my no is [protected]. i cant able 2 make outgoing calls to airtel no's. i just complain to customer care for past 2months. till now i didnt get any proper response from customer care side. plz rectify my problem....

I want to deactivate my caller tune. so kindly help me, how i can deactivate my caller tune....

plz sir can i get the call details of mobile nos of Aircel prepaid service (outgoing calls as well as incoming)[protected] it wuld be my pleasur i[censored] plz send me the details on my e-mail id its a request from me to u sir.

Aircel network is very, very poor in our house premises which is situated at Chennai Otteri. We were informed, telephoned, emailed in so many times at aircel office for past 7 months but there is no proper response for our query’s, like us so many people’s are suffering in poor network coverage of Aircel Network. If its continued the Aircel Network will loose so many customers in Chennai Circle....

2. NOT HELPING IN PLAN CHANGE EVEN AFTR MANY MANY YEARS.
3.NOT RESPONDING TO CUTOMERS -------- IN PERSON AT THE OUTLS BY THEIR DEALERS & OVER PHONE BY THEIR OWN STAFF.
4. VAUGE INFORMATIONS IN THEIR HOME PAGE...

I have received a Bill a around Rs.2271 for the current month.My billing period is 20th Sep 08 to 19th Oct 08.
I am in Speak 225 plan which has feature of First 600 Minutes Outgoing free.
I have been charged for usage right from 21st Sep 08 that means my first 600 mins got vanished in just a span of 24 hrs!
This is hardly impossible and unacceptable. I am suprised that whether they are using a valid operating database...
