I've sub-scribed for MMS. When I enquired with Customer-Care for the same. Funny answer!!! We can't send MMS to numbers other than Aircel. Also, receiving is even worst. I'm getting link instead of MMS. Gosh!!!
You have to change the MMS settings in your phone to get mms instead of getting the link... Change the MMS retrieval to automatic...
how can ichek my mms
sir i got 1-2 mms daily from aircel or directly retrive.but i get 1 mms today from [protected]..sir pls retrive this mms urgently

    Hi.i am using [protected] this aircel number for 3 months am using this number from 11th nov, 2008.i have activated the dialer tune service on nov, 2008.but i did not want to continue this service. so i decided to deactivate the servive.i called customer care. They tell me the process called a number Rs5/min and i deactivate it. But still the service was active. Then i again called customer care. They told me that, the service is still active to your number and also told me to call the number again and deactivate it.i did it. But it was still active. Then i again called repeated it for 5 times. Total Rs45 was deducted from my account. And whenever i called customer care they tell me to call that number and deactivate it.
    Please help me. The service is still active to my number.

    Hi.i am using [protected] this aircel number for 4months am using this number .i have activated the dialer tune service .but i did not want to continue this service. so i decided to deactivate the servive.i called customer care.       I have sent a message for start DND on 1909 on 20/05/2008. After that I received a call from the customer care for confirmation and they assured that the Do Not Call & SMS willbe activated in two days.
      But after that also I am receiving the messages from Aircel for Dialer Tunes and Make friends with Catrina e.t.c. Although the frequency of the messages was 2 to 3 per day and now it is 1 message daily but still it has not completely stopped.
      Please check for the same and ou should also charge penalty to the operator sending the message.

      BSNL Excel — RECEIVING MESSAGES AFTER DND REG.

      I have sent a message for start DND on 1909 on 20/12/2008. After that I received a call from the customer care for confirmation and they assured that the Do Not Call & SMS willbe activated in two days.
      But after that also I am receiving the messages from 57272. Although the frequency of the messages was 2 to 3 per day and now it is 1 message daily but still it has not completely stopped.
      Please check for the same and ou should also charge penalty to the operator sending the message.

      yes sanjay, i m agree with you. these guys are so shameless. They dance over the head of whom from where they are earning.Every day 4-5 calls at the interval of 10 min.Really good words comes for them.

      Here is great, I cant send message to 1909, I guess its a fake system. Also I am using pocket internet, located in Gaia I am. Its also 1% working system. No data transfer. and they giving big ads for this.

            I am very much frustrated because of the AIRCEL service and stating the issues below:

            1) 26Sep08 - 25Oct08 - Bill amount Rs.316.07 I paid through online on 10/11/2008 and in my online account and in OCT-NOV Bill shows PAYMENT RECEIVED.

            Aircel people told Transaction was unsuccessful and asked my Bank statement which I send it to you till date (26/12/2008) after that NO response.


            2) 26Oct08 – 25Nov08 – Bill amount Rs.505.50, till 27/11/2008 in my online account it shows only Rs.196.00. I don't know how this has been increased to Rs.505.50. Even if amount has to be added it should be in next billing cycle.

            Please provide detailed explanation in written for this unacceptable increase in bill amount.

            In the same Nov2008 Bill, I was charged Late fee fine of Rs.4.74. Explain me in written how this has happened?

            3) I want the revised bill without any fine right from Nov 2008, Dec 2008.

            Please let me know the Manager/ Authorised person who can give information in written responsible for complaint cell?


            Following are the responses I got from Aircel Customer Care representatives Valli, Mahalakshmi,

            Whenever I contact your customer care people in[protected], I get only the consoling responses in words. I asked them to give their explanation in written either through mail or through the revised bill.


            1) They don't know their senior / Manager or they are not willing to give their official mail ID / Contact number for correspondence.
            2) No explanation in written for the issues raised which I requested them to provide.
            3) Provide false promises, their manager or senior person will contact you in 30 minutes.



            No one in your Aircel customer care is dared to give their explanation in written.

            Every time they will tell their senior Team lead or some accounts department people will contact you and explain the details. But it's all useless craps, no one turned up till now.

            I don't know why Aircel people are not willing to give me their senior manager's complaint cell no or their mail id.

            If you are not the correct contact person, Please let me know the manger that is responsible for complaint cell?


            Unless I get my issues resolved by JANUARY 2009, I will terminate my Aircel connection without paying it.

            I am Vikash sinha from jharkhand. I am using Aircel card number is [protected]. But many times i seen my balance is deducting but i thought thatr may be i called anywhere. but yesterday i recharged my card and switched off my phone and when i switched on my phone then my6 balance was deduct. Which kind of service providing Aircel i don't know. But its damn bad. What ever is this happen to me i am claiming these issue.

            This is to inform you that i am using a Postpaid no in U.P west circle i.e [protected] with 999 plan for more than a year & in this period i have only visited Aircel store two times.I am just bringing in your knowledge that i have neither complained for excess bills nor checked any charges in the same, and just paid the bill.You can even check my payment details if you want to confirm.

            My point is that at the time of taking connection i have told that roaming is free in Delhi/Ncr/haryana region & Around 9 months ago i have visited Chandigarh which comes under Haryana region, my roaming was charged, same happened again when i visited gurgaon .roaming was charged and now i relocated to delhi but i am still using your services because of my no which i have spread to lot of people as i was working with a telecom company so you can easily understand that in telecom sector how much PR matters.I have talked regarding the same to Aircel store, payment collection executive they always said that due to idea or any other telecom company connectivity its happened but this time i have focused on the same & my handset was showing Aircel and charges made due to which my outgoing has been barred 2 times with in period of 5 days.I am really frustrated and dont want to pay the charges this time.

            Kindly look into the matter as its high time & do the needful.Your concern will be highly appreciated.

              I am sureshkumar i got aircel card by ananda vikadan i was sending the message to aircel customer care by instructon that time he was sending the message " thanks for your request you will get the confirmation message once the service is activated " i could not receive that message immediatly you take action otherwise i will complaint to court

              aircel is falsely manupluting the innocent customers by launching 3g dongles in the market and not providing the facility throughout the state.

                  Me sundarprakash.M apply for postpaid CUG only for two conncteion through exe Mr.Partha([protected]) but with my knowledge he added another two conncetion.

                  I came to know this when i recived my first month bill. I get shoked after seeing this and called to Partha and ask to pls D-activate another two connections, he acceped but no respond after that he was not picking the my cal. Again i complan to his Team manger for Vimal but he also no response, after that complent to cutomer care Complent No:16933379. Customer care also no response, so i nead to pay the rent for total 4 connection. I[censored] didnt discontiue other 2 connction for Next 48 hours pls d-activate for all number i neaver pay of single money pls pls

                      I have a aircell post paid mobile connection which has been provided from my office and a certain amount of the bill is deposited by my office itself on production of the paper bill. But the last bill i have not received yet. i communicated to the local frachaisee regarding that in the begining of May, 09. But they advised me to have patience. Since 16.05.09 is the last date of payment, i talked to the aircel helpline as well as local franchaisee. Even though they assured to manage to sent today before 4.00 p.m., but did not.
                      If i dont receive the paper bill, i cannot depost the due amount. If deposited after the due date, late fee will be charged. There is no way to get a duplicate bill too. This is really a harrassment.

                        I, Deepak Ranjan Mishra having an Aircel Prepaid Number of Orissa ([protected]) have activated my DND services since more than a year. but every now & again I'm receiving promo SMSs from Aircel. Sometimes even at 4 Am in the morning & sometimes same SMS twice & thrice.

                        I've already complained about the same in Dishnet H.O. at Orissa & at the customer care but no actions being taken.

                        I'm very much disturbed & fed-up with this kind of service by Aircel but as I'm using this connection since quite a long time hence even can't surrender the connection even.

                        i am getting prob for registering my aircel no for DND service by ph or sms. i tried for many times its told that the service is activateed though ph call & sms still disturbing, so anyone pliz help me how can i activate link for dnd service through online aircel site.
                        I have activated dnd in my aircel number[protected]. But even den some times i get calls from there side and disturb me.                           i have my own aircel sim for the past six months.i tried many times to customer care.there is no response.i'm in tamil nadu telecom circle.i tried the numbers 55333 and [protected] but it told that the providers are busy in another unit.eventhough when they pick up the call a worst response in received.pls take care about us.

                          Greetings! Refer my letter dated April 1 & 11, 2011 regarding AIRCEL sim portablity (AIRCEL TO VODAFONE) changes. But still now not yet change, clear cut solution not given for AIRCEL. I was tried portability number for March 19, April 4 and April 19 - 2011 but not yet resolved. (I have deposit with AIRCEL amount of Rs.250.). Last portability also expired day after tomorrow.

                          AIRCEL Customer care says - local AIRCEL dealers, local AIRCEL dealers says - contact AIRCEL head office and AIRCEL head office say - contact customer care. All are doing like round the clock but nobody given the correct solution.

                          I am Shradhanjali Sethi from cuttack (orissa) is unsatisfied to AIRCEL service on complaint resolution part because I have registered complaint since 1 month but it has not been resolved yet.
                          Also I want to notify that sometime customer care executives are given me some fake complaint number after registered even I don't get that SR no. through SMS.

                          For example:- On 21st Jul 2011 my account has been deducted with Rs/30- for dialer tune when I have not at all subscribed it and next day in the morning I have complained for it they given me SR #[protected] then after 48 hours when I asked regarding this .. they said ... this complaint has registered with another prepaid no. not with yours ... then again I registered another complaint for the same after consulting with nodal zone aircel Sudeepta Mishra (Cuttack) then after 48 hours the problem was there without resolving.

                          And after few days one of lady (Kiran) asked me about this to close the complaint again I replied that still it's not solved so she said that the amount will be credited to your account in next 7 days after analysed the complaint.

                          Now it's more than one month even that nodal zone aircel Sudeepta Mishra is not able to resolve it and just giving me exscuses that it will done on friday @6:00 PM or Monday definitely ...
                          Even nobody is picking/disconnected my call when tried on mob #[protected].

                          Several time there was unnecessary deduction from my account happened but no resolutions is there and everytime Customer Care says that you must be subscribed it otherwise why it happened ...

                          Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible so that I can continue the service.

I had top up my mobile for Rs. 70 two weeks before, but last week my account has deducted with Rs. 30 for one of the schemes and this week also Rs 30 got deducted for another scheme.                                 Aircel - dirty people who make money by this way. This is not the first time I hear from the people. They deduct money by giving value added service without asked for. Once deducted the amount cannot be refunded or creditted back to your account. Once deducted is deducted. That cannot be creditted back to your account ... that is what their customer care executives tell when ever you contact them. Worst come they can at the most stop the VAS. What kind of business they are doing? They are deducting money for Cricket service to people who do not know what is cricket, to the people who can not even understand either English or cricket. Worst more, to the village people of Tamil nadu. Are they such a shameless beggars? What is more, they go on advertise for their products in English long time. What the village people who know only Tamil can do. I once fired a customer care executive and asked about the authority with whom I can take up the issue.                                     I am a Aircel prepaid user, My new sim recived in july month . address proof subbmited.Suddenly they stop the outgoing service in before 20. How can i manage. I went to nearby Aircel shop to told my problem. They simply told to me submit ur address proof and some documents to the aircel office . But My out going not send . I am 5 time calling the custamercare centre telling for please address proof .

                                        I bought a prepaid Aircel SIM card and submitted its documents immediately. The connection was working fine for 3 months when suddenly I received a notice of deactivation and was done the following day.

                                        On asking Customer Care about the problem, the person said that there was some fault in my documents and immediately disconnected. This was the case, every time i called up. I finally found out that there were no documents for that number. My friend working at Aircel informed me that it could become a Police Case as its impossible for the connection to be active for 3 months without documents.

                                        This has become a plague in the city and many people are complaining about it. Please ensure an immediate inquiry is done into the matter. People are loosing money as Aircel doesn't refund SIM card money and the only safe option is to throw it away.

                                        I have applied for the Aircel Postpaid Connection on October'09 but due to some reasons
                                        I did not get the Connection. And then after I asked for the deposited amount of Rs 500/-, the concerned person told it will get back to you through cheque within 45 days.
                                        But till date I didn't recieved any Cheque and I went to the Aircel Outlet twice in Russel Street, kolkata. But no action has been taken.
