For the past few days i am noticing activation of thirai vimarsanam pack and reduction of recharge amount , i received a message that you have sucessfully activated the package.but today my complete recharge amount vanished without even a single message or anything , when i thought of complaining about it calls to coimbatore customer care was not possible from chennai . just they are doing a very great job.

    My cell no. [protected] as usual today also i got a call regarding dialer tune offer n then i simply told the guy that i m not interested and he told me about the offer then also i told him im not interested then i hung up the phone but later after 2hr i got a message regarding dialer tune that your dialer tune is activated on your mobile and a sum of 30 rs is also deducted from my cell.i don't know how come they simply deduct my money from my cell even if i haven't applied for it or without my permission how can they deduct my money...i tried to call customer service but no one was picking phone other side i.e, no response..i m very much frustrated and this thing happen me twice...so i don't want other people also cheated like the same as i .You need to take this into account as a very serious issue and see that they pay a heavy penalty for this and they need to return our money back. You can call to my number and just verify it. This is very much embarrassing.Hope u can do something to it...

      Aircel is deducting unnecessary money from the customer's account. If we call the customer care,their details are not sufficient, they are asking only apologies.concern person, kindly take care of this complaint.

      my talkup balance has been deduted unnecessaryly. i complaint abt tat but there was no proper response for it
      I guess some Value added services must have been activated, you should call up the customer care again and figure it out, I am sure there would be a valid reason for this.

          I BUY THE AIRCEL CONNECTION THEN I SUBSCRIBE POCKET INTERNET ON IT.THEN IT START ON PC BUT IT DOES NOT WORK ON MOBILE.IT DISPLAY THE ERROR CONNECTION FAILED.ITS SPEED IS VERY-4 BAD.AND THE CUSTOMERT CARE EXECUTIVES DOES NOIT UTTEND THE PHONE TO WRITE A COMPLAINT.

            On 22-Aug, I received a message from Aircel which reads as;
            " Aaj Rs 27 recharge me Rs 20 nahi Rs 30 ka talktime + 500 (Local+National sms) 30 din ke liye "
            So, on the same date I recharged for Rs 27 and I got the free messages instantly but till now I have not received any amount of talktime. .

                I had made a purchase of an aircel prepaid sim card a few weeks back and it was registerd on a different name - After having a check with the company it was found that there are 8 different connections on my name where as i had only made a purchase on one sim card..

                When i requested the remaining the numbers to be invistigated/cancelled, i was promised callbacks on 2 different occasions by a Senior manager (Miss XYZ Vora at the Customer Care (198) but these were never received...I have been going through all types on inconviniences for no mistake of mine...The company declines to provide me with the other numbers that are registered on my name or who had registered them...Who knows tomorrow these numbers may be misued in many ways....Below a few questions for Aircel Management..

                1> How can a Senior Manager (Miss Vora) make false promises???Where are your standards??
                2> Why cant you provide me with the details for all the accounts if they are registered on My Name???
                3> Why is no verifacation done when activating multiple accounts??
                4> Are the dealers and Activation team Hand in Hand to make some extra money???
                5> Finally Who is to be held responsible for any misues of my personal details??

                  Aircel Has charged me rupees 5 for voice mail activation and then they sms saying this series is not supported for voice mail service when I emailed aircel for refund they are yet to respond in these days of 3G aircel does not have voice mail for a circle as huge as mumbai what do you expect from them in terms for service and their customer care does not even speak proper english and they keep passing the buck.

Regarding that i am trying to call aircel complaint center 198 from yesterday , i have call them around 5 times , every i call they say ,system is under up gradation try to call after some time . i am totally fed up. plz return my balance , otherwise i have to complaint against aircel in consumer forum .
                  These are automated value added services and can such activations can happen when you respond to marketing calls and messages. You can resolve this by getting the DND service registered

                    Please be informed as under:
                    1 That two Aircel Sim cards were purchased on dated 06.08.2010 from D. K Communications Varanasi.The seller of the Sim Cards on road side demanded an extra surplus of Rs 5/- for filling the application, other than the charges of Sim Card. The same extra money was demanded by Mr Ajit Aircel Customer Care Lahurabir on 17.08.2010.
                    2. That the Sim Card are still not activated by your nearest dealers at Lahurabir, Varanasi, which the customer now finds an act of mischief on their part.
                    3. That the customer made a complaint on dt 12.08.2010 in person, Complaint made by email on 14.08.2010, reminder made in person on dt 15.08.2010 with AIRCEL CUSTOMER CARE LAHUARABIR , 2ND REMINDER MADE BY EMAIL Dt. 17.08..2010 and a number of telephonic conversation but all is vain.
                    4. That, the customer contacted Mr Ajit of AIRCEL Customer Care at Lahurabir Varanasi, who misbehaved with the customers saying "TUM HAMKO NAHI JANTE< HUM KAUN HAI>JA KAR LUCKNOW COMPLAINT KARO>HUM LUCKNOW SE FARJI SIM CARD DHEDH SAU RURAYE ME KHARID TE HAI<CHALE JAWO NAHI TO HUM ABHI BATAYANGE>CARD FARZI HAI JAWO STF SE KAHO".
                    5. That the customer is put to a monetary loss and mental tension by such illegal acts on your part. the customer appears to be defrauded by M/S Aircel.
                    6.That the customer suspects a misuse of his ID proof submitted with Aircel and now demanding another copy of the ID proof.
                    7. That kindly inform me the reason for not accepting my ID proof already submitted to you the and name of the person doing so at AIRcel office, so that the consumer may LODGE an FIR with local police for such illegal activities by M/S AIRCEL and their representatives.

                    The customer requests you to activate the card by 4 p.m today ,failing which the customer willshall be bound to refer the matter to Consumer Forum and the local Police for legal actions into the matter.

                      From the Past four months lot of false commitments issued by the Aircell Customer care regarding migration of Postpaid connection to Prepaid Connection.

                      Customer care persons told me from the past four months like "We will change ur connection type (post paid to prepaid) in this month end (after completion of billing cycle)".

                      Last Month i received a mail from aircel customer care as follows

                      Reliance Money — Inordinate delay in opening of account - reliance money

                      I applied for opening of accounts with reliance money in the month of Nov'07 and was intimated that within 21 days account will be opened but it has been a big ordeal for me. To add the agony whenever I approached their support help desk I was evertold that within 7 days it will be sorted out but when again I approached them their have been stereotyped answers that in next 7 days it will be settled.

                      I spent lot of money on phone calls and those 7 days ordeal continued till29th March'08 and then the response has been 'Next 10 days' It continued thereafter and at last on 28th April'08 I got an phone call that Kit will be despatched soon.

                      In the mean time I had sent emails and requested to intimate the supportdesk to help me with the address of Company Secretary/Mr Anil Ambani and the flat reply had been that they did't have.

                      Anyway I had written to Mr Ambani narrating whole affairs of episode on his knowledge city address in the month of May'08 but till todays there has been no response from Mr.Ambani or the Company.

                            I am Rohit Kushwaha. My Aircel Mobile No. is [protected].

                            On 19 april 2010,i have received a msg From 580102,that "Paaiye Jobs Allert Apne mobile par Kabhi bhi Kahin bhi SMS par free alerts pane ke liye abhi Free mein apne jobs category chuniye 1. Sales. 2. Engineering 3. Finance Reply with your choice ( eg. Reply with 1 for Sales jobs) Toll Free.

                            Again on 20 April 2010, I have received a msg From 58010, that “Your Free trial for ‘Jobs on Mobile’ is expiring and will be renewed in 2 days. You will be charged Rs 30/30 days.
                            To deactivate now. Dial *234*991#

                            Again on 21April 2010, I have received a msg From 58010, that “Your Free trial for ‘Jobs on Mobile’ is expiring and will be renewed in 1 days. You will be charged Rs 30/30 days.
                            To deactivate now. Dial *234*991#

                            Then on 21 April, I was frustrated, and I have dial 234*991# to deactivate and follows the steps Press 1 to Activate and Press 2 to Deactivate, Then I have Press 2 To Deactivate. Then my balance was deducted by Rs 30. I have lauched a complaint to the customer care, they told that service is activate by my side. I have told that I was deactivated on 21 april. They are saying that it was activated on 21 April

                            On 22 April, I have send a msg STOP JOBS to 58010 to deactivate the service. Then I have got confirmation message that “ U are not subscribed to the Aircel jobs service. To activate & get jobs alerts on SMS, please reply to toll free with START JOBS.
                            On 23 April, I have launch a complain on aircel store. My Complain No are :-1-[protected] and[protected]

                            Today that is 27 april , I have got a msg that “ Dear Subscriber, U are now active on Aircel Jobs service Rs. 10 has been charged for 10 days of service. Send JOBS to 58010 anytime to search, Find and apply to unlimited jobs. And My balance was Deducted by Rs.10 for 10 days.
                            Please, check it and do the need fully.

                            My aircel mobile no.[protected]. Your aircel services unnecessarily deducting amount from my mobile no. for the past three months. If it is continued, i will take legal action. Aircel customer care is not giving proper reply for my questions. Whether we have to put prepaid to our mobile or not.                             I have been trying to lodge a complaint for wrong deduction of balance from my aircel prepaid number [protected] since 13/1/14 but not been successful .

                            On 12/1/14 morning I recharged my aircel prepaid no. [protected] with Rs 100 and the balance was Rs 122/-. I had already activated a data pack of 1 GB valid till 22/1/14 . In the evening while I was surfing the net I suddenly found that my balance had reduced to Rs 4/- . This is inspite of 337 mb of data being left on my data pack as shown after using internet. I can&#039;t understand how the balance came down from Rs 122/- to Rs 4/- while surfing though I still have 337 mb of data left on my data pack.
                            I have tried to talk to customer care who has told me that Rs 118/- was deducted due to some pack which they could not say what and on asking they say they will pass on the call to their senior who never picks up the phone.
                            I have also lodged repeated complaints through e-mail since 13/1/14 and got auto replies saying that my matter will be resolved within 2 days but nothing happened so far.
                            The CC person either says system is being upgraded or passes to senior who never comes online. It is all a hoax, you can&#039;t get a service request number against your complaint.
                            I wrote to their appellate authority today but all I get is another auto response stating they&#039;ll resolve within 2 days but I know nothing will happen . I&#039;m helpless.

I send MSG stop to 155223 to deactivate VAS. The reply come that no any VAS ACTIVE ON you number. But on 17may2015 I recharge my number with ₹70 they again do deduction by given same reason. I TRY to file complaints in customer care but they not attainding my number. What now I do, so i complain to you with regarding my problem.

                              I had applied for pos-paid connection with Aircel in the month of December 2009, the dealer representative did not hand over the SIM card and said will deliver it the next day. But even after 2 weeks I did not receive the SIM card.

                              In between, I received welcome calls from AIRCEL on my VODAFONE number stating my Post-paid connection has been activated. I spoke to the Customer Service Rep of Aircel immediately and asked them deactivate/cancel the connection since I was disappointed with their services so far.

                              WHich did not happen and I received the first month bill for the remaining part of December in January--Immediately, I went to the TAMBARAM Aircel Customer Service Cell and gave a written request for deactivation and stopping of billing towards the number. Saravanan Customer Service rep gave a written acknowledgement stating it will deactivated in 1 week..

                              Even after this I continued to receive bills for Jan and Feb-I spoke to Aircel helpline and lamented;/requested for action, finally was asked to mail the request to talktoaircel email with all the information. Which I did on 03/22/2010. Subsequently, I did not receive any bills and I assumed they must have deactivated the number finally.

                              To my dismay, a collection guy from Aircel came to my residence on 09/08/2010 and spoke to me over phone stating I am a defaulter and have to pay the outstanding one thousand and something.;

                              I told him that I never received the SIM and the compliants I have made.
                              He was adamant to accept my explanation.

                              Please do the needful to help me out of the situation.

                              I know it can be frustrating, but I believe there is some confusion it. I would suggest you to try and get in touch with the Nodal officer of your area. He will be able to solve your problem for sure.

                                My Name is Abhilash Mohan i am from pathanamthitta Konni, befor two week onwards i cannot get aircel gprs my hand set is carbonn k144 many times i call customer care but no replay from aircel customercare. they will say to me "sir thankalkku ingane oru buthimuttu undayathil kshama chodhikkunnu" i will recharge rs 97 rs. my cash is waste so please solve the problem quickly thank you: my number [protected]
                                This is strange indeed. Why don’t you visit the nearest Aircel outlet and get it sorted. I believe this is the best way to get a resolution.

                                  I am a aircel user since aircel was charging 5 Rupees for incoming calls, i was with prepaid and now i am under CUG.

                                  Recently one of my friend activated my number for 57000 Friends service which is fradulent service, where aircel has automated voices which comes in the IVR.

                                  Now they have charged me a huge amount close Rs. 300 in my June 2010 bill and another 300 in July month bill. I called customer service as soon as i received the Bill on 27 June (Online). They have charged some one hundered plus for 130 RUPEES for jun 25th. I immediately raised it as i did not use that for 2 hours and all for that day.

                                  Not just that.. i was calling them atleast 10 times last month saying.. please let me know the status and hence i can pay the bill .. no actions.. lot of people supervisors promised they will call back in 2 hours and NOTHING HAPPENED. USELESS COMPANY.


                                  Again this month they have charged Rs. 182 on 26th of June... which say i spoke to some one using 57000 for 3 hours... JOKE...
                                  The had charged Rs.30 saying I did a voice chat on 23 of July... horrible.

                                  All lies... Fraud charges...
                                  I want my money back for all 57000 that i had not used.
                                  I will not hesitate to take this to my lawyers and I can prove Aircel is running this fake one.

                                  They had tie up earlier with 58888 which used to spam and get ur money... now this one... everytime they get something to eat customers money. most of the times they will say their systems are down. 5 people will call for asking for payments if we say, fix my issues, they will hang up. useless company.

                                  I STRONGLY RECOMMENED OUR ORGANIZATION ABOUT THIS AND ALREADY THEY HAVE MOVED THEIR CORPORATE ACCOUNT FROM AIRCEL TO ITS COMPETITOR. i also hear this aircel is run by big political party and we cannot do anything....

                                  this is why india is like this... no consumer can open their mouth...

                                  I have attached one sample bill of mine and i have highlighted. my bill number 26321892

                                  GOD SAVE INDIA and help me getting my money back. IF YOU DONT TRUST ME PLEASE DIAL 57000 from your AIRCEL AND START RECEIVING THE TROUBLE.

                                      I was using aircel gprs ( JAMMU AND KASHMIR CIRCLE) since 1 year in my laptop. But since 16.7.2010 these settings stopped to work. It is showing"Registering your computer on network."...and then..."PPP link protocol was terminated".
                                      I am using SAMSUNG L-700 through USB cable. I had tried so many settings like aircelgprs/aircelweb/aircelwebpost etc in my Mobile and in Samsung PC Studio. At present i had pre-paid number [protected].
                                      I had repeatedly contacted at 121 and [protected]. They tirelessly gave me complaints number as under:-
                                      1. COMPLAINT No. 292932, Dated 22.710
                                      2. ...do... 293286 Dated 23.7.10
                                      3. ...do... 237222 Dated 24.7.10
                                      4. ...do... 237669 Dated 26.7.10
                                      5. ...do... 300978 Dated 30.7.10
                                      6. ...do... 309523 Dated 06.8.10
                                      Customer care always assured that GPRS section will call me back at alternate number ([protected])/convenient time given by me. But they never called back.
                                      I had recharged Rs.251/- internet pack. Now i hereby ask AIRCEL to refund this Rs. 251/- amount to me.This e-mail may treated as 1 months notice under CONSUMER ACT. Failing in which i may be free to claim it through consumer court through my counsel. Certainly i may also need to ask for compensation for the inconvenience caused to me to register my complaints and due to ignorance of customer care.

                                      Aircel . — NON PROVIDING OF AIRCEL GPRS SETTING FOR LAPTOP
