    Aircel works pretty good in roaming as well, try to find a Aircel store nearby I am sure you can easily find one in Bangalore, they will help you out

    Where else in this world you can see a customer care executive arguing with customer and disconnecting the call, yes that happens only in Aircel, and we will not be able to reach their customer care no most of the time!!!, Also when you visit relationship centres they treat you like worm and insult to the core, Based on these experience, i say aircel is best in worst customer care services, added they keep on updating their software which they use as reason for months...
    customer care is very poor response
    The most pathetical call center ever i had seen in my life. For collection of bill i have requested more than 10 time to diffeent people but unfortunatly no person is came so far. and my number is de activated from sunday onwards on account of expiry of credit limit. but even after repeted requested from the call center nothing has happened.
    My number is [protected] and it is deactivated sincw sunday and even after repeted request to call center no body is comming to collect the payment. and they have given ine number, most of the time that number is not working and even if they respond they dont come to collect thw same

      My name is roshan I am data entry operator
      I am one of first customers of kerala aircel.
      As a first customer i was continously irrirated by aircel. Low coverage calldrops...as intial network in kerala i thought i have to wait
      I waited for 1 year for technical work updations of kerala aircel.
      But no improvements. Registered tons of complaints
      Now I shame upon myself being an kerala aircel customer. Because i bought some many people as kerala aircel customers by recommending aircel. But till date there is no improvement in services.

      Still poor service

      I am also one of the FRUSTRATED customer of Aircel!

      The major issue 'm facing is with Roaming facility.

      Last four days I was on kerala, and as soon as I left the HOME network from TN and entered to Kerala, my mobile has not gone to the Roaming mode, and stopped incoming & outgoing calls.

      In the past also I had faced this problem, with reference to that I decided to talk to the concerned people.

      Today I returned to my home location and I called up customer care and my day has become useless due to the non response from these people. Even customer care person is least interested to reveal his name and giving the complaint number.


      USELESS / NONSENSE NETWORK - AIRCEL.

      If you are person who is on ROAMING frequently, before opting AIRCEL think thrice no no 100 times
      pls let me know when this MOBILE NUMBER PORTAL SYSTEM( MNP) BY TRAI(TELECOM AUTHORITY OF INDIA) AT A COST OF 19 RUPEES WILL be LAUNCHED

      I will be the first person to change from AIRCEL.

        Sir, I have a aircel Connection No. [protected] as I have switched off my mobile for charging on[protected] around 1P.M.;when I switched on it after 2.30hrs around 4P.M. I just got an messages of dialer tone activation and I also found that 30rs. was deducted from my balance,while on that day I haven't recieved any call or request from Aircel for any such type of services.But when I called customer care they told me that it was activated by my side.But when I told them that I haven't did so then they assured me that they will deactivate it within 24hrs. and will also return me my deducted amount of RS.30.But till the day it is over 24hrs. but nothing happened as the service is still activated and my balance is not returned.Please do something.

        Sir, have a aircel Connection No. -[protected]. In my no. Aircel value added service ( missed call alert, Dialer tone & masti) is activate without my knowledge. When I complain costomer care, they told me its activated by your side. I will deactivate within 6 Hour. but till know this service is activate. Know I am frasted. Please do something.

        As you must know the dialer tune/missed call alert is an automated service and hence need user confirmation to be activated, it can happen when you respond to the promo calls or messages. It is suggested that you get your DND activated to block all these calls and messages.
        Well if they have committed they are definitely going to refund the same, just be patient.
        After complaint all VAS are Deactive. Today againg we recieve SMS and deducted my amount.

        Please do something.

          Sir, We have bought one Aircel SIM Card (No. [protected]) for the few months back for my home. At the time of purchase clear Address Proof, ID Proof and Photograph have been given to the seller . After receipt of few days the sim card's calls outgoing & incoming facilities are deactivated by Aircel. When we cantact the customer care, they ask me to give my Photo and ID / Address Proof once again to their Branch at Adyar - M/s. Hemavarshini Enterprises. I also given my Ration Card Xerox, Passport Size Photo with their application duly filled and signed on 08.02.10 in person . They told, we will made enquiry in your residence (or) to your mobile and the sim card will be activated within 4 days. But, today 11.03.2010 - 40 days over - still the card has not been activated. Kindly arrange to activate our SIM card (No. [protected]) at the earliest.

          Friend, every company has to follow strict verification process before activating any connection or there must be some other technical difficulties, why don’t you get in touch with the nearest Aircel store and know the status.
          My office Aircel Connection No.[protected] - Please increase my Credit Limited and release out going facility immediately.

            subject- CHEATING ON BEHALF OF AIR CELL COMPANY, BY AIRWAYS TOWER SERVICE, JHU TARA ROAD MUMBA.

            This, with deeply felt feelings, is bringing to your notice that your agent ie, Airways tower service 23, jhu tara service mumbai has cheated me. The local appointed person Mr oswal alexander has taken 20500 from Mr manish nigam. The amount was transferred in the account no-[protected] state bank of indore, ratlam.

            Mr oswal alexander has recevied the money on behalf of airways tower service. Pl look into the the matter do the needful for me. Take discplinary action so that further action should be taken.

              Respected Sir, I purchased a life-time prepaid sim card from Aircel. Mobile No. is [protected] and sim No. is[protected]. As I have already been using Aircel mobile No.[protected] for over 7 years and to avoid call disturbance, I purchased another one in No.[protected]. Being a life-time sim card, I use it at my convenient time. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I did not use it for less than 2 months. Without my prior notice, any communication, my sim card was blocked. I contacted the customer care through a local dealer, who in turn informed me that my ID proof is to be updated. Immediately, I submitted one more time. After submission, to my shock and surprise, I receive "sim registration failure message". I have balane in my account more than Rs.700/- as on date. Being a life-time sim card and I paid for the cost too, blocking my sim is an unlawful act. I want the same mobile No. resumed. Thanking you, Sir,

              I feel that the Aircel has cheated me. I purchased a prepaid sim card from Aircel. On proper submission of ID proof, it has been activated. Without my prior notice, any intimation, communication, my sim has been blocked. My blocked mobile No. is[protected] and sim No.[protected]. No response from local Aircel dealer. Even they have no patience to lend their ear to my grievances. Poor service!
              I can understand your state but there must be some confusion in it. I would suggest you to visit the nearest Aircel store and sort it there itself. They are a helpful bunch of people and will definitely help you with it.

              Aircel Prepaid — surprise debits to card

              I have an Aircel Chennai prepaid card on phone [protected]. Last month a debit of Rs 30 was made to my prepaid account without any reason. The dealer then explained that perhaps we mistakenly replied to crooked SMS which had decline on the wrong side which meant that if we pressed decline tab, we were forced to accept. Since we determined not to be cheated again, we have been extra careful this time. But this month also there was a debit of Rs 30 for no reason and there are no messages that could have cheated us in this manner. My phone is registered for DNC. I would like these charges reversed and action taken on the bogus debit.
              You balance cannot be deducted without rendering any service. First you should call the customer care and confirm whether you DND is active or not. This will help you to figure out the reason for the deductions and act accordingly.
              In response to my complaint dated 09.03.2010, an Officer from Aircel, Ms Sangeetha (sorry for publishing her name) from Madurai contacted me over phone and advised to purchase a new "replacement sim card" through a local dealer and to inform her the new sim No. after purchase for activation. I did so. The new sim No. is[protected]. But my deactivated mobile No.[protected] is yet to be activated. However, I sincerely express my thankfullness to Ms Sangeetha who deserves laudation for her sinere efforts, customer's care, friendly approach, perseverance in restoration and spellbound. I am eagerly expecting with confidence that the deactivated mobile No.[protected] would be ACTIVATED in the offing. Thanking you, / Vinayagam Pillai - contact No.[protected].

              ATROCITIES AND FRAUDULENT ACT OF AIRCEL PREPAID SERVICE

              In continuation of my letter dt 09.03.2010, I would lilke to register my another complaint that I have been using a prepaid Aircel sim for over 7 years without even a single day's break in No. [protected]. To my shock and surprise, without my prior intimation, my sim has been blocked on 31.08.2010. Already the sim No.[protected] had been blocked and a complaint thereto on 09.03.2010 is kept in abeyance. In the later sim, more than Rs.700/- was swindled by the Aircel. While contacting worst customer care service, it is charged 0.50p/3 min. What is interesting here is while the phone has been ringing up, no one does pick up the phone at the worst Customer Care Service of Aircel in order to swindle the customer's money! Is this a mobile service?? It is is equal to pick-pocket! Really I hate the Aircel WORST service. I prefer that AIRTEL is the Best Service! I strongly recommend to my friends, relatives, etc to go for AIRTEL from the worst Aircel service. / K.Vinayagam Pillai, Mobile No:[protected]this worst service sim No. is also likely to be thrown out in the offing).

              In response to my complaint dt 01.09.2010, my blocked prepaid sim in No.[protected] has been released
              within 5 hours from the time of Registration of my complaint. Thanks to TRAI
              and the Aircel. The officers involved in resumption of service deserve
              laudaton.

              I will be much grateful to you if my blocked another Aircel prepaid sim
              (lifetime) in No.[protected] without any prior notice is released as early as
              possible. Early compliance is sincerely expected as that the above.

                I've purchase a new aircel connection in delhi before 4-5 months of the name of amrish tyagi, i've submitted all document like(pancard copy, mtnl bil copy, voter id card). Now my number incoming and out going service is blocked. i contact to customer care and he reply me my that this connection id is different. This connection is not alloted to me according to customer care. Please help.........
                These must be some confusion why don’t you visit the nearest Aircel store and talk to them about this, also carry copies of the documents that you have submitted earlier.

                  Respected Sir,
                  I’m having an AIRCEL (KERALA) connection for the last 4months.
                  2days before i.e. 4th march 2010 I recharged for RC49 (unlimited sms plan all over India).
                  Bt I didn’t gt unlimited SMS , I lost my credit. After that I called to AIRCEL cust care & they telling that only 666sms per day. & that RC 49pack is with terms & conditions, I also talk with their senior manager also, but I didn’t get a good reply from them.
                  I asked them that then y r u using the wrong word “UNLIMITED” with sms plan??? Bt no reply…
                  That’s y I’m complaining to consumer forum that “y AIRCEL making consumer FOOL by giving FAKE advertisements?????”
                  I hope that I would get a good reply from consumer forum
                  Well if you read carefully you can see every detail is being mentioned in the offer documents, where as the highlights are just marketing moves which every company does to attract customers so this is not cheating.

                    I wanted to get a new aircel connection. After all the awesome ads and all that. But when i went to their centre in Borivali, I was given the most screwd up service. After I paid them the money, they just didnt care about my problem.
                    There is one person named DEEPA in the Borivali centre who pissed me off.
                    I had problems with my network and I had to be behind them 24/7 to solve.
                    Whenever I used to call, they have never picked up my calls.
                    If I go to their centre, they will be like "We will look into your problem and we will let u know" but
                    they never called me or got back to me.
                    I had to be behind them for the whole time and
                    Its been more than 2 months and still my problem is not solved.

                    In short, AIRCEL SUCKSSSSSS....
                    NEVER GO FOR AIRCEL CONNECTION AND
                    NEVER EVER GO TO AIRCEL - BORIVALI
                    I agree ...I too face a similar problem in punjab..I suppose there service across india is like tht only

                      Dear Sir,
                      I have Aircel connection with number - [protected]. My last recharge on 3/3/0210 of rs. 125/- . I had recieved a call on 4/42010 at 8:27pm from aircel for caller tune regarding , but I refused that offer and neither call nor sms to aircel for any services. Then hockey alert auto activated and deduct mt balance with rs.7 next day i unsubcribed. On 5/52010 hockey alert again auto activated and deduct balance with rs. 7 . On 6/6/2010 caller tune also auto activated and deduct my balance with rs. 30 /-. I made complain to custmer care multiple time. My complain ID is 1-[protected]. I also sent email to aircel customer care. But not get solution yet. So, I am cheated from aircel. Please help me.

                      Aircel Prepaid — balance not returned back

                      sir,
                      I had got acall from [protected] on 08th may 2009 for activating hello tune, but i had disconnected the phone. they again called me back in 1min for the same purpose again i had disconnected. they phoned me back again ihad requested not to disturb me and disconected. On 09 may 2009 at 11:56:40am they activated hello tune on my phone rather i hadnt initiated it. Then i had called costomercare for help after repetitive try the had logged my complin complain no. is T[protected] and they assured me that my problem will be resolved in 3 days. when i had called after 3 days they told me next day it will be done. again i had called on next day then the are not ready to listen my words and disconected the phone.
                      Now what can i d? It is not a mater of some money but the way these companies are trying to earn money from costomers...
                      As far as I know large companies like these have huge backend customer service which works 24 by 7 on customer issues and in my case they have been quite effective too. I think since you already have a complaint number the company would definitely be looking into the matter or else you could call in once again for an update.

                      Aircel Prepaid — inappropriate balance deduction

                      this is a complaint from my side to you on aircel prepaid service.
                      my name is rahul singh and i use the number [protected] of aircel
                      there are many unwanted calls and iam a victim of such a call
                      though the unwanted call facility will be activated in 45 days
                      still the people disturb and activate services without taking proper confirmation
                      on my number such a service of voice chat was activated without confirming from me
                      and when i complaint in the customer service no proper response was given and they said the balance of rupees thirty was deducted after confirming from me which is not the fact
                      i do not want such services and activate only those which are of my use
                      to this one i gave no confirmation and still balance was deducted and it was sctivated
                      the customer care people to did not give proper response to me please help me

                      this is a complaint from me rahul singh usr of the nunmber [protected] of aircel in uttar pradesh lko
                      this complaint is being made for deduction of balance in an appropriate manner while not making confirmation to activate a service of voice chat and when complaining the customer care not responding to the complains
                      stating that the confirmation was made after one of the executives made a call to activate the service
                      which is clearly not true because i denied to accept the offer of the service and still it was activated

                      May I know what kind of services you are company is providing?????Last month on jan 22 I sent a mail for deducting Rs 30 from my main balance for caller tune which was not requested by me and was without my permission. Somehow I deactivate the caller tune but I didn’t get my deducted amount back into my account. But I don’t react much and leave the matter with the hope that was a mistake and will not be repeated in future from your side. But I was wrong, everything was intentional and that’s why your people have done the same thing again today i.e. 9th Feb. 2010. Can u plz tell me what kind of fraud is this? What kind of method is this for fulfilling your damn target harassing and dissatisfying your customer? Now we all are quitting your connection and at the same time alerting and information our every known aircel connection holder about your this kind of fraudulent nature.

                      Hi friend did you check if any value added is active in your connection, which is causing the deductions. As such you can figure it out and deactivate the same if you want. Good luck.

After that i was calling customer care but they didn't receive my call and put my call on waiting for 35 min. And once for 20 min. And then i called them from my friend's no. Then they picked up my ph. After long waiting and then they didn't write my complaint and second time when i call them then write my complaint. . I want my money back within 24 hours...

                          These are automated services and there should be an authorisation from the customer. The promotional calls and messages can be the reason for that when responded, in order to avoid such in future get your DND service activated.

                            I recently bought prepaid connect simcard of Aircel and recharged Rs.20 (first time) and Rs.125 (second time). the problem started by their unprecedented deduction of Rs.10 from the first recharge. customer care replied for this deduction that I have requested for a service for chat (make friends). there was no any sent message or any call like such in my phone's memory. i said them to deactivate this.

                            when i recharged for Rs.125 next time, they again deducted Rs.30. after enquiry customer care once again said the same active service for chat. i requested the customer care to lodge complaint. but there is no response for one month. I E-mailed a complaint. but there is no response.

                            once again i called customer care to solve my problem and they suggested to call 570001 and follow the instructions. there a computerised service i met and pressed the suggested number to deactivate the service of chat. they thanked me and said 'your service has been now deactivated'.

                            the next day they again deducted my Rs.30. after enquiry, once again customer care said that i have sent a request for service of chat.

                            i could not understand how one may send any request without saving any dialed number or sent message in phone. And why a person all time sprang up for his deductions and call customer care again and again after activating the service without using that service.

                            I discussed one another customer of Aircel. he said "baat mat karo, pichhle teen deeno me mere 120 rupye kaat liye hain ("Don't discuss, I have lost Rs.120 in three days").

                            I am fed up. how they are snatching the money from the customers?

                            AIRCEL pre paid — Illegal Services

                            I am an Aircel Prepaid Service Holder, I am illegally given the service of full movie pack without my concern @ Rs 7 per week. When I complained about this in the call centre they didnot assist me in the right way thrice, after that they gave me the 5550066 for deactivation of the movie pack service, but this number doesnot exist. And also the number they are unable to provide the service of Donot Disturb( as they will be not be able to perform the illegal acts as can be said. Not only this several friends of mine are facing the same problem, either they are illegaly given the service of movie pack or caller tune without any information. My Aircel Prepaid number is [protected].
                            Please look into the matter as soon as possible and stop these illegal acts which are harassing the customers.
                            Well this is a Value added service and needs customer authorisation for activation. The promotional calls and messages can be the reason for that when responded, in order to avoid such in future get your DND service activated. Thus you won’t the unwanted calls and messages.

                                mera naam gaurav mishra hai aur main kanpur (U.P. East) rehta hoon. Maine 2009 august mein aircel prepaid connection liya tha jiska number [protected] hai. Meri aapse yeh shikayat hai ki is company ki internet service bahut bahut hi kharab hai. Free internet card recharge karwa lo, toh bilkul hi band ho jata hai.
                                Pichhle 3 months se customer care executive ke pass complaint likhwa likhwa kar thak gaya hoon. Woh log ek hi baat kaehte hain, "sir, network conjuction hai thoda wait kar lijiye." itna kehkar palla jhaad lete hain. In logon se keh keh kar thak gaya hoon.
                                Sir/madam, kripya kar ke company aur inke customer care executives par uchit karyawaahi karen, jo ki muft ki salary lekar logon ko jhoot bolkar bewakoof banate hain.

                                  Recharge amount is not reflecting

                                  My no. is [protected] (Tamil Nadu Circle) I recharged for Rs. 995 on 19/12/2013. However the amount is not being reflected anywhere. Customer care doesn't respond.

                                    Hi,
                                    on 27/2/2010 i got a call from aircel advertising about Cricket Voice Pack on hearing this i immediately cancelled the call without pressing any numerics like 0,2 etc(Which they use for activating the service).But after some 8 hrs i got a message saying ur request for Cricket Voice Pack has been activated. As per this plan i will be charged Rs.5/- for every india match by which i can hear the live commentary as if i don't have TV facilities or i am in older age.

                                    When i gave complaint to the CC,the CC executive cooly saying whatever the case may be the service is activated by you only no chance of refunding and deactivating the service eventhough i go for giving complaint.

                                    I have not even attended the call more than 5 secs within these secs the aircel was brilliant enough to guess that i will activate and they automatically activated the service.

                                    I have spoken to many officers and CC the only reply i am getting without any change is the "The service activated based on customer request send to activate".


                                    I am expecting some resolution through this website..

                                    The CC is quite right when he says that “the service activated based on customer request send to activate". Actually these are automated services and there should be an authorisation from the customer. The promotional calls and messages can be the reason for that when responded, in order to avoid such in future get your DND service activated.
                                    this evening i received a publicity message from aircel . i simly opened the message and closed the same. the next moment another message came declaring that i have successfully subscribed to daily jokes service. this is absolutely unfair on the part of aircel. now iwant to come out of this what can i do

                                    This is same BULL$#%$ policy of AIRCEL, same thing happened with me, and daily I am getting 3-4 automatic computer calls, and I just disconnect them, and then one day I realised that without my notice my balance is getting deducted. I had around 200 Rs balance. And then when called to customer care found out that through their advertisement computer calls I had activated GOod Morning, Sweet Dreams, and the Cricket Pack. This is sheer nonsense. Inspite of disconnecting the call I have been charged really bad, now thinking of changing over to some other good service provider. Already inspite of registering in DND daily I am getting 3-4 automatic computer calls. Can someone please help me.

                                      I am a normal pre-paid Aircell user. I have made an easy recharge of Rs.125/- with full talk time and I have made calls of Rs.30/- to 40/- only and my balance has become zero.

                                      When I have contacted the customer care on 121 I was told that some download service is active and 3/- daily is being deducted from the balance. I want to say that I have never subscribed such service and not used any such service from my phone.

                                        I have taken aircel CUG connection and i found the bill calculation is a total mess-up. I am under speak 225 plan which has 600 min free and 6000 sms free per month. I may use 150-200 sms per month and 500-700 min calls. they skip some 2 days from the bill start date and reply you used the free calls with in those 2 days.Last month i did not payed my bill and they disconnected my connection. i checked my unbilled amount and they said 430 rs on the first day(connection disconnected). The very next day i again asked them to give me the unbilled amount details they said it is 520. i asked them how is it possible, You disconnected my outgoing calls/SMS. i cant browse also then how you the unbilled amount got increased. but they were not able to give proper reason for the increase. They are not giving proper details about the free call/usage. If we call customer care and ask for details they are not proving any details about the free call charges.
