Respected Sir, I purchased a life-time prepaid sim card from Aircel. Mobile No. is [protected] and sim No. is[protected]. As I have already been using Aircel mobile No.[protected] for over 7 years and to avoid call disturbance, I purchased another one in No.[protected]. Being a life-time sim card, I use it at my convenient time. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I did not use it for less than 2 months. Without my prior notice, any communication, my sim card was blocked. I contacted the customer care through a local dealer, who in turn informed me that my ID proof is to be updated. Immediately, I submitted one more time. After submission, to my shock and surprise, I receive "sim registration failure message". I have balane in my account more than Rs.700/- as on date. Being a life-time sim card and I paid for the cost too, blocking my sim is an unlawful act. I want the same mobile No. resumed. Thanking you, Sir,
