Sir,
I am a AIRCEL user in Burdwan,I got a message from a number 57000 on 21FEB,2010 that i have been charged Rs.30 for activating Friends Zone service which i had never done.In the message a number 570001 was give for deactivating service . I tried to deactivate the service many times but the call did not connected,even for using the service I was not able to call on 57000. I complaint to their customer care service and requested for deactivating the service.They promised they will deactivate within 48 hrs.I again called to know the status of complaint and they informed that it had been deactivated but again on 23 MARCH,2010 i got a msg mentioning that my service has been renewed and Rs.15 had been charged.I again complaint to customer care service but they tried to ignore by asking me to call after 48hrs,sometime after 24 hrs,sometime they promised to call me back to solve my problem....and so on but nothing has been done yet regarding my complaint and i am unable to call that number 570001 to deactivate the service even I am not able to call on 57000 to use the service.In this way they are still cheating me.Please help me sir.

Aircel — AIRCEL CHEATED ME

dear sir,

myself sujoy kundu, frm kasba, i m 28 year old , and always fights for truth.

a telecom company ( aircel )and thair associates and sales excutives and customer care executives and collection executives r cheated my money by giving a post paid mobile connection. they told me it was a pre-paid mobile connection and cheated my money. after complain sevaral times in thair customer care numbers and thair customer centre shops they r not ready to return my money, even they r demanding money frm me against falls bills, even they thereted me and told me they will come in my home in saturday with d application form which i singed for d post-paid aircel connection,( i have not signed any documents for d new post paid connection , and sevaraly requsted them to return my money or change my plan to pre paid frm post paid since d wecome letter came to me & i informed that it was a post paid connection ). i also sent mails and requests to thair higher officials. but no reply given. now they r demading money frm me against false bills.

they have all ready deleted my all complains

frm thair system when i tell them that i will take legal action against them.

now thair collection executives r calling and disturbing me and they r also useing very bad languages to me and threatning me to false legal action against me, so i m in very cricital mental condition now.

dear sir how can a big corporate company is doing this type of things?

How can a company give a post-paid connection with out any verification? They took only a photo and rs 900 ( approx) frm me.

dear sir , i can give only rs -600 ( as they r demanding rs 600 frm me [ actually for disturbing me ] and can settle all d problems .

but as a fighter of truth my soul is not giving me permission to lose d war against that type of cheater corporate giants.

so i m writing u and need ur help as i hav not very sound financial condition to fight against that large telecom demon.

pls assist me and help me to fight against that correpted telecom company ( aircel ).

This is a very strange issue I must say, you are quite right regarding post paid connections, it is allotted not without proper verification. There is a must be a misunderstanding in this case, but the bills must have been generated out of your usage I believe. All this will be sorted out once you visit their nearest store, there are experts who are appointed to resolve the customer issues, I am sure they will help you out of this ASAP.

iam one of the aircel customer in kerala. I got a msg frm aircel , like this " u can activate free dailertune for 7 days by sending a msg" . I activated it. But i cant deactivated the dialer tune becoz of thier technical problm they agreed that, and me charged 30 rs after 7 days and also changed my song as a bad song without any request. I called the customer care but they told that " ur not try to deactivate the song and the song is not changed" i cald many tims but no any responds please help me sir. My number [protected].

Friend it is quite possible that you are responding to the promo messages or calls which is causing these activations. I would suggest you to get your DND service activated and get rid of this problem. Good luck.
This is strange but you can sort this out easily once you visit the nearest Aircel store. They will help you in every possible way.

    Disappointment in every contact end.. Where ever and whom ever i contact nothing happens and it ends in false promises..

    Let me copy and paste my compliants list.. I'm going copy and paste only a single mail.. There are numerous mails and and phone calls which is behind the mishap.. I'm mentally torchoured by the AIRCEL and TEAM.... AIRCEL A REAL BIG CHEATING COMPANY..

    I hope u would have received multiple mails from me.. U might have received mail as a corbon copy.. Still no response from ur end.. I thought u r the higher authority than corporate care guys.. I was in no mans land..
    So i thought an eye to eye interaction may solve my problem.. I went to aircel towers in poonamalle high road, Spoke with MANILEELAN explained him that SANTHOSH([protected]) was following up my case and suddenle he is not picking up my call and that is the reason i'm here.. Mr MANILEELAN said that reversal for no-[protected] for Rs 238 and also Rs 768 for the no-[protected].. He promised tat he will be done for sure in the march month's bill no surprise and it didn't happen again..

    The above charges is just for 5 days.. It is not fair to charge me the whole month rent amount for CUG, Itemised bill charges, Dialer tunes just for 5 days..

    As already we discussed about tat and u accepted to waive of the charges for the same(CUG, Itemised bill charges, Dialer tunes)..



    As per my calculation, after waiving the charges I’ve to pay only Rs. 61.65/- including service charge..



    Details of my calculation listed below.,



    Rental - 37.50

    Usage charges - 18.40

    Service charges - 5.75



    Total - Rs. 61.65/-





    It is not fair to pay the charges twice the month.. Pls do check that and do the need ful..

    I think u got all the reference from all the above details.. The reversal amount listed for each no is not an appropriate reversal.. In your attachment you have reversed the amount from my itemized billing..



    I think you know that aircel’s itemized billing list the details of the call log after the free minutes.. If CUG is activated promptly immediately after my form submission, these CUG minutes would have not wasted my free minutes..



    I’m listing the plan details of each number for your reference below..

    [protected] – FREEDOM BENEFIT LIFE TIME PLAN..

    Considering the above plan for all the numbers, I need the CUG minutes should be completely neglected without affecting my free minutes.. So the calls what I’ve made for non CUG numbers would have been recorded as free calls.. Then I want my bill to be calculated for the remaining calls .. I also want the Service Tax+Cess @10.30% amount to deducted after the reversal for the appropriate minutes.. I also wish to be compensated with a month of free service for all the difficulties I have faced with aircel..



    Failing in which it will be reflected in non payment and also I’ll definitely consider switching my mobile service to a different service provider..

    I need to be compensated for one month of free service for all the 3 numbers for the terrible troubles I’ve faced because of your negligence even after my repeated reminders through your agent..



    Hi this is Ramesh hope this has become a familiar name for u guys.. As always I’m with the issue here.. I’ve got used to issues with aircel which is really making me to concern to switch my mobile service provider..



    On 29th october I proposed for CUG connection for the following numbers – [protected], [protected], [protected].. The proposal was made through MEENATCHI SUNDARAM (mob:[protected]) an aircel agent.. I’ve given all my documents and photocopy of my office ID card (CYBERNET SLASH SUPPORT) to get my number activated in corporate CUG.. All the documents was given on the same day.. Plan details of the number is as follows



    [protected] – Inititally it is a prepaid number was proposed to change it to postpaid so I can avail CUG connection.. Proposed plan is Speak 225..

    MEENATCHI SUNDARAM told me that the conversion will take place with in 24 hours, which didn’t happen as usual.. After repeated calls he told me to recharge the no([protected]) for Rs 10/- I recharged online for which I lost 20 rs because the money is taken out of my card but it failed to recharge.. So I called MEENATCHI SUNDARAM to inform this.. Then he told that he will take care.. Then I didn’t get any response.. Again after repeated call to him he said the address was updated incorrectly in my primary no which is [protected] so he processed again.. He said if its an individual connection he can make that number activated quickly since its CUG type of connection its taking long time because of address mismatch.. But the weird part is I’m receiving monthly bills in the same address.. I completely don’t understand how the address is mismatched.. I subitted my PASSPORT, MY OFFICE ID as my address proof and I don’t how mismatch happened..



    Then finally after 4 or 5 days of my CUG proposal, [protected] number is activated.. Then in the mean time again I made repeated call to Mr. MEENATCHI SUNDARAM to status about [protected].. Finally he said the no – [protected] can’t be converted as postpaid and he need to update a new no to that SIM.. So he gave me [protected] as a replacement no for [protected].. Again I called him many times to know when that will be activated..



    After repeated calls to him he made [protected] number activated after 7 or 8 days..



    I was in a set of mind that all the number is activated as CUG and I started making calls.. Usually I’ll check my unbilled amount with the mesg called “LIMIT” Saw my primary no – [protected] bill was increasing like rocket. So I called cus care.. There I was shocked.. I came to know that my primary no – [protected] is still an individual connection..



    So I called Mr. MEENATCHI SUNDARAM to know about what is my situation he said yes the number is still individual.. He said I can’t call the other 2 numbers for free but those numbers call for free.. So I was only receiving calls from those 2 numbers..



    Mean time I received my bill of Rs 1169.24.. As a humble customer I paid the money for which I didn’t ask for any re-embursement and paid my bill.. The bill included my calls to those 2 numbers for which I was not told that it is still not a CUG.. After some time the other 2 numbers([protected] and [protected]) got mesg saying that the unbilled amount for Rs 814/- is due for pending..



    Again I was shocked..



    [protected] no is only used to call [protected]..



    Then [protected] is used either for calling [protected] and also does normal usage.. That too the usage would not go beyond 600 min, which is free minutes for speak 225 plan.





    I called Mr. MEENATCHI SUNDARAM saying again the mishap happened.. He said that there is no problem an he will revert the deducting CUG calling minutes when the bill is generated.. So I used normally..



    I got the bill for the Nos ([protected] and [protected]) on Nov 24th for Rs1086.08/-.. I called Mr. MEENATCHI SUNDARAM he said he will take care and he will deduct the money for CUG usage and he will tell me amount that I’ve to pay.. But no reply from him.. I called him the same day but no he did’t attend my call..



    I called Mr. MEENATCHI SUNDARAM next day (25th Nov), he said he will take this day.. He said evening he will go to office and he will call me after check my bill.. So he will say the money I’ve to pay.. As usual no call from him.. I called him around 19:30Hrs and he didn’t pickmy call.. I got an SMS saying that he will call me around 21:00Hrs.. But again no response from him..



    I called Mr. MEENATCHI SUNDARAM again the next day(26th Nov). I said that I’m going to file a compliant.. He said by today evening all the issues will be fixed and if not he asked me to lodge a complaint.. As usual he never called me that evening and neither picked up my call..



    Then next day (27.11.09) I found that the out going is barred.. I called Mr. MEENATCHI SUNDARAM thrice but didn’t pick my call.. After some time I got call from him saying that he can’t do anything.. Asked me to call cus service to lodge compliant..



    This is very terrible.. If he is not able to do anything he should have told me in the beginning saying that he is not an authorized person for fixing issues.. So I might changed my contact point to any other in aircell..



    Then I called cus care no – 57777 and spoke to divya made a compliant regarding this.. COMPLIANT NO – 25908014.. She said she 48 hours to check the status.. I already waited nearly 28 days for fixing this issue and again 48 hours.. Which seems to be starting from scratch.. Because she is of no clue of my ongoing issue..



    I’m really very very very highly disappointed…





    I want this issue to be fixed as soon possible.. I need the 3 numbers to be activated immediately..



    I want the bill to be deducted for the CUG usage for the Nos ([protected] and [protected])



    I need my no – [protected] to be compensated for my repeated calls made to Mr. MEENATCHI SUNDARAM which is worth for nothing..



    I need to be compensated for one month of free service for all the 3 numbers for the terrible troubles I’ve faced because of your negligence even after my repeated reminders through your agent Mr. MEENATCHI SUNDARAM..



    All the above concerns should be full filled immediately… As a 37 months old aircel customer I deserve it.. Failing in which it will revert in non payment and also I will switch my mob service provider..

    my cell no [protected]  (aircel no) which i used for only 4 day used date 09 Nov 2009 and surrender date 12-Nov-2010 bcoz o[censored]seless of 1)customer care not giving a proper output just fooling to us every time 2)net is not working other Sim card net is working ... by completing all the formalities i have surrender Sim card in borivali branch (w) then also there are sending a bill of every month even my card is closed .After that i get a call from a call center and requesting me don't canceled the card i will ststued out yrs problem then also i have told want to yrs card then also there are sending bill every month several times i have gone to gone aircel gallery (borivali branch ) they have only one excuse that is IGNORED THE BILL ...And every month i get a call from a call center pay a bill some times they talk rudely like a don speak (how i can a a pay a bill. from that card i have not done a 1 call surrender within a 4 days ..1 of bill not accepted from and returned to courier company and get a call from courier company i told everything they said OK and we wont send next time bill but now a day whats has happen courier people came put a bill and ran away without ring a bell without taking a signature, cell no. etc...when hosemaid ring a bell i open a door bill is lying on the floor .Is the aircel is froud company or courier is froud company or a call centre and gallery make for fooling people

      The above mentioned no. is from Aircel, I have purchased this no. in the month of November 2009 and it was working fine however on 22 March 2010 at around 20.00 hrs it stopped working as signals were not there and there was a message saying "SIM REGISTERATION FAILED", the next day I went to Kamla Nagar Aircel Store to know about this, they told me that that your sim has been damaged and you have to purchase a new sim and your no. will start working again and for this I will be charged Rs.25, I paid the amount along with my driving license original and a photocopy but then they said that your no. has been suspended from backend

      When I enquired why "they told me that this no. has been suspended by NDNC stating that I was using this no. for telemarketing purposes and someone who has registered with NDNC has complained for my no. which is completely wrong, I replied them to check my call records but they said that no. cannot be activated

      Neither they are telling me the no. of that complainant nor they are helping me in activating my no.

      So I want to know that why my no. cannot be activated

      Eagerly waiting for your precious reply as I want my no. back with all the existing services activated as well as balance amount.

        I have written several emails to Aircel but still i'm waiting for my security deposit. I have got several calls from them regarding the same and everytime they reply with the same excuse that one of their executive will come and deliver the cheque to me.

        Still i'm waiting for that person.

            But, Today (Date : 20/03/20210),Create a new Story, Your Executive Ms. Kavita calling me and say to me for submitted the bill Rs.1031/- Advance rent include otherwise our executive come at your home for collect the this payment. i say that ' maine already advance rent de diya hai nov. mein aur new bill mein adjust bhi ho chuke hai aapki aur se hi fault tha jo galti se lag gaye the aapke executive mujhse iss case ke regarding mil bhi chuke hai. but your executive say that "Aapko yeh advance rent dena hoga " Jab maine Advance rent dubara dene se mana kiya to kaha ke " Aapko yeh bill to dena hi hoga aur main apne executive ko aapke address par bhej rahi hoon.               Last evening (19/03/10) at 7:30 P.M I got a message from Aircel that if I do recharge my mobile by Rs. 75/- then I'll get Rs.65/- main balance & Rs.10/- Dedicated Balance.So, I have recharged my mobile as per the instruction & I also got the confirmation message i.e. You have successfully recharged your Account by Rs.75/-.
              But now the time is 14:04 P.M(20/03/10) & I also call Aircel Customer Care for 6 times since last night.Last night they told me that it seems, there would be some problem in their database & they will resolve it by two or three hours.But after 19 hrs they are telling me that I didn't done any recharge of Rs.75 yesterday.So, what can I do now?

                  I had purchased prepaid starter pack of aircel cellular, i am a dealer, soon after purchase of starter pack company changed the price of lifetime starter pack to just 299 and then slowly it came down to just 70 Rs. now.

                  I had mailed to nodel officer, Appellett authority and distributor various times but there is no response from the concern officers, i had sent registered post to the chennai head office but no reply from the company till today.

                  Can any one guide me what can be done on this matter.

                    These are Value added services and there should be an authorisation from the customer before activation. The promotional calls and messages can be the reason for that when responded, in order to avoid such in future get your DND service activated.

                      I am using post paid number from Aircel, Chennai for last 2 years, my number is [protected]. Suddenly my outgoing facilities were cancelled without any reason last month and after a long fight with the service provider, then they activated my number. From then i could make outgoing calls and incoming calls, but the problem is whatever the incoming call i receives it displays unknown number. So i was thinking my handset might be the problem and i changed to another mobile, again the problem was existing. Then i decided to make a complaint to the customer care, they said it will cleared in a while as usual. After very long fight, they said me to go nearby Aircel city to rectify your problem. Then i went nearby adayar cell city and they didnt have answer for my problem and directed me to go to main cell city located in Chinnamalai, Saidapet. I visited there also, they said it will be cleared in 24 hours. Till yesterday morning i was waiting and i decided to give complaint to nodal officer in the aircel service, i gave a formal complaint to nodal officer. But till now i didnt receive any response from them and kindly suggest me what can I do now. Can I make a complaint to consumer forum for this problem, if so what should i do and how to do.

                      One of worst service provider is aircel that I have seen here. No proper customer service, the employees are irresponsible. Probably their employees needs a training to handle the customer and also the system has to be more efficient to provide the service. I really disappointed with the way aircel provides the servie and planning to move some other service provider after using aircel for 5 long years. One o[censored]seless provider and support!!!

                          Issue:
                          I know the billing format of all the mobile service providers have been changed. That doesn't mean that I should be charged with additional amount for the services which i have not opted for.I have 3 connections with Aircel ( a.[protected];b.[protected];c.[protected], out of which i have opted to keep 2 connections(b&c) under "Hold on Plan" starting 11.02.2010. When I checked the bill i recieved in my e-mail for the period[protected] to[protected], I am shocked to see that few charges to these connections were added without my consent.

                          Above mentioned are the discrepency charges.Those are the services which i haven't opted for.
                          So I called customer support on 11.03.2010(Thursday) to sort this out and Ayaz the floor supervisor told that he will register a complaint and will get back to me withing 72 hrs. but i din't receive any call back until 15.03.2010(Monday). So I called up [protected]@121 and got no response other than appologies.Finally Vijaya (Team Leader) told that she will get back to me before evening 5 pm today. But She didn't call me either. The Next day(16.03.201) morning she called me and told that my number was not reachable around 5:30 pm and that can't be true. She added that she will call me with an update before evening and got no response.

                          Now i am still waiting to get the billing issue sorted out and suffering badly by the response from Aircel. I know they are gonna disconnect my line after the due date. But i am not interested to pay my bill without the issue being sorted out. Please guide Me....

                            mere pas Aircel prepaid mobile no.[protected] hai.maine isko kal subah dinank[protected] ko Rs.101.00 se recharge kiya,uske bad Rs.101.00 ka balance bhi aaya. Kuchh der ke bad mera balance aapne-aap Rs. 30.00 kam ho gaya.Costmor Care se puchha to bataya ki "[protected] se Dialer-tone activate hai. Iske liye sikayat note ki gayi.kuchh ghanto ke bad dubara Rs.30.00 kat liya gaya aur puchhane pe bataya gaya ki Aircel Friendz zone activate ho gaya hai. zabki mere no pe DND bahut pahle se activate hai aur koyi bhi private call nahi aayi hai.
                            aab aap khud hi samjhe ki is compeny aur iske owner/manager ko kya kaha zaye.

                              Once a call came to me that a cricket pack is for you i[censored] are intrested that press 1 & not then 2 i pressed 2 there then after some time a message came to me that thanks u r pack is being subscribed . so i called to customer care to deactivete this but Aircel mobile service provider company is not deactivating my cricket pack.after calling so many time in there customer care they only told me that they will deactivete that pack soon but from last 2 two months they regularly deduct the balance. And not working upon my request. I have called there customer care for dnd service they told me that they will activete this service in near 45 days but it will be near around 60 days the promotional are regularly coming on my mobile. due to this my studies are not going well and i m not in a position to handle this situation as much.so plse refund my money and remove my problem as soon as possible.

                              customer care of aircel is not so providing that mark of service which will be given by other mobile service companies.there customer care are not able to handle the customer problem properly.and make fake promises that they will work upon them but they can't.
                              Quite strange, but if your need a quicker solution, try visiting the nearest Aircel store and report your problem.
                              Aircel Customer Care is the worst of its kind. All they care is about how to suck money out of the customers.

                                MTS — Tower removal

                                Hi,

                                I have an MTS connection since the service provider has started the service.After checking the coverage only i have purchased the connection and it is an CDMA connection,now i dont have any coverage in my area presently (it was working fine till 20th june);so it is not possible to change the SIM and use the phone.

                                I have contacted customer care for the same and as per the update from them the tower has been removed.i am not able to use the same for the last few months and i have logged 2 complaint s for the same.Both the complaints they closed without any updates.

                                Please make a complaint and do the needful.

                                Complain : Two recharge of 999 active on my number and still the speed link is 144kbps and not the 3.1 MBPS promised by company.

                                I really need your suggestions on this problem. Please help me out.
                                Can you suggest the right legal action I should take in this case??

                                I bought MTS M blaze, a broadband service provider in Patna.

                                A) This company has NO customer care at all.
                                You can try calling their number and on average it takes 15 minutes to connect to them.

                                B) If you somehow get connected to their customer care number after 15 minutes of waiting time( Can be more), then also there is no advantage for you. These people dont have any idea of what they are talking. They simply take down the complain and say that Someone will contact you. No one will contact you ever.

                                C) You can try sending mail to their customer care. I can assure you that you will never get a response.

                                D) THere are lot of numbers given on their site. If you call them, they will say that they are not the concerned person.They simply put down the phone.

                                E) If you recharge twice or thrice on the same number, they will happily take your money.

                                They dont have any system to decline the money in case of double recharge on same number. So both the balance will be shown at a time.The service obviously will be given just once.
                                Its like paying for the same seat of an airplane twice. They dont mind it.
                                Thats another thing that they will never give you the service which they are supposed to give.

                                From last 10 days I am having trouble with this MTS. They are charging me for 3.1 MBPS and I get a pathetic speed link of 144 kbps which is worse than the speed we used to have 5 years back.

                                After wasting approx 300 minutes calling their customer care, They finally told me to visit the MTS store as they though that my device is faulty.
                                I visited them and they told me that they dont have any device for the next one week.
                                The customer juts keeps on loosing in such case.
                                Once my device gets replaced somehow, the speed is still the same 144 kbps.
                                Moreover the device keeps on getting disconnected all the time.

                                I have lost so much of time and money with this Fraud company.
                                I am not elaborating my problems here. The time lost and the frustration gone through is some thing which I cant explain in words.

                                This is the worst service I have ever seen from any company in my life.
                                I suggest you to think twice before buying any service from any such Small company.
                                The morale of the story is NEVER buy from such small companies which don't have any base at all. They will make your life miserable.
                                Never go for the cheap options. always choose the reliable products from established companies.

                                Lastly, Can you suggest the right legal action I should take in this case??
                                I really want to SUE them and get their Broadband License to be canceled.
                                Such companies put Our country back to the days o[censored]nderdevelopment and hopelessness. They don't deserve to be in the market.

                                The mental pain I have gone through Is something which can never be alleviated till I see them shut down.

                                  I closed by postpaid connection No [protected] in the month of Nov 2009, however 04 months gone but securioty deposit has not been paid by the company till date.

                                  Its quite a bit of time, try to reach the customer care again or visit the nearest Aircel store and report your problem, I am sure it will be solved.
                                  My aircel number is [protected]. I returned to pre-paid from postpaid. I requested for refund of my deposit amount. But since I shifted my home, I requested for address change. But the customer care representative at OMR STORE told me that they will get the cheque at this store and I can collect the same at the OMR store. But then I visited them again and another representative told me that cheques won&#039;t be delivered to store and took my new address so that the cheque will be delivered at my address. Then on my last visit they told me that the cheque will be returned to head office at Chennai, and they promised me to fetch the same for me and asked me to collect there. Later today the same representative tells me to check with post office.

                                  Please tell me how to get my refund.

                                    Sir,
                                    I purchased a connection from AIRCELL by their retailor AWASTHI COMMUNICATIONS, BARABANKI(U.P.) about three months ago. For ID and address proof I submitted photo copy of VOTER ID CARD and PAN CARD. After about three months company posed call barring on my no.([protected]). When I talked to CUSTOMER CARE, I was surprised to know that my physical verification could not be confirmed.On further quary I came to know that my physical verification was carried in Sitapur(U.P.) whereas I reside in Barabanki(U.P.) This could be due to fault on the part of the company as they do not verify the person prior to selling their services. Due to call barring I have been facing a lot of inconvenience and problems. The company representative had assured me that the services world resume within 24 hours as soon as I submit another copy of my ID proof and an application for removing call barring.
                                    The formality was again completed on March 11, 2010. Since then three days have passed and no action on the part of the company has been taken to restore my services.
                                    I, therfore request you to kindly help me and take such measures which make it obligatory for telecom companies to verify the customers before selling their services,

                                      on repeated complaints (5 to 6 times),finally on 9 th march one engineer of aircel come to my residence and said take near about 15 days more for this service to continue,because a new tower is installed.
                                      my question is that if they know that for one month or some more days their service is interrupted then why they sale 98/rs gprs card to every one ?

                                        Hi

                                        My number is [protected], I have recently opted for new Aircel connection a corporate connection on 3rd March'10. I have submitted my latest pay slip, confirmation letter, driving license and photo. Till date (13th March'10) my card is not activated. My phone and home verification is done on 10th March'10. Still they need my office verification. Don't know whether Aircel is selling postpaid connection or providing me with loan or credit card. Such a stupidity of verifications for 10 days to activate a card. Great service before so don't know what kind of service they would provide once card is activated...

                                        Every company has to follow a strict verification process, so this might take some time, once it is done I don’t think it will take much time to activate your service. Good luck.
                                        Aircel postpaid connection - Service provider is automatically disconnecting outgoing calls without giving any bill or advance information by SMS. They are disconnecting all calls even though it is within limits. No proper customer care and totally neglected by not providing proper service
