Aircel number

Dear Sir,

I've purchase a new aircel connection in delhi before 4-5 months of the name of amrish tyagi, i've submitted all document like(pancard copy, mtnl bil copy, voter id card). Now my number incoming and out going service is blocked. i contact to customer care and he reply me my that this connection id is different. This connection is not alloted to me according to customer care. Please help............

FAKE advertisements

Respected Sir,
I’m having an AIRCEL (KERALA) connection for the last 4months.
2days before i.e. 4th march 2010 I recharged for RC49 (unlimited sms plan all over India).

Poor/Humilating/Good4Nothing Service

I wanted to get a new aircel connection. After all the awesome ads and all that. But when i went to their centre in Borivali, I was given the most screwd up service. After I paid them the money, they just didnt care about my problem.
There is one person named DEEPA in the Borivali centre who pissed me off.
I had problems with my network and I had to be behind them 24/7 to solve.

dialer tone and hockey alerts activated on its own

dear sir
last day a dialer tone was automatically activated on my no. [protected] without my request for the same. I have reported the same to the aircel customer care and today hockey alerts was activated without my request.They deducted rs.30 for dialer tunes and rs.7 for hockey alerts.I have reported the same to the aircel customer care today and my complaint no. is 1-[protected].

illegal deduction from prepaid balance

I recently bought prepaid connect simcard of Aircel and recharged Rs.20 (first time) and Rs.125 (second time). the problem started by their unprecedented deduction of Rs.10 from the first recharge. customer care replied for this deduction that I have requested for a service for chat (make friends). there was no any sent message or any call like such in my phone's memory. i said them to deactivate this.

activate VAS without my permission

I am Sajan Srivastva.
I live in Kolkata.
I have aircel line and my aircel no. [protected].
My complain is that within 1 month Aircel mobile service povider have been deducted Rs.33 from main balance of my mob. no.([protected]).
Every time I call to customer care abt. the deduction.

Worst internet service

Respected sir/madam,
mera naam gaurav mishra hai aur main kanpur (U.P. East) rehta hoon. Maine 2009 august mein aircel prepaid connection liya tha jiska number [protected] hai. Meri aapse yeh shikayat hai ki is company ki internet service bahut bahut hi kharab hai. Free internet card recharge karwa lo, toh bilkul hi band ho jata hai.
Pichhle 3 months se customer care executive ke pass complaint likhwa likhwa kar thak gaya hoon....

Deduction of PrePaid Balance

I am a normal pre-paid Aircell user. I have made an easy recharge of Rs.125/- with full talk time and I have made calls of Rs.30/- to 40/- only and my balance has become zero.

When I have contacted the customer care on 121 I was told that some download service is active and 3/- daily is being deducted from the balance. I want to say that I have never subscribed such service and not used any such service from my phone....

I have taken aircel CUG connection and i found the bill calculation is a total mess-up. I am under speak 225 plan which has 600 min free and 6000 sms free per month. Irregularities in billing

Hi,

This is very worst scenario where anyone can do. Being customer driven market, Aircel is no way doing their bussiness. I lodged complaints after complaints but no action or response for the company. To my suprise, I'll get SMS that the complaints had been sloved. TRAI IS WORKING !!!!!

i got sms by aircel- "holy special no call charges . dial 5300001 for do me favour lets play holi . subs Rs.30/month "
after calling on above no ,a song was played & call end itself .
within 2/3 second i got sms Your request for dialer tune will activated shortly & 30 rs deducted from acount immediatly
after calling customer care has not responded properly .Noddle officer no given by customer care found...

I pruchased a new sim card bearing No.[protected] during the current week ie 23/02/10 and provided me 20 rupees balance with 3000 seconds local or 1200 seconds STD minutes.
