My name is Mr. Santanu Ghosh, having a AIRCEL connetion no-[protected] for atleast 9 to 10 months only.But recent the deduct Rs.100/- from my balence as on 22.11.08 and then i submitted my complain to the company and they give me a docket no on 22.11.08, time 8.46 a.m and the docket no is P00176806 and also give me the assurence to take 72 working hours.but still now they have no solved my problem . and also know about this company that they give assurence daily but they not solve the problem and also known that they all time give another docket daily to still now, but how time they take to solve my problem.i[censored] understand my problem so pls solve my problem. and evrything docoment in my mobile and their assurence, so please do the needfully.

I am un happy with Air Cel customer care as well as service. I think customer care people
are not well trained to solve problem. insted of solving problem the will confused.
At present I an in Andhra Pradesh, Kakinada, Relience industries, There is no net work
Air Cel, service given by Idea, but Idea not allowing any out going call,
I contact andhra Pradesh Air cel, The told they cannot do anything because my number from
mumbai, 15 Th April I complain no 1- [protected], again complain no 1-[protected]
Still I cannot make out going call. even though enough balance, and pre paid, Please do not trust
Air Cel while any body in roaming. no good services

today you have charged rs 5 for service named store.i had contacted
your call center for the same.
but
they told that no any service is activated on your mobile.
since today you have charged me rs 5 so, i order you
to return back my
money as well as deactivate this service.
With due respect I would like to complain that inspite of my dnd request one of your service lady has called me twice and confirming my number she has activated a vas of music and diducted 30 rs. Even when I wanted to try to talk with a customer service person she harassed me with her languages. When I asked her name she denied. Next time with whom I talked she did not give proper information but told name as anamika mitra. She denied me to transfer the call to higher authority.
In this situation I want an immediate response against it and claim my money back immediately.
