Aircel Telecommunication customer care service are the worst provider in india.
i have a complain for deducting money from my aircel no.
ihave contacted the customer care & told them that around Rs.30 has been deducted from my account . when i had contacted them they told that uhave a VAS actived in our no.
but i haven't activated any one of it .as the no. was switched off from a longer time.
i wanted them to register a complain , but they replied that i will not register ur complain
This is for the third time i have got this type of problem
they activate the Value Added Services without any information to the customer
You can get a solution for your problem . Just get your DND service activated which will block all promo calls and messages. VAS can get activated when you respond to such calls or messages.

    My life has gone hell
    I have a aircell connection for past 6-10 months. Earlier did not have any problem. Earlier Aircell had DND facility. I had subscribed for that. Everything was doing good untill the customer care became paid support. after that I frequently get aircell VAS SMS & calls which is making my life hell. Pls stop this. One day a person called me from aircell and offerred free dialer tune. When I did not accept the offer and asked for some help, that agent rudely disconnected the call from his end. Don't know what will I do, but I never suggest Aircel to any of my known person.

      Aircel is the most fraud company have, They activate uneccery caller tune in his IVR Site & They Deducted uneccery balance form account. and their customer excutive never lunch the compliant against it.
      Get you DND service activated which will stop all promo calls and messages from Aircel. Unwanted activations can happen if you attend to such messages and calls.

        Sir,
        My mob number [protected] was put on hold for past 2 months as per my request,but i've sent a mail request stating to reactivate my number and they came after 2 days stating ur outstanding bills to be paid.I've paid and sent mail the same day with the transaction ref number but so far not activated.VERY VERY POOR AND PATHETIC SERVICE.

        I would suggest you to visit the nearest Aircel store with your Transaction ID, I am sure the activation will happen in no time.

          Hi,

          To all my friends who have been trying to reach me on my mobile and are being welcomed with special ringtone "This number is temporarily not in use..." I would like you guys to know that this is a ringtone that Aircel has specially designed for me to show their love and affection to me for using their service for more than five years.

          As such they have been showering me with their love for more than a year by billing me with thrice the amount of actual bill. I had opted for an plan wherein for a Rs.249 top up I had a total of 600 minutes of free calls but when the bills came I was charged for the entire minutes in addition to the toppings which I never get. As I refused to pay those bills and have been seeking proper clarification and explanations from them for the fraudulent billing my incoming and outgoing is barred so please connect to me via email only.

          "Aircel - There will be less than 1411 left" no i am not talking about the tigers, it is about the customers you will be left with for the pathetic service you provide

          Aircel — barred no(bsnl land no)

          i have been using aiecel connection for the last eight month. But last two month i am facing a problem of not getting network to a particular bsnl landline no. i have lodged complain many times in customer care but they till now have not resolved the problem. they have supplied the complain no(R[protected] but still it is hopeless situation.
          Hi,

          This looks like a call connectivity error now that you have a complaint number, why don’t you just drop into one of their stores? You can get a quick update on the status of your complaint and you can probably ask the reason for the current problem…
          Absolutely true, fraudulent billing is going on. I actually used BSNL landline net for the entire month with a plan of 1.5 GB for several years. I did even never cross this limit of 1.5 GB till date with them. With Aircel I recharged for 1 GB plan two times in one month. In less than a week or so the entire 1 GB finishes for the same amount of work i do. See the difference. As i am a regular user for the past 6 years with BSNL, i can really find this is really a fraudulent thing. Apart from this they said they give 1.5 GB free every month for 3 months if continuously recharged every month but they are not giving even once. Consumers cannot talk to them at all as they never pick up the phone (only recorded voice). In India it happens with such companies. My 3G data card sim number is [protected]. I do not who will protect the consumers from such fraudulent charges. My cell number is [protected]

            I activated the aircel pocket internet at my city for one month unlimited by 98 recharge but still there is no internet or gprs facility. I saved gprs settings no of times as instructed by CCare. Even i wrote to Aircel customer care many times but no satisfactory reply is there, from two weeks i m trying to solve this situation but no satisfactory result. What should i do now please tell me ......
            right now i have all emails sent to c Care and there reply and also complaint number given by the aircel.

              My name is Br. Vairagyachaitanya. For the last 1 year I am using Aircel connection. In this one year several times I lossed my balance money. Yesterday again at 10 p.m. I received a message that I have subcribed to Friends Chat and Rs.15/- is reduced from my main balance. I complained Castomer care but they said that after 72 hour my complaint will be checked. And I know from my previous experience that they will not return my money.

              I want Right Judjement.

              This can happen when you respond to promo calls or messages that come from the company, in order to avoid this in future I would suggest you to get the DND service activated.

                This is Iftekhar Khan from Chandikhole, Jajpur. I using aircel prepaid service, My mobile no is [protected].

                12 June 2010 i received a massage from aircel the massage is "Reacharge RS 50 and get talk time worth RS 43 and also call any local mobile number at 1p/2c" for 90 days.
                Then i recharged my number on Dt 13 June 2010 and i get talk time of 43 but scheme is not activated.
                Then i call customer care on Dt 13 june2010 they accept my complaint and give a complaint no 1-[protected] and give assurance that my complain is resolved by Dt 16 June 2010.
                On Dt 17 June 2010 I received a massage from aircel, that my complaint is resolved, but when i make a call i found that the scheme yet not activated. Then again i call customer care they told me for activation scheme Rs 25 deducted from my main a/c and keep balance Rs 25+ , Then i reacharge my a/c but nothing happen, When i again call they give me nodal officer number .Then i call nodal officer she adviced me to again submit a new complain..
                So now i help less please sir help me.
                There is definitely some confusion, and you should not post the same complaint more than once which is not necessary. Instead try to visit the nearest Aircel store and report your issue, trust me this is the best way to go about it.

                  AIRCEL INTERNET SERVICE IS VERY SLOW. THEY SAY THAT THEIR SPEED IS 20 TO 30 KBPS BUT WE GET LESS THAN 8 KBPS AVRERAGE. I HAD LODGE COMPLAINT UPTO THIRD LEVEL , THAT IS TO THE AFFILIATE OFFICER BUT NO USE.

                  for the first two months the speed that i was getting was good but these days, even when i got i charged with rs 198 pack i'm getting less than 1.2 kbps which is too much to handle.

                    The aircel customer care sucks 198 does not work at all. None receives the call. And this is not strange do you get that we have a lot of other work to do we cannot go on visiting the aircel stores. And why do we have customer care no.s then.

                      I am Rajiv Arora from Ghaziabad UP. Yesterday I Applied for New Aircel Prepaid Sim through your Dealer in Ghaziabad i.e. Aerocom and I completed all legal formalities as a new Customer.

                      After completion of 24 hrs the Sim is not activated. today when I confirmed to dealer Aerocom about it then they told me that still Application form dnt handover to Aircel so They are unable to do Activate this Aircel Connection. Tomorrow will again the Dealer Holiday because of Tuesday. When Dealer Will handover Documents to Aircel and When my Sim will Activate??????????

                      My Qustion is that In present Scenerio what should be the Time taken Process for New Sim Activation. I am existing user of Vodafone postpaid mobile and I am satisfied with Vodafone services.
                      First Time I go with another Telecom but I think my decision was bad. The Dealer service is so poor. Now I Applied this Aircel Connection before 28 hrs back and still services is not Activated due to bad service.

                      I can understand the situation, even the company cannot help in such a case, had it been taken from any Aircel store you could have got more assistance regarding this. Now you have to wait for the dealer to submit the documents.
                      for this situation remember one thing if you want to know anything about services (not only for aircel) directly contact with their authorized outlets not others and Customer care. for you company can not help so u wait till they send docs to aircel auditor for activation

                        My name is J.M.Praveen switched over to aircel no. [protected] hoping better service. But the nightmare began from the day of activation with 40 to 50 marketting calls, i registered start DND and got reply stating 45 days time to stop them.Then without my consent Dialer tunes service got activated amount deducted.I fired at customer care to get it deactivated, then again it got activated amount gone.Now since last week 14rs is being deducted every 3 days without my consent, i got reply that is for internet which i never asked.They gave irrelevent reasons and did not deactivate it even after several requests.I tried *234*140# but got no response. What kind of network Aircel is operating? This is absolutely robbery being done without fear of law.Now im hesitating to recharge fearing the loot being done.Can anyone stop this and make them to refund whatever deductions they made by cheating this way.Whom should we blame TRAI or Aircel like many mobile operators ? Are we so helpless to let it happen with every user ?

                        DND is a regulatory service and need some time to be processed, keep patience for at least 45 days and check the results .

                        Aircel karnataka — Aircel - automatic activation of non stop music pack on my sim

                        i didn't subscribe for any music pack and it automatically activated ([protected]) .i can't reach customer care please unsubscribe it as fast as possible. I cant recharge it every time.its from 3months ..please give me my money back if possible

                            Sir my mobile no is [protected] of aircel, It have a value added service of voice chat and dialor tone.firstly they deduct my 30 rs for dialor tone service in the last month which i have not said them to start, i got a call on that day in morning the person told me about this service and i refused not to start but they started it.I comlaint in their customer care but they refused to give my money back.after some days they deduct again Rs 30 of voice chat service. again i had not siad them to start and i call them to close this service but they dont even noticed my complaint and didnot give me complaint no.and nearly after a month they deduct my money of Rs 30 yesterday[protected] for voice chat i have not used this service last as well as this month.

                            This is strange, I would suggest you to deactivate these services and also get your DND service activated which will stop the promo calls which can cause such unwanted activations. Visiting the nearest store can get you the best possible solution.

                              i use my samsung s3310 to connect internet to my pc using aircel my mobile can get a speed of 35kb cause its edge supported and aircel says that it has edge compatible towers even though it shows that its edge supported i get poor speed ! Customer care support says that you will get a speed of 32-25kb but i get only 4-10kb. i've tried many softwares regarding that it will speedup your internet connection but none worked ! my request is to increase the bandwith of aircel gprs/edge and enable edge technology in all standard gprs towers so that we can get better speeds or i have to moveon to another network ! IT GIVES BETTER SPEED AND ITS EDGE SUPPORTED !

                                I am using an airce number with series 98651 ***** for more than 5 years in chennai and the worst thing is that I still get roaming network being displayed since its a tamilnadu circle number.... where as its not like differen circle (Chennai and TN) in other Networks.... Since my number comes as a roaming network in chennai I am not able to get incoming and outgoing properly. My phone will have fulll tower yet my mobile will not be reachable....

                                I have talked to ndal officer of Aircel too regarding this but yet no proper response....

                                can any one provide the proper solution...? whom to contact

                                  I am Aircel postpaid customer, my bill plan 349 Rental CUG Connection from ACME Tele Power Ltd. My no is- [protected]. I m using this no before one year. But recently I m facing heavy problem in this no. My Credit limit 1000/-. My Outgoing deactivate in 85% (Rs-850). My outgoing deactivate in 7 June 2010. I am Paid Rs- 1000/- means 150/- extra paid customer care tell me your bill is (-150.00). After 5 days 12 June 2010 time-12PM my outgoing call again deactivates. I m confuse, I m calling customer care in 12PM. Customer care tells me your bill is 226/- means 22%. I asked why my outgoing deactivates. Customer care tells me our system is not updated before 11 June 10.30 AM Please again call after 4 hour for updated bill. Please you pay Rs- 1000/- but I don’t agree this payment. Next- after 2 hours 2PM I goes to Cell city and I deseeded agree 1000/- payment. But cell city tell me your bill & you are payment Rs- 2200/- for your outgoing service activate. Next- after 2 hour 4PM I again call in aircel customer care. Customer care tell me your bill is 3800/-.
                                  Please reason in deferent from Rs.-226/- to Rs-3800/- in 24hours. My credit limit Rs-1000/- and my outgoings service in deactivate in Rs- 850/-. How this possible cross 850/- and excess Rs-3000/- Please reply. my mail id- [protected]@yahoo.co.in. My alternate no- [protected].

                                    I have registered for DND Twice but i still keep getting calls from aircel numbers. I compain, they send me a message saying complaint registered, later i get a message resolved. but i still keep getting calls while i am in the office. I dont know what to do.

                                    I believe there is a technical error, why don’t you visit the nearest Aircel store to confirm the registration.
                                    The primary objective of the National Do Not Call Registry (NDNC Registry) is to curb Unsolicited Commercial Communication (UCC). UCC has been defined as "any message, through telecommunications service, which is transmitted for the purpose of informing about, or soliciting or promoting any commercial transaction in relation to goods, investments or services which a subscriber opts not to receive, but, does not include, ----

                                    (i) any message (other than promotional message) relating to a service or financial transaction under a specific contract between the parties to such contract (customer and service provider);or

                                    (ii) any messages relating to charities, national campaigns or natural calamities transmitted on the directions of the Government or agencies authorized by it for the said purpose;

                                    (iii) messages transmitted, on the directions of the Government or any authority or agency authorized by it, in the interest of the sovereignty and integrity of India, the security of the State, friendly relations with foreign States, public order, decency or morality."

                                    When i complainted about the calls from aircel, the calls from aircel numbers has been increased from 2-3 to 6-7 times a day. I don't know why it is??????

                                      Sir,

                                      Aircel mobile company has been sending sms into my mob of an offer that if i charged my mob for RS; 555 , iwould get talk time of RS: 605 and an umbrella worth RS: 199 . they had not mentioned of any terms and conditions in the sms not even a t&c as normally shown in usual sms. i charged my mob then by contacting the customer care i learned that the talk time was limited to one month. this itself is malpractice , they should have mentioned at least t&c . in addition to this the complaint cell of Aircel mob told me that i wouldnot get the umbrella since the day was 8th of june . they simply told me that the offer had expired on 7th of june but i received the sms on 8th of june and there was no time limit as well mentioned in the sms but an umbrella was offered. the complaint cell told me that i wouldnt receive any gifts and they reiterated that the sms was an error one there for i could do whatever i wanted . more than any thing their answer need a fitting reply . sir i request u kindly take necessary action at the earliest [protected] is my Aircel number

                                      I can understand your problem, but technical errors can occur at times. It is very obvious that any offer has its different T & Cs, you could have easily consulted the CC before opting for it. They have to follow certain set of rules which cannot be overseen.

                                        My name is Mr. Santu Bhattacharya, having a AIRCEL connetion no-[protected] for atleast 1 to 2 years only.But recent they deducted Rs.20 on 21.05.10 and Rs.9 on 26.05.10 from my balance. Then i submitted my complain to the company and they give me a complain no on 26.05.10 and the complain no is 1/[protected] and also give me the assurence to resolve on 27.05.10 and they send me an sms about that in my mobile no.But they have no solved my problem. I called them regularly 3 to 4 times and they told me that your complain is open you will get your money.but they were not refund me any amount and they gave me another complain no on 31.05.10 and the complain no is [protected] and after that when i called them they told me the same dialog and after that they gave me another complain no on 04.05.10 and the complain no is 1/[protected]. but still now I am not get any amount, and I also know about this company that they give assurence daily but they were not solve the problem and also known that they all time give another complain no daily. but how much time they take to solve my problem? i[censored] understand my problem so pls solve my problem. All complain no and sms which they gave me is on my mobile. so please do the needfully.
                                        I guess some VAS might be active on your number for which these charges are deducted, just call the CC and ask if any value added service is active on your number.
