I have a sim of aircel since last 2 years.I am still using the connection.But extremely sorry to say that having full network in my mobile but unable to make a call in any mobile even in aircel network,especially in evening.It is very reluctant network. Please help me.

My mobile no. is [protected] and i am unable to send SMS from aircel to dolphin. always my sent messages are showing in pending status. my complaint no.is [protected]. pls solve the problem as soon as possible.
Hi i am Siddharth Gautam. My complaint is regarding aircel mobile network. I was using Idea number, network was not bad but someone told me that aircel is better than idea so that i port out my number from idea to aircel on 09/02/2013. When my number was activated there is no network in my home(Indoor), for making any call everytime i have to go to the balcony. I lodged a complaint regarding network on 10/02/2013 (Complaint No: 1-[protected]) and i sent many mails to aircel customer care. Yesterday i called to customer care to ask that what is the status of my complaint and he told me that you have to face the problem forever. Now please help me i am very streaked by the network. Please do something.

    Sir,

    My name is Dyutiman Biswas. I own a sim of a cellular co. namely ‘AIRCEL’ which is a prepaid connection since last two years. Suddenly it seems that your services are getting
    worst.

    Its being two and half months back I activate my DND (Do not disturb) service which is
    not activated till date.

    Speaking to one of their customer care executive, who completely disagree to help and said that they are helpless about this matter except taking another complains.


    My question is whom should we talk to.

      repected sir,

      my name is xavier thomas, iam sending this complaint letter from alleppey,kerala. sir i took aircel connection for the smooth and faster browsing in my mobile phone.i requested for GPRS by sending SMS to Aircel. But they didnot give response. When I called customer care they asked me to go to aircell cell city(Customer care centres)for manual setings. But in alleppey there is no stores(centres) i reqest you with earnestly and hopefully to activate gprs in my phone.

        amt has been deducted without my knowledge and even the service has been cut of when i called for customer care they told me to take an duplicate sim card where the Aircel Center reject to take my documents even the same documents has been provided at the time of purchase its very very poor service if you thik its reducules kindly contact me in [protected] manjunath

        Any service provider follows the practice of adjusting amount in their invoice without giving prior notice to the user. Aircel is no different.

        Aircel — Very poor service

        Even after long back i didnt thought that it will repeat again the amt deduction is done for my new aircel no that is [protected] which was been happened for my old no and i have not got any update for the 1st no amt deduction. and cust care executives are misbehavour they tell to be on line for 30 sec but even after 45 minites holding the line no response call has been disconnected,what is wrong with you all pull out the call details which i have made to customer care then resolu the problem it needs to be improved lot i had good opinion about service but now never. take action on urgent basis or else it will reach to the dept******* which i made on 16-feb-2010 the last update details are as below

        AIRCEL TELECOMMUNICATION — poor GPRS service

        This is to inform the authority of the ASircel telecommunication service that i have several time call the customer care and file a complian regarding the poor GPRS service on the[protected], complian ID 1-[protected], and mobile no. is [protected] but the problem is still the same no action have beem take on this complai as i us this service for the past 4 months it was very good but for the past 20 day the problem arrises and when i file a complia the operator just tell me that there is a techinical problem and i will soon be solved. i want the authority to solve my porblem as soon as posiable. thank you
        Yes this definitely seems to be a technical problem and undoubtedly they are trying to resolve it, Visit any company store and they will confirm you the status of your request.
        I am Dipankar Biswas, live at gobardanga. i am using the aircel connection for 3 years. i purchased 20 pcs of recherged card of Rs.11/- . on the top up card i saw the facilities. it was providing us unlimited taking balance for one day (a2a) suddenly the offers turns limited offer i.e 180 min . that is why i have been sufering the financial loses. my mobile number is [protected] and my email id is dipankar.[protected]@redifmail.com I hope you will take necessary steps for my loses. other wise I will live the connection. thank you.

        Aircel Telecom — GPRS DISCONNECT

        aircel internet will disconnect while using by PC and many times i have complaint to customer care and they will advice but its not work..so kindly take action....

        Aircel Telecom — irresponsible service providers

        good morning, i m a user of aircel telecom, my number is [protected]. service providers have renewed caller tune to my number without my permission and deducted my balance. i made a call to customer care and asked about the service, they said that they can't do anything. if service providers response in such away then where should we go fro help? so i came to you for justice. so please do justice and refund my balance and deactivate caller tune.

        Aircel Telecom — Unfavourable Bill amount

        i was using a postpaid connection of aircel telecom having number +[protected] Credit limit of my mobile number is 750rs. But the company didn't barred my services when i was crossing the credit limits...and every time when i make the call to aircel customer care then i got only one responce that we dont have any update regarding ur bill...and the bill genrated for my this mobile number is 2458rs...and now they are harrasing me for payment..my email id is [protected]@gmail.com...
        Well under any circumstances you have been charged against your usage. It is never a case where they have over charged you or wrongly billed that amount. Whereas other issues like intimating you on reaching the credit limit and other updates can be settled once you visit their nearest Aircel outlet.

        aircel is very cheap company plz do not go with aircel very cheap company without reason deduct my balance

          Dear Sir,
          I am Very-Very depressed about the Aircel service.In last month they cut 35 rupees by activate Dialer tone with my no.[protected].with out informed & with out activated by me.
          Just yesterday they cut 10 rupees to activate a service which call LKD.but i am fully unknown about it ,when SMS come i got to know that.
          I call there customer care but they say to me that i press 9 & after that * how it is possible ? yea it only possible for that as they say.

          I required help from consumer court .I seems many customer faced that but they don't know how they can sole it .For that they earn more illegal money this types of customer.

          Please help.

          Aircel Prepaid — Cut money on prepaid accounts without connecting ISD calls

          This service provider provide poor ISD services. (ie) Cutting call charges even there is no receiver in ISD line rings.

            With due respect I would like to state that I have bought a new sim of aircel 4 months back. I have used it for some time at that time and after that I havenot used it and now, after 4 months, when I recharged my delhi aircel no. [protected], they have barred the incoming and outgoing and when I talked to the customer care, I requested them either to refund my money or repair it and they said that they have done it by mistake and will repair it in 2 days. But now 15 days have passed, but nothing has been done till now.
            Please do something in this regard.

            I would suggest, not wasting any more time you should visit the nearest Aircel store and report your problem. Finding a store in the NCR region must not be a problem.

              sir ,
              I am a combatant member of Indian Air Force & presently posted to srinagar .I am using a postpaid connection of aircel from jan 2010 but from 15 days my sim is blocked & asking for PUK code , when i called customer care then they are telling that my account is not updated & now days the are not responding also . Then i tried to contact the Nodal officer but he is also not attending the complain . sir please do some needful for me .

                Aircel add missed call alert services in my mobile phone number without my consent and my permission and deduct charges from my prepaid balance.When I call in Aircel customer care services they don't even register my complain, after my many request they don't register my complain. This is a case of robbing and case of harassment customer.
                Value added services are automated processes so the customer has to authorize before any activation, Promo calls and messages can be the reason  when responded. I would suggest you to activate your DND service which will block all such messages and calls

                Sir,
                With due respect, I am Chandramohan.M & working with Audit Firm. Actually i did not active any VAS from Aircel Service Provider. But they taken a charges from my Account without my permission and also without the intimation. I was compliant about above said on 04.02.2011 and also had compliant No.. Aircel Service Provider's staff said that your compliant was noted and this problem is solved with two days. Like that 5.02.2011 I have received a message from Aircel Service Provider like"Dear Customer, Your SR 1 - [protected] has been successfully on dated 5/2/2011. To know more about Self Service options sms HELP to 121". They have impose a charge on 6/2/2011 for INR.30, Again i compliant to Aircel service Provider's Staff(Customer Service Center), they said that sorry sir we have no option for Refunding a fund. So Please protect a consumer from like these service providers for imposing a charge without permission/intimation of consumer/customer. And also they have maintained two Accounts for each Mobile Number. what is the purpose of these two Accounts of one mobile number. this also going to be a scam. It is not my compliant and also not my duty. So please rectify the mistake of service provider and also recover a rights of customer from service provider.

                I hope to see the urgent response from your side. And also how to get my tape of conversation with the Aircel service provider's staff.

                  im ankit leaving in ncr delhi and i had registered complaint 3 months ago still forwarding it ...whenever i complaint on this site my complaint will be listen i got confirmation call , but few days back i registered hee also but nthng had happened and no action has been taken yet...........
                  it takes 1-2mint to open a site or go to next page/link processing speed is very slow and im receiving downloading speed in 900bytes--1kb...and my home is just 20 meter away from the network tower or say i have attached wall ..... i request u to listen my complaint and ask your employees strictly to handle this.. many of the time i got msg service not avilable...

                  receiving bytes238218 sent bytes-- 96240.......and many of the tym it shows link not supported..im using nokia-5310....

                  Have you checked the network strength, since the network connectivity directly impacts the GPRS speed.  A healthy Aircel network will give you around 40-60 kbps speed for GPRS, so you should visit the nearest Aircel store and report your problem.

                    I am using aircel 98 internet plan .My setting is OK and gets connected through PC. But after sometimes of connecting it automatically gets disconnected and i have to repeat this in every 3 to 10 minutes .It is very irritating .so kindly give me feedback about its reason.

                    i am shrikant aircel customer.i have face many problem for aircel services.

                    19 jan 2010 i have recharge 98 internet.plane I am using aircel 98 internet plan .My setting is OK.but i am not using internet.i have many complain in aircel customer care & technical helpline.but no good result.

                    i have complain in aircel customer care.i have not using 98 internet pack and you can't solved my problem .please return my 98 rupees.
                    but aircel called i am not return your money.please solved my problem.

                    aircel services is very bad.please i say all the people can't using aircel sim.
                    aircel is a thief.aircel gain only for money for all customer but not give good services.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                      This is to inform you that I am a subscriber of aircel mobile services, I am really shocked to this service provider activate caller tune to my mobile
                      without my knowledge and deducted Rs30 from my balance.I repetedly complained to their costomar care but they ignored that matter and they not taken any action till date.My complain number is 1-[protected] on dated 03/01/2010.It is not happened first time, In 30 days they activated dilartune to my mobile three times and they deducted Rs90 from my balance.
                      Recent they activated dailrtune on dated 25/01/2010.I complain to their customar care complain no is [protected] on dated 25/01/2010 but as per their customar care exicutive he introduce his self Mr sudip mitra there are no option to refund money to customar once sould it charge. Even they block customer care no. from my mobile hence for I am totally helpless.
                      I think in this way company is cheating to their customer.So I request you that please take nessasary action so that I get back my money which is company deducted from my account and teach a lession that it will be not happen with anothar customar.

                      Dialer tune is a automated service and  cannot be activated without the prior customer consent. Promo calls and messages can be the reason  when responded. I would suggest you to activate your DND service which will block all such messages and calls.

                        In my Aircel prepaid connection no [protected] Dialer Tune has been acivated on 09/02/2010. I deactivate the same by sending massage to on 5800000. But charges deducted by the company.

                        Again the Dialer Tune has been acivated on 12/02/2010 on same connection. I deactivate the same by sending massage to on 5800000. But charges deducted by the company.

                        Kindly advice me to what I can do to return the charges deducted and in future no one can harassed me or any user to activate the the unwanted services

                        i am using aircel prepaid from last few months..my mobile no.is [protected] ..in the name of my brother manoj munaula.
                        today morning only i got a message "u have successfully subscribed for diallertune services"and then Rs 30.deducted from my account.i am totally unware of this as i never subscribed for this service.i called customer care and they gave me the comp.no[protected] but there is no response.so i want you to plz check this problem and refund my amount.thanks
                        Hope no one else has used your phone and activated the service just to trouble you  I am sure since if you have called the customer service they will look into it and do the needful at the earliest…

They has activated Dialer tune on my number [protected] with out seeking my consent.Whenever I call up the Customer Care executives they are telling me either "You have activated dialer tune & nothing we can do" or "Our system is down please contact us 6 hours later".
                        I tried to to deactivate the dialer tune by sending a SMS to 5300003 but they have again activated Dialer tune to my Number, and each time they are deducting my balance talktime.

                        It seems that I have no other option but to shed the connection.

                        Aircel Prepaid — activating services and charges for them without customer knowledge

                        every 3 days i was charged 5rs . i did not activated any services. aircell is a cheating service
                        aircel making hidden charges.. my no in [protected]
                        Marketing calls and messages can be the reason. Get the DND service registered to get rid of these. Good luck.

                          I'm also an aircel user. I'm getting a gprs speed of 10-20kb/s. I've not found any network problems with aircel so far.
                          I believe Aircel has come a long way and specially in the states of South India they have a very strong hold of good service and as far as the network and GPRS services are concerned, their customer care is a good helpful bunch and pretty effective. Just catch up with them and they will help you out for sure.

                          i also had the same issue, and one engineer come to my home and give ideas. how to connect, now it is good. i use aircel gprs it is fast in night, i use Karbonn and micromax handsets for connecting to internet. 14 rupees pack is good to use for three days. try connecting to pc suite.
                          the price of all is going up, bus ticket, cinema ticket, rice, how the price of telephone charge alone coming down from rupees to paisa, anyhow, till the competition is there we will get high discount and low charge
                          trouble shooting gprs setting. check the signal strength, balance of rs.25, enter the aircel settings ( we will get automaticaly if we inside the sim ) if not our handset is not supported so you should enter the settings manualy, and connect to internet.

                          I am one of first customers of aircel. Sudershanan are u trying make fool of aircel PREPAID customers.
                          As per Aircel
                          ( DISHNET SOLUTIONS LIMITED) concerned
                          No engineer will come home and solve any ones problem.
                          Procedures of aircel are
                          1. 1st complaint to aircel cust care and
                          they will give U a complaint number.
                          2. after 48 hours a call back from gprs techical team(private agency) they would ask landmark and distance from tower
                          Let me tell all AIRCEL customers
                          I was getting speed of 10kb/s to 20 kb/s
                          till November 27 2009 suddenly after one day MY gprs speed become 2.75kb/s
                          I registered complaints from 28 November 2009 Continously till last week. No use...
                          but with my continous complaints and frustration i have got reply from technical team THAT DONT RECHARGE POCKET INERNET SERVICE BY AIRCEL TO USE UNDER TOWER THEVARA FERRY... THANKS AIRCEL TECHNICAL TEAM
                          so mr.soorya, which signal is better in your house, and the solutions is to choose the operator who has antena near your house. at least some one is calling and admitting the problem instead of justyfing.

                            i using the aircel internet sevice for about 3 months first two months the internet was working properly on my pc . but form last month i facing huge dficult connectin the internet on my pc . i have called several times customer support my they r just registering my compliant and doing nothing . i am facing problem i recharged with 98 rs but i now regert ..

                              I am the client of Aircel mobile service provider, my number is [protected], I am from Kashmir. My Aircel SiM card is in Roaming, But I am so much fedup from the Aircel company. Nothing any service in Bangalore, almost I spend 3 weeks in Banagalore. An there is a problem incoming call is not comming on my cell phone but out going is going but through Vodaphone service. Same problem in Andhra Pradesh, at in Puttaparthy and Tirupati. As for me it is a big problem because my Guests came from South africa they was so much unhappy from this company and they told me what the hell is this company is, is this is indian company or international I answered I don't know, but I got lot of problems every time but customer care people never solve my problems. I lost near about 80,000 in other states in roaming structure, after going back to Srinagar I am going directly to Consumer Court and definitly I will register the case and I want my lost money because I have collect all proofs. Today at 12:30 in Mumbay my mobile shows no towers I go to vodaphone office on Spring office and meet one guy he told me we have only network connection with Aircel company and he gave me another office of Vodaphone at charni road, gowwadi, Kranti Nagar I meet there they told me we don't have any connection with Aircel, at last they told me sorry. I asked them then why your company gives connectivity services in Bangalore, they told me we don't have I think you are wrong then spent 3 Hours in whole market asking other peoples where is Aircel office at last I reach there. this time I have issued 5 tickets for my clients from Jammu to Srinagar how they contact me and at last they told me we have booked car because your mobile comes switch off we think there is no availablity in airlines for srinagar. it is a another big loss and i spend 2675 rs each ticket and all tickets are non refundable. and when I meet the guy in Aircel office he make me fool and told me my incoming is closed due to non payment of bill I told this guy I will pay here please release my connectivity he told me you cannot pay here because it cannot go in my account to recharge then I got more angry, I told company is same then why you use computers take the ledgers do like old job, he told me we cannot do anyting. I call to srinagar my friend told please ask customer care they answered me your simcard fails how it fails even my mobile comes switch off. how is it possible my sim card goes failed. I will get panelty from Aircel company through consumer court legally I am collecting all proofs and all bills. It is more rubbish company, it makes people fool.

                                I have aircel prepaid connection.And now i'm facing much problem in this connection.many times in the middle only when i'm surfing the connection gets cut due to which I lose my all searched material.And also the speed of the internet is also very slow.Please !! help me to get out of this problem.I will be thankful to you.My mob. no.is [protected].
                                Quite strange since I get a very smooth surfing experience with Aircel. Why don’t you call the customer care and ask for help.

                                  issues with the collection team, there was no bill sent and still bugging for payment, calling ladies and using abusing words.....
                                  I would suggest you to just check the billing due date. I guess the bill must be due so  you are getting the calls.

On 24th january when i came back i restarted my balance was less than i left it . When i contact customer care they said that it was your friends zone that was activated on 11th january but i said that my cell was off then they said that they dont know anything abut dat what can i do now...

                                    my sim is show rejected.I complained about that in aircel support centre.They told me your problem is resolved with in 72days but it is same.again i complaint about that but they cannot take action about that.My phone is not working within 15 to 22 days.what i do?plz give me the solutation about that.I am unable to phone any body.plz take action.From aircel support centre I need only security code and my sim is open in same number.

                                      I am not able to make outgoing call from last 24 hrs and I have made the complaint through the customer care around 4-5 times but till this time it is not done up. Also there is no problem regarding the payment as I have already made the payment in advance and my connection was cut after giving the payment. Also they dont send the phone bills on time and then cut the calls without any notification and then require hours to release the same lines...

                                      I am tired of this connection. Aircel should get an award for the highest unprofessionalism displayed. My phone lines are being regularly cut for around 6 hours every alternate day and the reason given is technical snags. They dont send the phone bills on time and then cut the calls without any notification and then require 4 to 5 hours to release the same lines. And after payment has been made the phone keeps getting cut because apparently their high class systems havent registered that the bill has been paid.

                                      strange if there is no reason then why have they barred your calls. I think you should quickly visit the nearest Aircel store and speak to the nodal officer about this….
                                      I purchased prepaid sim 15 days before, My Phone No. is [protected] and after 15 days they stopped my outgoing calls without telling me any reason. I talked with your customer support Engineer, She told me there is technical problems. We will start your services within 24-48 hours but after 48 hours I have not received any response from your side. Please start my services or tell me the reason otherwise I will disconnect your services.
