I am the client of Aircel mobile service provider, my number is [protected], I am from Kashmir. My Aircel SiM card is in Roaming, But I am so much fedup from the Aircel company. Nothing any service in Bangalore, almost I spend 3 weeks in Banagalore. An there is a problem incoming call is not comming on my cell phone but out going is going but through Vodaphone service. Same problem in Andhra Pradesh, at in Puttaparthy and Tirupati. As for me it is a big problem because my Guests came from South africa they was so much unhappy from this company and they told me what the hell is this company is, is this is indian company or international I answered I don't know, but I got lot of problems every time but customer care people never solve my problems. I lost near about 80,000 in other states in roaming structure, after going back to Srinagar I am going directly to Consumer Court and definitly I will register the case and I want my lost money because I have collect all proofs. Today at 12:30 in Mumbay my mobile shows no towers I go to vodaphone office on Spring office and meet one guy he told me we have only network connection with Aircel company and he gave me another office of Vodaphone at charni road, gowwadi, Kranti Nagar I meet there they told me we don't have any connection with Aircel, at last they told me sorry. I asked them then why your company gives connectivity services in Bangalore, they told me we don't have I think you are wrong then spent 3 Hours in whole market asking other peoples where is Aircel office at last I reach there. this time I have issued 5 tickets for my clients from Jammu to Srinagar how they contact me and at last they told me we have booked car because your mobile comes switch off we think there is no availablity in airlines for srinagar. it is a another big loss and i spend 2675 rs each ticket and all tickets are non refundable. and when I meet the guy in Aircel office he make me fool and told me my incoming is closed due to non payment of bill I told this guy I will pay here please release my connectivity he told me you cannot pay here because it cannot go in my account to recharge then I got more angry, I told company is same then why you use computers take the ledgers do like old job, he told me we cannot do anyting. I call to srinagar my friend told please ask customer care they answered me your simcard fails how it fails even my mobile comes switch off. how is it possible my sim card goes failed. I will get panelty from Aircel company through consumer court legally I am collecting all proofs and all bills. It is more rubbish company, it makes people fool.
