI freedom and was replied transactions successful via sms on both occassions but the top-ups never came to the destination numbers but the amounts were debited from my sbi savings account .who is actually cheating the customer either sbi or aircel.As such concerned party, either State Bank Of India or Aircel is cheating the publich or both are in collusion.Details are as under:-

          I have lodged a complaint regarding my no.[protected] on 17th december as it was been barred without prior notice and since after that I have loged atleast 15 complaints regarding the same.I have visited their office at lajpat nagar and submitted the documents and agaib i have submitted the same in the gurgaon office but still no action is been taken for the reactivation of the number .The executives are just giving blunt commitments that the issue would be solved in next 72 hours and the same is been going on for the last 45 days and the company people are simply ignouring the problem. I request you to please do the needful and get my no reactivated on urgent basis.

              Dear Sir/madam, I have applied for DND facility on my nos [protected] of Aircel company in mid December, I got a reply from there side saying my request for DND has been registered and my service will be activated by Jan 31, but still to date i am recieving 3-4 sms of various promotional offers from them, i tried 4-5 times to complain with the Aircel customer care nos on 121, i asked for the complain nos from them but everytime i am told that there system is running slow i should call them again after 2 hrs, Every time i called on 121 i have to wait for apprx 10 mins before there executive answers, i request you to please look in the matter and help me with your kind cooperation.                 I have been using Aircel for the past two years and have had so many problems with the network. Never have my calls been connected in the first go, nor people trying to reach me can connect.
                I also changed the handset but the problem persists. I want to change my operator thru MNP, but the problem is no picks up the call at 1900 to provide with the code. This whole MNP service is a sham, and Want to goto the consumer court.

                    I have an Aircel connection with the number [protected].In my my home aircel has no network coverage.So i diverted calls to my another number.The problem is that when any one call to my aircel It says "The costomer has activated call forwarding fecility................." (A long discription is there).By hearing this my friend who is not aware about call forwarding believes that It is switched off or not available.So i loss a lot of calls.No other mobile operaters have this problem.other operators divert directly without notification.So i called aircel CC.But they said that it is not possible to avoid this notification.

                    Now I want to Change my operator using MNP unless Aircel is not ready to avoid this notification and divert calls to my other number directly.

                        With due respect I want to state you that I had taken the Aircel connection thinking that it would be a good and honest service provider. I was shocked when I saw that there is no difference between Aircel connections with any other service provider who just deducted the balance from customers account in the name of Value added services without customers consent.
                        My Aircel Number is [protected]. On 19/12/2010 I saw the Aircel had deducted Rs.15 from my balance without giving me any information. When I lodged complaint from my husband’s Aircel no [protected] with customer care against such deduction without my consent then they gave me a complaint number –[protected] and told that they deducted the money in the name of “phone of friend”. When I told them that I had not activated any services then told me that it may be a mistake but we can assure you that; same will not be happen in future and they are unable to return me the balance as I demanded then.
                        On 18/01/2011 again they had deducted Rs.15 from my account and like previous manner after lodging complaint from my side from same number then one customer care employee name Mr. Debobrata Mondal gave me a complaint number:[protected] and when I told him to return my balance he shows his inability to accept my request.
                        After that I tried to lodge my complaint with NODAL Officer but his line was busy then. On 20/01/2011 around 10:00am he ranged me up and said I will investigate the matter. On the same date he again ranged me around 4 pm with duration of 8min.16 sec. from his number ([protected]) and said that there was no deduction happened from my account. I become astonished hear such a FALSE Statement from such a higher rank holder.
                        As a customer of Aircel service provider here I am lodging complaint against them for frequent unnecessary balance deduction from my account in the name of different value added services and I want my balance returns within 7 days otherwise only way open to me is lodge complain with Consumer court and then TRAI.

                                  AIRCEL LIMITED — No Response after getting Cash for New Postpaid Connection

                                  I have purchased a new post paid connection ([protected]) of Aircel on 15 June'10. I have submitted my all necessary papers on 15 June’10 to the collection executive. I have paid Rs.500/- in cash also for this new connection (having the receipt) to the executive. Later I was committed that this amount will be returned to me and my new connection will free of cost. But till date I have not received my amount neither my number gets activated..

                                  On 15 June’10 I have submitted my document and payment, and after 8-10 days I receive verification call and from there I came to know my number ([protected]). I neither have contact number of any official nor enough time to visit Airecel store.

                                  Now I am not interested anymore for this new connection after experiencing this type of service.

                                    I am totally frustrated with Aircel. It does call me every morning like an wake-up call to promote their pre-paid recharge offers but unfortunately I am using their post-paid service. It is ridiculous for a telecom company not to have a software to classify its own post-paid customers and pre-paid customers. Shame on Aircel. I made 9 complaint for the same and it is still not addressed. All the 9 times I received the same response from the customer support executive - 'Sorry for the inconvenience, it will be rectified within 48 hrs'. I sent mail to all their higher officials including the Nodal Officer at Delhi after 6th and 7th complaint attempts failed. But nothing happened. I don't think Aircel spends even to hire a Nodal officer. Totally frustrated. I receive 6 or 7 sms for prepaid recharge offers daily some time it reaches 10. My fate my compant CUG is on Aircel I am not able to change my number too. I am taking my best efforts to change the corporate CUG.

                                    PEOPLE DO NOT TRUST IN AIRCEL BY THEIR ADVERTISEMENTS. THEY ARE SHOWING OFF LIKE ONE BIG TELECOM COMPANY ACTUALLY THEY ARE INCAPABLE OF HANDLING TECHNOLOGY OR THEIR CUSTOMERS.

                                    AIRCEL SHOULD SPEND ON LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES & CUSTOMER SATISFACTION BEFORE THEY SPEND ON ADVERTISEMENTS. REALLY FRUSTRATING, CAN'T LISTEN TO A CUSTOMER EVEN AFTER 9 ATTEMPTS.
