I am VIPIN KUMAR PRASAD and i am using aircel no.-[protected].I have a poroblem with internet connection using on pc.When i connect my mobile with my pc and start internet, after 5 minutes it autometically get diconnected by the server. and My another problem is my aircel internet connection speed is very very slow. This causes me a great problem.When i try to contact customer care they dont give me any reply, they simply say that contact our GPRS department.and i was unable to contact there.so please try to solve my problem.

    Dear sir,
    Yesterday I had recharged my AIRCEL mobile number([protected] begin_of_the_skype_highlighting [protected] end_of_the_skype_highlighting) with Rs. 249/- (+ 2/- as internet charges) through "easymobilerecharge.com" but didn't receive the balance till now. I have also informed AIRCEL about this cheating but they don't have any information about the above mentioned site. If possible please try to credit the balance to my number. Otherwise, please refund my money to my SBI account (A/C no. [protected]) ASAP.

    Well did you check if this site was recommended by Aircel? So you should report this issue to the CC or nearest Aircel store and if you can produce the transaction ID of the same they might be able to help you much faster.

      Calling to 198 is free toll free number for booking the complaints, If i am trying from other region to book a complaint i need to call 121 or [protected]. Thay are charging 50p/3min.

      So i called from another network mobile or landline they not responding for that call.

      For booking the complaint why thay are charging. Also the very worst customer services.

      1. 15 to 30 taking to reach the customer care officer.
      2. Unwanted messages and calls are reaching us with our pre knowlege we need to spend hardly half a day to stop this services.

      You seem to have a number of issues, but due to some industry norms, the service providers are charging a nominal amount for customer care services. Whereas if you are not able to reach the CC there is always the option of Aircel outlets which are there to help the customers and I believe they will also ask you get you DND service activated which will help you get rid of the Unwanted messages and calls.

        Hi,

        Some 10 days ago i tried recharging my aircel number online by Rs.125, although transaction failed but the amount was deducted from my bank account. I am really disappointed by the custome care of aircel they will either disconnect after hearing my problem or put me on hold for about 15 minutes.

        Please let me know where and whom should i get in touch with.
        I know it can be frustrating, but you can always visit the nearest Aircel and report this issue. You matter would be solved in minutes.

            Hi,

            I have forced to write such mail to AIRCEL, to highlight the Quick??? Response for Customer’s complaints.

            This is Karthick, using Aircel connection for past 2 years, my first mobile no. [protected].

            Before migration of my Prepaid (Mobile no. [protected]) line to Postpaid, I have never faced any issues with your service.

            Unfortunately, I have requested for Pre to Postpaid migration in the month of March, while applying the sales person informed me it will happen with in span of 24 Hrs.
            But the same was taken 3 days, after much effort from my side; also I have received the welcome letter from your end (March 30th). I thought my issue was solved.

            In month of April I have received my monthly bill for no. [protected] and shocked due to charges were appeared for another number ([protected]) which is in CUG.
            (after 30th March also). Hence immediately I have contacted Customer Care to check whether both the numbers are in same CUG or not. Customer care executive has
            Confirmed both the numbers are in same CUG and she has raised a complaint on 28th April 2010, SR 1-[protected] to revise the CUG charges.

            But the complaint was not yet resolved for more than 78 days, they given TAT as 48 Hrs.

            Mobile no. [protected], since I have received only monthly rental for this number in month of April, I paid the bill. But in next month bill the same issue (Billing Error) has
            occurred with this number also CUG number ([protected]) has charged. Hence again I have raised a complaint for this number which is SR 1-[protected].

            But the same was not yet resolved for more than 1 ½ month, TAT given was 48 Hrs.

            In the mean time, I have received en-number of call from your Collection telecalling team on both the numbers. (Without checking open complaints)
            I am tired to explain about the open complaint to those pupils. Mean while both the numbers were OG barred for two times, which is never expect from AIRCEL.

            My Concern:

            • I want my bills to be reworked from the month of March 20 to till date.(Mobile no. [protected] & [protected])
            • In my Free Minutes also CUG numbers was detected, required waiver on the same.
            • CUG number charges have to be revising in all bills for both the numbers.
            • Before calling to customer, collection team has to check for Open complaints.
            • My both the complaints has to be closed on priority with proper FIX.
            • Since there is over due in my account, after resolving this complaint I required time to clear the dues.
            • My lines should not get barred before resolving these issues. If anything has happened I forced to suit a case in Consumer court.

              My phone number s [protected].My name is Soham Sarkar.I reside at Behala Bakultala.Nearest Landmark is DIAMOND CITY WEST.Inspite of launching several complaits about the BAD NETWORK SERVICE in the region no such steps has been taken by the company to deal with the problem.This proves that the tecnical team of AIRCEL is worthless.
              I will be very thankful if you please take strict action againsts this matter and solve the problem.

              dear sir,
              whenever i am calling through my aircell no, it is is saying network busy. after trying for almost 15 to 20 times i am getting the call. no only that after connecting the call the receiver cannot hear me .moreover no callis lasting for more than 15 secs.
              when calling to thier customer service, they r saying that no one is available and thus isconnecting my line.
              please help me.i am getting both mentally harrased.i want compensation from the company.

              Dear All,

              Since I am a aircel customer for past 4 years, their service nowadays are very poor. I have decided to move any other network but due to maintain the same mobile number I am continuing in this network.

              Last 10 days before I have activated add on facility under club five offer. The amount has been deducted for the same as per their norms. But with out any prior information add on has deactivated to some particular nos (Before that the nos under add on scheme in teen talk pack). Before given request for add on I have confirmed with their customer care, they also told the old one will be deactivated and new add on will activate from the time of request. For this problem I was made compliant on 5.02.2009, they have informed me that with in 48 hours the problem will be solved. But I am waiting till date (10.02.2009), they are not taken care of my compliant & not given proper feed back.

              I need your advice to move further in this regards.
              I buy a aircel prepaid connection and i have no network coverage of aircel network on my phone when i talk to customer care representative he assure me to rectify the same within 2 days but still the problem is not solved even when i search manually i did not get aircel in the list they said they have congestion free network but in reality they have no network very very very poor network my aircel no is [protected] (post paid) complaint no.D[protected]

              Hav also complain to the call center but no action taken uptill nw

              Its strange coz my friend in the same area gets some good network. Why don’t you visit the nearest Aircel store and discuss your problem with the personnel there. I am sure you would get an effective solution immediately

              This is strange, Aircel has a good network service in Kolkata region. I would suggest you to visit the nearest Aircel store and speak to them. They will help you in the best possible way.

                This is Nazia my mobile number [protected]
                I always receive sms's from Aircel company for friend's zone activation
                The sms goes in like this - "HI this priety (any girls name) want to have friends " from 5700 number
                I never care to even reply this sms. I just delete this kind of sms
                And I got at call from [protected]. I don't even receive this call because few days i have faced the same problem where in I thought its a international call and received it and there was a IVR for friends zone was going as i was not interested I have disconnected the call. To my surprise I noticed that my balance of 25 rupees have been deducted. I had fight with the customer care executives to refund my balance as i haven't activated the service they took 48 hours to reply my balance.
                And again I am facing the same problem. My balance have been deducted on the name of friends zone activation without any activation from my side.
                I have raised a complain (1-[protected]) where in i asked them to refund the Rs22. Now the customer exe says that the balance will be refunded as a promo balance where in I cant make the international calls or send sms.
                I cant understand why Aircel company wants to deduct the balance with unnecessary service which customer don't want to have.
                I will make sure that i will not the Aircel sim from now and I will even make sure my friends and relative even don't use the sim.
                They will loose today one customer tomorrow two and one fine day they have to close their business.

                Aircel — forceful balance deduction

                myself ajay singh with mob no [protected] ,delhi ,rohini. aircel cellular is fraud and cheater . they focefully deducted my prepaid account of rs 30. without any reason.please give me my amount
                I am sure there will some valid reason for it, call them up again and try to figure out the reason.

                bring to your notice that on 13 mar 2010 our service provider aircel deduct 30 rs. against friend zone i complain to customer care , my complain registered nu- 1-[protected] , again i repeat same complain to coustomer care on dated 4 apr.2010 i get assurance within 96 hour you get your money back complain nu- 1-[protected] ,very sorry to say again 15 rs deducted from my account on dated 17 apr 2010 i again registered earlier complain and 15 rs deduction compalain to coustomer care i get same assurance that up to 20 apr 2010 you get your all deducted amount up to 10. am. third complain nu- 1-[protected] .. so please suggest me what i do .

                  I am a Aircel prepaid customer with number +[protected] from more than two years.I am facing the network coverage problem in my residence area from last more than one year. I had complained to customer care a lot of times, but always received a same response "We are going to install a new tower near HATIBAGAN SHYAMPUKUR STREET. I don't know why I am getting the same response and people on your side are not taking the problem seriously.If the response I am getting from the customer is correct when I can expect the new tower to be installed.

                  31 C SHYAMPUKUR STREET KOLKATA 700004 [ NEAR HATIBAGAN TOWN SCHOOL ]

                  In our flat, balcony or even in our society the network signal bar on cell display goes up and down rapidly and sometimes it completely goes off. ...Due to this I am facing a lot of problems. I am not able to talk even I am standing in the balcony of my flat. Its very irritating.

                  me few friends have changed the service provider due to this coverage problem.

                  One thing, I want to add here is, there is no problem with my cell. So please don't suspect any problem with the handset that's not the case, I have tried using some other cell phone but results were same.

                  Please look into this issue as soon as possible.

                  I guess there is a technical issue, If you talk to the Aircel executives in an company store, thing would be shared with much more clarity. Try and visit the nearest Aircel store and report your issue, they will definitely help you out.
                  aircel is a bad network company.their network always disturbing.i use 27 gprs pack but speed is very slow.
                  i got just 10kbps.and also their is no 3g signal.and aircel han no sim in our locality.but aircel tower still there.please help me that i have a good speed in aircel.

Last month (June'10) approx June First week, i got a msg as thank you for subscribing friends zone, actuallly i did not subscribe for it, they charged 30 rupees for it.. i tried for CC to complain but its always busy. Then again June last week they charged 30 rupees for friends zone.i dont know why they are doing like, i am fedup in trying to CC.
                    Now again yeserday( 11th july) they charged 30 rupees for friends zone. all my balance are going like this.
                    what can i do how to get rid of it.i am planning to change to some other network other than Aircel, no proper customer service from aircel.

                    Promo calls and messages can be the reason for these activations when responded, try to get your DND service activated and get rid of this problem.

                      well i own a number [protected],wellin the begining when i was calling it stated number not valid to n number of callers i was calling,and finally my cell phone is showin sim card registration failed .
                      Well sir this is not an individual case but you can even find numerous ones in any of the complaint oriented websites.Adding to it is your great customercomplaint which never picks up the phone,if you dont believe me,just simply buy any aircel sim card from market and then check it,
                      I know nothing is going to happen nor any of my grievences acknowledge but i just wanted to write this so that atleast people don't get duped from your big marketing campaings,for which you have assigned MS Dhoni and you are ready to pay him millions but you won't iron out ur technological issues.

                      This is a competitive industry and the companies have to be concerned about their customers, every complaint is taken care off. Try to catch up with the customer care or visit the nearest Aircel store. You will get a solution.
                      in my area signal was very very weak .i complained the customer care many times .but no action .please build towers in my area or near...i complined from 7kmnear in thanjavur .
                      you dont take any action iwill change my network*(airtel),
                      many of the people in my place change the net work already
                      PLEACE TAKE ACTION...

                          I have been aircel for about 9 months. But i am getting calls from aircel regarding the song choice for caller tunes. Its really irritating. First of all I am not interested in setting caller tunes.. I never want such calls.

                            I Am Rupesh Kumar Singh Director Of Vishwa MART Infocom Pvt. Ltd. i purchage 2 Postpaid connection from Aircel [protected] and [protected] i have receipt number and all
                            1. i have his receipt of both number witch is issued by aircel and they people are accepting that its receipt from my site

                            I Receive Aircel Receipt number
                            CEF NO . DL1POP 0275611 for [protected]
                            CEF NO . DL1POP 0275616 for [protected]

                            but they people are not activating my numbers and they people are told me that is gold numbers and we can not gave you

                            Dear sir please help me if i pay money and my documents and i get receipt from Aircel so why they people are not giving both numbers
                            please help me i am to sad with Aircel

                              I am using Aircel Life time Prepaid Connection. I am have recharged my account with 61 Rs.(unlimited SMS Pack for Local and national Numbers for 30 days validity). But whenever I am trying to send any message,it does not deliver on time...It reaches to the people after sometime.(after 30 min..after 2 hrs..after 1 day as well..)Few messages are not getting delivered as well....

                                i recieved a message that temple pack has been activated in your mobile.......i dont know how it has been activated....make it deactivate as soon as possible........if you are making unneccessary charges means i will inform to your head office.......
                                Promo calls and messages can be the reason for these activations when responded, try to get your DND service activated and get rid of this problem.

                                  My name is WASIM I SHAIKH. My Aircel Number is [protected]. I am using NOKIA 5130 XpressMusic Mobile. I have same problem, I have recharged Pocket Internet card of 28 Rs/- denomination which avail 7 days of free net service

                                  But in this period of seven days I made several call to customer care so that I can get the GPRS setting, but I didn't get the setting, which means no use of my Pocket Internet recharge

                                  then after 8 or 10 days i again called to customer care(198), and they asked me to call VAS help line(1214) and from there i instantly got the setting, after getting the GPRS setting I recharged with 14 Rs/-(3 days free net surfing) denomination Pocket Internet Card, but for surprise, I was unable to use the setting with both Opera mini as well as Nokia 5130 XpressMusic browser and this is my 2nd day of recharge[protected]. I am tired of calling the Customer Care (which is repeating same sentence of "Sir there is some network problem which will get solved in 2 Hours, after 2 Hours you will surely be able to connect")

                                  Now my question is What about my Rs 28 and 14, It's totally waste, who's going to repay and how, and if there is any problem with Network then how can I be able to make calls. And now I am unable to call Customer care also (because all customer support executive are busy)
                                  Friend it is very frustrating I know. I would suggest you to visit the nearest Aircel store in Thane. There seems to be a technical issue, once you reach there, they are going to help you in every possible way. Good luck.

                                    i have bought two sim from aircel office hamirpur,.,.on that time they gave me a offer,.( on one sim with 252talktime, 150 sms, callrate 0.45 STD, and sim Rs 50.00 only,.,.)but after one week on both sim defult service's activated as like caller tune, friend's chat service, and deducting my balance,.,.,i think this is bad service ,,,.,.but i don't know what i do now,.,.,.?
                                    Well these Value added service cannot be activated without user confirmation, this can happen when you respond call and messages sent by the company. Just get your DND service activated, This will surely fix your problem.

                                      I have recharged my aircel mobile connection on 22,Jul,2010 through sbi online banking.i called many times to customer care and every time replied by customer care your amount will be credited with in 24 hours. today is 05 june,2010 but amount not be credit till date.They give me request id also.Request id is SR 1-[protected]
                                      Please resolve my soon.
