I BUY THE AIRCEL CONNECTION THEN I SUBSCRIBE POCKET INTERNET ON IT.THEN IT START ON PC BUT IT DOES NOT WORK ON MOBILE.IT DISPLAY THE ERROR CONNECTION FAILED.ITS SPEED IS VERY-4 BAD.AND THE CUSTOMERT CARE EXECUTIVES DOES NOIT UTTEND THE PHONE TO WRITE A COMPLAINT.

On 22-Aug, I received a message from Aircel which reads as;
" Aaj Rs 27 recharge me Rs 20 nahi Rs 30 ka talktime + 500 (Local+National sms) 30 din ke liye "
So, on the same date I recharged for Rs 27 and I got the free messages instantly but till now I have not received any amount of talktime. ....

Aircel company dealers are using my documents’ to activate numbers without my permission and using for wrong purpose.

Without my permission and application they activate [protected] and 97 and used them and now the police is asking me about the usage.
Kindly guide me...

Aircel Has charged me rupees 5 for voice mail activation and then they sms saying this series is not supported for voice mail service when I emailed aircel for refund they are yet to respond in these days of 3G aircel does not have voice mail for a circle as huge as mumbai what do you expect from them in terms for service and their customer care does not even speak proper english and they keep passing the buck....

Be aware in giving ID Proof while purchasing Sim Cards on road side, it may be misused as they demand another copy of ID Proof.

From the Past four months lot of false commitments issued by the Aircell Customer care regarding migration of Postpaid connection to Prepaid Connection.

Customer care persons told me from the past four months like "We will change ur connection type (post paid to prepaid) in this month end (after completion of billing cycle)".

Dear Sir,
We Multitec, decided to cancel all our Corporate CUG Connections from Aircel.
We walked-in at Aircel Relationship Centre located at Saidapet, Chennai for more than a Month Ago (23.06.2010 & 29.06.2010 & 09.07.2010) All these times our Request was taken, but we have received Bills now for the month of July. And we checked the Sim Cards, they are found Active.
It is reluctant & shows the irresponsibility...

sir, i have obtained new cell phone no.[protected] through local Aircell agent
in Chrompet, during first week of August, 2010. There is no incoming/outgoing
calls since 9th of this month. When we contacted the local agent, he has informed that he passed on the complaint to the company and the grivences
will be redressed within 48 hours. Since we have submitted photo and residential proof, the connectivity of the above...

I had applied for pos-paid connection with Aircel in the month of December 2009, the dealer representative did not hand over the SIM card and said will deliver it the next day. But even after 2 weeks I did not receive the SIM card.

In between, I received welcome calls from AIRCEL on my VODAFONE number stating my Post-paid connection has been activated. I spoke to the Customer Service Rep of Aircel immediately and asked them...

I am a aircel user since aircel was charging 5 Rupees for incoming calls, i was with prepaid and now i am under CUG.

Recently one of my friend activated my number for 57000 Friends service which is fradulent service, where aircel has automated voices which comes in the IVR.

Now they have charged me a huge amount close Rs. 300 in my June 2010 bill and another 300 in July month bill. I called customer service as...

I was using aircel gprs ( JAMMU AND KASHMIR CIRCLE) since 1 year in my laptop. But since 16.7.2010 these settings stopped to work. It is showing"Registering your computer on network."...and then..."PPP link protocol was terminated".
I am using SAMSUNG L-700 through USB cable. I had tried so many settings like aircelgprs/aircelweb/aircelwebpost etc in my Mobile and in Samsung PC...

Dear Sir/Madam as every one know that j&k is an disturbed area the situation is not good in j&k.
From last two three days i am getting miss calls on my no. i.e [protected] from the no.[protected]
when i tried to talk him he start some nonsense talk and and use Vulgar words which is unbearable for me plz provide the infromation for the same other wise i will complaint for the same and mark a case against the said person....

What's wrong with you guys? I am telling you n number of times that without listening the entire call I had disconnected the same once I realised that the same is an idiotic promo call. And I had never pressed the "1" key. So there is no question of activating the service. I want my money back.

If you are sure that only Rs. 30 was deducted for the same, then send me the dialled call log details...

I could not able to contact CS people. In our mobile, out going SMS is not going, for which I tried to contact, AIRCEL customer care, but i could not contact them. I tried Customer care No. they forwarded to Customer care executives, only advertisements are going but line is not responded. I tried 10 times. Why bloody perons are not responding? I could not able to send SMS from my mobile to other mobile. Pl respond to this .

I am a aircel prepaid user. i try to activate do not disturb service from last 4-5 months but it is not activated every time customer care executive told me a different story like service is activated in 45 days mam but after 2 months wen i call again for this service status then they told you cant apply for this service then i said ok activate my do not disturb service but again after 2 months this service is not...

Aircel mobile coonection company has automatically deducted my Rs250+ balance to 40 paise only. connection is of jharkhand. my job is in delhi. last time i used aircel was 1 jan 2010. then i used in 3 june 2010 (5 months), and found that my Rs 250+ came to 40 paise. when tyalked to customer care so many times, different types of replies got but never any positive response. Please help me to get my balance back.
